Abstract

The development of retail and caused consomer behavior changes in the spending. Consumers now it is not just go shopping due to shooping needed it but due to emotional feelings. This research specifically discusses consumers on Matahari Departement store in Semarang City. This report aims to review the influence of shooping lifestyle, fashion involvement and hedonic shopping motivation towards impulse buying of the consumer of Matahari Departement Store in Semarang City. Type eksplanatory research. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling with a sample of 100 consumers. Quantitative data were analyzed using SPSS version 17. Data were analyzed through the validity, reliability, crosstab, product moment correlation, coefficient of determination, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The results show that impulse buying is high. Then shopping lifestyle is quite high, shopping lifestyle has a moderate influence on the impulse buying (19.6 percent) as well as the significant and positive impact on impulse buying (0.358). Fashion involvement is high, fashion involvement has a high influence on the impulse buying (37.6 percent) as well as the significant and positive impact on impulse buying (0.543). Hedonic shopping motivation is quite high, hedonic shopping motivation has a moderate effect (30.4 percent) as well as the significant and positive impact on impulse buying (0,702). Shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement and hedonic shopping motivation to have a strong influence on impulse buying (48.5 percent). In conclusion shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement and hedonic shopping motivation higher so impulse buying higher. Suggested Matahari Department Store improve their services, comfort, products diversity, product quality and products provided should continue to follow the trend of fashion. In addition Matahari Departement Store in its business of doing business must be accordance with ethics of business. The consumers must be more careful and wise in the conducting any activity shopping so they do not feel remorse after shopping.

Abstract

Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) ?Mardisantosa? is one entity that aims to improve the welfare of its members in Kebumen, its activities include the areas of loan, shops and photocopy services. Management tried to achieve a return in line with expectations, for that management needs to take proper discretion in investing the funds available so that they can achieve the expected liquidity and profitability, and ultimately be able to improve the efficiency of working capital. but in reality KPRI ?Mardisantosa? have not been able to manage their finances efficiently. Based on these conditions, then conducted research on ratio analysis of liquidity, profitability and working capital efficiency at KPRI "Mardisantosa" period 2006-2010. Research objective is to determine the level of liquidity, profitability and efficiency of working capital at KPRI "Mardisantosa". The method used descriptive analysis of data retrieval in time series of the consolidated balance sheet income statement in the period 2006 to 2010, and the Annual Members Meeting report KPRI "Mardisantosa". Techniques of data collection is through secondary data and documentation. Other sources of data acquired from the KPRI "Mardisantosa". Data were analyzed quantitatively by using the liquidity ratio, profitability, working capital turnover ratio and working capital efficiency. Results showed that the ratios for five-year cooperative liquidity is relatively high. Achieved the highest liquidity ratio is 383.33% Current Ratio, Quick Ratio 314.33%, and Net Working to Total Assets amounted to 68.56%. Cooperative profitability ratio is relatively low over the past five years, the highest rate of return is achieved ROE of 6.84% and ROA of 3.41%, while the lowest is at 3.34% ROE and ROA of 1.83%. Net Working Capital Turnover cooperatives tend to be very low, for five years of Net Working Capital Turnover reached the highest cooperatives times are 1.37 and 0.55 times the lowest. There is excess working capital during the study period. During the five-year working capital turnover is relatively low and has a working capital surplus that indicate inefficient use of working capital. The conclusion of this study is that for five years the cooperative has a working capital surplus, or inefficient use of working capital. Liquidity during the five-year relative good enough so in adequate condition, in relatively low profitability and working capital turnover is relatively low so that the maximum profit is less cooperative and there have not been empowered working capital efficiently. The advice given is KPRI "Mardisantosa" need to seek working capital as required, control spending or operating expenses to gain more leverage.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasingly tight business development in the field of capital market will certainly create a competitive competition, to compete - the race the company attracts investors. One source of the company's funds comes from the share capital invested by the investors, the stock price of a company reflects the value of the company in the eyes of investors, if the stock price of a company is high, therefore stock price is important for the company with the expectation of stock price always Has increased so that the interest in buying stocks is high. In investing an investor needs information about which companies can provide benefits in the future.The purpose of this study is to analyze and know what influence of Earning per share and Return on Equity to the stock arga. In this study using objects as many as 10 automotive companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia 4 years, so the total sample 40. The analysis technique used is quantitative. Quantitative analysis used normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroskesidity test, simple and multiple regression analysis, and significance test (t test and F test). Analyzer using SPSS 16.The results of this research is the highest Return On Equity PT Astra International with the ability to return their own capital far above average - while the highest Earning Per Share at PT. Goodyear Indonesia as well as the Stock Price. In this study Return On Equity does not affect the stock price while the Earning Per Share have a positive effect on the stock price with the value of significance far below the recommended standard of recommendation, so the higher the Earning Per Share of a company then followed the increase in the Share Price of the companyConclusion Independent variables, namely Return On Equity (X1) and Earning Per Share (X2), together (simultaneously) affect the dependent variable of Stock Price (Y). Suggestion to improve condition Return On Equity (ROE). High Return On Equity (ROE) shows that the company has a good level of profitability, because Return On Equity (ROE) describes the ability of companies in generating profits with own capital

Abstract

Hospital is a health facility conducting personal health services includes promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative services providing inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. Many factors that affect patient satisfaction, one of them is the quality of service and employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and employee performance to patient satisfaction. The primary data used by providing questionnaires to hospitalized patient with a total of 100 respondents are determined using a Slovin formula table. Respondents are taken using accidental sampling and purposive sampling method.Results and Discussion. Quality of service to both patient satisfactions with average score of 3,754, employee performance with average score of 3,772 and satisfactory patient satisfaction with average score of 3,794. Service quality significantly influence towards patient satisfaction (p <0,05) with a correlation coefficient of 0,507, R2 0,257 and t count value of 5.829 > t table 1,6606. Employee performance significantly influence towards patient satisfaction (p<0,05) with a correlation coefficient of 0,462, R2 0,214 and t count value of 5,163 > t table 1,6606. But the results of recapitulation of service quality regarding duration of the service before it is sent to the infirmary has a result below the average i.e. 3,67. Service quality and employee performance significantly influence towards patient satisfaction with correlation coefficients of 0,578, R2 0,334 and F count test results of 24,361 > F table 3,090.In conclusion and suggestions, service quality and employee performance significantly influence towards patient satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. It is suggested to hospitals to improve service quality and employee performance, maximize service in dealing with patients, improving the readiness and responsiveness, accelerate delivery time to patient care space, and the arrival of the doctor in charge. It is useful to give satisfaction to the patients who are undergoing medical treatment at the hospital.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of  the compensation and work motivation toward turnover intention through work stress of employee?s of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara branch office semarang. This type of research is explanatory, to explain the causal relationship between the compensation and work motivation toward turnover intention. Population ini this research is PT. Bank Tabungan Negara branch office semarang permanent employee?s. The number of samples in this study amounted to 91 people used by census sampling?method. Data collection methods used is literature studies and questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using a test of validity, reliability, simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. While hypothesis testing using t-test, F test and path analysis. The results showed that compensation and  work motivation affects turnover intention. Based on the path analysis, its show that direct effect of compensation toward turnover intention is 0,451. Meanwhile, the impact of compensation toward turnover intention through work stress is 0,518. Its show that the impact of compensation towardbturnover intention is higher if through work stress. In the other side, the  direct effect of  work motivation toward turnover intention is -0,199. Menawhile, the impact of work motivation toward turnover intention through work stress is -0,517.  Its show that the impact of work mtoviation toward turnover intention is higher if through work stress. Conclusion the study show compensation, work motivation and work stress partially and simultaneously affect turnover intention. Firms need to review standards and employment targets , reviewing the reward and punishment system , improving employee discipline and working relationships both vertically and horizontally and create a working environment that is conducive to both physical and non-physical.

Abstract

Indonesian capital market development is rapidly since the 1990s, making the need for increased securities trading analysis. PER a favorite because it is quite easy to understand for investors and prospective investors. PER is part of the ratio of the market determines how the market gives the value or price of a company. Ability profitable a company as one of the main consideration sources of most investors to invest. Ability of high profits can be demonstrated with profitability ratios such as Return on assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). The rate of inflation causes economic conditions of a country shaking.This study aimed to determine the effect of ROA, ROE and Inflation to PER. This type of research is explanatory research or explanation. The population in this study is the financial statement data manufacturing company engaged in the field of Food and Beverage is listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 and 2011 and a sample of  the study was 15, a manufacturing company engaged in the field of Food and Beverage listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. Data collection in this study was done by non participant observation. In the data analysis using the classical assumption test, simple linear regression and multiple regression test with SPSS program.Based on the survey results revealed that the ROA, ROE and Inflation positive and significant effect on PER, either partially or simultaneously. Simultaneously, the variable ROA, ROE and inflation effect on PER of 39.3 percent. This suggests that the overall return on assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and the Food and Beverage company Inflation 2010-2011 period can be a calculation in the determining  PER.

Abstract

In general a company is established to obtain an optimum profit. Profit is a measure of company's ability to conduct business operations. The gap between activity ratio and profitability ratio is an element of the problem in this study. This study is to determine the effect of cash turnover, receivable turnover, and inventory turnover on profitability ROA. The type of this research is explanatory research, with sample 15 companies during 3 years periode of automotive sub sector, so there are 45 samples. Result and discussion: explains that cash turnover to profitability has significant value (2,879)> (2,021), receivable turnover has significant value to profitability of (4,556)> (2,021) and inventory turnover has significant value to profitability of (2,297) > (2.021). In the discussion t value is (2.021). the three variables have t value > t table, which signifies significance. While the test results of the three variables between cash turnover, receivables turnover, and inventory turnover on profitability earn high significant value. This is evidenced by the results of the F test, which obtained F value of 9.691 9.691> 3.23 F table, With a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 simultaneously between variables cash turnover, receivable turnover, and receivable turnover get a significant value to profitability, but asset turnover in 2014-2016 has decreased resulting in resulting profitability decreased. Companies are expected to better manage assets owned to be more effective and efficient so as to achieve maximum profit. In the next research is expected to increase the variables and periods in the study.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction variables services servicing. Sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling technique with samples gathered from 100 people. Linear regression analysis and significance test were used to test the hypotheses using SPSS 22.0. Result of data analysis Quality of service is significantly positive effect on the customer satisfaction (21.7 percent). Quality of service is significantly positive effect on customer loyalty (7.8 percent). Customer satisfaction is significantly positive effect on customer loyalty (16.8 percent). Service quality significantly affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction (t count > t table). As a suggestion to improvements increase promotion and advertising, organize events aimed at maintaining social relationships with customers, increase awareness and ready to assist customers difficulties.

Abstract

Human resources is one of factors has an important role in improving employee performance. The population of this study were 93employees as respondent. From the results of data analysis conclude that Culture Organization has significant effect on Employe Performance of 56.3 percent. Commitment affect empoye performance by 67 percent. . Culture Organization and Commitment simultaneously affecting Employe Performance by 69.2 percent. . Based on these results, the management of PT. Suara Merdeka Press Semarang needs to consider the application of Culture Organization by division supervisor. Continuous guidance and supervision needs to be done so that employees work better. e needs of employees and the opportunity to move forward should be supported and facilitated.

Abstract

The development of the digital world, especially the Internet makes buying or selling online through e-commerce is growing rapidly. This makes many emerging e-commerce offering a variety of services and promotion. However, due to competition between online stores are increasingly stringent, Tokopedia as one of the largest in Indonesia, should strive to become the largest e-commerce in Indonesia, namely by launching a range of services and promotions. This study aims to determine influence of Service Quality (X1) and Promotion (X2) toward Purchasing Decisions at E-Commerce Tokopedia in Semarang City. This type of research is explanatory. Using a combination of accidental and purposive sampling, ie by distributing questionnaires online through google form, and offline by going directly to the field. The total sample is 97 respondents. Measurement scale using Likert scale. In the analysis of the data using validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, multiple linear regression analysis, the determinant coefficient, t test and f test using SPSS. The results show variable service quality and promotion in this study had an influence toward the purchase decision variable partially or simultaneously. Its recommendation is to increase the sales promotion by giving discounts, vouchers, or bonuses. Improving the service quality in terms of the ease of contacting the seller also the ease and speed of a refund if the goods are not appropriate, and improve purchasing decisions through increased customer satisfaction in line with expectations given.
