Abstract

Pektin merupakan elemen struktural pada pertumbuhan jaringan dan komponen utama dari lamella tengah pada tanaman dan berperan sebagai perekat yang bersifat membentuk gel. Pektin digunakan pada beberapa industri sebagai pengemulsi dan penstabil dalam produk-produk makanan, bahan pencampur obat-obatan dan kosmetik. Salah satu biomassa yang mengandung pektin yaitu albedo durian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji pengaruh variabel proses meliputi jenis pelarut asam (HCl, H2SO4, CH3COOH, C6H8O7), waktu (2-20 menit), rasio solid liquid (1:10 ? 1:25 (m/v)), konsentrasi (0,25 ? 1,25 N), dan daya (10-50 %) pada proses ekstraksi gelombang mikro pektin dari albedo durian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  pelarut yang tepat yaitu H2SO4 dengan waktu 5 menit, rasio solid liquid 1:20 (m/v), konsentrasi pelarut 1N, dan daya 30%. Kata kunci: albedo durian, MAE, pektin

Abstract

ABSTRACT The background of this research is the comprehension of the students’ mathematical concept that are still low. Not only that, but also the process of learning is still contred to the teacher it self. The purpose of this research  is to know about comprehension of the students’ mathematical concept by applaying Market technique toward comprehension of mathematical concept is better than students’ conventional learning at the eight grade SMPN 1 Sipora Kabupaten kep.Mentawai. The kind of this research is experiment reserch. The population of this research is the eighth grade students of SMPN 1 Sipora Kep. Mentawai who registered in 2012/2013 academic year. The sample classes that choosen are two  classes, where VIII.1class as class experimental class and the VIII.2 is control class. The instrument of this research is the concept comprehension test in essay that has reliability 0,8883. Based on the data analysis, mean of  experimental class was 80,61 and class control was 71,03. can  concluded that the comprehension of the students’ mathematical concept by applaying the market technique toward comprehension of  mathematical concept is better than conventional learning at the eight grade SMPN 1 Sipora Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai.

Abstract

 ABSTRACT This study aimed to obtain, analyze and discuss data about home industry Rakik Lokan as Families Economic development in Tanjung Medan Village Pancung Soal District of Pesisir Selatan Region beheading of : 1 ) Availability of raw materials, 2) industrial capital, 3) marketing conditions, 4) industrial labor, 5) business and industry and 6) Constraints experienced industries.This type of research is classified as descriptive. Population was all home industries rakik lokan totaling 10 pieces. Samples were taken with a total sampling technique that is 10 pieces of rakik lokan industry. Collecting data using guided inquiry, statistical analysis used was descriptive using percentage formula.The results showed as follows; 1) Raw materials are always available to rakik lokan industry with very good quality, bought the others from the region itself, depending on the raw material inventory of the weather conditions and the amount of output produced 1000 grains/day, (2) capital resources and capital equipment from of capital itself, a large capital < Rp 1.000.000, is used for wage labor, purchase of production equipment, operational costs and marketing costs, the availability of sufficient capital but capital is no less developed, (3) marketing through intermediaries/orders, production is done in accordance with orders, marketing limited in districts with a motorbike by home industry rakik lokan, (4) labor generally two, and owner of labor, labor day but less labor availability, (5) generally do not wear Processing preservatives, there is no difficulty in processing and no problems in processing and ( 6 ) constraints faced related to marketing is the marketing and narrow region unequal income with expenditure

Abstract

Pektin merupakan suatu senyawa polisakarida, fungsinya merupakan elemen structural pada pertumbuhan jaringan dan komponen utama dari lamella tengah dan berperan sebagai perekat yang bersifat membentuk gel. Pektin banyak terdapat dalam buah-buahan. Salah satunya pada albedo (kulit) durian. Albedo durian yang merupakan sampah yang tidak memiliki nilai ekonomi ini diakui memiliki kandungan pektin yang cukup tinggi yaitu 2,56%. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan pelarut asam terbaik untuk ekstraksi pektin limbah kulit durian. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan gelombang mikro dengan meggunakan jenis pelarut antara lain HCl, C6H8O7, H2SO4, dan CH3COOH dengan normalitas 1N dan 2N , rasio simplisia: aquadest yaitu 1:10, serta daya 10%. Dari hasil penilitian didapatkan pelarut asam yang tepat yaitu H2SO4 2N dengan pektin sebesar 7,07gram. Kata kunci: albedo durian, MAE, pektin

Abstract

Nyeri akibat injeksi merupakan sumber distress bagi anak dan orang tua serta petugas saat imunisasi. Hal ini juga ditakutkan akan menimbulkan dampak jangka panjang pada anak berupa trauma akan pengalaman nyeri. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh Family Triple Support (FTS) terhadap respon nyeri pada bayi saat imunisasi Measles Rubella (MR) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pauh Kota Padang tahun 2019. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi-experiment dengan menggunakan post-test only group design yang dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2018 sampai bulan Juni 2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah bayi usia 9-11 bulan yang menjalani imunisasi MR di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pauh. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling mendapatkan 20 orang. Pada penelitian ini diberikan perlakuan FTS yaitu teknik menyusui dengan posisi sitting up dan pengalihan nyeri menggunakan krincingan pada bayi saat diimunisasi MR, kemudian melakukan observasi ±3 menit dengan tetap mempertahankan FTS menggunakan skala FLACC. Hasil: Nilai rerata respon nyeri pada bayi yang telah diberikan intervensi FTS sebesar 6,20, lebih rendah daripada kelompok yang tanpa diberikan intervensi dengan nilai rerata respon nyeri sebesar 7,40. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji independent t-test didapatkan nilai p=0,009<0,05, berati Ho ditolak. Simpulan: Terdapatnya pengaruh FTS terhadap respon nyeri pada bayi saat imunisasi MR di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Pauh Kota Padang tahun 2019.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan ketiga masalah, sedangkan manfaatnya adalah penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan bagi peneliti bahasa lainnya yang tertarik untuk mengetahui BMDK, dapat memberikan pengetahuan masyarakat Indonesia khususnya Kalimantan Barat mengenai konjungsi koordinatif BMDK, Penelitian ini dapat menambah wawasan dan pengalaman peneliti dalam menulis karya tulis ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan bahasa khususnya BMDK, penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan bagi peneliti selanjutnya yang akan meneliti BMDK, Penelitian ini dapat mendeskripsikan variasi kekayaan kosakata yang sangat berharga khususnya konjungsi koordinatif BMDK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, berbentuk kualitatif. Sember data penelitiannya adalah Bahasa Melayu Dialek Ketapang yang dituturkan oleh penutur asli masyarakat kelurahan Mulia Kerta, sedangkan datanya didapat melalui wawancara mengenai konjungsi koordinatif dengan informan yang direkam kemudian diterjemahkan dan dicatat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik rekam, Teknik Simak Libat Cakap (SLC), Teknik Simak Bebas Libat Cakap dan Teknik Catat.   Kata kunci: konjungsi koordinatif, Melayu Dialek Ketapang. Abstract: The common problem of this research is how a coordinating conjunction ketapan dialect of Malay language. The general problems of this research are bounded into three sub-problems, namely form coordinative conjunctions, conjunctions coordinative function and meaning of coordinating conjunctions. The purpose of this research is to describe the three issues that are restricted, whereas the benefits of this research are to provide input for researchers of other languages ??who are interested to know BMDK, provide knowledge of Indonesian people, especially Kalimantan Barat on the conjunction coordinative BMDK, this research enrich the knowledge and experience of the researcher in writing the scientific papers related to language BMDK particular, this research can be used as a reference for further research that will examine BMDK, describe the variation vocabulary especially BMDK coordinative conjunctions. The from of this research is a descriptive study with qualitative form. Of the data of this research is Ketapang Malay dialect spoken by native speakers Mulia Kerta village community, whereas the data obtained through interviews about the coordinative conjunction with the informant who recorded and then translated and recorded. The technique of data collection used in this research is a recording technique, which consists of Listen Proficient (SLC), Mechanical Listen Non involved Proficient and Engineering Record.  Keywords: coordinating conjunctions, Malay dialect Ketapang.

Abstract

Mahogany woods from community forests generally have relatively low qualities due to lack of maintenance activities and for their young harvesting stage. Heat treatment is known as wood modification method that could improve the quality of the wood. The aim of this study was to determine the interaction effect of temperature and method of heat treatment on the chemical properties of young mahogany wood. Materials used in this research were mahogany wood boards from community forest which were heat-treated using oven and steam methods performed at the temperature of 90°C, 120°C, and 150oC for 2 hours. In this research, some chemical changes were analyzed. Results of the research showed that the interaction of temperature and heat treatment method gave a significant decreasing on the pentosan amount, and hot-water extractive solubility, particularly the steaming at 150oC. The increasing temperature of heat treatment significantly decreased the content of holocellulose, α-cellulose, hemicellulose, and pH values whereas it increased lignin content,  extractives (cold-water and alcohol-benzene extractives) and solubility in 1% NaOH. Steaming method provided lower levels in the content of holocellulose, ethanol-benzene extract, cold-water solubility, and pH values compared to the oven heating. However, the steaming method over 1200C should be considered as it would reduce the wood strengths.

Abstract

Abstract : Problem Research is aimed at improving learning science students in the class III lessons in 2014/2015 by a Model cooperative learning type Three Stay One Stary (TSOS individually as well) overall student learning outcomes classical to class III to science SD 005 Rantau Panjang left side Babussalam sub-district. This research was done on 24 students. Data was collected through observation using sheets observation to cooperative learning data model type Three Stay One Stray (TSOS) through SCORES I and II for SCORES result data to learn. Student learning outcomes increased in the first cycle than it was before he had done action or before Currently PKT has served ship necessity in, But the increase student learning outcomes that happened before was held Currently PKT has served ship necessity in and after the cycle I that is 66.04 percent there is an increase of 11.23 percent while in the cycle both there is an increase of 7.57 percent by learning outcomes students of 71.04 percent. From the result of the research and discussion as outlined above learning model that by using cooperative type Three Stay One Stray (TSOS) is correct, then such teachers, students and student learning outcomes to increase and better. Abstract

This article examines the factors that led to the mobility of the workforce out of the village youth in the village of Adinuso and its consequences. The results of this study indicate that the mobility of the workforce at a young age Adinuso village is driven by the push factors which consists of the desire for independence, poverty, income rndahnya work in cottage industry of embroidery, the desire to succeed as their peers, looking for experience, and limitations facilities and infrastructure in the village of Adinuso. The mobility is driven by the pull factor which consists of the number of jobs, wages are attractive, and modernization. The impact of young labor force mobility of socio-economic life of the village of Adinuso the increased prosperity, less productive workers in the cottage industry of embroidery fabric, less manpower in the agricultural sector, changes in lifestyle, and reduce social deviation. The dominant driving factors (push factor) of mobility of young labor force is poverty, while the dominant pull factors (pull factors) that affects predominantly young workforce mobility in the Village Adionuso are many factors in urban employment. The mobility of the labor force this young age have negative and positive impact on socio-economic and cultural life of the village community.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenyakit moler yang disebabkan oleh jamur Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cepae merupakan patogen tular tanah atau ?soil-borne pathogen? termasuk parasit lemah yang dapat bertahan dalam tanah selama bertahun-tahun sebagai saprofit pada sisa tanaman. Di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa intensitas penyakit sangat bervariasi sampai 80%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan isolat dan hubungan karateristik faktor-faktor fisik jamur Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cepae dalam menyebabkan penyakit moler pada bawang merah dalam berbagai varietas dan kondisi yang berbeda. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Kesehatan Tanaman dan Greenhouse Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Pembangunan Nasional ?Veteran? Jawa Timur, Tahun 2011. Faktor yang diuji yaitu suhu, kelembaban, dan pH medium terhadap isolat Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cepae yang didapat dari daerah Nganjuk dan Probolinggo. Uji virulensi dilakukan terhadap 3 Kultivar bawang merah (Bauji, Thailand dan Ijo). Pengamatan pertumbuhan jamur pada media agar yang diperlakukan dan pengamatan keparahan penyakit dilakukan setiap hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa isolat Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cepae dari tanaman bawang merah tumbuh baik pada suhu 30-33oC, RH 85% dan pada kisaran pH medium 6,1-7,0. Hasil uji virulensi menunjukkan bahwa masa inkubasi jamur Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cepae pada tanaman bawang merah menunjukkan gejala infeksi tercepat pada 17 hari setelah tanam pada Kultivar Ijo yangdiinokulasi dengan isolat Probolinggo Kultivar Ijo.Informasi karakter fisik isolat jamur Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cepae penyebab penyakit moler pada bawang merah dapat digunakkan sebagai salah satu acuhan untuk pengelolaan penyakit moler pada bawang merah.Kata kunci : penyakit moler, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cepae, karakterisasiABSTRACTMoler disease caused by the fungus Fusarium oxysporum f Cepae is a soil borne pathogens or "soil-borne pathogens" including a weak parasite that can survive in soil for years as a saprophyte in the vegetation. In the field show that the intensity of the disease vary widely up to 80%. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the ability to isolate and relationship characteristics of physical factors fungus Fusarium oxysporum f Moler Cepae in causing disease in onions in different varieties and different conditions. This study will be conducted at the Laboratory of Plant Health and Greenhouse Faculty of Agriculture, National Development University "Veteran" East Java, 2011. Factors examined, ie temperature, humidity, and pH of the medium against isolates of Fusarium oxysporum f Cepae obtained from the Nganjuk and Probolinggo. Virulence test conducted on three cultivars of onion (Bauji, Thailand and Ijo). Observations growth of fungi on agar medium severity of the disease being treated and observations made every day. The results showed that isolates of Fusarium oxysporum f Cepae of onion crop grows well at 30-33oC temperature, RH 85% and the medium pH range from 6.1 to 7.0. Virulence test results show that the incubation period of the fungus Fusarium oxysporum f Cepae on onion plants showing symptoms of infection fastest at 17 days after planting in Ijo cultivars inoculated with isolates Probolinggo cultivars Ijo.Informasi physical character fungal isolates of Fusarium oxysporum f Moler Cepae cause disease in onion can digunakkan as one acuhan for disease management Moler on onion.Key words : Moler disease, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. cepae, characterization
