Abstract

Abstract: The aims of this research was to describe the critical thinking process of the students in Grade XI pharmacy of SMK Citra Medika Sragen who have the high, moderate, and low abilities in each stage of clarification, analysis and solving strategy in solving mathematics problem. This research used qualitative case study approach. The results of research are the critical thinking process of the students as follows (1) The students with the high initial ability in mathematics: (a) clarification, they mention the information which they know and ask question by using their own language; (b) analysis, the students identify the necessary information. They formulate the step of problem solving and explain it confidently. It is proven when they illustrate the reason logically about the necessary information, using inequalities symbol, and non-negative condition. The students use their prior knowledge, after that, they draw a conclusion by returning the final result to the problem context; (c) solving strategy, they evaluate their work to re-calculate and that find another problem solving alternative at last; (2) The students the moderate initial ability in mathematics: (a) clarification, they mention the information which they know and ask question by using their own language;Â  (b) analysis, the students identify the necessary information to reread the problem. They formulate the solving problem step precisely. They use their prior knowledge to draw the conclusion by returning the final result to the problem context; (c) solving strategy, the students evaluate their work by seeing it; (3) The students with the low initial ability in mathematics: (a) clarification, they mention the information which they know and question it after reading it for few times and they need of question stimulus; (b) analysis, the students identify the necessary information to reread the problem, and, again, they need a question stimulus. They takes long time in formulating the problem solving. They draw the conclusion by returning the final result to the problem context; (c) solving strategy, the students commit the evaluation by seeing their work from the beginning to the end.Keywords: Critical Thinking Process, Mathematics Problem Solving, and Initial Ability in Mathematics.

Abstract

Storytelling  merupakan  suatu  proses  kreatif  anak-anak  yang  dalam  perkembangannya  senantiasa mengaktifkan bukan hanya aspek intelektual saja tetapi juga aspek kepekaan, kehalusan budi, emosi, seni, daya berfantasi, dan imajinasi anak yang tidak hanya mengutamakan kemampuan otak kiri tetapi juga kemampuan otak kanan. Berbicara mengenai storytelling, secara umum semua anak-anak senang mendengarkan storytelling, baik anak  balita, usia sekolah dasar, maupun yang telah beranjak remaja bahkan orang dewasa. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan storytelling terhadap tumbuh kembang anak usia 3-5 tahun di TK/KB Petra Kediri. Desain penelitian menggunakan pre eksperimental. Tehnik pengambilan sampel total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 30 responden. Uji Statistik menggunakan wilcoxon sign rank test dengan ? = 0,05.Penelitian ini diketahui bahwa dari 30 responden sebelum diberikan storytelling mengalami tumbuh kembang meragukan sebanyak 27 anak (90%) dan 3anak (10%) mengalami tumbuh kembang menyimpang, sedangkan sesudah diberikan storytelling mengalami tumbuh  kembang sesuai sebanyak 20 anak (66,7%) dan sebesar 10 anak (33,3%) mengalami tumbuh kembang meragukan. Kesimpulan diperoleh nilai p = 0,000 dengan ? =0,05 dimana p<? sehingga Ho ditolak   yang artinya ada pengaruh kegiatan storytelling terhadap tumbuh kembang anak.Hasil penelitian setelah dilakukan kegiatan storytelling di dapatkan bahwa ada pengaruh terhadap tumbuh kembang anak. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of storytelling activities on the growth of children aged 3-5 years in Petra Kediri Kindergarten / KB. The research design uses pre experimental. Abstract

Abstract –The ability of mangrove (Avicennia) to absorb heavy metal has been known. This study aims to determine whether there are differences of absorption level of non-essential (Pb) essential (Cu) heavy metals in Avicennia marinafrom different location, based on distance of pollutants sources (downstream) toward to the mouth of Porong River Estuary at Sidoarjo. Results showed that accumulation of Pb in the roots and leaves was ranged from 0.0044 to 0.139 ppm and from 0.004 to 0.019 ppm respectively, while in sediment was ranged from 0.0560 to 0.0660 ppm. The accumulation of Cu in the roots and leaves was ranged from 0.07 to 0.415 ppm and 0.0318 to 0.2520 ppm while in sediments was from 0.2930 to 0.381 ppm. The highest concentration of Pb and Cu were found from sediments followed by roots and leaves. The high concentration of heavy metal (Pb and Cu) in the root is likely due to sediment size. When the size is finer, heavy metal accumulation will be higher, although there was no significantly different from different location.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya pemerintah dalam memepertahankan fungsi lahan tanah pertanian di Kabupaten Sragen dalam rangka mewujudkan kesejahteraan dan hambatan pemerintah dalam mempertahankan fungsi lahan tanah pertanian di kabupaten Sragen dalam rangka mewujudkan kesejahteraan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis empiris yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif ini menggunakan 2 (dua) jenis sumber data, yaitu data primer serta data sekunder. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian  ini dianalisis secara kualitatif yang kemudian disajikan secara deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan studi pustaka. Dari hasil penelitian dan kajian diketahui bahwa Upaya yang di lakukan oleh Kabupaten Sragen  dalam mempertahankan fungsi lahan tanah pertanian telah diatur di dalam Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Sragen Nomor 11 tahun 2011 tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah kabupaten Sragen tahun 2011-2031. Tetapi pada kenyataannya pemerintah kabupaten sragen dalam mempertahankan fungsi lahan pertanian masih tidak maksimal. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari tindakan pemerintah membiarkan saja masyarakat mengalihkan fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi non pertanian yang tidak sesuai dengan Perda tersebut. Hambatan pemerintah dalam mempertahankan fungsi lahan tanah pertanian di kabupaten sragen dalam rangka mewujudkan kesejahteraan yaitu: jumlah penduduk yang terus bertambah, kurang sadarnya masyarakat mengenai hukum, meningkatnya industri di kabupaten sragen, tidak maksimalnya kinerja dari pemerintah dalam rangka penegakan hukum, lemahnya ekonomi masyarakat.Kata kunci: upaya pemerintah; pengalihan fungsi lahan; pertanian.
