Abstract

The ttransformation of IAIN (State Islamic Institute) Sunan Kalijaga becomes a State Islamic University (UIN) Sunan Kaijaga has demand a reformation and one of them is in the field of human resources governance. The human resources has become one of the important assets for the sustainability of the activityies in the UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Human resources at UIN Sunan Kalijaga include: (1) lecturers, (2) administrative personnel, (3) of functional staff except lecturers (researchers, librarians, and archivists). Along with progress in the transformation into a university, UIN Sunan Kalijaga has received ISO 9001:2008 from TUV Rheiland on September 10, 2009. This study focuses on the services provided by employees (personnel administration). In its implementation on the ground was still found how the performance of employees at UIN Sunan Kalijaga have not maximum and satisfy yet. Based on this background, this study proposed the formulation of the problem as follows: Is there any influence of organizational culture on the employee performance in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta? Theory used in this study is the theory related to organizational culture and employee performance. The method which is used is a quantitatively method. The population of this study is overall of UIN Sunan Kalijaga employees totaling 498 people, with a sample of 222 respondents. Research Location is UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Techniques of data collection is done by providing the questionnaire as the primary data and the the utilization of secondary data (reports, magazines, etc.). Test the validity of data is done by using a correlation product moment and the Cronbach Alpha reliability test (variables studied cronbach declared reliable if the value of alpha (α) is above the table or above r 0.600). Meanwhile the analysis using simplified linear regression analysis. This analysis is used to measure the influence of organizational culture on employee performance by use of a significant level (α) of 5%. From the research results that have been done acquired the following results: First, the relationship between Organizational Culture by Employee Performance of 0.619, and significant direction. Second, the effect of frequency of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance by 38.3% remainder 61.7% is influenced by the outside factors of this regression model. Third, the tendency for the affected Employee Performance Organizational Culture generally experienced reduction decline. Third, the tendencies for the affected Employees Performance are influenced by the Organizational Culture generally experienced reduction.

Abstract

Indonesia as one of the developing countries face serious problems in development and environmental issues. Environmental issues in recent years more and more alarming. Increasingly acute environmental degradation caused by human activities. The phenomenon of environmental damage that we see as the destruction of the ozone layer, global warming, biodiversity loss, floods, landslides and so on. When environmental damage is left, then what happens is a disaster. In this context the need to re-synergize Islam, Development and Environment to the context of Indonesia in order to create a quality life for all people of Indonesia

Abstract

WHO data in 2016 estimated that 36.7 million people suffered from HIV globally, and 34.5 million among them were adults. Yogyakarta Special Province in 2016 found that there were 2,954 cases of HIV with the highest cases in Sleman Regency as many as 868 cases. Mlati I Primary Health Center was a Primary Health Center with the lowest coverage of HIV testing for pregnant women, namely in 2017 there were 752 pregnant women, and only 414 (55.05%) were tested for HIV. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between perceptions of integrated antenatal care quality service and the participation of HIV testing of pregnant women. The study applied cross sectional research method. The population in this study were pregnant women who performed ANC examinations at Mlati I Primary Health Center in September - November 2018 with a total of 318 pregnant women. The samples in the study were 154 with the simple random sampling technique. The instrument of data collection in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis employed chi Square and logistic regression. The results of bivariate statistical tests using chi square showed that sig value = 0.000 <0.05 with OR 13.896 meaning that women who had a good perception of the quality of ANC services had 13.896 higher chance to have HIV tests compared to those who had poor perceptions of the quality of integrated ANC services . Good perception of the quality of integrated ANC services for pregnant women had a greater chance of taking an HIV test.

Abstract

This  study  was  to  analyze  the  effect  of  management  ownership,  public ownership, commissioner size, auditor reputation, leverage and firm size to the risk management dislosure in the annual report. The population in this study is a manufacturing company that listed on indonesia stock exchange in 2012 to 2014. Sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. The number of manufacturing companies that used sampel of 34 companies for a total study sample was 102 annual report. The analytical method used was multiple regression analysis using SPSS 15.0The results of this study indicate that public ownership has significant effect positively and significant degree is 0,041. Commissioner size has significant effect positively and significant  degree  0,001.  While  the  management  ownership,  auditor  reputation, leverage, and firm size didn’t have significant effect on risk management disclosure in the annual report..

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat  ini bertujuan Meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat desa Candi untuk memanfaatkan kotoran cacing dengan membuat kompos kascing dan mengembangkan  ketrampilan masyarakat peternak cacing yang mandiri    sehingga dapat memproduksi, mengepak dan memberi label untuk memasarkan kompos kascing sebagai tambahan  penghasilan / ekonomi; Metode  pelaksanaan  kegiatan   adalah Metode Pelatihan dan praktek cara pembuatan Kompos Kascing. Hasil Luaran program pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa: produk/barang kompos kascing dan packing dan penglabelan. Abstract

The Problem of waste, especially the domestic one, needs to be addressed wisely. Up to now, the management of domestic waste is based on sanitary landfil system, which requires all domestic wastes to be managed, condensed, and buried as prescribed in Perda No.3 Tahun 2013 on the Management of Domestic Waste and Other Similar Wastes. The Practice of this bylaw could not be optimized yet because the Final Disposal at Piyungan is only operated in every three days, not in a daily basis. Final Waste Disposal (TPA) of Piyungan located in Sitimulyo Village. It established in 1995 and started their operation in 1996. The location of TPA Piyungan which is not far from the villagers’ settlement, especially those who live in Ngablak Hamlet, Sitimulyo Village, has resulted on various comments among the villagers on the existence of the TPA. Some villagers supported the existence of the TPA based on some economic benefis. Others are tend to reject the TPA based on air and water pollutions of the TPA. The aim of this research is to map the response of the villagers of Sitimulyo and the policy of the Village government on the issue of the management of TPA Piyungan. The data in this research arecollected through in-depth interview, newspapers, and other research reports. This research uses Blummer’s symbolic interactionism theory to analyze the data. This research fids several important issues: First, since its operation in 1995, TPA Piyungan has resulted on various responses among the villagers. Those who support the TPA usually benefied economically, while those who are not have any benefi tend to reject the existence of the TPA. Second, The Sitimulyo government is on the neutral position. They will ask the provincial governmen of Yogyakarta to close the TPA if most of the villagers want to do so. They are also ready to preserve the existence of the TPA, if it is based on the majority voices of the villagers.

Abstract

Existence of industrialization for Indonesia, as one of the developingcountries is the strategy of choice in the model development focusedone conomic growth. Industrialization selection model policyh asan impact on the dynamics of industrialization of agriculture inthe countryside. One side, it is the growth of the national economyrising sharply, yet on the other hand makes a very striking imbalance,especially in the agricultural sector. Conditions of agriculturalindustrialization, in this case, the agricultural sector has experiencedmarginality as a result of state policies that are not in favor of thefarmers. As a result, rural industrialization there is no synergy inefforts to empower farmers in the rural economy. These conditionsexperienced by farmers in the Sitimulyo village Piyungan districtsBantul Yogyakarta. Sitimulyo is one of village at Piyungan sub-districa part of Bantul regency of Yogyakarta City, which is the area ofindustrial development. The existence of this policy has any impacteither directly or indirectly to the economic empowerment of farmersin the Piyungan District Sitimulyo village. Agricultural landin thevillage of Sitimulyo coincides with the presence of companies such asPT Perwita Karya, CV. Aneka Darma, PT. Pengolahan Plastik, PT.Adi Satria Abadi, PT. Don Young, Koperasi Umbul Jaya (Relocationof IKM Aluminum) and Kids Fun.The purpose of the study is toknow the impact of industrialization on the economic empowermentof rural farmers in the village and to know Sitimulyo empowermentefforts undertaken by the village government and farmer groups thatare economically powerless in the midst of the crush ofindustrialization.The theory used in this study is industrialization theory andempowerment. The research method used is a qualitative researchmethod. Methods of data collection are done through observationand in-depth interviews. Data analysis was conducted by reviewingall data from various sources. Having read, studied and analyzedthe next step is to conduct data reduction and interpretation of data.The research results are as follows: rural industrialization affects theeconomic empowerment of farmers in the village Sitimulyo, eitherdirectly or indirectly, either positive or negative impact. Positiveimpact is the local labor absorption. The negative impact is watershort ages for most farmers irrigate their field sand the presence ofwas teand pollution.This condition affects the quantity and qualityaspects of plant productivity that affect farmers’ income. Farmers’income simply to meet subsistence needs. Empowerment efforts isundertaken by the village government and Sidomakmur farmer groupin the Sitimulyo village through capacity building (through the fieldschool for farmers in the Sitimulyo village), facilitation of networks(network) and assistance (seeds, agricultural tools).

Abstract

Kualitas pembelajaran Seni Budaya dan Keterampilan (SBK) khususnya pada materi pokok karya topeng nusantara di kelas V SD Negeri Kambangan 02 tergolong rendah, pembelajaran cenderung berpusat pada aspek kognitif saja tanpa adanya pemberian kesempatan kepada siswa untuk dapat menciptakan suatu karya melalui pengalaman langsung, sehingga aspek psikomotor dan aspek afektif siswa belum berkembang secara optimal. Faktor inilah yang kemudian mempengaruhi hasil daya serap siswa pada mata pelajaran SBK materi pokok karya topeng nusantara tahun 2011/2012 dari sejumlah 21 siswa masih terdapat 8 siswa yang memperoleh nilai dibawah KKM ≥71. Karena itu, diperlukan suatu upaya untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran explicit instruction. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran SBK pada materi pokok karya topeng nusantara di kelas V SD Negeri Kambangan 02 Kabupaten Tegal melalui penerapan model pembelajaran explicit instruction. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan dengan tahapan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian, diperoleh persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I mencapai 71,00% dengan nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 75,23. Sedangkan pada siklus II ketuntasan belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 91,67% dengan nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 78,20. Demikian pula persentase aktivitas siswa pada saat pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sebesar 62,17% menjadi 88,65% pada siklus II. Peningkatan hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa tidak terlepas dari peningkatan performansi guru dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran explicit instruction sehingga kualitas pembelajaran menjadi lebih baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pengamatan terhadap performansi guru pada siklus I mencapai 80,82 yang meningkat menjadi 88,46 pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran explicit instruction dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran SBK materi pokok karya topeng nusantara pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri Kambangan 02 Kabupaten Tegal.Quality of SBK learning particularly in the main subject the creation of archipelago’s mask in 5th grade State Elementary School Kambangan 02 is low, learning tends to be centered on the cognitive aspect without giving an opportunity to the students to be able to create a masterpiece through direct experience, so that aspect of psychomotor and affective aspect of students undeveloped optimally. This factor that then affect the absorptive capacity of students on SBK lesson in the main subject the creation of archipelago’s mask in 2011/2012 from 21 students there are 8 students who received value below KKM ≥ 71. Therefore, it required an effort to develop and improve the quality of learning, one of the efforts made by implementing the explicit instruction learning model. The purpose of this research is to improve and increase the quality of SBK learning in the main subject the creation of archipelago’s mask in 5th grade State Elementary School Kambangan 02 Tegal through the implementation of explicit instruction learning model. The method used in this research is class action research. This research implemented in two cycles. Each cycle consist of two meetings with the stages of planning, actuating, observation and reflection. Based on the analysis of research data, obtained the exhaustiveness percentage of students learning outcome in the 1st cycle reached 71.00% with the average value of class 75,23. While in the 2nd cycle exhaustiveness of students learning was increase become to 91.67% with the average value of class 78,20. Likewise percentage of student’s learning activity in the 1st cycle increased by 62.17% to 88.65% in the 2nd cycle. Increased learning outcome and activity of students is not separated from the increased performance of teacher in implemention of explicit instruction learning model so that the quality of learning become better. It can be seen from the observation to the teacher’s performance in the 1st cycle achieve 80,82 increase to 88.46 in the 2nd cycle. Based on these results, it can be concluded that through the implementation of explicit instruction learning model can increase the quality of SBK learning in the main subject of creation of archipelago’s mask in 5th grade State Elementary School students Kambangan 02 Tegal.
