Abstract

Introduction: Candida is a normal microflora in the oral cavity that is reported to be altered from rarely cause infection becomes opportunistic infections. Candidiasis oral prevalence in Indonesia reaches  84%  in  2009.  Fluconazole  is  effective  for  Candida  albicans  97,  9%.  While  topical miconazole  therapy results in  92, 8% affectivity with miconazole. Objective:  this study intends tocompare the inhibitory power of flukonazole with miconazole to Candida albicans. Method: this research is an experimental research with 32 sampel of Candida albicans divided into 2 groups of treatment i.e with antifungal flukonazol and mikonazol then measured the diameter of inhibition by diffusion methode. The statistical test used the Mann-Whitney.  Result: this research showed that fromthe both treatment groups, the fluconazole group showed significant result with the average of mean of inhibition zone 4.33 mm  SD 0.218. Whereas miconazole antifungal showed the average of diameter of inhibition zone 1.07 mm and SD 0.112. Conclusion: 100 mg fluconazole antifungal was more effective than 100mg miconazole antifungal against Candida albicans fungi. Keywords: Candida albicans, Fluconazole, Miconazol. Antifungal.

Abstract

.  The effect of picloram concentrations and three explants types on cacao somatic embryogenesis was studied. The objective of this work was to evaluate a procedure for somatic embryogenesis of cacao (Theobroma cacao L.) Aceh clones. Somatic embryogenesis was induced using floral tissue explants (petal, staminode, and anther) on North Aceh cacao genotype. No growth was observed on petal types of explants on low concentrations of picloram. Depending on the explants, the percentage of explants producing one or more embryos ranged from 3% to 75%, 5% to 80%, and 10% to 90% on media containing 3 mg/l, 4 mg/l, and 5 mg/l picloram respectively. Staminode explants produced 3 to 10 times more somatic embryos than petals, while anthers produced 2 to 5 times.  Secondary embryos were induced from the floral explants of the North Aceh cacao genotype that exhibited efficient primary embryogenesis. Abstract

Abstrak: PMT kopel 20 kV adalah suatu hal yang penting pada sistem 20 kV di GI Boombaru yang berfungsi untuk penggabungan beban pada penyulang di sistem 20 kV sehingga diperlukanya sistem proteksi yang handal dalam kinerjanya yaitu Over Current Relay (OCR). Relay OCR pada kopel diharapkan dapat menghindari dari gangguan hubung singkat pada sistem 20 kV penyulang ataupun beban lebih. Relay ini bekerja dengan cara membandingkan arus yang terbaca dengan nilai setinganya, bila arus yang dibaca lebih besar dari pada nilai setingan maka relay akan menge-trip-kan Pemutus Tenaga (PMT) atau circuit breaker (CB) setelah waktu tertentu. Dari hasil perhitungan OCR PMT kopel 20 kV dengan kopel penyulang  selisih waktu tms = 0,08 SI,dan waktu kerja t = 0,2 s. Untuk waktu kerja   rele  terhadap  OCR penyulang dan incoming dimana waktu kerja incoming yaitu : tset penyulang < tset inc , maka tset inc = 0,4 + tset penyulang = 0,4 + 0,3= 0,7 detik, penyulang 0,3 detik dan PMT kopel 20 kV 0,4 detik. Waktu kerja OCR PMT 20 kV berada di tengah antara penyulang dan incoming.Kata kunci: sistem proteksi, arus hubung singkat, relai arus lebih, setting relai, PMT kopel 20 kV

Abstract

Bacground: Promotion tour area is the activities promoted a tour area to prospective customers / tourists. Means for the promotion of the tourist area with take photo from common camera less attractive from aesthetics aspect.Promotion tour area must make very attractive in other that tourists can interest to visit it. Objectives: Integrating quadcopter with the camera as a device documentation of tourism area with interactive visualizations. Methods: collecting the information, literature and discussions with experts supported aeromodelling especially quadcopter, conducted by making design tool, the main function of the tool implementation and effectiveness of the test tool. Results: Quadcopter creation tool that is integrated with a high resolution camera to get a picture of the tourist area of the air. The workings of this system is the photography with a camera into the air using a quadcopter until it reaches a certain height and is used to take pictures of tourist areas from wider viewing angles. The results of the shooting will be displayed on the website as an attraction partners to increase the number of visitors on the footflag website and attract much the tourists to related tour object. Abstract

Abstract: The research was conduted tp determine effect of exercise dribble back and forth between three cones to dribble coordination on SSB Yapora Pratama U-15 players, that while dribbling can be done well and correctly. The method is experimental research metod and population is SSB Yapora Pratama U-15 with a sample 20 students. Sampling technique that the overall population. Instruments used in a research is dribble back and forth between three cones, aim to measure the coordination of dribble players, then soccer dribble test as a measurement. Afterwards, the data proccesed by statistics to examine the normality by using lilifors test at significance level 0,05α. Hypothesis is believed to exercise a significant influence dribble back and forth between three cones to dribble coordination on SSB Yapora Pratama U-15. Data from pretest soccer dribble test as colculated produce Lcount 0,1898 < Ltable 0,19. IT means Lcount < Ltable. Concluded the data pretest soccer dribble test were normally distributed. Post test data soccer dribble test produce Lcount 0,1880 < Ltable 0,19. Concluded the data post test soccer dribble test were normally distributed. By test analysis produce Tcount 8,1 and Ttable 1,725 that Tcount > Ttable it can be concluded Ha accepted.Therefore, there was significant influence dribble back and forth between three cones to dribble coordination dribble on SSB Yapora Pratama U-15 players.Keyword: Dribble Back And Forth Between Three Cones, Coordination Dribble, SSB Yapora Pratama

Abstract

Abstract: Problems encountered in the study at Football Team Vocational High School Taruna Pekanbaru Tampan District was still weak the agility of the players on the Football team Vocational High School Taruna Pekanbaru District of Tampan, it was seen from several trials and official games done, so the lack of agility that was the causes of the defeat. The type of research was a kind of experimental research to see the effects of the form of exercise. The objective of the research was to look at the effects of Ladder exercise (Billy Sims crossover: in and two step-out) on the agility of football team Vocational High School Taruna Pekanbaru District of Tampan. The population in this research was a soccer team of Vocational High School Taruna Pekanbaru District of Tampan totaling 16 people. Sampling was taken by using total sampling, where the total population was used as sample. Data collection techniques derived from the pre-test and post test. Instrument in this research used the Illinois agility run test as a tool for measuring the agility. Analyses were performed by using t-test. Based on data analysis and discussion, it could be concluded that there was significant influence of Ladder exercise (Billy Sims crossover: in and two step-out) on the football team agility Vocational High School Taruna Pekanbaru District of Tampan proven by Tcount by 14 and Ttable 1.753. Abstract

Jumlah kasus penyakit mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan setiap bulannya. Hal ini berdampak pada tidak seimbangnya ketersediaan obat seperti, kurang persediaan obat, pemborosan, obat yang tidak tepat sasaran, obat rusak dan lain sebagainya. Oleh karna itu diperlukan peramalan jumlah kasus penyakit untuk mengetahui jumlah kasus penyakit dalam waktu tertentu. Salah satu metode peramalan yang dapat digunakan adalah metode jaringan syaraf tiruan backpropagation. Metode ini dapat dioptimasi menggunakan algoritma genetika sehingga dapat menghasilkan hasil yang lebih optimal. Parameter yang dioptimasi adalah bobot serta bias yang akan digunakan pada algoritma backproapgation.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan peramalan jumlah kasus penyakit di Puskesmas Rogotrunan, Lumajang dengan menggunakan metode backpropagation yang dioptimasi dengan algoritma genetika. Dalam penelitian ini parameter optimal algoritma genetika adalah populasi=180, kombinasi cr dan mr berturut-turut 0,4 dan 0,6, generasi=100. Parameter algoritma backpropagation yang potimal adalah jumlah data=16, neuron input=6, iterasi=1000, dan nilai alfa=0,1. Didapatkan tingkat akurasi dengan MSE= 87,2 dengan data uji jumlah kasus penyakit pada bulan januari sampai desember pada tahun 2016. Dari nilai MSE yang diperoleh menggunakan metode backpropagation yang dioptimasi dengan algoritma genetika ini dapat digunakan untuk meramalkan jumlah kasus penyakit.

Abstract

AbstrakSistem database merupakan bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari aplikasi berskala enterprise. Data didalamnya merupakan aset yang sangat penting, sehingga data tersebut tidak boleh rusak terlebih lagi hilang. Itulah sebabnya mengapa reliabilitas dan availabilitas sistem database menjadi hal yang sangat penting. Berbagai cara telah dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan reliabilitas dan availabilitas sebuah sistem database, salah satunya adalah teknik replikasi. MariaDB Galera Cluster adalah salah satu DBMS open source populer yang memiliki mekanisme replikasi. MariaDB Galera Cluster memiliki beberapa metode State Snapshot Transfer (SST) pada saat proses replikasi, yaitu rsync, mysqldump, xtrabackup, xtrabackup-v2. Kurangnya pemahaman administrator sistem terhadap perilaku tiap metode SST dapat mengakibatkan error pada sistem database. Untuk mencegahnya diperlukan analisis yang mendalam tentang dampak dan perilaku metode SST yang digunakan. Penelitian ini fokus pada analisis kinerja dari metode SST jenis rsync. Rsync dipilih karena metode ini merupakan metode SST default yang digunakan oleh MariaDB Galera Cluster. Dari hasil percobaan disimpulkan bahwa jumlah node dalam klaster menjadi hal yang perlu menjadi perhatian. Klaster yang hanya memiliki dua node akan sangat rentan terkena gangguan jika salah satu node terputus koneksinya atau mengalami down atau crash, sehingga jumlah node minimal dalam satu klaster yang disarankan adalah tiga node agar availabilitas dan reliabilitas MariaDB Galera Cluster dapat terjaga dengan baik.Kata kunci: database, klaster, availabilitas, reliabilitas, MariaDB Galera ClusterAbstractThe database system is an integral part of enterprise-scale applications. The data in it is a very important asset, so it may not be damaged or lost. That’s why the reliability and availability of the database system become very important. Various ways have been developed to improve the reliability and availability of a database system, one of them is a replication technique. MariaDB Galera Cluster is one of the popular open-source DBMS that has a replication mechanism. MariaDB Galera Cluster has several methods of doing Snapshot State Transfer (SST) during the replication process, namely rsync, mysqldump, xtrabackup, xtrabackup-v2. Lack of understanding by the system administrator of the behavior of every SST method can lead to errors in the database system. To prevent it, depth analysis of the impact and the behavior of the SST methods is required. This study focused on analyzing the performance of rsync SST method. Rsync is chosen because it is the default SST method used by MariaDB Galera Cluster. The experimental results show that the number of nodes in a cluster should be concerned. Clusters which only have two nodes would be highly vulnerable to disruption if one node disconnected or experience down or crash. We recommend the minimum number of nodes in a cluster is three so that the availability and reliability of MariaDB Galera Cluster can be properly maintained.Keywords: database, cluster, availability, reliability, MariaDB Galera Cluster

Abstract

Excavator bucket tool is one of the most important parts of an excavator. It is made of steel mixture. It is commonly equipped with protruding teeth on its cutting side to breakdown hard materials and also to prevent dryness and damage of the bucket. Excavator bucket tooth must have supporting geometrical shape to penetrate and to endure the digging process on the ground, gravels, stones, or any other abrasive field. It is because of the field’s natural characteristic when the bucket tool grinds the material. Mixed iron is common to be used as excavator bucket tool’s material because it is easy to get and economic. High hardness value is also needed on the surface that transports hard material such as mining equipment. Therefore, an accurate analysis should be done to determine the suitable material on this field. Design and analysis were done by using Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) Abaqus 6.10 application to get the maximum tension as the result of loading. Analysis process to get the tension was done by adding 8285.06 N weight forces in static condition with the angle of 32o to the horizon. From the analysis it could be known that maximum tension experienced by excavator bucket tooth is 209.3 MPa, and it is still below the Maximum Equivalent von Mises stress so the design could be categorized as safe.

Abstract

Gambir merupakan komoditi ekspor unggulan dari daerah Sumatera Barat. Hampir 90%ekspor gambir Indonesia berasal dari daerah Sumatera Barat. pengolahan gambir di SumateraBarat terdiri dari 6 tahapan, yaitu ; perebusan, pengempaan, pengendapan, penirisan,pencetakan, dan pengeringan. Dari keenam tahap operasi tersebut, pengempaan merupakantahap operasi yang paling berat. Hal ini disebabkan karena pada cara pengolahan gambir diSumatera Barat pengeluaran getah gambir atau ekstrak dititik beratkan pada tahappengempaan. Mesin penggiling daun dan ranting gambir digunakan untuk melakukan prosespengolahan gambir. Mempunyai kinerja yang cukup baik, namun masih terdapat kekuranganyaitu kurang kuatnya kontruksi rangka dalam menahan getaran pada saat mesindioperasikan,untuk itu dilakukan modifikasi dan melengkapi kembali mesin penggiling daundan ranting gambir. Mesin penggiling ranting daun gambir dilakukan modifikasi denganmerombak dan menambah kerangka utama yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil gambir,mengurangi penggunaan tenaga kerja dan waktu pengolahan yang lebih singkat. Mesinpenggiling ranting daun gambir dilakukan modifikasi dengan merombak dan menambahkerangka utama. Kerangka terbuat dari besi siku berukuran 60 mm x 60 mm. Panjang rangka 120cm dan lebar 110cm. Hasil uji kinerja mesin didapatkan kapasitas optimal penggilingangambir sebesar 8,45Kg/jam.Hasil analisa ekonomi operasional mesing penggiling ranting dandaun gambir didapatkan biaya pokok sebesar Rp. 1.739,8/Kg , BEP akan tercapai padaproduksi 2.247,6 Kg/tahun atau 6,49 kg/ hari.
