Abstract

Puskesmas as one of the first level health service units is a benchmark for health development and a proof of community participation. Not all puskesmas provide quality services that can give satisfaction to patients. Based on the results of the presurvey at the Semarang District Health Center Leyangan there were several problems that occurred. The research purpose was analyzing correlation of patient perceptions of the quality of service with satisfaction of outpatients at the Leyangan Health Center Semarang District in 2018. This research was a quantitative research with descriptive analytic research design and cross sectional approach. The research was located in the Semarang District Health Center Leyangan with a population of 5,438 patients with 100 respondents samples with data collection tools using questionnaires and analyzed by univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. The results of univariate analysis show that in service quality, the respondents included in the good category are more than the pooZr respondents. The results of statistical tests using the chi-square test indicate that there is a relationship between service quality based on the dimensions of tangible (physical evidence) with patient satisfaction. There is a relationship between service quality based on the dimensions of reliability (reliability) with patient satisfaction. There is a relationship between service quality based on the dimension of responsiveness with patient satisfaction. There is a relationship between service quality based on the dimensions of empathy (empathy) with patient satisfaction. There is a relationship between service quality based on the assurance dimension with patient satisfaction. With each value = 0,000.

Abstract

Outbreak Response Immunization (ORI) is an activity carried out as an effort to overcome the outbreak of Diphtheria. Mijen Primary Health Center is one of the health centers in Semarang that organizes ORI activities because the discovery of a positive diphtheria case. Mijen Primary Health Center has decreased coverage in the second stage of ORI with a gap of 8.3%. The research objective is to evaluate the implementation of ORI activities in Mijen District by assessing the variables of surveillance, diagnosis, clinical management, supervision and assessment, infection control, and reporting. The research method uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This study interviewed 10 informants. The results showed that the implementation of ORI was able to reduce the rate of transmission and death from diphtheria. But the implementation of ORI still leaves a risk factor due to a decrease in ORI coverage which will result in an immunity gap. In addition, there is a large gap in setting targets for activities that are only carried out in an area of 3 RT in 3 villages, while according to the technical guidelines for the implementation of ORI, ORI should be at least one villages and one sub-district where cases are found. Target reduction due to limited resources and vaccine availability and vaccine logistics. Decrease in coverage is influenced by there are still people who do not believe that there is a case of diphtheria because the suspect claimed to be negative diphtheria. Counseling is also not maximal because most of the participants are cadres. Suggestions can be given to the Mijen health center is providing clear information to the public regarding the presence of diphtheria cases, increasing the intensity of counseling, reviewing the ORI target setting, Using PPE while working, and providing timely reports to the City Health Office.

Abstract

Tayu II Primary Health Care is one of the health center that has re-recorded data collection on PIS-PK in 2018. During the implementation there has never been an evaluation. Based on the data, there were differences between target achieved in PIS-PK and SPM. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of PIS-PK on the indicators of pulmonary TB in Tayu II Primary Health Care, Pati Regency. This was qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research used in-depth interview  and observation method to collect data from sample selected based on purposive sampling technique. The variables studied are input, process, and environment. The results showed that the data collection hasn?t been accompanied by a supporting form for screening and referral because there was no work procedure used as a reference for implementing TB services in the PIS-PK program. In its implementation, there were no planning documents which cover data collection activities until further interventions that integrated with the P2TB program. While activities that have been carried out other than data collection were the provision of initial interventions, advising patients to go to the Tayu II Primary Health Care, and reporting. Reporting was still not optimal because there was no coordination forum. Tayu II Primary Health Care advised to develop and establish SOPs so that they can improve the quality of data collection on PIS-PK in TB case finding, construct policies that clarify the involvement of the P2TB program, and optimize coordination of internal networks for further intervention.  Keywords : Program Indonesia Sehat dengan Pendekatan Keluarga (PIS-PK), TB Paru, Primary Health Care

Abstract

Jampersal is afinancial guarantees delivery services hat include prenatal care, delivery assistance, postpartum care including family planning services, postpartum and newborn careby health workersat health facilities. Jampersal maternity coverage in PHC Tanjung Puri in 2011 accounted for 36% and 24% coverage in 2012. The purpose of this study to determine Knowing the factors related to the utilization Jampersalin Puskesmas PuriTanjung Sintang.  This research uses quantitative research withex planatory approach recearch, population in this studyis the total number of women giving birth with 498 people then the samples were taken by 90 respondent sandusing purposive sampling method. Data analysis using Chi Square with assignificance level of 5% or 0,05. Results of this study indicate that as many as four factors related and 2 unrelated factors. Obtained from statistical test p-value = needs (0,037), affordability (0,172), availability (0,871), socialization (0,0029), knowledge (0,005), attitude (0.007), age (0,422), education (1,000), job (1,000), income (0,902). This study suggests that factors related to the utilization of Jampersal are needed, socialization, knowledge and attitudes, while factors that are not related to the utilization of Jampersal is affordability and availability. Puskesmas Puri Tanjung suggestions to improve the performance of health services, especially service delivery and Sintang DHO advised to make out reach programs to the community through counseling and seminars or by distribution of leaflets about the labor insurance program

Abstract

SEC adalah layanan unggulan dari RSISA yang memberikan pelayanan pada kesehatan mata yang menjadi pusat rujukan pengobatan mata bagi masyarakat Jawa Tengah. Dalam tiga tahun terakhir jumlah kunjungan rawat jalan mengalami peningkatan meskipun terdapat kecenderungan menurun. Kepuasan pasien menjadi salah satu indikator yang digunakan sebagai pencitraan awal rumah sakit apakah rumah sakit tersebut memberikan pelayanan yang baik bagi pelanggannya. Pihak rumah sakit perlu memahami karakteristik pasien untuk pengambilan keputusan terkait pelayanan rumah sakit sehingga pasien dapat merasa puas. Namun dalam pelaksanaan masih ada kecenderungan kurang puas pada pasien yaitu terhadap fasilitas pelayanan, waktu menunggu, pelayanan dokter, tarif, dan pelayanan administrasi pendaftaran pasien ASKES serta pelayanan administrasi pembayaran. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik pasien dengan kepuasan pasien pada pelayanan poli mata SEC RSISA. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SEC RSISA menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan survei kepuasan Cross Sectional dengan jumlah responden 100 orang pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik responden termasuk dalam kelompok umur dewasa (68%), jenis kelamin wanita (58%), asal suku jawa (86%), pendidikan lanjut (61%), bekerja (54%), pendapatan tinggi (75%), diagnosa penyakit kasus dengan operasi (72%), dan tipe pembiayaan umum (55%). Selain itu sesuai dimensi kepuasan Linder-Pelz bahwa pasien merasa puas pada dimensi accessibility (43%), availibility of resources (35%), countinuity of care (29%), efficacy (54%), finances (47%), hummaneness (37%), information of gathering (44%), information of giving (30%), pleassantness of surrounding (35%), dan quality (10%). Hasil uji ChiSquare, uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment dan uji korelasi Rank Spearman menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara karakteristik dengan kepuasan pasien.

Abstract

Implementation persistence of JKN program can be supported by goverment role (provine and Regency/City) which has made Safeguarding team in JKN program implementation. Safeguarding team consist 9 people and in their implementaion has no mission, vission, task and function. The aim in in this research is to analyze  readiness of safeguarding team JKN Health Departement Semarang City in facilitating the coordination implementation BPJS Kesehatan. The method in this research is qualitative method with descriptive by using indepth interview. The subject in this research point to Dinas Kesehatan Semarang City Instantition in helping and participate in hold BPJS Kesehatan who are 9 people Safeguarding team and 4 people as triangulation (1 from hospital, 2 from public health center and 1 from BPJS Kesehatan). Anlyze data used are  collective data, reduction data, display data, conclusion and verfication. Based on this research it can be concluded that Safeguarding team Dinas Kesehatan are not ready in facilitating implementation coordination  because there are not enough human resources for Safeguarding team and multitasking role so the work does not optimum and uneffective, SK that legalized by Head of Health Office 441.91/050 not also with more specific job description but by duty that act by Safeguarding Team JKN guidance to SK Ministry of Health Number 332/Ministry of Health/SK/V2006, not yet accomplished a few fullfilment resources to healthy facilitation for fullfilment quality during  service, fixed schedule in supporting helath facilitation and monitoring that has not yet done by JKN Safeguarding team or Dinas Kesehatan team during BPJS Kesehatan so can delayed team work in the future.

Abstract

Pengembangan karir merupakan bentuk pengembangan SDM. Peneliti sebagai ujung tombak Balai Litbang GAKI mengalami beberapa hambatan dalam pengembangan karir yaitu kesempatan melaksanakan penelitian yang  masih kurang, penelitian dengan penunjukan, pelatihan belum sesuai kebutuhan, dan  sulitnya publikasi jurnal terakreditasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan jabatan fungsional peneliti dan aspek pengembangan karir meliputi keadilan karir, dukungan pimpinan, kesadaran tentang kesempatan, minat pegawai, dan kepuasan karir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan indepth interview. Informan utama adalah staf fungsional peneliti di Balai Litbang GAKI Magelang yang berstatus calon peneliti sebanyak 4 orang dan peneliti sebanyak 8 orang. Uji validitas dengan triangulasi sumber kepada Kepala Balai Litbang GAKI Magelang dan Ketua tim TP2U. Pelaksanaan tugas pokok sudah sesuai dengan pedoman LIPI, kompetensi minimal sudah tercapai, TP2U belum memantau angka kredit secara rutin, belum ada kebijakan dan prosedur yang mengatur kesempatan penelitian, penelitian dengan penunjukan belum memenuhi harapan peneliti, kendala bahasa dalam publikasi jurnal internasional, kurangnya sarana buku literatur dan dana. Disarankan TP2U memantau perolehan angka kredit peneliti secara berkala, perlu adanya prosedur dalam pengembangan kesempatan penelitian, perlu kompetisi untuk pengembangan diri, perlu pembinaan khusus publikasi ilmiah pada jurnal internasional, organisasi meningkatkan sarana dan dana untuk mendukung pengembangan karir peneliti
