Abstract

This study entitled Investigation Against Actors Criminal Murder With Mensing At Central Java Police. The purpose of this study: 1) To analyze the implementation of the investigation of the perpetrators of murder offenses accompanied by the weighting. 2) To analyze the inhibiting factors in an effort to uncover cases of murder accompanied by a weighting. 3) To analyze the solution and explain the accountability of murder offenses accompanied by a weighting.Result of Research: a) Effort of investigator in determining place of case happening on murder crime that is through processing to case happening case. b) Constraints that occur in the efforts of the duty in determining the crime scene in murder. 1) Damage of crime scene caused by human factor, natural factor, and animal factor. 2) Lack of experience and knowledge of investigators, meaning that investigators who are in doing their duties have not been supported by knowledge of investigations and investigations such as newly appointed investigators as investigators. 3) Unavailability of facilities and infrastructure at the time of processing the crime scene, such as must advance first tool to perform fingerprints that must be brought from the Regional Police first so that such things are considered inefficient and a constraint in conducting an investigation. d). Unavailability of Data Base, meaning that when the investigator finds fingerprints at crime scene the investigator can not find the comparative fingerprint due to the absence of Data Base about the fingerprint, thus slowing the course of the investigation c) Efforts by the investigator in overcoming the constraints when determining Place Genesis Cases of murder.Keywords: Investigation, Criminal Acts, Murder With Obstacles

Abstract

Bamboo handicraft business at rural areas, of Pajeleran Sukahati, Cibinong of Bogor district, Indonesia is estimated to have lasted since the 1960s carried from generation to generation. Some types of bamboo handicraft products routinely produced are variety of furniture products like tables and chairs. This study aims to know the description of the existence of craftsmen, the strengths and weaknesses as well as strategies that can be owned implemented for business development. Based on survey results revealed that the total value of IFE matrix owned by the craftsman is 3.00 and the total value of EFE matrix is 3.05. Further analysis of these results is phase matching, which produces information that the presence of artisans into the first cells that means grows and develops. There are three alternative strategies that can be applied by the craftsmen in developing their business are: 1). Market penetration; 2). Development or expansion of the market; and 3). Products development. Based on QSPM result, products development has a highest score of Total Attractive Score (TAS), so it?s has been chosen as the most recommended strategy.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a functional beverage for patients with prehypertension. Raja Bulu banana (Musa paradisiaca L.) and Wilis variety of soy beans (Glycine max L.) are used as ingredients for functional beverages production. This study used a completely randomized design and the treatments were given in three formulas with different proportion of soy milk (mL) and banana (g), namely F1 (1000:250), F2 (1000:350), and F3 (1000:500). The results of Kruskal-Wallis test showed that the average preference of colour, flavor, taste, and viscosity characteristics among the three formulas were not significantly different (p>0.05). The most preferred functional beverage formula was F3, chosen by 88.00% of panelists. One serving size (300 mL) of F3 functional beverage contained 149 kcal energy, 34.68 g carbohydrates, 1.91 g protein, 0.24 g fat, 3.95 g dietary fiber, 26.76 g total sugars, 7.00 mg sodium, 401.20 mg potassium, 13.84 mg calcium and 42.16 mg magnesium. Therefore, the product is potential to be a functional beverage alternatives, especially for prehypertension patients.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of red dragon fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus) powder and swimming exercise on fat distribution in the liver organ of white male rats model with obesity. The design of this study was experimental study with randomly factorial design. There were 24 rats divided into two groups, 20 rats were induced to be obese by giving high fat diet, and 4 rats were given standard diet. For intervention period (4 weeks) 20 obese rats were divided into 5 groups namely (1) standard diet (SD), (2) high fat diet (HFD), (3) high fat diet plus swimming exercise (HFD+SE), (4) high fat diet plus red dragon fruit powder (HFD+RDFP), and (5) high fat diet plus red dragon fruit powder plus swimming exercise (HFD+RDFP+SE). Research results showed that fat distribution and visceral fat weight were different significantly among intervention groups (p<0.05). The lowest percentage of fat distribution was occured in RDFP+HFD+SE group (21.44%) and the lightest weight of central fat was also occurred in the same group (7.73 g). This study showed that in four weeks intervention, red dragon fruit powder and swimming exercise had a relatively similar clinical effects on reducing percentage of fat in the liver and visceral fat weight.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the frequency of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise on body fat of female university students. A quasi experimental design was applied by involving 21 undergraduate students who were divided into three groups of treatments moderate-intensity aerobic exercise intervention for eight weeks. The first group was two times a week, the second group was three times a week, and third group was four times a week. Primary data collected was included subcutaneous fat (triceps, abdomen, and thigh). The results showed that the third group has significantly difference in reducing body fats, namely 6.6 cm triceps, 5.4 cm abdomen, and 9.4 cm thigh (p<0.05).Keywords: aerobic exercise, body fat, moderate-intensityABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh frekuensi senam aerobik intensitas sedang (low impact) terhadap lemak tubuh mahasiswi. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen dengan subjek berjumlah 21 mahasiswi, kemudian dibagi kedalam tiga kelompok perlakuan dengan melakukan senam aerobik intensitas sedang selama delapan minggu. Kelompok pertama diberikan perlakuan dua kali dalam seminggu, kelompok kedua tiga kali dalam seminggu dan kelompok ketiga diberikan perlakuan empat kali seminggu. Data primer terdiri atas lemak tubuh (trisep, abdomen, dan paha depan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada kelompok tiga terdapat penurunan yang nyata (p<0,05) sebelum dan setelah perlakuan sebesar 6,6 cm trisep, 5,4 cm abdomen dan 9,4 cm paha depan.Kata kunci: aerobik, intensitas sedang, lemak tubuh

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to formulate instant baby porridge as a source of protein weaning food based on red beans flour and canna starch composite. The design of this study was a complete randomized design with one factor which was the ratio of red beans flour and canna starch in composite composition as instant porridge ingredient (2:1, 3:1, and 4:1). Based on organoleptic test, F2 which used red bean flour and starch canna ratio by 3:1 was the best formula. The optimal time to brew the instant porridge was 62 seconds with amount of water used was 3 ml/g. The instant porridge bulk density was 0.61 g/ml and water absorption was 4.67g/g. This instant porridge contained 363 kcal/100 g, 16.57% protein, 1.48% fat, 70.84% total carbohydrate, 197.70 mg calcium, 8.17 mg zinc, and 16.48 mg iron. Protein digestibility of this porridge was 79.83%. As per 27 g serving size of this instant porridge can fulfill 22.25% protein, 55.25% iron, 27.63% zinc so that it can be claimed as food source of protein and zinc, and high iron.

Abstract

This research aimed was to know food service and level of customer satisfaction in the Zea Mays cafetaria at Bogor Agricultural University. Case study and descriptive analysis were applied in this study. Sampling method of purposive sampling was carried out and number of subjects used was 95 people. The food service in the Zea Mays cafetaria consists of planning, purchasing, receiving, storing, processing, and distributing. The result of analysis based on Importance Performance Analysis showed that the most important attribute was the security and hygiene product and the highest performance levels was the cleanliness of dining room. More than fifty percent subjects was concerned against nutrient content of the menu (50.5%). Based on the Customer Satisfaction Index the satisfaction value was 69.3 (satisfied). There was a correlation between job and education level with quality of the product and between income with nutrient content (p<0.05).

Abstract

The objective of this research were to analyze the effect of snack feeding, nutrition education, and iron supplementation to nutritional status, nutrition knowledge, and anemia status in elementary school students. The study was conducted in SDN Palasari 02 Kecamatan Cijeruk, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. The design of this study was pre-post intervention study. The number of subjects were 81 students. The result showed that snacking did not give significant improvement on nutritional status (p>0.05). Nutrition education was significant in improving nutrition knowledge (p<0.05), while iron supplementation intake gave a significant improvement on anemia status (p<0.05).Keywords:

Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the effect of one dish meal breakfast on dietary intake and adequacy level of energy and other nutrients of elementary school children. The study used pre-experimentalone-group pretest-posttest design and was conducted from March to May 2011 at Kebon Kopi 2 Public ElementarySchool in Bogor City. The total number of sixty two elementary students were fully participated in this study, most of them were girls aged 11 years old. The Ethical Approval for this study was obtained from Komisi Etik Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kesehatan No. KE.01.05/EC/301/2011. Abstract

The objectives of this research were to know correlation and influence of agricultural extension characteristic to their comprehension about main duty and function and their knowledge about food security. This research was conducted in West Lampung District, using cross sectional design. The method of analysis was descriptive and inferential. There were 58.9% respondents who have a good knowledge of their main duties and about 68.5% respondents who have knowledge about food security. Education and facilities lead to positive correlation with comprehension for knowledge about food security. But in the contrary it was proved that field of expertise and instruction experiences have negative correlation with knowledge for agricultural extension main duties. The other result is that main duties and function of agriculture extension had significant correlation with knowledge of food security, especially for food consumption.
