Abstract

Law No. 14 Year 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers stated that. Teachers are professional educators with the primary task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, train, assess, and evaluate students on early childhood education, formal education, primary education and secondary education. Professional teachers should have academic qualifications, competence, teaching certificate, physically and mentally healthy, and have the ability to achieve national education goals.This requires the setting of the position of teachers and lecturers as professionals, It should also be noted the efforts to maximize the function and the strategic role of teachers and lecturers who uphold the rights and obligations of teachers and lecturers as professionals, coaching and professional development of teachers and lecturers , legal protection, the protection of the profession, as well as workplace health and safety perlinudungan. Thus was born the law no. 14 of 2005 on teachers and lecturers. In connection with it in this paper will discuss the analysis of the impact of law no. 14 of 2005 on teachers and lecturers for madrassa teachers.  Key word: Kebijakan,  PAI dan Indonesia

Abstract

Starting from the question of why and what the background of the need for the holding of "Multicultural Education" and included in the curriculum PAI? For, if the goal is to live in peace with the followers of the other, since the beginning of Islam already exemplifies it. In the book PINM-PAI SMA / SMK mentioned examples of Medina Charter that guarantees social life for the followers of other religions. Logically, it should be explained that the curriculum PAI has been no less insightful or multicultural, so that the curriculum needs to be changed.               If there is, on which part? We do not close yourself to the term or new concepts from outside Islam as multiculturalism but the term was clarified its meaning. If not in accordance with the view of nature (worldview) of Islam, then it should be given a new meaning, as do the preachers of Islam in the archipelago the Islamization of the term "heaven, hell, reward, sin, devotion," and so on. Do not get the impression that "Multicultural Education" we enter into the curriculum PAI because of external pressure or take advantage of opportunities that promise financial availability.               Already we both understand, long before the term multicultural, conceptually as well as in the historical reality, Islam is a religion that proved successful in realizing a multicultural society in Medina, Baghdad, Palestine, Andalusia and so forth. In Medina, the Prophet Muhammad pioneered a country with a written Constitution, a world first. In Palestine, Caliph Umar bin Khattab was the first leader in the world are on religious freedom in the Islamic perspective on the city of Jerusalem, in 636 AD Keywords: Learning Systems PAI Multicultural Perspective

Abstract

Islamic Sharia in the life of the state provide clear guidance in addressing the infidels (non-Muslims) and be fair to them according to sharia scales so that the Muslims are also protected from bad influences them. Among the provisions of Islam on infidels are as follows Islam does not compel a heathen was to convert to Islam. Therefore, in the future reign of the first four caliphs of Islam, the unbelievers who live under his rule remains protected his blood, even though they still choose his religion other than Islam. As for the fight is not solely due to choose a religion other than Islam. They fought because of hostility and their opposition to Islam. In Islam there are four kinds of infidels, and each get a different treatment, namely: Kafir dhimmi, muahad Kafir, Kafir mustaman, Kafir harbi.               Islamic Studies (Islamic studies) is a discipline / study that puts Islam not only in the context of theological normative (doctrinal), but also puts Islam as part of the historical and actual phenomena (empirical). That means, Islam is not only understood or analyzed from a normative dimension but also a theological-historical and actual dimensions. Abstract

               Indonesia is a country made up of islands separated and bounded by the sea, so that Indonesia is a country that has a cultural diversity. The motto unity in diversity is a symbol which indicates that Indonesia is a unit that consists of diverse ethnicity, religion, language and culture that accompanies it. Indonesias diverse cultures of the value of pluralism and multicultural, this must be addressed as a personality trait and pluralistic nation and a nations wealth. Cultural differences should not be treated as a barrier and trigger conflict.               Indonesian society should contribute to achieve this goal is no exception younger generation, mostly students. To build that education is an excellent medium to educate the nations children are students as a potential successor to the nation to understand the cultural diversity of Indonesia and accept cultural differences such as the legacy of a country that always maintained its existence.               Education is taught must be in accordance with the approach defined multiculturalism as an expression of awareness of cultural diversity, human rights, and the reduction or elimination of various types of prejudices to build a fair society and a life ahead. The education system in Indonesia is regulated and defined in an Act in the form of a national education system that is defined in the Act No. 20 of 2003. Keywords: Multicultural Education and Boarding School
