Abstract

Pada saat ini, kemajuan teknologi dibidang ilmu komputer dan telekomunikasi sangatlah berkembang dan maju dengan pesat. Pengamanan data merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk menjaga isi data yang penting dari pihak-pihak yang dapat merugikan dengan cara merusak data-data penting dari pemilik data, salah satunya yaitu data gambar. Dengan meningkatkan keamanan data menggunakan kombinasi algoritma, dapat menjaga keamanan data lebih terjamin dari serangan-serangan yang dapat membahayakan isi dari data yang tersimpan. Kombinasi algoritma yang digunakan untuk pengamanan data yaitu algoritma steganografi LSB. Jadi, dengan menggunakan kombinasi algoritma steganografi LSB tingkat pengamanan file gambar bisa lebih terjaga keaslian datanya dan lebih efisien.

Abstract

Era informasi dan teknologi mendorong setiap pelaku perbankan di Indonesia baik perbankan konvensional maupun perbankan syariah untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan layanan kepada nasabah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Menganalis pelayanan perbankan syariah keada nasabah di Indonesia 2)  Mengkaji sebuah model strategi berbasis laporan daring yang mampu meningkatkan layanan kepada nasabah. Data yang digunakan dalam metode penelitian menggunakan data primer yaitu wawancara 15 pimpinan BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah dan Mandiri Syariah di Kota Denpasar, Medan, Surabaya. Data sekunder diperoleh dari dari literatur baik buku, jurnal maupun laporan laporan resmi perbankan syariah. Adapun alat analsisis dengan menggunakan SWOT analysis dan comparation literature. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 80% bank syariah di Indonesia masih memiliki kelemahan kurangnya maksimal dalam pelayanan nasabah, khususnya pemanfaatan informasi dan teknologi yang terintegrasi dalam one service report. Untuk itu peneliti memberikan sebuah usulan strategi baru berupa laporan daring KPPS (Keuangan, Produksi, Pemasaran dan Sumberdaya Manusia). Penemuan baru model Strategi KPPS dapat memberi kontribusi keilmuan pada keilmuan manajemen khususnya bidang manajemen perbankan syariah.

Abstract

The existing life skill education program is not effective to reduce community poverty as the program just focus on producing more community hardskills than community softskills. This research aimed to create a model of entrepreneurship based 4-H lifeskills to decrease rural poverty. This research was conducted as from May through November 2013, in three regions of Gunung Kidul, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The data were collected by interview, documentation, observation and questionaire then analysed qualitatively and quantitatively. Research result shows: (1) most of the target research group members have dificulties in implementing several skills they obtained in the previous training; (2) the 4-H lifeskills model designed on the basis of empirical community condition is able to optimalize the use of the target group member resources; and (3) the model testing shows all of the three target groups have increasing mean of 4-H lifeskills perception. It means the model 4-H developed by researcher are effective.

Abstract

Lithium demand increases as it is widely used as raw material for rechargeable battery, alloy for airplane, andfuel for fusion nuclear reactor. Lithium is an extremely reactive element, that it is never found as free element innature. Lithium compounds are found in earth crust, with very small concentration (20 – 70 ppm) and totalcontent of more than 20 million tons. The biggest lithium reserve is in seawater (0,14 – 0,25 ppm) andgeothermal water (7 ppm) with total amount of 230 billion tons. There is no industry applies the technology torecover lithium from seawater. Having a vast sea area and abundant geothermal sources, Indonesia needs todevelop a technology to recover lithium from both sources. This research is aimed to recover lithium fromgeothermal water. The experiment was conducted using synthetic and geothermal water with lithiumconcentration range of 220 – 400 ppm, temperature range of 20 – 40°C, and mixing time range of 1 – 4 hours.The experiment was designed with 2 level factorial design. The results show that the most influencing variable ismixing time, while significant interaction amongst variables is not observed. Further experiment usinggeothermal water from Bledug Kuwu with initial lithium concentration of 400 ppm and temperature 30°Cresulted in optimum mixing time, i.e. 3 hours with 92,5% of the lithium could be recovered

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen asesmen diri guru pada aktivitas pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan yang handal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada lima tahapan dalam model Plomp. Subyek penelitian adalah guru SMA di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat yang dipilih dengan teknik cluster random  sampling. Jumlah subyek penelitian pada uji coba awal sebanyak 350 orang dan uji coba lapangan utama sebanyak 950 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala Likers (1-5). Pengujian validitas isi menggunakan expert judgment, sedangkan validitas dan reliabilitas empiris menggunakan analisis faktor konfirmatori (CFA) dengan bantuan program Lisrel 8.80. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) konstrak aktivitas pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan guru memiliki tujuh dimensi, yaitu: membaca, pengembangan pembelajaran dan penilaian, pendidikan dan pelatihan, publikasi ilmiah, publikasi karya inovatif, reflektif dan kolaboratif; (2) instrumen yang telah dikembangkan secara keseluruhan memiliki kecocokan sebagai model asesmen yang baik dengan RMSEA 0.005 dan CFI 1.00 (valid) dan composite reliability lebih dari 0.70 (reliable).Kata kunci: asesmen diri guru, pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan  DEVELOPING TEACHERS’ SELF-ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENT FOR SUSTAINABLE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIESAbstractThis research is aimed at developing a reliable teachers' self-assessment instrument for sustainable professional development activity. This study was a development research using five-stage model of Research and Development by Plomp. The subjects are high school teachers in the West Nusa Tenggara province, that were selected by cluster random sampling technique. The research subjects in preliminary field test were 350 people and in the main field test were 950 people. The data were collected using Likers scale (1-5) questionnaire. The content validity was tested using expert judgment, whereas the empirical validity and reliability were tested using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with Lisrel 8.80 program. The results of the research show that: (1) the construct of teachers’ sustainable professional development activities has seven dimensions, namely: reading, learning and assessment development, education and training, scientific publications, the publication of innovative works, reflective and collaborative; (2) the instruments have an overall fit as a good assessment model with the value of RMSEA 0.005, CFI 1.00 (Valid), and composite reliability of more than 0.70 (reliable).Keywords: teachers’ self-assessment, sustainable professional development

Abstract

Abstract This study was aimed to developing school accreditation odel, covering the aspects of organization, working scheme, instrumentation, scoring system, and the determination of the accreditation standing. The instrument has been restricted to the essential elements so that schools can be expected to be able to evaluate themselves. It has been tried   out at three Junior and three Senior High Schools in each of two provinces, the Province of Yogyakarta and the Provinces of Lampung. Those schools are the schools of high, medium, and low standing. The accreditation organization resulted consists of three levels, namely the School Accreditation Board, the Regional Accreditation Board, and the National accreditation Board. Abstract

This study was aimed at revealing: (1)  the effect of the work experience (working period and training period)  on employability skills mastery level (technological skills, fundamental skills, personal management skills, and work skills); and (2)  the effect of working period, employability skills mastery level, employability skills used, andfrequency of employability skills used on earnings. The subjects of the study  were ITHVS  graduate  workforces  of Bandar  Lampung Municipality. The datafor study were collected through questionnaires (selfreports). The statistical analysis techniques used were canonical correlation and multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) The canonical  independent  variable  (the working period  and training period)  has a positive  impact on technological skills (with canonical loading 0.98), on fundamental  skills (0.06), on personal management skills (0.57), on team work skills (0.12); and (2)  the earning received by the ITVHS' graduate workers is only affected by their workingperiod (earnings = 698,185 + 23,383 workingperiod)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap paradigma yang mendasari pelaksanaan pendidikan agama di sekolah pluralistik, dan menghasilkan paradigma pendididikan agama yang lebih relevan dengan masyarakat Indonesia yang pluralistik. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif eksploratif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif intepretif fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam didukung dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, display data dan kesimpulan. Di samping itu, juga menggunakan Interpretive Phenomenolgy Analysis. Hasil penelitian adalah Pelaksanaan pendidikan agama konvensional di sekolah yang pluralistik belum mengikuti Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 55 Tahun 2007 dan PERMENAG Nomor 16 Tahun 2010 tentang Pengelolaan Pendidikan Agama pada Sekolah. Paradigma yang mendasari pendidikan agama adalah eksklusif dan inklusif. Paradigma pendidikan agama yang relevan dengan kondisi bangsa Indonesia yang pluralistik adalah paradigma budaya pluralisme demokratis-emansipatoris.Kata kunci:  paradigma, eksklusif, inklusif, konvensional, phenomenology, demokratis-emansipatoris THE PARADIGM OF RELIGION EDUCATION IN A PLURAL COMMUNITYAbstractThis study was to uncover the paradigm that became the basis of the implementation of conventional religion education in the pluralistic schools and to generate a religion education paradigm that would be more relevant to the pluralistic Indonesian society. The approach that the researcher employed in the study was the qualitative interpretative phenomenology. The data were collected through an in-depth interview, and the in-depth interview was supported by an observation and documentation. Then, for the data analysis the researcher implemented the interactive analysis that included data reduction, data display and conclusion. In addition, the researcher also implemented the Interpretive Phenomenology Analysis. The results of the study show that the implementation of conventional religion education in the pluralistic schools has not fulfilled the requirements of the Government Regulation Number 55 Year 2007 and the Minister of Religion Decree Number 16 Year 2010 about the Management of Religion Education in the School. The paradigm that becomes the basis of religion education is the exclusive and inclusive education. The religion education paradigm that is relevant to the conditions of pluralistic Indonesian society is the one which is democratic-emancipative, and pluralistic.Keyword: paradigm, exclusive, inclusive, conventional, phenomenology, democratic-emancipatory

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dampak pendidikan dan pelatihan Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) guru matematika yang diselenggarakan di PPPPTK Matematika tahun 2013 dan 2014 terhadap perubahan perilaku alumni dalam melakukan kegiatan PKB yang meliputi: (1) bentuk kegiatan PKB setelah diklat, dan (2) kendala/hambatan dalam melakukan kegiatan PKB. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan model Empat Level Kirkpatrick. Sampel penelitian ini adalah alumni Diklat PKB Guru Matematika tahun 2013 dan 2014. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang dikirimkan melalui pos, observasi, dan wawancara terstruktur. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan diklat PKB yang diselenggarakan PPPPTK Matematika belum berdampak banyak terhadap perubahan perilaku alumni. AN EVALUATION OF THE IMPACT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON CONTINOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF MATHEMATICS TEACHERS IN PPPPTK MATHEMATICS OF YOGYAKARTAAbstractThis study aims to describe the impact of education and training on Continous Professional Development (CPD) of mathematics teachers held by PPPPTK Mathematics of Yogyakarta in 2013 and 2014 which includes: (1) the form of CPD activities after training, and (2) the reason for not conducting CPD. This study is evaluation research using Kirkpatrick’s Four-Level Model. The sample was participants of education and training on Continous Professional Development (CPD) of mathematics teachers held by PPPPTK Mathematics of Yogyakarta in 2013 and 2014. The data were collected using questionnaires sent by mail and structured interviews, and analyzed using the descriptive analysis. The results show that education and training on Continous Professional Development (CPD) of mathematics teachers held by PPPPTK Mathematics of Yogyakarta in 2013 and 2014 do not have much impact on alumni’s behavioral change.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model penilaian keterampilan intrapribadi dan antarpribadi dalam pendidikan karakter di SD yang valid, reliabel, dan cocok secara statistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan model research and development dari Plomp dengan lima fase, yaitu: investigasi, desain, realisasi, tes, dan implementasi. Subjek  penelitian yaitu  siswa kelas V SD di DI Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi, wawancara, FGD, dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, formula Aiken’s V, EFA dan CFA. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu konstruk penilaian keterampilan intrapribadi dan antarpribadi dalam pendidikan karakter telah memenuhi syarat validitas, reliabilitas, dan goodness of fit statistic; dan panduan penilaian keterampilan intrapribadi dan antarpribadi dalam pendidikan karakter di SD dinilai komprehensif, mudah, dan praktis oleh para guru selaku pengguna.Kata kunci: keterampilan intrapribadi, keterampilan antarpribadi, pendidikan karakter.______________________________________________________________ DEVELOPING OF ASSESSMENT MODEL OF INTRAPERSONAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS BASED ON CHARACTER EDUCATION IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS Abstract The objectives of this study is to develop the assessment model of intrapersonal and interpersonal skills in character education of elementary school students that fit into the criteria of validity, reliability and goodness of fit statistic. This study used plomp’s research and development model which consisted of five phases, namely: investigation, design, realization, testing, and implementation. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of the elementary schools in Yogyakarta Special Region. The data were collected using a questionnaire, documentation, interview, focus group discussion, and observation, and analyzed using the descriptive analysis, formula aiken's V, Exploratory FactorAnalysis (EFA), and  Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results of this study are as follows, (1) the assessment construct of intrapersonal and interpersonal skills based on character education for elementary school students has fulfilled  the criteria of validity, reliability, and the goodness of fit statistic.
