Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research is to make less mistake of student during solve is a problem in a story term. We will use Cooperative Learning methods by using Think Pair Share. This research type of Classroom Actions Research (CAR) of two cycles, there are two meetings in each cycles. In the both cycle, we used arithmatics social. The data collecting methods are documentation, observation, test and interview. The data we analys mistake of student work sheet of exam, teacher’s activities, students’ activities and students’ test result. The Final result of students’ activities in this research from the first cycle to the second cycle has increased and also final result of students’ test result is increase then mistake of have been allay.   Key Words : Cooperative learning methods by using think pair share, students’ test result, students’ activities, term of mistake student.

Abstract

Abstract : Contextual Teaching and Learning is one of learning method that make students to learn mathematics by connecting the material to the real life. Polya model is one of problem solving type that help the students solving mathematic problems. This type of Learning can increase the ability of student activities and student achievement. Students were guided to learn with their teamwork in solving problem. The subject of the research is grade VIII F students of SMPN 5 Jember. The data collection method used in this research are observation, interview and test. From this learn, students can constructs their knowledge by themself. The result show the student activities and student achievement increase in every level. Abstract

Abstract. There are many students who have difficulty in solving math problems. Difficulties resulted in students making mistake in solving problems. The types of errors students comprised 4 types of errors are errors of interpretation, the use of signs or symbols errors, technical errors, and other errors. Therefore, the implemention of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach to overcome a students mistakes in solving story problem at integer odd semester VII SMP Plus Miftahul Arifin academic year 2013/2014. This research type is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The data analysed in this research are student’s activity, student’s mistakes. The research show that student’s activity attain 65,48% in the first cycle and 72,62% in second cycle, student’s mistakes attain 50,72% in the first cycle and 34,28% in second cycle, It can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model with Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) technic is effective to overcome student’s mistakes in solving problems. Abstract

Abstract.There are manystudentswhohave difficultyin solvingmath problems. Their achivement score are very low. The aplication of Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) learning model is important  toimprove learning achivement and student activities in solvingthe Algebraill Rate Factorisation problems at eigthgradeSMP Negeri2 Glenmoreyear2013/2014. This research type is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The data analysed in this research are student’s activity, and learning achivement. The research show that student’s activity attain 77,14% in the first cycle and 82,39% in second cycle, student’s learning achivementattain 85% in the first cycle and 90% in second cycle, and for the teacher’s activity attain 90,91% in the first and 96,97% in the second. It can be concluded that the aplication of Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI) learning model is effective to improve student’s learning outcomes in solving Algebraill Rate Factorisation.   Keywords: Aptitude Treatment Interaction (ATI)learning model, Algebraill Rate Factorisation, student’s activity, student’s learning achivement, teacher’s activity

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to: improve the independence of students in learning mathematics through Cooperative Learning methods and make a match strategy using authentic assessment. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) collaborative. The subjects are students in grade VIII SMPN I Gumukmas  School Year 2011/2012, amounting to 33 students as subjects who received the action. Implementation of the action is the subject of research. Subjects who supported the implementation of the math are teachers and principals. Data collection methods are used the method of observation, test methods, reviews and documentation methods. Data analysis technique is implemented in a descriptive qualitative. It is found on the average the students activity improve 66,7% at siklus I become 78,8% at siklus II, and the teacher activity improve 4,66%. The classical thoroughness improve 33,34%. So the conclusion of this research is the application of the make a match approach can improve theostudent achievmentoinklearningomathematics. Abstract

Abstract. This research used Cooperative Learning models type Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC). This model has seven principal elements. The purpose of this research was to increase students’ activities and learning result. This research was a Classroom Actions Research (CAR) in two learning cycles, there were two meetings in each cycle. Our topic was about Social Arithmetic. The research methods were documentation, observation, test and interview. The data analyzed are teacher’s activities, the students’ activities and students’ test result. The Final result of the students’ activities and the students’ test result in this research from the first cycle to the second cycle increased. The students’ tes result increases 15,79%. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the process and the result of the study in terms of fractions with RME approach for seventh grade students. This research is research development using modified Thiagarajan, Semmel and Semmel Model. The device developed is learning the lesson plans, student books, student worksheets, and test questions. The subjects were 38 students of class VII D SMP Negeri 14 Jember. The results showed that the learning has been completed criterian effect, is characterized by the fact haigty learned the value of validity. The device also completed practical learning criterian, the fact is characterized by teachers activities. The device has also been profen effective learning of a percent highty student activity, student achievement master criteria greater than or equal to 80% classical and 75% of students gave positive reactions to this learning. Abstract

Abstract.Polya Model is one of the problem solving model which consisting four phrases:understanding problem, devising plan, carrying out the plan, and looking back. The purpose of this research is to know the percentage of students’ problem solving ability on the subject of financial mathematics based on Polya model. The subject of the research is grade XI Accounting 1 and XI Marketing 1 SMKN 6 Jember. The data collection methodsused in this research are test, interview, and documentation.The result of the research showed that the percentages of students ability which is high, medium and low in problem solving on the subject of financial mathematics based on Polya model generally are 52,97%, 15,87% and 30,16%.It can be concluded that the ability of students’ problem solving based on Polya model is high enough on the subject of financial mathematics in SMKN 6 Jember. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktifitas dan hasil belajar perkalian bilangan 1-5 melalui pembelajaran kooperatif dengan permainan pilih jawaban bernuansa Gasing. Dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus, dalam setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SDN Slateng 03 Ledokombo Jember tahun 2011-2012. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan yaitu obsevasi, wawancara, dan tes. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif reflektif. Persentase aktivitas belajar  pada  siklus I adalah 59,88% (kategori sedang), dan meningkat pada siklus ke II yaitu 79,32%. Persentase hasil belajar matematika siswa  melaui pembelajaran kooperatif dengan permainan pilih jawaban bernuansa Gasing ada perkalian bilangan 1-5 mengalami peningkatan. Pada siklus I persentasenya 70,37%, dan pada siklus ke II 88,89%, jadi meningkat 18,52%. Kata Kunci : pembelajaran kooperatif dengan permainan pilih jawaban bernuansa Gasing, PTK, Aktifitas, Hasil Belajar.
