Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan LKS dengan pendekatan matematika realistik berbasis online sebagai sumber belajar. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa LKS online sesuai tujuan yang telah disampaikan. Kelayakan LKS onlinemeliputi kevalidan, respon siswa, dan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran.Jenis penelitian yaitu pengembangan yang mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE yaitu: Analysis, Desain, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP NEGERI 4 Purworejo di dalam kelas. Tahap uji coba terbatas berjumlah 5 siswa pada kelas 9 dan tahap uji coba luas berjumlah 32 siswa pada kelas 7H. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh: (1) hasil validasi LKS online dari tiga validator yaitu 3,64 dengan kategori sangat baik. (2) hasil respon siswa terhadap LKSonlinepada uji coba terbatas diperoleh 81,17% dengan kategori sangat kuat dan pada uji coba luas diperoleh 82,86% dengan kategori sangat kuat. (3) hasil keterlaksanaan pembelajaran diperoleh 3,8 dengan kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian, LKS online yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini dikategorikan baik yakni ? 75% dan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.   Kata kunci: LKS,Pendekatan Matematika Realistik, online.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) kelayakan alat peraga matematika sebagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, (2) peningkatan pemahaman siswa setelah menggunakan alat peraga yang dikembangkan,dan (3) respon siswa selama pembelajaran menggunakan alat peraga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Model yang digunakan adalah ADDIE yaitu: Analysis, Desain, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Hasil analisis data yaitu: (1) Hasil validasi alat peraga matematika dari tiga validator mendapatkan nilai 3,7 dengan kategori baik sekali, (2) peningkatan pemahaman siswa pada uji coba luas memperoleh N-gain 0,506 dengan kategori peningkatan sedang. (3) respon siswa terhadap alat peraga matematika roda pecahan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada uji coba terbatas menghasilkan 79% dengan kategori baik, uji coba luas menghasilkan 89% dengan kategori baik sekali. Dengan demikian, alat peraga matematika untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini dikategorikan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika.   Kata kunci: Pengembangan, Alat Peraga Matematika, Pemahaman,Pembelajaran Matematika.

Abstract

ANALISIS KANDUNGAN SODIUM DAN KLORIDA PADA PENDINGIN PRIMER RSG GAS UNTUK MENGETAHUI KEMURNIANNYA. Telah dilakukan pengukuran dan analisis kandungan Na dan Cl pada pendingin primer RSG GAS. Unsur Na dan Cl dalam LAK Rev 10.1 dibatasi dibawah 0,0115 ppm dan 0,0490 ppm. Unsur Na dan Cl diduga dapat memicu korosi pitting pada tangki RSG GAS. Tangki RSG GAS terbuat dari paduan aluminium (AlMg3). Pada pH 5,0-7,2 akan terbentuk lapisan pasivasi di permukaan aluminium sehingga terlindungi dari proses korosi. Jika lapisan rusak dan lingkungan mengandung klorida maka memicu korosi pitting. Oleh karena itu penyebab korosi pitting harus diamati dan diantisipasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengukuran dan analisis konsentrasi kandungan Na dan Cl pada pendingin primer untuk mengetahui kemurniannya sehingga korosi pitting tidak terjadi. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pengukuran sampel air primer dengan AAS pada 3 lokasi sampling baik sebelum maupun sesudah sistem purifikasi pendingin primer. Lokasi tersebut adalah aliran pendingin primer sebelum dan sesuadah KBE01, KBE02 dan FAK01. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran dengan AAS diketahui bahwa unsur Na dan Cl pada pendingin primer masih dalam batas yang diijinkan. Hasil pengukuran pH dan konduktivitas air primer juga ditampilkan di makalah ini untuk mengetahui sejarah kemurnian air. Data pengukuran AAS, monitoring pH dan konduktivitas menunjukkan tidak terdeteksi adanya pemicu ataupun korosi pitting pada tangki RSG GAS. Abstract

Introduction: There are many drugs in the effort to cure hypertension for the old that in fact have bad influence because they cause dependence and are risky with misestimated doses. Communication back massage and back massage are two of complementary therapies recommended to lower blood pressure due to each relaxation effects are good. This study aims to clarify the difference of communication back maassage and back massage to reduce blood pressure. Method: This study was used quasy experimental design. The total samples in this study were 14 old patients who got hypertension. They were divided into 2 groups, one of the groups was treated with communication back massage and the other one was only treated with back massage. The independent variable was communication back massage and back massage. The dependent variable was blood pressure, which was observed for 5 days. Data were collected using aneroid sphygmomanometer and observation paper then analysis was implemented using Paired t-test with level significance ??0.05 and Independent t-test with level significance ??0.05. Result: The result showed that blood pressure decrease in significantly both in group one and group two (p=0.04 in group one and p=0.046 in group two). Between the group one and the group two, there was no difference on blood pressure reduction (p=0.315). Discussion: Communication back massage and back massage have a same effect on blood pressure reduction in old patient who get hipetension. The possible explanation for these findings is that communication back massage and back massage have a relaxation effect that can decrease norepinefrin, decrease ADH and increase endorphine. The decrease of norepinephrine can widen blood vessel. The decrease of ADH can reduce excessive fluid in the blood circulation. The increase of endhorphine can reduce sympathetic nerve activity. Therefore, blood pressure level will be decreased.

Abstract

Introduction: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is one of the chronic disease characterized by elevation of blood glucose concentration. Non-adherence to diabetes treatment increases the risk of disease complication. Family support is an important thing to determine adherence scale in diabetes treatmenteffort. The aim of this study was to identify correlating of family support with physical activity and insulin therapy adherence in patient with type 1 DM.Methods: A cross sectional design was used in this study. The population of this study was all of patient with type 1 diabetes mellitus that ever examination to the internal diseases polyclinic. Total sample was 58 respondents, taken withpurposive sampling technique. The independent variable was family support, and the dependent variables were physical activity adherence and insulin therapy adherence. Data were collecting used questionnaire and analyzed using Spearman?s Rho with ??0.05.Result: Result showed that 32,76% patient with type 1 DM had good family support, 63,8% had good enough family support, and 3,44% had less family support. Researcher found that 56,9% patient had physical activity adherence and 81,1% patient had insulin therapy adherence (34,5% for good adherence and 46,6% for good enough adherence). Therapy adherence in patient with type 1 DM had significant correlation with family support (?=0.000, r=0.553 for physical activity and ?=0.000, r=0.509 for insulin therapy).Conclusion: It can be concluded that family support has correlation with physical activity and insulin therapy adherence. Further studies need to identify the correlation of that variables to each family support dimension to determine the most influence of family support dimension.

Abstract

Introduction: Urinary tract infections that occur in hospitals are mostly caused by the installation of indwelling urinary catheter. Indwelling urinary catheter care is one way to prevent the occurrence of catheter-associated urinary tract infections. This study aimed to determine the effect of indwelling urinary catheter care by using clorhexidine gluconate 2% on the incidence of urinary tract infections at inpatient rooms of RSUD Taman Husada Bontang.Methods: The research employed a quasyexperiment posttest only design. Technique of sampling used non-probability sampling: consequtive sampling. The independent variabel was indwelling urinary catheter care. The dependent variabel was urinary tract infections. Data were collected by using colony count and types of bacteria on the fourth day. Data were analyzed by using Mann Whitney test with level of significance ?<0,05.Results: The results showed that there was no difference in urinary tract infections between patients in treatment group who received indwelling urinary catheter care by using chlorhexidine gluconate 2% and patients in control group who received standard catheter care (p=0.138).Conclusion: Agent of perineal care does not influence the incidence of catheter associated urinary tract infections. Further studies should involve larger respondents and consider the characteristics of respondents such as using antibiotic, diabetes mellitus and urine production to obtain more accurate results.

Abstract

Introduction: The decubitus on the heel area can impact to the users of traction skeletal in patients with musculoskeletal injuries. The position of prolonging elevation and pressure make poor vascular circulation flow. The use of heel ring can reduce the pressure and static resistance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the heel ring on the incidence of decubitus in patients with skeleton traction installed in the Bedah Flamboyan Ward, Dr. Soetomo Hospital, Surabaya.Methods: A pre-experimental with one group pre-post test design was used in this study. The population in this study were patients with skeleton traction installed of Bohler Braun frame. There were 14 samples who met the inclusion criteria. The independent variable was heel ring and the dependent variable was the incidence of decubitus. Data was collected using observation sheet of incidence of decubitus then analyzed using with Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with significance level <0.05.Results: Almost half (35.71%) encounter level 1of decubitus before using the heel ring, and 100% no incidence of decubitus after use the heel ring. The result showed that there was an effect after the use of heel ring to the incidence of decubitus with p=0.025.Conclusion: The heel ring can be prevented decubitus in patients with traction skeleton. The result of this study can be a reference for standardizing the operating procedure, especially for the patient's traction skeleton.

Abstract

PENGEMBANGAN PROSES PRODUKSI MOLIBDENUM-99 HASIL FISI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN TARGET FOIL LOGAM URANIUM PENGKAYAAN RENDAH. Badan Tenaga Nuklir Nasional dan Argonne National Laboratory dewasa ini sedang melaksanakan kerja sama penelitian dan pengembangan produksi molibdenum-99 dengan menggunakan foil logam uranium pengkayaan rendah. Pembahasan dalam makalah ini lebih difokuskan terhadap hasil kerja sama pengembangan dan penelitian tersebut yang telah dilaksanakan di Pusat Pengembangan Radioisotop dan Radiofarmaka. Dalam makalah dijelaskan (1) keberhasilan pemisahan dan pemurnian 99Mo dari target foil logam uranium pengkayaan rendah yang telah diiradiasi di reaktor RSG-GA Siwabesy, dan (2) keberhasilan memodifikasi proses Cintichem. Hasil pengembangan pendahuluan metoda kuantitatif elektrodeposisi cemaran uranium dan plutonium di dalam 99Mo juga akan dijelaskan. DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTION PROCESSES OF FISSION PRODUCT MOLYBDENUM-99 USING LEU METAL FOIL TARGETS. A collaboration is underway between Indonesian National Nuclear Energy Agency and Argonne National Laboratory to carry out R&D on the production of molybdenum-99 using LEU (Low Enriched Uranium)-metal foil targets. A review in this paper is focused mainly on the results of laboratory experiments conducted at the Center for Development of Radioisotopes and Radiopharmaceuticals, Serpong. It describes succeses in (1) performing separation and purification of 99Mo in the irradiated LEU-metal foil targets, and (2) modifying Cintichem procedure. A method for quantitatively electrodepositing uranium and plutonium contaminants in the 99Mo is also described.

Abstract

THE ADSORBER COMPONENT ADDITION IN CHEMCAD SOFTWARE FOR HELIUM PURIFICATION MODELLING AND SIMULATION. Helium purification system (HPS) is an important system in RDE. This system removed dust particles and gas impurities in primary coolant of RDE. The impurities are dust carbon, N2, O2, H2, O2, CH4, CO, and CO2. One of the components which required in HPS is an adsorber. In ChemCAD software palette, adsorber component is not yet available and should be added. This paper discussed the adsorber component addition in ChemCAD. The addition is made by using Excel icon facility, while coding is made by using Visual Basic. The purpose of adding adsorber component to ChemCAD palette is it can be used for helium purification modeling. The adsorption process principle used in adsorber modeling is Langmuir method. After finishing the coding, adsorber component will be integrated into ChemCAD. This component then used for modeling and simulated the helium purification of primary coolant of RDE especially for oxygen adsorption. The simulation results are compared to SuperPro Designer modeled which is also demonstrated the same problem. The differences results of adsorber component simulation between ChemCAD and SuperPro Designer did not more than 0.02%. It can be concluded that the adsorber component which is added to the ChemCAD is valid so it can be used to simulate the helium purification system in RDE.

Abstract

Reaktor Daya Eksperimental (RDE) is an experimental power reactor based on High Temperature Gas-cooled Reactor (HTGR) technology with thermal power of 10 MW. As an experimental power reactor, RDE is designed for electricity generation and provides thermal energy for experimental purposes. RDE energy conversion system is designed with cogeneration configuration in the Rankine cycle. To ensure the effectiveness of its cogeneration, the outlet temperature of the RDE is set at 700°C and steam generator outlet temperature is around 530°C. Analysis of the performance of the energy conversion system in various power levels is needed to determine the RDE operating conditions. This research is aimed to study the performance characteristics of RDE energy conversion systems in various reactor power conditions. The analysis was carried out by simulating thermodynamic parameter calculations on the RDE energy conversion system and the overall cooling system using the ChemCad program package. The simulation is carried out by increasing the reactor power from 0 MW to 10 MW at constant pressure and constant mass flow rate. The simulation results show that the steam fraction at the steam generator outlet increases starting from 3 MW reactor power and reaches saturated steam after the thermal power level of 7.5 MW. From the results, it can be concluded that with constant mass flow rate and operating pressure, optimal turbine power is obtained after the reactor thermal power reached 7.5 MW.Keywords: RDE, Energy Conversion System, Performance, Reactor Power, ChemCad
