Abstract

The research was conducted in Assa’adah Junior High School District DurenSawit East Jakarta, which aims to identify and obtain an overview of the quality ofeducational services. This research was conducted in October 2016 until February 2017.approach used is qualitative approach with methods descriptions. Data collection wasdone through interviews, observation and documentation. source data from this study isthe principal and several supporting informant as deputy principals and heads ofadministration. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it can be concludedthat the quality of service at Assa’adah Junior High School has been running well. then,from the quality of the services performed directly supervised by the principal. it can beseen from the quality planning services starting from problem analysis, identification ofneeds, formulation of objectives, devise alternative actions, action selection, preparationof work plans, implementation of the work plan, evaluation, and feedback. Furthermore,quality control process of comparing the performance of the service begins with thetarget of evaluation, problem analysis, and manufacture of alternative actions. then, thestrategy of increasing the quality of services consisting of the development of educators,improved quality of service, and continuous improvement.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data empiris serta mengamati secara langsung manajemen peserta didik berbasis sekolah yang dilaksanakan berdasarkan penerimaan, masa pengenalan lingkungan sekolah, pembinaan dan pengembangan peserta didik di SMA Al Azhar Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) pelaksanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru meliputi: pembentukan panitia penerimaan peserta didik,   penyusunan prosedur dan persyaratan penerimaan calon peserta didik, selanjutnya pengumuman hasil penerimaan peserta didik baru. (2) pelaksanaan masa pengenalan lingkungan sekolah bagi peserta didik baru  bertujuan menumbuhkan motivasi, semangat dan cara belajar efektif, mengembangkan interaksi positif antar peserta didik dan warga sekolah, dan menumbuhkan prilaku positif. (3) pembinaan dan pengembangan peserta didik baru meliputi : memberikan layanan bimbingan konseling, mengembangkan potensi peserta didik secara optimal dan terpadu sesuai bakat, minat dan kreativitas.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk mencari data dan informasi mengenai Pengelolaan Kurikulum Dalam Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SMA Islam Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara yang berfokus pada hal-hal seperti perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kurikulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik, Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1). Pengaplikasian MBS (Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah) dalam perencanaan kurikulum terlihat dengan diterapkannya prinsi-prinsip MBS (Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah). (2) Pelaksanaan kurikulum dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perencanaan. (3) Evaluasi kurikulum di SMA Islam Al Azhar Kelapa Gading dikelompokan menjadi dua tahapan yaitu, pertama melakukan evaluasi setelah kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan yang hanya melibatkan unsur kepanitiaan dan pimpinan  yang dilaksanakan rutin setiap bulannya, kedua evaluasi general yaitu evaluasi yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama melibatkan semua unsur termasuk BPPS (Badan Penunjang Program Sekolah). Hasil evaluasi yang berupa rekomendasi tersebut digunakan untuk melihat apakah program kurikulum akan dilanjutkan, diperbaharui atau dihapuskan.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between work environment and motivation with organizational citizenship behavior of public sma teachers in east jakarta. This research is a quantitative research with 3 variables in it are: (X1) work environment as independent variable, (X2) Motivation as independent variable and (Y) organizational citizenship behavior as dependent variable.The research method used is survey method with correlational study result. The population in this study is the public smp teachers in kecataman pulogadung. Samples were taken using Simple Random sampling technique or simple random sampling. Based on the technique, the sample size used in this research is 96  employees. Data collection for work environment variable (X1), motivation (X2) and organizational citizenship behavior (Y) using questionnaire The result of the research shows that: (1) there is a positive relationship between work environment with organizational citizenship behaviorI (OCB); (2) there is positive relationship between motivation with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB); (3) there is positive relation between work environment and motivation -together with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)

Abstract

The study aims to obtain data in SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta which aims to know the quality of education management in SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta. This research was conducted from June 2017 until August 2017. Researcher used qualitative approaches and descriptive methods. Data collection was done through observation, interview, and documentation study. The sources of this research are: Deputy Headmaster of Public Relations Department as well as Responsible of Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008, Head of School Administration Administration, and Teacher Representative as well as School Quality Internal Audit Team. The quality management planning of education in SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta starts from the preparation of the plan based on the evaluation result of the previous program. Planning is approved at the faculty meeting at the beginning of the school year. The planning process is guided by customer needs, vision, mission, and school goals, as well as government regulations. Implementation of quality management education at SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta involves every element in school according to the capacity and each part. In conducting the implementation of the school guided by the programs that have been agreed, the government regulation, as well as the quality objectives of SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta. Supervision of education quality management at SMA Negeri 8 Jakarta uses several strategies to conduct supervision that is using supervision instrument, customer satisfaction questionnaire learners to program in each school operational area, monitoring activity of OSIS-PK, and so on.   Keywords: Total Quality Management (TQM), Planning, Implementation, Supervision.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               The research entitled Partnership in Implementation of School Based Management at SMA Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading aims to identify and obtain an overview of the Partnership Planning, the Partnership Implementation, and the Partnership Monitoring and Evaluation. The research was conducted from November 2016 to July 2017 using a qualitative approach within description method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis was performed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and verification. Investigation and checking the validity of data was performed through the stages of data credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability.             The results of research discussions in partnership planning can be done based on needs analysis, then analyzing the partnership to know potential partners, proposal discussion, negotiation and signing of MoU. In carrying out the partnership to pay attention to the matter of conformity, which means that the partner must have the criteria in accordance with the characteristics of SMA Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading based on religious and partnership programs conducted between the two sides in accordance with the needs of the school. In monitoring and evaluation, there are several strategies that are to conduct direct monitoring during the partnership program and to evaluate both orally and in writing to analyze the weaknesses and lack of partnership program so that in the future monitoring and evaluation result can be an input for future partnership program can be more effective .             Advice can be given for this research should be able to maintain the continuity of the course of the partnership as a factor supporting school-based management.   Keywords      : Partnership, School Based Management

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to obtain real information of the relationship between Organizational justice and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), the relationship between the Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the relationship between the combined organizational justice and the perceived organizational support (POS) on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) The method used in this research is a survey with correlational techniques using instrument in data collection. The study was conducted at state senior high schools in East Jakarta, 2017. The total of population was 2156, with 96 samples selected by performing Slovin’s formula. The results showed that the organizational justice has positive relationship with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Also, the perceived organizational support is positively related with organizational citizenship behavior. At last, the combined organizational justice and the perceived organizational support have positive relationship with the organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of facilities and infrastructure as seen from the planning, procurement, and elimination of educational facilities and infrastructure in Al Azhar 12 Islamic Middle School, East Jakarta. This research was conducted in early January to January 2020. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are done by interview, observation, and study documentation. Sources of data from this study are the Principal, Deputy Principal, Facilities and Infrastructure Staff, Laboratory Staff of Natural Sciences.             The results of the study concluded that; (1) planning educational facilities and infrastructure include: making needs analysis, setting priorities by holding work meetings (RAKER) in schools, preparing budgets, and ratifying the RAPBS, (2) procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure including: submitting a letter of request for procurement of goods to foundations, foundations and schools revisit the specifications of goods and available budgets, the purchasing department surveys the price of goods and makes purchase orders (PO) to suppliers, purchases vouchers, purchases, distributes goods, and (3) maintenance is self awareness respectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Robotik di SMAN 28 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November 2019 hingga bulan Januari 2020 dengan objek penelitian di SMAN 28 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan beberapa pedoman diantaranya pedoman wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Proses perencanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Robotik dilakukan satu tahun sekali melalui rapat tahunan. (2) Pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler Robotik dilaksanakan setiap hari Jumat pukul 15.00?Selesai. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di ruang robotik, ruang prestasi, dan ruang audio visual. Materi yang diajarkan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler robotik meliputi pelatihan materi dan materi yang tertuang dalam program kerja. (3) Pengawasan Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Robotik di SMAN 28 Jakarta dilakukan setiap diadakannya kegiatan dengan melakukan pengawasan langsung. Hal ini betujuan memastikan bahwa kegiatan dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur. Pengawasan dilakukan oleh wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, Pembina, pelatih kegiatan ekstrakurikuler robotik SMAN 28 Jakarta dan orang tua. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses pengawasan yaitu ketika pihak sekolah tidak dapat mengawasi pelaksanaan kegiatan ektrakurikuler robotik SMAN 28 Jakarta, namun kendala tersebut dapat diatasi dengan adanya kerjasama antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua.
