Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to know the growth and productivity of some strains of rice plant on dry planting season. This research was carried out in a BBT paddy fields (Integrated Seed Hall) Samahani Kuta Malaka, Aceh Besar Regency of Aceh Province, from Mai to October 2015. This study used a Randomized Design Group- nonfactor with 3 strains of rice that is: 14 1002 E, 11S3 E, 14 1009 and each repeated 3 times, so there are 9 units of the experiment. The observed variables are plant height  and tillers of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 weeks after planting, flowering age, age of harvest, panicle length, the weight of 1000 grains of paddy, the percentage of grain contains per clump, the percentage of empty grain per tiller, heavy grain contains per clump, heavy grain contains per plot, and potential yield. There is a difference in growth and high productivity of plants, the length and weight of1000 the panicle. The tallest plants found in strain14E1002, longest panicle found in strains of 11S3 and a weight of 1000 grains found in the highest strain 11S3. Strain 14E1009 in achieving higher per hectare results 7.43 tonnes per hectare at dry planting season. Keywords: growth, productivity, rice,strain,  dry planting season

Abstract

Abstrak. Pembenah tanah adalah bahan organik yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan alami untuk mempercepat pemulihan atau perbaikan kualitas tanah dan permasalahan yang ada pada tanah. Penelitian ini di laksanakan 21 September sampai 14 Desember 2018 di kebun percobaan dan Laboratorium Tanaman dengan menggunakan Varietas Dena 1. Rancangan digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok non faktorial. Faktor yang dicobakan adalah residu pembenah tanah. Parameter yang diamati adalah berat berangkasan basah perrumpun, berat berangkasan kering perrumpun, serapan hara, berat biji kedelai perplot, berat 100 biji, jumlah dari polong berisi perrumpun, jumlah polong hampa perrumpun, berat biji normal perrumpun, berat biji kisut perrumpun, jumlah biji normal perrumpun, jumlah biji kisut perrumpun persentase biji normal perrumpun dan potensi. Hasil dari penelitian residu pembenah tanah sangat berpengaruh pada berat biji normal perrumpun, berat biji kisut perrumpun, jumlah biji normal perrumpun, jumlah biji kisut perrumpun, jumlah polong berisi perrumpun dan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap berangkasan basah perrumpun, berat berangkasan kering perrumpun, serapan hara, jumlah polong hampa perrumpun, berat kedelai perplot, berat 100 biji dan potensi hasil kedelai. Hasil yang terbaik terdapat pada residu pembenah tanah kotoran sapi 20 ton ha-1 + N dan K.Effect of Soil Amendment Residues on Nutrient Uptake and Yield of Soybean (Glycine max L. Merrill)Abstract. Soil amandment are organic materials that can be used as natural ingredients to accelerate soil recovery or improvement in soil quality and soil problems. So as to increase plant growth. This research was on 21 September of 14 December 2018 in the experimental field soil and plant Laboratory by using variety Dena 1. This research uses a non factorial randomized block. The factor that was tried was the soil remover residue. The parameters observed were weight perclump, dry weight perclump, nutrient uptake, soybean seed weight perplot, weight 100 seeds, number offilled pods perclump, number of empty pods perclump, normal seed weight perclump, seed weight wrinkles perclump, number of normal seeds perclump, number of abnormal seeds perclump percentage of normal seeds perclump and potential yield. The results of residue research soil amendment showed that the treatment of soil amendment very significant effect on the weight of  normal seeds perclump, the weight of abnormal seeds perclump, number of normal seeds perclump, number of abnormal seeds perclump and number offilled pods perclump but no significant effect on fresh weight plant perclump, dry weigh the plant perclump, nutrient uptake, number of empty pods perclump, soybean weight perplot, weight of 100 seeds and soybean yield. Results the best are found in the residues of soil amendment cow manure 20 tons ha-1 + N and K.
