Abstract

Lokomotif memiliki peran sangat penting bagi PT.KAI (Persero) sebagai  penggerak kereta dan pendukung untuk sistem kelistrikan dan sistem penumatik bagi kereta.  Penilaian  dan evaluasi kinerja perawatan lokomotif saat ini belum dilakukan secara komprehensif, hanya dilakukan berdasarkan indikator Availability dan MKBF (Mean Kilometer Between Failure).  Pada penelitian ini akan pengukuran kinerja perawatan lokomotif berdasarkan model pengukuran kinerja Maintenance Scorecard (MSc). Model yang digunakan diperoleh berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang terdiri dari enam perspektif yaitu productivity, Cost Effectiveness, Quality, Environment, Safety dan Learning. Pengukuran kinerja perawatan lokomotif dimulai dengan menentukan target untuk setiap KPI, menentukan skala pengukuran, menentukan bobot KPI.  Penentuan target dilakukan dengan proses FGD. Proses pembobotan dilakukan dengan metode pairwise comparison dengan bantuan software Expert Choice. Hasil pengukuran kinerja perawatan lokomotif di Dipo Jatinegara diperoleh skor 2.8 yang menunjukan kinerja perawatan lokomotif dipo jatinegara ini cukup baik. Hasil Penilaian berturut ? turut pada perspektifQuality (37%), Cost Effectiveness (53%), Productivity (55%), Environtment (56%), Safety (83%) dan Learning (84%). Kata kunci : kinerja perawatan, lokomotif, maintenance scorecard ABSTRACT The locomotive has a very important role for PT.KAI (Limited) as a driver of the train, and support for electrical systems and systems for the railway penumatik. Assessment and evaluation of the performance of locomotive maintenance has not been done comprehensively, are solely based on indicators of Availability and MKBF (Mean Kilometer Between Failure). This research will measure the performance of locomotive maintenance by Maintenance Scorecard performance measurement model (MSc). The model used is obtained based on the results of previous studies of six perspectives, namely productivity, Cost Effectiveness, Quality, Environment, Safety and Learning Locomotive maintenance performance measurement begins by determining targets for each KPI, specify the scale of measurement, determine the weight of KPI. The selection of the carried the FGD process. Weighting process is done by pairwise comparison method with the help of Expert Choice software. The results of performance measurement in locomotive maintenance depot Jatinegara obtained score 2.8 which shows the performance of locomotive maintenance depot Jatinegara is pretty good. Successive Assessment - participated in perspektifQuality (37%), Cost Effectiveness (53%), Productivity (55%), Environtment (56%), safety (83%) and Learning (84%). Abstract

PT. Indhira Travindo merupakan salah satu agen perjalanan wisata ke Negara United Arab Emirates (UAE) khususnya negara Abu Dhabi dan Dubai.  Sistem penjualan perusahaan saat ini sering kali mengalami masalah-masalah yang akhirnya akan memperlambat proses penjualan. Hasil analisis sistem menunjukkan bahwa masalah yang sedang dihadapi perusahaan adalah data penjualan perusahaan sering hilang, waktu pelayanan yang lama, belum adanya prosedur penjualan yang memadai, waktu pembuatan laporan yang cukup lama dan hal lain. Berdasarkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi tersebut maka perlu dilakukan analisis keputusan terhadap kebutuhan sistem informasi penjualan.  Tahap analisis keputusan merupakan salah satu bagian penting dalam metodologi. Tahap ini merupakan tahap untuk pengambilan keputusan mengenai sistem informasi apakah yang akan dibangun  berdasarkan hasil  analisis masalah dan analisis kebutuhan sistem informasi. Metode Cut off Point akan digunakan dalam hal memilih kriteria berdasarkan opini sejumlah responden/pengambil keputusan dengan memberikan indeks terhadap derajat kepentingan masing-masing kriteria dan dipergunakan sebagai komponen pembangun struktur hirarki Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Validitas kriteria yang terpilih ditentukan berdasarkan hasil perundingan pihak yang terkait langsung dan user  dalam sebuah forum diskusi ?Nominal Group Tehnic? (NGT) . Kata kunci : analisis keputusan, cut off point, AHP, NGT     Abstract   PT.X as one of traveling agency to United Arab Emirates (UAE) countries especially Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The selling system nowadays often encounters some problems which eventually will slow the selling process down. The results of the analysis showed that the problems encountered by the company are the lost of selling data happens very often, the services takes quite a long time, the selling procedure is not well available, the making of the report takes a long time and so on. Decision analysis for selling information system is needed to solve the problem on the selling system. One of the important parts in action planning of System Information Method is phase of Decision Analysis. It forms phase for decision making about what kind of System Information will built based on problem analysis results and necessity of System Information analysis. Cut-Off Point Method will use in choosing criteria based on opinions of respondents/decision makers by give index across degree of each criteria importance and used as component of hierarchy structure builder of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Abstract

PT. Ganding Toolsindo,sebuah perusahaan  manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang industri otomotif, mengalami permasalahan ergonomi berdasarkan tanda-tanda umum terjadinya permasalahan ergonomi yaitu apparent trend in accidents and injuries, incidence of CTD (cumulative trauma disorder), absenteeism & high turnover rates, employee complaints, poor quality,dan  manual material handling. Permasalahan  yang menjadi focus untuk diselesaikan oleh perusahaan adalah CTD. Penelitian  pada dua stasiun kerja utama  yang bermasalah  yaitu mesin chinfong dan ada yang menggunakan tiga tools yaitu Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), Nordic Body Map dan pengukuran momen tubuh dengan software Mannequin Pro 7. Hasil dari ketiga tools ini menunjukkan perlu dilakukan intervensi ergonomi dengan pendekatan engineering control maupun administrative control. Intervensi dengan pendekatan engineering control dilakukan dengan meninggikan area kerja dan modifikasi bangku kerja, sedangkan pendekatan administrative control dilakukan dengan menerapkan rotasi kerja dan pemanasan tubuh sebelum bekerja. Hasil implementasi intervensi ergonomic menunjukkan adalanya penurunan pada skor RULA, persentasi keluhan tubuh dan penggunaan momen tubuh. Kata Kunci: CTD, intervensi ergonomi, engineering control, administrative control     PT. Ganding Toolsindo, a manufacturing company engaged in the automotive industry, ergonomics problems experienced by general signs of ergonomics problems are apparent trend in accidents and injuries, incidence of CTD (cumulative trauma disorder), high absenteeism & turnover rates, employee complaints, poor quality, and manual material handling. The problems to be resolved by the company's focus for the CTD. Research on the two main work stations that are problematic and aida chinfong machine uses three tools namely Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (Rula), Nordic Body Map and measurement of body moments with Mannequin Pro 7 software. The results of all three tools show ergonomics intervention needs to be done with engineering controls and administrative approach control. Intervention by engineering control approach conducted by elevating the work area and modification work benches, while the administrative approach to control is done by implementing job rotation and heating of the body before work. The results of the implementation of ergonomic interventions showed a decrease in scores adalanya Rula, percentage of body complaints and use of body moments. Abstract

Harga jual susu yang rendah pada industri pengolahan susu merupakan indikasi lemahnya bargainingpower peternak sebagai pemasok. Peristiwa ini terjadi karena adanya monopsoni di pasar. Untukmengantisipasi hal tersebut dilakukan diversifikasi produk susu segar ke susu pasteurisasi.Pada penelitian ini, sistem kontrol kualitas dioperasikan dalam dua bagian yaitu dimensi kualitas produkseperti performansi, feature, keandalan, konformasi, durability, kemampuan pelayanan, estetika, kualitas yangdirasakan yang dipentingkan oleh konsumen dan menentukan suhu pasteurisasi. Sistem dimplementasikandengan Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) dan Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan (JST).Kaidah IF-THEN rule untuk semua dimensi kualitas produk memberikan hasil 390.625 kombinasi. Dalammakalah ini, membahas tiga dimensi kualitas yaitu performansi, feature dan keandalan yang memberikan hasil125 kombinasi IF THEN-rule. Suhu pasteurisasi diidentifikasi dengan jaringan syaraf tiruan, yang diestimasidengan Root Mean Square Error (RSME) dan memberikan hasil 0.0066. Data prediksi suhu pasteurisasidiidentifikasi sebagai bentuk data variabel sehingga dalam melakukan pengolahan data dengan bagan kendalimaka bagan kendali yang dipilih adalah bagan kendali X. Abstract

Setiap Dosen memiliki tugas utama terkait dengan tridharma yaitu Pendidikan dan Pengajaran, Penelitian, Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM), dan Penunjang Tridharma. Dokumen yang digunakan banyak dan harus disimpan dengan rapi di ruang kerja untuk keperluan kegiatan Dosen seperti Beban Kerja Dosen (BKD) dan kepangkatan. Hasil penelitian pendahuluan menunjukkan sebanyak 62,5% Dosen menyatakan kesulitan dalam menyimpan dokumen di ruang kerja dan sebanyak 81,25% menyatakan perlu adanya perbaikan di ruang kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang ruang kerja Dosen dan penataan dokumen menggunakan metode 5S. Penelitian diawali dengan penguraian aktivitas Dosen dan pengelompokkan dokumen, perancangan ruang kerja dan fasilitas penyimpanan dokumen, identifikasi kondisi awal ruang kerja, penerapan 5S dan evaluasi hasil rancangan menggunakan Office 5S Audit Checklist. Penelitian ini menghasilkan penataan dokumen yang tersusun rapi berdasarkan prinsip 5S, rancangan almari dengan kriteria biaya yang tidak terlalu mahal, ukuran dan desain disesuaikan dengan ukuran ruangan dan dokumen yang akan disimpan. Hasil penilaian performansi 5S di ruang kerja Dosen sebelum penerapan 5S diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 56,83 dengan kategori rating fair, dan setelah penerapan 5S skor rata-rata menjadi 92 dengan kategori rating excellent yang menunjukan peningkatan sebesar 50%.  Abstract[Planning Lecturer Working Room and Document Arrangement Using 5S Method In Department Industrial Engineering, Trisakti University] Every lecturer has main duty to fulfill Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi which are Education and Teaching, Research and PKM. All of the documents must be stored in order to easier the lecturer to necessity of BKD and raising the grade. The preliminary research about the lecture?s working room, the result stated that as much as 62.5% lectures have difficulties to store the documents in their working room. Several lecturers stated that the facilities such as board is unappropriate. Another 81.25% of lecturers stated is necessary to improve the system to store the documents their working room.The purpose of this research is to design the lecture?s working room and organize the documents using 5S method. The research is began with describing of lecturer activities and documents grouping, designing of lecturer?s room and facility of documents storage, initial identification of lecturer?s room, application of 5S method and evaluation of this application. This reseach has result of document structuring based on 5S method, document board which have criterion such as cheaper price, size and design appropriate with the room and documents will be stored. The result of 5S performance in lecturer?s room before using 5S method id 56.83 which is fair category, and after using 5S the score is increase become 92 which is excellent catogory. Abstract

The critical point of performance and risk supply chain in a dairy product agro-industries was found in the product’s perishable characteristics. Bacterial and antibiotic contaminations have been identified as the major risks. This risks arise from a series of activities strarting from farms, cooperatives and Milk Processing Industry that will affect the entire supply chain performance. This paper aimed to design performance and risk supply chain model for agroindustrial dairy product supply chain risks by using Fuzzy Associative Memories (FAMS) approach. The approach is used to translate a quantity that is expressed using the language (linguistic). The fuzzy logic system provides four basic elements, namely : (i) rule base; (ii) inference engine; (iii) fuzzification; (iv) defuzzification. There are three proposed components in the model, namely : (i) performance profile; (ii) risk profile and (iii) risk exposure, which were expressed in time, cost and quality. The initial stage began with the analysis of invetible exposure risk exposure, including analysis of environmental and configuration characteristics, as well as dairy agro-industries supply chain. The second stage was analysis of evitable exposure risk, while the third stage was to change, risk exposure into time, cost and quality performance units. The second stage generateds risk magnitude of risk as a function of probability and severity, the two value that were measured with Fuzzy Associative Memories (FAMS). The Model, therefore  showed the  impact of emerging risks damage to the agro-industry supply chain, which could be measured and be minimized in order to improve the robustnesss of the supply chain.ABSTRAKTitik kritis dari performansi dan risiko rantai pasok agroindustri susu terletak pada karakteristik produknya yang mudah rusak. Risiko tertinggi yang teridentifikasi pada rantai ini adalah risiko susu terkontaminasi bakteri dan antibiotik. Risiko ini muncul dari rangkaian aktivitas yang terjadi mulai dari peternakan, koperasi dan Industri Pengolahan Susu (IPS) yang akan mempengaruhi performasi rantai pasok keseluruhan. Paper ini bertujuan untuk merancang model performansi dan risiko rantai pasok agroindustri susu dengan menggunakan pendekatan Fuzzy Assosiated Memories (FAMs). Logika fuzzy digunakan untuk menerjemahkan suatu besaran yang diekspresikan menggunakan bahasa (linguistic). Secara umum dalam sistem logika fuzzy terdapat empat buah elemen dasar, yaitu: basis kaidah (rule base), mekanisme pengambilan keputusan (inference engine), proses fuzzifikasi (fuzzification) dan proses defuzzifikasi (defuzzification). Ada tiga komponen yang dipertimbangkan dalam rancangan model yaitu profil performansi, profil risiko dan eksposur risiko dalam ukuran waktu, biaya dan kualitas. Tahap pertama dimulai dengan menganalisis eksposur risiko yang tidak terhindarkan yang meliputi analisis karakteristik lingkungan dan konfigurasi serta karakteristik rantai pasok agroindustri susu. Tahap kedua adalah menganalisis eksposure risiko yang dapat dihindari. Tahap ketiga adalah mengubah eksposur risiko ke dalam ukuran performansi waktu, biaya dan kualitas. Pada tahap kedua dihasilkan magnitude risiko, yang merupakan fungsi dari nilai probabilitas dan severity yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Fuzzy Assosiated Memories (FAMs).Dengan model ini diharapkan dampak kerusakan dari risiko yang muncul pada rantai pasok agroindustri susu dapat terukur dan dapat diminimasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan ketangguhan (robustnes) dari rantai pasok.

Abstract

Dairy product innovation has potential to be developed to overcome the problems of lowquality of dairy produced by the farmers. This leads to rejection of dairy by the dairy containerKoperasi Unit Desa (KUD) before getting to the Industri Pengolahan Susu (IPS) and eventuallywasted. Innovation processed products are studied in this paper is a product processed at the levelof UKM using simple processing technology. Product innovation is needed to survive in thecompetitive market, but on the other hand, an important aspect in the success of innovation thatshould be considered is the risk factor. The purpose of writing this paper is to perform a riskassessment innovation dairy cows by stage approach to innovation management processcomprising the step of searching, selection, implementation and learning. Innovation risks areidentified and analyzed based on risk inovation category consists of environmental innovation,technical resources, integration, management, marketing and strategy. The next stage is measuredand analyzed by two-dimensional measurement of the value of the probability and severity values.Furthermore the final stage of this study is to determine the risk management recommendations aremade based in the value of the ranking value risk exposure.

Abstract

The purpose of the present study is to to develop discrete simulation models for setting thenumber of gate entry and exit gate in the e-ticketing system commuter Jabodetabek travel route Bogor -Jakarta Kota. Discrete event that occurred in the queue gate entrance and exit gate of which is the Linecommuter passenger arrival in the gate entrance and exit gate and passenger service level in the system.Based on the analysis of passenger and utility ratio of gates at 24 station, there were four groups ofstations and four groups of the time. The performance evaluation system was based on: number ofpassengers in the system (LS), the number of passengers in the queue (Lq), waiting time in the system(Ws) and the waiting time in the queue (Wq) used a software application program WinQsb QueuingAnalysis. Results of the evaluation of the proposal setting the number of gate entry and exit gate showedutility value higher than the previous condition. Abstract

Data mining is useful in finding interesting patterns of hidden information in a database with specified algorithms. Management of uncertainty in the automotive industry supply chain, with case data at PT QQQ that produce car batteries, classification techniques are used to manage uncertainty in the case of engine breakdown. Based on the utilization of classification techniques, performance comparison analysis was carried out from several methods, namely Decision Tree, Bagging, Boosting and Random Forest. The research data is divided into testing data (75%) and training data (25%). This study uses Software R for analysis needs. The need for testing the goodness of the model uses package (caret) help to see the value of accuracy, sensitivity and specificity. The analysis shows that the Random Forest and Bagging method is superior compared to the Decision Tree and Boosting methods based on accuracy criteria, while the sensitivity criteria, Bagging and Boosting methods are superior to Random Forest and DecisionTree. The lowest sensitivity value is owned by the Decision Tree Method, which indicates that the ability of the method is weak in predicting very few classes.

Abstract

Association rules merupakan salah satu teknik data mining yang digunakan untuk menentukan korelasi dari sebuah dataset terkait keputusan yang akan diambil. PT Z adalah perusahaan penghasil komponen otomotif yaitu battery untuk kendaraan bermotor. Gangguan kerusakan mesin produksi pada perusahaan mempengaruhi tercapainya Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Divisi Perawatan pada PT Z. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan hasil pemetaan dan analisis gangguan kerusakan mesin yang terjadi dengan menggunakan teknik Association Rules sehingga dapat diberikan rekomendasi kegiatan pengendalikan gangguan kerusakan untuk divisi Maintenance. Tahapan penelitian dimulai dengan melakukan kegiatan pengumpulan data kerusakan mesin. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dilakukan pengkategorian untuk variabel analisis terpilih. Berikutnya data yang diperoleh akan diolah dengan menggunakan teknik Association Rule untuk melihat pola yang terjadi dengan bantuan packages  arules software R. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara kerusakan pada shift 2 untuk jenis kerusakan mekanik, serta kerusakan pada shift 3 dengan lama perbaikan  sedang dan tingkat resiko yang tinggi memiliki peluang kejadian yang lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan kejadian lainnya. Perusahaan sebaiknya menyediakan kebutuhan staf mekanik, peralatan dan suku cadang yang memadai pada shift 2 dan shift 3 sehingga dapat meminimasi durasi perbaikan mesin dan mencapai target KPI divisi Maintenance.
