Abstract

Ampas kelapa merupakan hasil samping pembuatan santan. Proses pembuatan ampas kelapa tidak banyak dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan tingkat proksimat (air, abu, protein, lemak, karbohidrat, dan total serat) dari hasil uji organoleptik. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap untuk mengetahui kualitas tepung ampas kelapa terbaik yang mengandung nilai gizi. Formula T57 adalah formula terpilih dari uji organoleptik dengan kadar air 5,70 %, lemak 7,30 %, protein 4.91%, kadar abu 0,34%, serat 2,37 % dan karbohidrat 81,75 %. Perlu dilakukan lagi uji daya simpan terhadap formula terpilih.

Abstract

Abstract?anzhao?and?genju?both havethe meaning of a particular application or standards. However,if seen in terms of the use of the word,the two could not mutually replace.therefore,in the process of studying the ?anzhao?and ?genju,the studentsoften encounter errors when using both those words.in order to understand the conditions of mastery against the word preposition ?anzhao?and?genju?on student education in chinese university of tanjungpura forces 2015,the authors examines how to use evaluation methods to implement test test to students.the results of his research,analysis of the mastery of the use of the  word preposition?anzhao?on students language education in chinese university of tanjungpura 2015 sovereignty forces some very nice, 56.90% average  and also against the student?s mastery of ?genju?portion is  not good,an average 48.76%.mastery of the students on the usage of  the grammar?genju+...yijian/yaoqiu/diaoca/jingyan+zhuyu?is still very less,the reason is because the students are still less understand this  grammar  usage and also could distinguish the second words in the sentences.Keywords:       anzhao?genju?mastery analysis

Abstract

The utilization of coconut pulp flour in the food product making is still very limited. This research to analyze brownies that are distuited coconut pulp flour against nutritional value. This research is an experimental research with level of substitution of  wheat flour with coconut pulp flour as  treatment. There are 3 treatments, that is F1 (55% wheat flour and 45% coconut pulp flour), F2 (45% wheat flour and 55% coconut pulp flour) ad F3 (35% wheat flour and 65% coconut pulp flour). Formula results selected from the organoleptic  test who is F1 with comparison 55:45 continued with result proximate test that obtained water rate, ash rate, fat, protein, carbohydrate and fiber in way continue that 23,88%, 1,91%, 7,39%, 5,78%, 61,04 and 1,82%. The conclusion of this research is that have differences (p <0.05) between the formula result to water rate, ash rate, protein, carbohydrate and fiber.

Abstract

Ceramic membrane based on acid- and alkali-activated metakaolinite has been produced. It was tested as a cooling material for monocrystalline silicon solar cells. Membrane was made by several stages, such as calcination of natural kaolinite at 600 oC for 6 hours to obtain metakaolinite, activation of metakaolinite by concentrated HCl and KOH, and preparation of ceramic membrane. Kaolinite, metakaolinite, and activated metakaolinite were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), Fourier Transform Infra-red (FTIR), and gas sorption analyzer (GSA). Diffractogram of XRD showed that there was a structural change between activated metakaolinite and natural kaolinite. XRF analysis indicated that the Si/Al of HCl activated metakaolinite was three times higher than natural kaolinite. Activated metakaolinite was made into membrane by adding a binder, then heated at 800 °C for 6 hours. PV cells with and without cooling material were then analyzed their electrical performances. It was found that the maximum energy conversion yield of PV cells without using cooling material was 2.30%, while the maximum energy conversion yield of PV cells with cooling material of meta-kaolinite activated by HCl and KOH were respectively 2.72% and 2.94%.

Abstract

Cymodocea rotundata  merupakan salah satu jenis lamun yang berpotensi sebagai antibakteri. Senyawa bioaktif yang bersifat sebagai antibakteri adalah fenol, flavonoid dan tanin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan lama inkubasi dan konsentrasi ekstrak lamun C. rotundata yang berbeda terhadap aktivitas antibakteri S. aureus dan E. Coli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu experimental laboratories dengan menggunakan rancangan dasar penelitian Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan pola faktorial, pola terbagi oleh faktor lama inkubasi bakteri (24 jam, 48 jam dan 72 jam) dan perbedaan konsentrasi ekstrak lamun (5%, 10% dan 15%). Data dianalisis menggunakan SIDIK RAGAM dan dilakukan analisis lanjut Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ), apabila terdapat perbedaan pada perlakuan. Ekstrak lamun C. rotundata efektif sebagai antibakteri dengan kategori sedang yaitu zona hambat berkisar antara 5-10 mm. Konsentrasi optimum untuk menghambat S.aureus dan E.coli adalah 15% dengan lama inkubasi 48 jam dengan zona hambat yang dihasilkan masing-masing sebesar 6, 123 mm. Dan 5, 833 mm.Cymodocea rotundata is a type of seagrass that has a potential as an antibacterial. Bioactive compounds which act as such as antibacterial phenols, flavonoids and tannins. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of different concentration and time of incubation  of seagrass C.rotundata as antibacterial against  S. aureus and E. coli. The method used was experimental laboratories using the basic design of the study completely randomized design (CRD) with factorial pattern (2 factor). The first factor were different concentration (5%, 10% and 15% ) and second factor were time of incubations (24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours). Data were analyzed using ANOVA and conducted a further test Honestly Significant Difference (HSD), if treatment gave significant effect. C. rotundata extracts had antibacterial activity with medium category which inhibition zone ranges from 5-10 mm. The optimum concentration for inhibiting S. aureus and e. coli were 15% with incubation time of 48 hours resulting inhibition zone 6,123 mm and 5,833 respectively.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Anak balita merupakan salah satu golongan penduduk yang rawan terhadap masalah gizi. Mereka mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang pesat  pada rentang waktu ini sehingga membutuhkan suplai makanan dan gizi dalam jumlah yang cukup dan memadai. Kurang gizi pada saat balita dapat menimbulkan gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan secara fisik, mental, social, intelektual yang sifatnya menetap dan terus dibawa sampai dewasa.Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian makanan tambahan pemulihan pada balita gizi    kurang terhadap perubahan status gizi di wilayah Puskesmas Kramat Kabupaten Tegal.Metode : Penelitian in menggunakan jenis penelitian analitik, desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian cohort dalam rancangan dilakukan non randomisassi.Sampel penelitian adalah 23 balita yang mendapat PMT Pemulihan dan 23 balita yang tidak diberikan PMT Pemulihan yang akan dijadikan kelompok control. Analisa peneliti menggunakan uji statistik menganalisa pengaruh pemberian PMT Pemulihan terhadap perubahan status gizi  menggunakan uji Anacova Repeated Meansure dengan α  0,05.Hasil :Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian makanan tambahan pemulihan pada balita gizi kurang  terhadap perubahan  status gizi (p value 0,012).Kesimpulan : Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah status gizi  kelompok pembanding nilai rata-rata Z skor sebelum -2,426, bulan ke-1 yaitu -2,052, bulan ke-2 yaitu -2,157 dan pada bulan ke-3 -2,783. Status gizi kelompok perlakuan status gizi sebelum perlakukan adalah -2,504, bulan ke-1 -2,222, bulan ke-2 yaitu -1,190 dan bulan ke tiga rata-rata z skor menjadi -1,280. Penulis mengharapkan bagi dinas kesehatan agar meningkatkan efisiensi paket PMTP dengan dilaksanakan proses pendampingan program PMTP agar paket yang diberikan benar-benar tepat sasaran dan dapat diterima anak balita sasaran.

Abstract

Background : The toddler is one of the population groups that are vulnerable to nutritional problems. They are experiencing rapid growth and development in this period of time and thus require the supply of food and nutrition in sufficient quantities and adequate. Malnutrition in infancy can lead to impaired growth and development of the physical, mental, social, intellectual nature persist and continue to be carried into adulthood.Objective : The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supplemental feeding on infant malnutrition recovery to changes in nutritional status in the Puskesmas Kramat Tegal regency.Method : Research in using this type of analytical research, research design used in this study was a cohort study conducted in the design of non randomisassi. The research sample was 23 children who received food supplement to recovery and 23 infants who were not given food supplement to recovery that will be the control group. Analysis researchers used statistical tests to analyze the effect of food supplement recovery to changes in nutritional status using test Anacova Repeated Meansure with α 0.05.Results : The results showed that there was the influence of supplementary feeding on infant malnutrition recovery to changes in nutritional status (p value 0.012).Conclusion : The conclusion of this research is the nutritional status of the comparator group average Z score before -2.426, month-1 is -2.052, month-2 is -2.157 and -2.783 3rd month. The nutritional status nutritional status prior to treatment groups treatment was -2.504, -2.222 month 1, month 2 is -1.190 and three months to an average z score to -1.280. The author expects for the health department in order to improve the efficiency of the implemented processes packets food supplement to recovery. Food supplement to recovery mentoring program so that a given package is really right on target and acceptable to children under five goals.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kesehatan rambut adalah penggunaan jilbab. Penggunaan jilbab berpotensi memicu terjadinya masalah rambut jika rambut tidak dirawat dengan benar. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perilaku pengguna jilbab dalam mengatasi permasalahan rambut. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental dan target sampel mahasiswi berjilbab di kampus B Universitas Airlangga Surabaya. Instrumen pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Product for Social Sciences). Seratus orang responden berpartisipasi pada penelitian ini. Hasil: Responden dengan usia 18 tahun merupakan responden dengan jumlah terbesar yaitu sebanyak 31% dan mengalami permasalahan rambut paling banyak yaitu rambut rontok. Menariknya sebanyak 55% responden masih jarang untuk menggunakan produk perawatan rambut secara teratur termasuk vitamin dan conditioner. Mayoritas responden tidak mengetahui kandungan produk rambut dan/atau produk antiketombe yang mereka gunakan. Bahkan secara umum, responden tidak mengetahui produk yang benar untuk mengatasi permasalahan rambut. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa responden telah mengetahui cara mengatasi permasalahan rambut namun belum diterapkan dalam tindakan yang rutin dan benar.

Abstract

bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling gizi terhadap pengetahuan dan kebiasaan makan (asupan energi, protein, lemak, karbohirat, dan serat). Design penelitian adalah pra-experimental with one group pre test and post test. Metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling berjumlah 58 orang peserta prolanis Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini, yaitu form karakteristik responden, form pengetahuan, terapi farmakologi, form konseling gizi, dan kuesioner food recall 2x24 hours. Analisis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu McNemar test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh edukasi gizi terhadap pengetahuan dengan p=0,001 (p<0,005) dan kebiasaan makan (asupan protein dengan p=0,001, lemak dengan p=0,021, karbohidrat dengan p=0,003, dan serat dengan p=0,001) (p<0,005) responden. Namun tidak ada pengaruh edukasi terhadap asupan energi dengan p=0,648 (p>0,005) responden.

Abstract

This research aims to produce large amounts of lipase and have high activity so that it can be utilized in the food industry. Method of Research used a thermostable enzyme derived from compost AL96 microorganisms. Qualitative tests are carried out using Thermus media. Extracellular lipase enzyme expressed by AL96 culture at 700C for 17 hours was isolated as much as 1000 mL and the crude extract obtained was deposited by fractionation of ammonium sulfate. After obtaining a fraction of 0-30%; 30 -50% fraction; 50-70% fraction; and 7-90% fraction was then tested for lipase enzyme activity using spectrophotometric techniques and testing of protein content determined by the Bradford method. Results Of research obtaining partial purification using ammonium sulfate into crude enzyme extract from AL96 isolate with a fraction of 50-70% resulted in the highest specific activity of protein 0.018 U / mg. Further analysis of lipase in the 30-50% fraction has the optimum temperature at 65 0C and the fraction of 50-70% has the optimum temperature at 75 0C. Characterization of the optimum pH for 50-70% fraction and 30-50% fraction showed that both fractions had optimum pH 10.
