Abstract

The act number 16 of 2003 concernng the decree of alternativelegislation on the enactment of alternative legislaton number 1 of 2002 on the eradication of terrorism referring to the Bom explotion incident at Bali October 12of 2002become an act have been called of by TheConstitution court on July 23 of 2004. Eventhought such act have been canceled but Indonesia still consistenly and able to eradicate the terrorism by law number 15 of 2003 concerning the decree alternative legislation number 1of 2002 on the eradicatyion of terrorism become an act. There are dissenting opinion within The Court of Constitution that submitted by 4 judges of the 9 Constitution Courtjudges member. Oneof the base of the decision is the prohibition the enactment of retroactive principle on the Bom explotion incident. The Constitution Court decision arraising juridical implication on the settlement of Bom explotion case at bali on October 12 of 2002, as well as to the inmate, the suspect or whom to thefugitive that related to the suchBomexplotionincidentat Bali.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of the study is to determine the model of traffic settlement through a system of criminal law enforcement or mediation as the criteria used when the system through the enforcement of the criminal law or mediation. Judging from the type of sociological research, including research to take place in the Central Java Police Region. The data used in the primary and secondary. As research material is in the police traffic unit and Central Java Police docket of traffic accidents in the Traffic Unit Police Central Java. The results showed that the Central Java Police region in resolving cases of traffic accidents that result in death, serious injury, minor injuries or material losses using models of settlement through legal means, never use mediation. Cases of traffic accidents that resulted in death investigation report regular use, while resulting in serious injury, loss of light and material used rapid investigation report. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model penyelesaian perkara lalu lintas yakni melalui sistem penegakan hukum pidana atau mediasi serta kriteria yang digunakan apabila melalui sistem penegakan hukum pidana atau mediasi. Ditinjau dari jenis penelitian termasuk penelitian hukum sosiologis dengan mengambil lokasi di Kepolisian Daerah Jawa Tengah. Data yang digunakan primer dan sekunder. Sebagai bahan penelitian adalah polisi di Satuan lalu lintas Kepolisian Daerah Jawa Tengah dan berkas perkara kecelakaan lalu lintas yang ada di Satuan Lalu Lintas Kepolisian Daerah Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepolisian Daerah Jawa Tengah dalam menyelesaikan perkara kecelakaan lalu lintas yang mengakibatkan meninggal dunia, luka berat, luka ringan maupun kerugian material menggunakan model penyelesaian melalui jalur hukum, tidak pernah menggunakan mediasi. Perkara kecelakaan lalu lintas yang mengakibatkan meninggal dunia digunakan berita acara pemeriksaan biasa, sedangkan yang mengakibatkan luka berat, ringan dan kerugian material digunakan berita acara pemeriksaan cepat.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the Indonesian language learning in class XI IPA Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Karanganyar, especially related to: (1) Quality of learning of Indonesian in terms of school environment, (2) the quality of learning inputs, namely student motivation, teacher competence, learning programs, and infrastructure, (3) the quality of the learning process, namely: teacher’s roles in the classroom, students’roles and learning activities and learning environmnet, and (4) the students’ learning outcome. The type of research is evaluation model using a quanlitative and quantitative approaches. Evaluation model used is the model CIPP (context, input, process, product). Data collection is carried out through questionnaires, interviews, observation and documenta tion. The data analysis technique used is the evaluative analysis conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed as follows: (1) Learning environment is conducive for learning process (stated by 96.4% of students); (2) students’motivation in learning is good (stated by 96.7% of students) although teachers lack in classroom management skills; (3) The teachers role and activities are good (stated by 84.9% of students); students’ activities in classroom are goog (stated by 90.6% of students); (4) school environment is condusive for learning (stated by 95.6 % of students); and (5) the academic achievement of students is good (meased through the average score of the second semester of academic year 2012/201).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penanganan keluhan pasien telah dioptimalkan pada rumah sakit di kota Tegal sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasiennya. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 145 pasien rumah sakit, baik pasien rawat inap maupun pasien rawat jalan di rumah sakit-rumah sakit kota Tegal. Responden menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan mengenai variabel-variabel yang diteliti, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji Regresi Berganda menggunakan SPSS 22.Variabel-variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi ; visibility, accesibility, dan responsiveness. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan pasien. Masing-masing variabel ditunjukkan dengan nilai regresi 0.348 untuk variabel visibility, 0.395 untuk variabel accesibility dan 0.233 untuk variabel responsiveness dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0.000 artinya kurang dari 0.05 sehingga signifikan.Sehingga pihak rumah sakit disarankan untuk mengoptimalkan; kualitas petugas customer service sehingga keluhan pasien dapat tertangani secara langsung, menyedikan layanan telepon/call center/contact center sehingga pasien dapat mengetahui informasi tentang praktek dokter, ketersediaan kamar dll , menyediakan website rumah sakit sehingga pasien dapat mengupdate informasi dan menyediakan kotak saran dan kritik sehingga pasien dapat memberikan saran dan kritik secara tertutup, memberikan layanan yang mudah kepada pasien,menangani pasien secara cepat dan tidak birokratis sehingga pasien tidak di ping pong serta karyawan, paramedis dan dokter membantu pasien dengan tanggap dan cekatan, dan pelayanan administrasi yang tidak bertele-tele. Kata Kunci : Kepuasan dan keluhan pasien, accesibility,visibility, dan responsiveness

Abstract

This research was conducted on Diesel engine single cylinder which aims to study the dynamic characteristics of Diesel engine type HATZ 1D 80 made in Germany. The test was performed by measuring the Frequency Response Function (FRF). In this study, the vibration response was measured at three points: point A which was situated below the engine shaft and in line with the stinger. Point A indicated the FRF point. Point B was located in the valve train component, while point C was situated above the cap of the valve train component. The range of frequencies applied was 0 - 3200 Hz, 3200 - 6400 Hz, 6400 - 9600 Hz, and 9600 - 11200 Hz. This research indicates that the natural frequencies arose because of the global vibration mode. The global vibration mode occurred at natural frequencies of 3118, 4805, 4821, 5021, 7129, 8601, and 11107 Hz. While other natural frequencies were associated with the local vibration mode because it appears only at one point of measurement.

Abstract

The effectiveness of Logistics system is the main pillar for national industry and trade development and also for foreign investment attractiveness. Logistics performance at the macro or national level is evaluated using LPI (Logistics Performance Index) that issued by the World Bank. Beside that, the other one of economic indicators is M-PMI (Manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index) that evaluates the economic development of a country whether there is an increasing of the level of production, delivery of goods by the supplier, and inventory levels in the processing industry. This study fills a gap in assessing the relationship between LPI dan M-PMI. This study discusses the three things, firstly the condition of LPI Indonesia and the potential for improvement, secondly conditions M-PMI Indonesia 2013 - 2015, and thirdly, the relationship between M-PMI and LPI which analyze the impact of the changes of LPI values to the value of M-PMI. We use comparative analysis qualitatively. From the data analysis of LPI value in 2014 it shows that compared to the other ASEAN countries, Indonesia still needs a lot of improvement in customs clearance and delivery components. From the M-PMI curve it shows that when Indonesia’s LPI is 2,94 in 2012 the value of Indonesia’s M-PMI fluctuate with variation of 2.29. Meanwhile, when Indonesia’s LPI is 3.08 in 2014, the value of the Indonesia’s M-PMI more stable with a variation of 1, 69. We can conclude that the condition M-PMI will be more stable when the LPI is higher, but the movement of M-PMI was not significantly affected by LPI itself but rather on economic conditions, especially the interest rate, purchasing power, and the productivity of the manufacturing industry.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out how far the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) strategy is built in hospitals in the city of Tegal so that it can improve patient satisfaction. This study uses a questionnaire distribution method with a sample of 120 hospital patients in the city of Tegal as respondents. Respondents' answers to closed questions about the variables examined in this study were then analyzed using Multiple Regression Tests with IBM SPSS Statistics 22 analysis. The results of this study indicate variebel tangibles and emphaty which have a positive and significant effect on increasing patient satisfaction with successive regression values according to 0.340 and 0.559. For that reason, it has become a necessity for the hospital to further increase the tangible and empathetic of its patients in order to increase patient satisfaction. In the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) application, it shows that most of the requirements of patients (consumers) get value is very important and only a few who get important ratings, among others; rapid patient handling, the availability of sophisticated and modern hospital equipment technology; employees, nurses and doctors who are experts competent in their fields and friendly in serving patients, and others. Keywords : Quality Function Deployment, tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphathy.. Abstraksi:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana strategi Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dibangun di rumah sakit di kota Tegal sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode distribusi kuesioner dengan sampel 120 pasien rumah sakit di kota Tegal sebagai responden. Responden terhadap pertanyaan tertutup tentang variabel dianalisis menggunakan Uji Regresi Berganda dengan analisis IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variableness dan empati yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan pasien dengan nilai regresi berturut-turut sesuai 0,340 dan 0,559. Oleh karena itu, menjadi lebih penting bagi pasien untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Dalam aplikasi Quality Function Deployment (QFD), itu menunjukkan kondisi yang paling penting bagi pasien (konsumen), antara lain; penanganan pasien yang cepat, ketersediaan teknologi peralatan rumah sakit yang canggih dan modern; karyawan, perawat dan dokter yang ahli dalam bidangnya dan ramah dalam melayani pasien, dan lainnya.Kata kunci : Quality Function Deployment, tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphathy.

Abstract

Bearing acts as a pad that supports a shaft to rotate without excessive friction, hold the radial load and maintain the motion towards the left and right shafts (Thrust Load) when turning together. Due to frequent taper bearing damage to the wheels, predictive maintenance is therefore necessary. One of the predictive maintenance methods widely used today is vibration analysis. The principles of vibration-based bearing damage detection using the Frequency Response Function (FRF) method will be shown in this paper. Harmonics signal is given to the bearing surface in a vertical or perpendicular direction to the taper bearing surface. The vibration response measurement was carried out on three axes (x, y, and z). The results of this study indicated the ability of FRFs to predict any damage on the bearing taper.
