Abstract

Knowledge Management Systems are expanding across all types of organizations worldwide. The competitive benefits of KM efforts have been demonstrated in industries, governments and in the academic worlds. However, recent global analyses of such implementations highlight the fact that not all of them are successful. The main barriers relate to organizational culture and theimportance of the implementation strategy. The purpose of this research is to explore relationships between the successful implementation of knowledge management and specific organizational cultural orientations and implementationstrategy. Organizational culture is assessed through organizational trust and organizational solidarity variables, in addition, through collecting and connecting strategy. Depending on the degree of integration of these two cultural and strategy factors determination, we demonstrated that specific KM are more or less likely to succeed. The research findings were accomplished through a validated questionnaire distributed within PT Telkom and their units. Though limited in terms of variable, this study has the potential to assist other researchers in refining and modifying such approaches to maximize knowledge in this field.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan model anak tidak bersekolahusia kurang 15 tahun di kota Medan menggunakan regresi spasial, menganalisisfaktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya serta mengkaji efektifitas metode regresispasial dalam menganalisis kasus tersebut. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu SpatialAutoregressive Model (SAR). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel prediktoryang mempengaruhi variabel respon adalah jumlah penduduk prasejahtera, jumlahsekolah SD, dan rasio antara anak yang bersekolah dengan anak tidak bersekolah(ATB) kurang 15 tahun. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah 95.70 %.

Abstract

Analisis regresi digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel.Salah satu metode penaksir parameter dalam model regresi ini ialah metode kuadratterkecil. Di dalam penelitian ini digunakan simulasi terhadap empat kelompok datayang terdiri atas 20 observasi. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk membanding dua metoderegresi robust yakni Least Trimmed Squares (LTS) dan penaksir M. Dari hasil simulasipada penelitian ini, LTS memberikan hasil perbandingan rata-rata kuadratsisa yang lebih baik daripada penaksir M dan metode OLS. Sementara itu, penaksirM juga menghasilkan rata-rata kuadrat sisa yang lebih baik daripada metode OLS.

Abstract

Pada tulisan ini didiskusikan aplikasi metode TOPSIS fuzzy untuk menentukan prioritas kawasan perumahan di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah jarak dengan ibukota kecamatan, kepadatan penduduk disekitar lokasi, pengembangan sarana lingkungan, pengembangan prasarana lingkungan, aksesibilitas masyarakat dan harga tanah.

Abstract

Current social reality produces a conclusion that the purpose of education is inseparable from employment. Therefore, the feasibility of Indonesian education needs to be considered in terms of the benefits obtained by its graduates. Management Discipline has a formula regarding profit and loss. This formula can be adopted in education management. Furthermore, in this study this formula is referred to as a cost and benefit analysis. Adoption of this formula requires a reinterpretation of all the components in it. Net benefit (NB) is the result of reduction and direct benefit and indirect benefits with costs (C) and depreciation (D). This research uses research and development methods Data collection was carried out by interview method and questionnaire. Sampling is carried out by random sampling technique The results of this calculation are then consulted with the range that has been made in the form of a percentage. The trial conducted on the feasibility of education at STAINU Temanggung University showed that the educational feasibility level at the faculty was 29.72%. This means that the university has an  enough feasible meaning in implementing education if analyzed from a cost and benefit analysis

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas fungi Trichoderma harzianum dalam mengendalikan Fusarium oxysporum penyebab busuk pangkal batang pada tanaman cabai merah (Capsicum annum L.). Percobaan pertama adalah pengujian daya hambat T. harzianum terhadap patogen secara in vitro. Percobaan selanjutnya di rumah kaca dengan perlakuan disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), terdiri atas: tanpa inokulasi, inokulasi patogen, inokulasi Trichoderma, inokulasi Trichoderma dan patogen bersamaan, inokulasi Trichoderma diikuti patogen dengan jeda waktu 6 jam, inokulasi patogen kemudian Trichoderma. dengan jeda waktu 6 jam. Variabel yang diamati adalah luas luka batang tanaman dan intensitas seragan penyakit. Data percobaan in vivo dianalisis dengan sidik ragam yang dilanjutkan dengan uji BNJ taraf nyata 5%. Daya hambat T. harzianum terhadap patogen mencapai 71,3 % pada 144 jam setelah inokulasi secara in vitro. Secara in vivo inokulasi Trichoderma saja dan bersamaan dengan patogen menekan luka hingga 81,0% dan 68,0% dibandingkan dengan dinokulasi patogen serta menghambat serangan penyakit yang ditunjukkan dengan intensitas gejala 5,6 % dan 0,0 pada 6 dan 12 hari setelah inokulasi. T. harzianum efektif sebagai agen biokontrol bagi pengendalian penyakit busuk pangkal batang tanaman cabe merah yang disebabkan oleh F. oxysporum.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the combined treatment between growth media and supplement that gives a white oyster mushroom growth responses as well as weight and harvest the best quality. Factorial experiment was repeated 4 times with the first factor of the type of media (bagasse and sawdust) and the second factor supplements (without supplements, rice bran, and corn flour). Combination treatment of bagasse and rice bran media gives the best response mushroom mycelium growing in terms of speed, the relative growth will be fruit, fruit caps the maximum size and weight of crop per baglog; while bagasse and corn flour to give the best response to fungi in the number and quality of the body fruit. Abstract

Madrasah Mu?allimat Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta is one of Charitable Enterprises Muhammadiyah.It was established by KH. Ahmad Dahlan in Yogyakarta, who can not be forgotten his contribution. It is a modern education which clings to the authentic teachings of Islam, namely the Qur?an and Al-Hadith, the education and development of general science (SQ, EQ, and AQ) that all the scientific aspects of inter-connective ties. Before the Indonesia?s independence until today, Madrasah is already taking part in educating the nation that prints quality education of human resources in order to prepare a reliable and robust human resources in a comprehensive manner that an educational process of the students in the school, not only hard skills but also soft skills. In terms of hard skills, Muhammadiyah Mu?allimat Madrasah curriculum prepares students to compete with graduate school / madrasah in general in Indonesia by providing an adequate portion of the curriculum with the standard SNP, the Ministry of Religion and ISMUBA and adjust to the demands of the times. Mu?allimaat Madrasah Education in Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah has implemented an integrated curriculum-inter connective. According to Amin Abdullah, the curriculum-inter connective is the existence of an implementation approach to epistemology bayani, Irfani and Burhani. It means that in addition to the education teaches spiritual intelligence which is guided by al-Qur?an and al-Hadith (prophetic intelligence), aspects of emotional intelligence, adversity intelligence and general science are also taught.

Abstract

Teacher isn?t one of all source of science in learning process. So, if the teacher needs survive in his or her contribution in the learning teaching process, they must do some innovations. Its means, the teacher  must have work hard ethic in doing to do the innovation, learning approach, chosing the metode and media. In order to make the learning teaching process run well, therefore the teacher is not only has mastered his or her competence but also has mastered the emotion quotion, spiritual quotion and has mastered the information, communication and technology. Beside that, the teacher who has work hard ethic,  is the teacher who has optimism. It means, in doing his task of the learning teaching process must have the strong motivation. So, the teacher will get the best achievement.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam pendidikan Nasional. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, peran pendidik dan anak didik tidak dapat diabaikan sumbangsihnya. Kedua komponen ini saling berinteraksi dalam proses pembelajaran untuk mewujudkan suatu out put pendidikan yang berkualitas.Untuk mencapai tujuan npendidikan tersebut, diperlukan pendidik yang profesional, bertanggung jawab, dan berakhlak mulia. Menurut Zakiah Darojat,  Syarat menjadi pendidik yang  profesional  ada 4 macam, yakni: 1) bertakwa pada Allah SWT; 2) berilmu; 3) Sehat jasmani & rohani dan  4) berkelakuan baik. Yang ke empat hal tersebut, benarbenar harus dicamkan dan dimiliki oleh seorang pendidik.
