Abstract

Complex consumer needs all critical and followed increasingly competitive market competition lead to Nike Sports Shoes must to compete and also maintain their market consumer seized from its competitors. Consumers who take the decision to choose Nike Sports Shoes will consider various things before buying it. Consideration to make a decision consist of influenced the quality of the product, promotion, and brand image of Nike Sport Shoes. The problem in this research is Sports Shoes Nike fluctuation data during 2011 until 2013 seen from Top Brand Index. The research used explanatory research approach by collect data using questionnaire with a sample of 97 respondents in the S1 FISIP UNDIP students. Collection data used purposive sampling technique based on certain assumptions. Analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test, F test by SPSS 20.0 programs.Based on the results of statistical calculation with linear regression analysis can be shown by the regression equation Y = 4.261 + 0.073 X1 - X2 0.031 + 0.815 X3, from the regression equation is known that the quality of the product, promotion, and brand image has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. The results of the calculation of the determination coefficient is 0.429. It shows that the quality of product, promotion and brand image explain about purchase decision in 42.9% and 57.1% explained by other variables that are not observed.Suggestions for the company consist of to keep innovate and create better product quality, increase the frequency of advertising and sales promotion, and select great and appropriate brand ambassador.Complex consumer needs all critical and followed increasingly competitive market competition lead to Nike Sports Shoes must to compete and also maintain their market consumer seized from its competitors. Abstract

In order to obtain information to determine the influence of promotion mix to the consumer’s decision to buy cement Balfour in the village Sekip Jaya subdistrict Kemuning Palembang, the population in this study are all people who lived in the village Sekip jaya subdistrict Kemuning Palembang while the sample used is random sampling where from random sampling the obtained 100 respondents, the question in this study using three indicators, namely promotion mix of advertising, sales promotion, and public relations. The method used is the method of test validity, reliability testing, regression, hypothesis testing, and test normalization. Bassed on research on the promotional mix towards the consumer’s decision to buy cement Balfour in Sub Sekip Jaya Subdistrict Kemuning Palembang by using the above it can be concluded that the promotion mix influence consumer’s decision to buy cement Balfour in Sub Sekip Jaya subdistrict Kemuning Palembang and indicators promotion mix greatest influence decisions purchase is advertising.Keyword: Promotion Mix Influence On Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Perusahaan kelapa sawit biasanya terdiri dari perkebunan dan pabrik pengolahan kelapa sawit.Selain dihasilkan dari perkebunan mereka sendiri, mereka juga membeli kelapa sawit, CPO, dan kernel(inti sawit) dari para petani atau pabrik pengolahan lain. Hasil perkebunan kelapa sawit dari para petanidijual kepada pengepul, kemudian pengepul menjual kelapa sawit ke pabrik pengolahan. Menurut parapengepul harga jual kelapa sawit dari pengepul ke pabrik terbilang murah walaupun kelapa sawittersebut berkualitas baik. Mereka berpikir untuk mengolah sendiri kelapa sawit tersebut, tetapi hargamesin pengolahan kelapa sawit tidak bisa terjangkau oleh mereka. Melalui penelitian ini akan dibuatkanmesin penghancur buah kelapa sawit kapasitas 50 kg/jam, yang diharapkan dapat digunakan oleh parapetani kelapa sawit dalam hal peningkatan nilai jual hasil perkebunan. Metode yang dilakukan untukmenyelesaikan permasalahan ini adalah dimulai dengan penyusunan daftar kebutuhan produk yangdiperlukan, pembuatan dan pemilihan konsep, perancangan komponen, pembuatan detail gambarteknik, pembuatan dan perakitan dan uji fungsi alat. Hasil uji coba mesin penghancur buah kelapa sawitdengan kapasitas 50 kg/jam dapat mencacah buah kelapa sawit dengan berat jenis cacahan0.8245kg/liter.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) how the precautionary principle for Notary / PPAT in carrying out its position in prevention of criminalization based on Code of Conduct, 2) What factors become obstacles for Notary / PPAT in carrying out its position and 3) What if Notary / PPAT is subject to Code violation until criminalization occurs The problem approach used is the normative juridical approach.The result of this research is that the precautionary principle for Notary / PPAT in carrying out its position in prevention of criminalization based on code of ethics that a Notary must always implement the principle of prudence as an effort to prevent criminalization based on code of ethics related to responsibility both civil, Administration, code of ethics of notary and criminal law, then the factors that become obstacle for Notary / PPAT in carrying out their position related to the principle of prudence is the information given by the parties that facing may not be in accordance with the actual and Notary / PPAT in running His duties and positions are subservient to the NOtaris Office Law. Therefore, if a Notary commits an offense in performing his duties and positions, until the criminalization of Notary is threatened with sanctions as stated in UUJN. Sanctions against a Notary are categorized into 2 (two), namely civil sanction in the form of reimbursement of costs, compensation, and interest is the result that will be received by Notary on the demands of the tapers if the deed concerned only has the power of proof as deed under the hand or deed becomes null for the sake of law. Notary also still have to face the threat of sanction in the form of ethical sanction if Notary do violation to code of ethic of Notary, and even can be sentenced to criminal sanction in case of criminal violationKeywords: Notary, Prudential Principle

Abstract

Nyeri pasca bedah SC akan menimbulkan reaksi fisik dan psikologi pada ibu postpartum seperti  gangguan mobilisasi, malas beraktifitas, sulit tidur, tidak nafsu makan, tidak mau merawat bayi sehingga diperlukan cara untuk mengontrol nyeri agar dapat beradaptasi dengan nyeri post operasi  sectio  caesarea. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh teknik relaksasi genggam jari yang dilakukan oleh suami terhadap nyeri post operasi Sectio Caesarea (SC). Desain penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan pretest-posttest with control group Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan consequtive sampling. Jumlah responden 58 orang terdiri dari 29 orang kelompok kontrol dan 29 kelompok intervensi alat ukur yang digunakan menggunakan NRS (numerical rating scale). Hasil  penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nyeri sebelum intervensi kelompok kontrol 5 skala nyeri dan kelompok intervensi 5,5. Setelah intervensi skala nyeri pada kelompok kontrol 4,1 dan kelompok intervensi 3,4. Ada perbedaan nyeri sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi genggam jari yang dilakukan oleh suami (p-value = 0,000)

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this Classroom Action Research was to improve students’ ability and participation in writing descriptive text through Collaborative Writing Strategy. The research subjects were 38 students from 10 Social-A at Saint Paul Senior High School Pontianak. The researcher emphasized the practice of group discussion and peer-assessment among students. The study showed that the implementation of Collaborative Writing Strategy gave positive implication which effected on learning improvement. Activities in the strategy improved students’ ability and participation in writing descriptive text. Group discussion and peer assessment helped students to generate, organize, and develop their ideas well after working with their group collaboratively. Collaborative Writing Strategy also encouraged students to get engaged more in teaching learning activities. Moreover, students also improved their writing score, which indicated that learning process have run well and have improved individual performance.         Keywords: Collaborative Writing, Descriptive Text, dan  Writing Ability
