Abstract

Keberadaan logam khrom di dalam sistem perairan bersifat polutan yang harus ditangani dengan baik, dan untuk khrom (Vl) yang sering dijumpai dalam bentuk anion dapat diolah dengan menggunakan mekanisme pertukaran ion. Suatu agen penukar anion telah dibuat berupa senyawa hidrotalsit Zn-Al-SOa melalui proses sintesis, karakterisasi serta dilakukan pula pengujian aplikasinya untuk pengurangan polutant anion khrom (VI) dalam bentuk ion dikromat. Sintesis hidrotalsit Zn-Al-SOa dilakukan dengan metode stoikiometri pada pH 8 dan perlakuan hidrotermal. Aplikasi pertukaran dikromat dengan anion sulfat dalam antar lapis hidrotalsit serta uji regenerasi bahan diamati dengan bantuan analisis struktur dan analisis kinetika reaksi pertukaran. Produk pertukaran ion dikarakterisasi dengan XRD, spektrofotometri IR dan spektrometri serapan atom. Rumus kimia hidrotalsit produk diketahui adalah Zn0,74Al0,26(OH)1,74(SO4)0,13.0,52H2O. Anion dikromat dapat menukar sulfat dalam antarlapis hidrotalsit yang ditunjukkan dalam spektra IR dan pola XRD. Kapasitas pertukaran anion untuk dikromat diketahui 216,84 mek/100 g, sedangkan kinetika reaksi pertukaran ion mengikuti orde dua dengan k = 3 x 10-8 ppm-1.detik-1. Hasil menunjukkan Zn-Al-Cr2O7 dapat mudah diregenerasi.

Abstract

Determining the stability of silver nanoparticles is a very important process. It was associated with unwanted metal charge and materials properties. Therefore, we studied to synthesis and stability of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs). The synthesis was performed by reduction method used sodium borohydride (NaBH4). Silver nitrate solution 0.0005 M in 1 mL was reduced using 1 mL 0.002 M of NaBH4. Then a 40.0 mL of polyvinylpyrrolidone 0.3% and 20 mL of 1.5 N NaCl was added to the mixture. Characterization of silver nanoparticles is undertaken using spectrophotometer UV-Vis, transmission electron microscopy, particle size analyzer and zeta potential. The stability of products is observed for 5 times using spectrophotometer UV-Vis. The product was characterized by determining its surface plasmon resonance (SPR) of AgNPs and the result was obtained at 403 nm. The size of AgNPs was 20 nm using tomography emission microscopy analysis and the particle size distribution give 5.8 nm. The dielectric charge was 53 mV. The stable AgNPs showed no significant SPR shift at 402±0.89 nm wavelength during 5 days observation. Based on the size and stability, it was suitable for imaging materials.

Abstract

Synthesis of Zn-Al-SO4 hydrotalcite and its application as anion exchanger for hexacyanoferrat (II) have been studied. Synthesis of Zn-Al-SO4 hydrotalcite was carried out by stoichiometric method and hydrothermal treatment. Sulphate in hydrotalcite interlayer was exchanged by hexacyanoferrat (II) that was assumed as pollutant. Kinetics of ion exchange was also investigated. The product of ion exchange was characterized by XRD, IR spectrophotometry and atomic absorption spectrometry. Zn-Al-SO4 hydrotalcite can be obtained by stoichiometric method at pH 8 and followed by hydrothermal treatment. The chemical formula of the hydrotalcite was Zn0.74Al0.26(OH)1.74(SO4)0.13.0.52H2O. The hexacyanoferrat (II) anion could exchange sulphate in hydrotalcite interlayer as showed by IR spectra and XRD patterns. The anion exchange capacity was 645.35 meq/100 g, and the kinetics of ion exchange reaction was first order with k = 5 x 10-5 s-1. It showed that Zn-Al-Fe(CN)6  could be regenerated easily, so it has been regenerate frequently.

Abstract

ABSTRAK KARAKTERISTIK PEMISAHAN RADIOLUTESIUM- 177/177mLu DAN RADIOITERBIUM-169/175Yb PADA KOLOM RESIN LN-EICHROM. Radiolutesium-177Lu keradioaktifan jenis tinggi merupakan salah satu radiolantanida yang banyak digunakan untuk menangani berbagai kasus kanker, namun di Indonesia penggunaan radiofarmaka bertanda 177Lu belum dapat dijanjikan karena teknik produksi radioisotop primernya belum dikuasai. Prospek produksi 177Lu melalui reaksi inti 176Yb (n,g) 177Yb* à 177Lu* + ?? dipelajari melalui metode pemisahan matrik 177/177mLu-169/175Yb/176Yb dalam sistem kromatografi kolom resin LN-Eichrom. Profil fraksinasi dan karakteristik pemisahan dipelajari dengan pemeriksaan keradioaktifan dan analisis spektro-metri-g terhadap hasil elusi larutan sasaran pasca iradiasi. Bahan sasaran digunakan 176Yb2O3 alam dan 176Lu2O3 diperkaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa radiolutesium-177/177mLu dapat dipisahkan dari matrik radioiterbium-169/175Yb/natYb melalui sistem kromatografi kolom dengan fase diam resin LN-Eichrom dan fase gerak larutan HNO3, dengan konsentrasi antara 1,5 ? 4 M untuk mendapatkan pemisahan yang efektif, selektif dan kuantitatif. Reaksi inti 176Yb(n,g) 177Yb* à 177Lu + ?? merupakan model reaksi inti yang perlu dipertimbangkan walau-pun harus melibatkan tahapan pemisahan produk 177Lu dari matrik sasaran Yb pasca iradiasi. Prosedur pemisahan yang dilakukan masih perlu diperbaiki melalui pemilihan jenis dan konsentrasi fase gerak pengelusi yang lebih tepat. ABSTRACT SEPARATION CHARACTERISTIC OF RADIOLUTETIUM-177/177mLu AND RADIOY-TTERBIUM-169/175Yb ON LN-EICHROM RESIN COLUMN. High specific activity radiolutetium-177Lu is one of radiolanthanides that is widely used to handle variety of cancer cases, but in Indonesia the use of 177Lu-labeled-radiopharmaceutical can not be promised yet as the primary radioisotope production techniques have not been mastered.  The  prospect of 177Lu production based on the nuclear reaction of 176Yb (n,g) 177Yb * ® 177Lu * + ?? in the BATAN?s G.A. Siwabessy reactor was learned through the separation characteristics of 177/177mLu-169/175Yb /176Yb process matrices in the LN-Eichrom resin column chromatography. The separation and fractionation profiles were characterized by radioactivity measurement as well as g-spectrometric analysis of the eluting post-irradiated target solution. The target materials used were natural 176Yb2O3 and enriched 176Lu2O3. The results showed that radiolutetium-177/177mLu can be separated from the radioiterbium-169/175Yb/natYb matrix by column chromatography system with a stationary phase of LN-Eichrom resin using HNO3 solution as the mobile phase, but the concentration of HNO3 used is a critical variable, between 1.5 - 4 M, to obtain an effective separation selectively and quantitatively. The nuclear reaction of 176Yb (n,g) 177Yb* ® 177Lu + ?? using natural Yb2O3 is considered to be better, although it must involve 177Lu product separation stage from the post-irradiated natural Yb target matrix. The presented separation procedure still needs to be improved through the selection of the type and the concentration of the mobile phase used to gain more appropriate elution solvent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bentuk, makna kultural, dan fungsi satuan-satuan lingual yang terdapat dalam tradisi Ngalungi Sapi di Desa Sekarsari, Kecamatan Sumber, Kabupaten Rembang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada dua jenis, yakni pendekatan teoretis dan pendekatan metodologis. Pendekatan teoretis menggunakan pendekatan etnolinguistik, sedangkan pendekatan metodologis yaitu dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif etnografi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat ditunjukkan pertama, bentuk-bentuk satuan lingual yang terdapat dalam tradisi Ngalungi Sapi meliputi kata, frasa, klausa, kalimat, dan wacana. Kedua, secara garis besar makna kultural dari tradisi Ngalungi Sapi yaitu sebagai wujud rasa syukur para petani kepada Tuhan atas rezeki yang telah diberikan berupa hasil panen padi. Sapi sebagai raja kaya telah membantu petani selama masa tanam. Maka dari itu, dibuatkanlah ketupat dan lepet sebagai sajian utama dalam tradisi ini. Ketiga, fungsi satuan-satuan lingual dalam tradisi Ngalungi Sapi meliputi sarana ritual, wujud doa dan harapan, menamai bahan-bahan masakan, dan menamai proses memasak. Kata kunci: makna kultural, satuan lingual, tradisi Ngalungi Sapi
