Abstract

Makalah ini berjudul ?Akibat Hukum Terhadap Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing Ilegal Menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketengakerjaan?. Pemberi kerja membutuhkan tenaga kerja termasuk tenaga kerja asing untuk membantu pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaturan penggunaan tenaga kerja asing dan akibat hukum penggunaan tenaga kerja asing ilegal menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Makalah ini menggunakan metode analisis normatif dan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah pemberi kerja yang akan menggunakan tenaga kerja asing wajib memiliki izin tertulis dari menteri atau pejabat yang ditunjuk dan pemberi kerja orang perseorang dilarang memperkerjakan tenaga kerja asing. Jadi, dalam menggunakan tenaga kerja asing, pemberi kerja wajib mengikuti peraturan penggunaan tenaga kerja asing berupa izin tertulis dan pemberi kerja tidak boleh orang perseorangan sebagaimana yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan dan jika ketentuan tersebut dilanggar, maka pemberi kerja telah memperkerjakan tenaga kerja asing ilegal dan hal tersebut akan ada akibat hukum berupa sanksi pidana.

Abstract

Avian influenza is one of the zoonotic diseases. Since 2003, H5N1 Avian Influenza subtype was circulated in Indonesia, affecting both intensively farmed birds as well as backyard chickens [1]. Duck is the reservoir of avian influenza viruses. Backyard duck may play a role in the maintenance of H5N1 avian influenza subtype.Kampung Unggas that located in Teruwai Village on Central Lombok District is one of the economic centers of a farmer on Lombok Islands and The Avian Influenza Virus is still the major problems in this village. H5 Avian Influenza was detected in quail at Central Lombok district in 2014 [2]. In 2017, Sentinel chicken were positive antibodies for H5 AIV with Geometric Mean Titer (GMT) = 24,29 at Kampus Unggas Teruwai [3].To know seroprevalence of H5N1 Avian Influenza subtype in duck as a reservoir and to understand the current situation of H5N1 Avian Influenza virus circulation in Kampung unggas, we conducted serosurvey study from Mei to April 2018 of backyard duck that lives together with chickens in Kampung Unggas.

Abstract

Library and Deployment Center for Agricultural Technology (PUSTAKA) is implementing good governance and reform of the bureaucracy but the distribution of employees not comply with existing workload. The solution of these problem is make an improvement in management of personnel, carrying out more targeted, have a clear and continous pattern. The objectives of the research are to analyze the effective working time used by the employees on staff level of PUSTAKA, and to analyze the ideal number of the employees needed on staff level of PUSTAKA using the regulation of Minister Empowerment State Aparatus and Bureaucracy Reform number 75 year 2004. The method used in calculating workload  using full time equivalent and calculating needs of employee using regulation of Minister Empowerment State Aparatus and Bureaucracy Reform number 75 year 2004.  The results shows that the effective working time of employees is 90.652,5 minutes or 237 effective working days during the year and the number of employees needed of each sub-section/sub-field in general not in accordance with the needs of the ideal employee.

Abstract

The good leader was the leader who did not use the style of the same leadership, but was matched with the characters of his subordinate. The style of leadership that was applied by the manager and the supervisor in PT Coats Rejo Indonesia must meet with his requirement. The fulfillment of the requirement for this employee could maintain and maximize the long-term achievement of the employee and the company. The aim of this research was (1) to identify the style of leadership applied by the manager and the supervisor at the Division of Production PT Coats Rejo Indonesia, (2) to analize the achievement of the employee at that division, (3) to analize the relationship between the style of leadership and the achievement of the employee, (4) to give the alternative solutions to the company concerning the application of the leadership style for improvement in the future. The results of this research showed that the style of most dominant leadership was applied by the supervisor, and the manager used the style of consultations leadership and participation. The level of the achievement of the employee was good. The relationship of the manager's leadership with the achievement of the supervisor evidently low (the Style of Delegation Leadership) and also the supervisor's leadership with the achievement of the employee and the staff (the Style of Instruction Leadership and Delegation). This research showed that the manager and the supervisor at Division of Production paid attention to the requirement for the employee in applying the style of his leadership.

Abstract

Perusahaan perlu membuat strategi untuk menciptakan kepuasan bagi karyawan, sehingga berdampak positif untuk perusahaan. Salah satunya adalah memberikan kompensasi yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : 1) Mengetahui pelaksanaan kompensasi finansial menurut karyawan kontrak PT Unilever Body Care Indonesia Tbk (ULBC); 2) Mengetahui kinerja karyawan kontrak PT ULBC; dan (3) Mengidentifikasi hubungan kompensasi finansial dengan kinerja karyawan kontrak PT ULBC. Data bersumber dari data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian menggunakan analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Berdasarkan persepsi karyawan kontrak mengenai kompensasi finansial dan kinerja karyawan kontrak menunjukkan bahwa, kompensasi finansial dan kinerja karyawan kontrak telah sesuai dengan harapan karyawan. Hasil uji korelasi antara kompensasi finansial dengan kinerja karyawan kontrak sebesar 0.813 menunjukkan hubungan positif dan kuat. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa, kompensasi finansial dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan kontrak PT ULBC.Kata Kunci: kompensas finansial, kinerja karyawan, PT Unilever Body Care Indonesia Tbk

Abstract

Tenaga kerja merupakan faktor penting pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Tenaga kerja yangdigunakan biasanya tidak berupa perorangan tetapi dalam bentuk kelompok tukang yang terdiridari tukang dan pembantu tukang yang membantu dalam berbagai perbandingan. Salah satufaktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam mengukur kinerja kelompok  tukang adalah mengetahuiefektivitas waktu kerjanya.Produktivitas adalah kemampuan dalam menghasilkan produk dalam kurun waktu yang ditentukan. Kurun waktu biasanya dihitung perkuartal, semester dan tahunanPenelitian dilakukan dengan membandingkan waktu kerja riil yang diperoleh dari pengukurandi lapangan dengan waktu kerja teoritis yang dihitung berdasarkan jam kerja pada umumnyayang kemudian disesuaikan teori yang ada pada literatur. Selanjutnya waktu kerja riil dihitungefektivitasnya terhadap waktu kerja teoritis, baik untuk tiap ukuran kelompok tukang maupununtuk secara keseluruhan. Perbandingan juga dilakukan untuk efektivitas waktu kerja antarakelompok tukang dengan komposisi yang berbeda, kecepatan waktu yang mampu dihasilkan, serta kualitas produk yang sesuai dengan standar yang disepakati. Mendapatkan besarnya koefisien produktivitas tenaga kerja pada proyek konstruksi khususnya pada proyek Hotel Ibis Pontianak. Membandingkan hasil koefisien yang di dapat di lapangan dengan SNI, dan BOW.Setelah menganalisis data didapat, efektivitas waktu kerja tertinggi dari faktor usia adalah pekerja dengan umur 20-30 tahun. Dari faktor pengalaman kerja didapat efektivitas waktu kerja dari pengalaman >10-15 tahun. Dari faktor pendidikan didapat efektivitas waktu kerja tertinggi dari pendidikan SMP. Pada penelitian didapat waktu kerja efektif yang paling tinggi pada kelompok tukang II yaitu 412 menit/hari yang berarti efektivitasnya adalah 98,48%. Hasil perhitungan koefisien produktivitas tenaga kerja dilapangan lebih efektif dibandingkan analisa SNI dan BOW karena, alat untuk bekerja dilapangan tersedia dengan baik juga pekerja bekerja sebagai tim sehingga memaksimalkan pekerjaan dilapangan. Kata kunci :produktivitas, efektivitas, tenaga kerja

Abstract

Employees who are engaged will give the best performance and do things related to the job optimally in order to achieve the goals of the institution. This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement on the performance of employees of the Directorate of Information Systems and Digital Transformation (DSITD) of IPB University. The research method used is quantitative research method, using descriptive statistik analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that the state of employee engagement and employee performance in DSITD IPB is in good category. Partially, absorption elements have been found to effect the employee performance. However, together with vigor and dedication, absorption element have an effect of 67,5 percent on employee performance, meaning that of all variables that can affect employee performance, employee engagement only affects 67,5 percent.

Abstract

This study discusses the application of demonstration methods to improve students' understanding of fikih learning about the implementation of the corpse in boarding school Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the implementation of demonstration method to improve the students' understanding on Fikih learning about the operation of the corpse at Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru and what factors influenced it. The subject of research in the thesis is a class III students Wustha in Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru. While the object in this study is the application of demonstrating method in Fikih learning, in this case, relates to the implementation of the corpse and the factors that influence in learning. In data mining, the author uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data processing technique is done by editing, data classification, and data interpretation. Furthermore, it was analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis and inductively drawn the conclusions. Based on the results of research known that the implementation of demonstration methods implemented on the learning of the corpse in Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera has been running very well so as to facilitate students in understanding learning Fikih, in this case, relates to the operation of the corpse. This is influenced by several factors, namely ustadz, santri factors related to intelligence, seriousness, and motivation are different, time allocation factors, factors of facilities and infrastructure and environmental factors. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian dilatarbelakangi adanya kekeliruan masyarakat dalam memahami bahasa yang digunakan sehingga sering terjadi kebingungan dan salah tafsir akan makna dari kosakata tersebut. Tujuan penelitian untuk memperoleh gambaran umum kondisi kebahasaan melalui proses pendeskripsian dan pemetaan, menambah perbendaharaan, usaha pemertahanan bahasa Sunda, menambah khazanah kebahasaan khususnya dialektologi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teori yang melandasi penelitian ini yaitu dialektologi, dialek, geografi dialek, ragam dialek, isoglos, heteroglos atau watas kata, peta bahasa, dialektometri dan perbedaan unsur kebahasaan. Data penelitian berupa deskripsi dan visualisasi perbedaan kebahasaan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh adanya perbedaan subdialek, dialek dan bahasa. Kata kunci: Geografi dialek, bahasa Sunda,  Kecamatan Parungpanjang Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Branch Bandung Noodle Division is a company that realizes the importance of work culture and commitment. It is proven by the work culture that the company have implemented in order to guarantee better quality work result, and increase the satisfaction of employees? work.The objectives of this study are 1) identifying the work culture at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Branch Bandung Noodle Division; 2) identifying work commitments on PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Branch Bandung Noodle Division; and 3) analyzing the influence of work culture with respect to the commitment of employees in PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Branch Bandung Noodle Division. This research shows that Noodle Divsion of the company in Bandung applies excellent work culture and the employees commit. The work culture that is based on excellent, discipline, integrity, innovative, and respect gives positive and significant impacts on employees? commitment, while unity doesn?t give significant impact on employees? commitment.Keyword: work culture, employee commitment, PT Indofood CBP Prosperous Successes Tbk Bandung branch division of the noodle
