Abstract

The objectives of the research are (1) to describe workshop and mentoring activities, (2) to improve the skills of implementing TOD, (3) to find obstacles and workshop implementation solutions and assistance on improving PTK skills for elementary school teachers.This research uses qualitative research design with Action Research type with method: workshop and mentoring. This research was conducted in UPT Disdikpora Kebumen sub district - Kebumen district, involving 40 elementary school teachers. Data collection techniques used workshop and mentoring methods, observation, interviews, and performance. Data were analyzed descriptively-qualitative.The results of the research are: (1) Workshop activities were carried out before facilitation with material: technique of formulation of CAR problem, technique of CAR  proposal formulation, CAR implementation technique, reporting technique of CAR, scientific publication writing technique, and credit score assessment; (2) Methods of workshop and mentoring can improve the understanding and skill of CAR in Sustainable Development of Teacher for Elementary School Teachers; (3) Constraints of Workshop and Assistance activities are: some teachers are less focused, lack of ICT skills, less active, some teachers still need more intensive facilitation. The solution: Workshop and Mentoring activities conducted at the beginning of the semester, teachers need mentoring people who master ICT, execution time extended tasks, need to grouping teachers based on the density of thinking/age.The conclusion of this research is Method of workshop and mentoring can improve understanding and skill of CAR for elementary school teacher.

Abstract

KeterampilanNberpikir tingkat tinggi penelitian ini pada aspek menganalisis, mengevaluasi dan mencipta dibutuhkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberdayakan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi bagi mahasiswa PGSD Kebumen menggunakan model pembelajaran SRBP. Jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol dan perlakuan, sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester tiga angkatan tahun 2018 sejumlah 76 orang, yang mengikuti mata kuliah Konsep Dasar Ilmu Pengetahuan 2 PGSD Kebumen, FKIP UNS. Teknik pengambilan data pre test-post test  observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Analisis data dengan statistik parametrik dengan bantuan SPSS 21. Teknik dan asumsi pengujian: paired sample t-test untuk beda rerata sebelum dan setelah perlakukan dan independent sample t-test  untuk beda rerata antar kelompok dilanjutkan dengan uji effect size.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keteramoilan berpikir tingkat tinggi pada aspek menganalisis lebih menonjol daripada evaluasi dan mencipta.  Implikasi penelitian model SRBP dapat diterapkan pada jenjang pendidikan dasar dengan memodifikasi sumber literasi.
