Abstract

PT Telkomsel Regional Jawa Barat Network Service Tasikmalaya has a lot of inventory items with different serial number. These goods will be used by vendors in providing services to the public. Problems occurs when entering a serial number on each item because data collection is still manual. There is a problem upon return of goods to the center, that is known as the Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA abbreviated, when the Serial Number of the items in the RMA is often forgotten deactivated by the user, causing multiple input Serial Number. The purpose of this research is the ease of input Serial Number automatically generate by barcode includes reminder Serial Number features. In addition will be made also preparing reports on each of goods in accordance with the desired period.

Abstract

Every student in all Universities who is already in the final semester will report the results in the form of presentation in the presence of mentors and examiners. Students will usually wait for a schedule that has been determined by the coordinator in the Faculty. This scheduling sometimes makes students anxious because they have to wait until the time is appropriate and often they don’t get a suitable schedule. This also happens with the students in Faculty of Information Technology, Maranatha Christian University. The coordinators often experience difficulties in the allocation of mentors or examiners to be scheduled for a council. This research will make an application that help in conducting scheduling of the council so that the council process can be held smoothly and students will not be afraid to miss the schedule. Applications will be built using JavaFX desktop programming, JSON type network services, and data reporting through JasperReport. Data were collected in literature and interviews with related parties. Applications will accommodate from data entry, role assignment determination, scheduling, and reporting. Applications use data exchange methods through network services that facilitate the development of data needs. This prototype has been tested by black box method. The test results state that this prototype works through testing with all of the possibilities.

Abstract

In the development of technology, web-based application used to inform the news and events online. It is also experienced by Saung Angklung Udjo, hereinafter referred to SAU. SAU is a Sundanese Arts Studio founded by Udjo Ngalagena as the venue, the center of handicrafts from bamboo, and bamboo musical instrument workshop. People are increasingly interested in Indonesian culture, especially Angklung introduced by SAU, but not everyone can be informed about news and events from SAU with ease. In addition, the SAU also have a Guest House and Venue that is rented out to visitors who attend and want to stay. Currently the rental has not been recorded properly in the process of calculating financial data. Therefore SAU requires a web-based system that can be accessed online, so the owner can control all the activities. The visitors who saw the news and events most in demand will also be stored and analyzed to produce a graph, where the owner can know the visitor traffic over a period time. The purpose of this research is to make Saung Angklung Udjo inform about news and events as well as all related content online, in addition to the convenience of visitors to explore the website is also a concern

Abstract

PT. Bee Solution Partners is one of the IT solution company in Bandung. At present, PT. BSP does not have any system to display employee profile, and does not have any system to help project manager maintaining projects either. Project Management Information System is built for helping Human Resource Department (HRD) Staff in employee data management which can be improved as employee profile, and also helping project manager in project management. Abstract

In the era of development technology, there are so many people who have not been able to use it. For examples to make a sale and purchase transaction they are using conventional way where the customers must go to the seller's place, but the problem comes when the customers do not get the item they are needed. Another problem is that conventional seller financial statements are still records in a paper that can be lost or scattered, and sometimes customers want to find items that are needed but not in any list of stores that cause wasting customer’s time and energy and ineffective. This research will make a portal that can manage the transaction for sellers and customers. For reporting, a feature will be made that shows the description and availability of stock items, as well as digital financial records for sellers as financial statements. This research is different from other e-commerce webs, where the special feature added is to manage the customer goods request that is not available as a service to ensure customers satisfaction.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the use of information technology become a necessity that can not be separated in running a business in all instances. The need of information technology is not only used as a supporter of the process, but also has become a major part of which should go well. It was felt also by the CV. Labatrans engaged in courier services, which often occurs excess or shortage even when the goods are loaded into a vehicle that will deliver. There has been no control of the goods to be delivered, so that sometimes exceed the limit load capacity of the vehicle. This cause a heap of goods in the warehouse, and the main problem consumers will be disappointed because the goods delivered are not accepted at the right promised time. Another problem occurs when consumers asked where the goods they are shipped, they want to know where their goods for some reason such as perishable goods or food. And usually the staff of the company can not give an answer because of limited information. The purpose of this research is to create an application that can handle tracking of goods delivered and the load optimization by applying Dynamic Programming Algorithms on the issue of Integer Knapsack
