Abstract

Abstract: Students who have good conceptual acquisition will be able to represent the concept by using multi representation. This study aims to determine the improvement of students' understanding of the concept of Newton's Law material, and the quality of representation used in solving problems on Newton's Law material. The results showed that the concept acquisition of students increased from the average of 35.32 to 78.97 with an effect size of 2.66 (strong) and N-gain of 0.68 (medium). The quality of each type of student representation also increased from level 1 and level 2 up to level 3.Key Words: concept aquisition, represetation quality, multi representation learning, Newton?s LawAbstrak: Siswa yang memiliki penguasaan konsep yang baik akan mampu merepresentasikan konsep dengan menggunakan multi representasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman konsep siswa SMP pada materi Hukum Newton, dan kualitas representasi yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan masalah pada materi Hukum Newton. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan konsep siswa meningkat dari rata-rata 35,32 menjadi 78,97 dengan effect size sebesar 2,66 (kuat) dan N-gain sebesar 0,68 (sedang). Kualitas tiap jenis representasi siswa juga mengalami peningkatan dari level 1 dan level 2 naik menjadi level 3.Kata kunci: hukum Newton, kualitas representasi, pemahaman konsep, pembelajaran multi representasi

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMES) have a great role in national economic growth.To maintain the continuity of the activities of SMES in the middle of an existing business competition needed a proper marketing strategy management to achieve company goals. Factors that may affect the marketing strategy stems from internal factors and external factors. The object of this research is the company's Snack business form that is Snack barokah that have yet to implement a proper marketing strategy management to expand its business. This study aims to identify the factors that may affect and become elements of the marketing strategy as well as develop and recommend an appropriate marketing strategy to be applied            This research use analyses QSPM (Quantitave Planing Strategy Matrix) to devise strategies that will be taken. The sample of this research taken from Parties within the company. Determination of samples as respondents using purposive sampling with a respondent's consideration that is has the ability and authority in formulating marketing strategies company.            This research resulted in SME strategic alternatives and the priority order of Snack Barokah  as follows: increase product quality by using a packaging machine, producing their own snacks, increasing quality of products to face competition, seeking additional capital to take advantage of a Government loan program, maintain price levels and improve the quality of flavour, vigorous business  products  promotion  by utilizing electronic media facilities, increase promotion directly approach the way to expand the market whole salers consumer voice, delivers, and maintains good relations with suppliers

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil penilaian pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan pada model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan inkuiri bebas termodifikasi ditinjau dari kreativitas dan sikap ilmiah serta interaksi-interaksinya terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah semua siswa kelas X MIA Semester Ganjil SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Sampel diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode tes untuk nilai pengetahuan, untuk kreativitas dan sikap ilmiah menggunakan angket, sedangkan untuk nilai sikap dan nilai keterampilan menggunakan pengamatan/observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis variansi dengan desain faktorial 2x2x2 menggunakan program SPSS.Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: (1) ada pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan model pembelajaran inkuiri bebas termodifikasi terhadap nilai pengetahuan, dan tidak adapengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan model pembelajaran inkuiri bebas termodifikasi terhadap nilai sikap dan nilai keterampilan siswa; (2) ada pengaruh kreativitas tinggi dan rendah dalam pembelajaran fisika terhadap nilai pengetahuan, nilai sikap, dan nilai keterampilan siswa; (3) tidak ada pengaruh antara sikap ilmiah tinggi dan rendah terhadap nilai pengetahuan dan nilai keterampilan tetapi  ada pengaruh terhadap nilai sikap siswa; (4) ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan model pembelajaran inkuiri bebas termodifikasi dengan kreativitas terhadap nilai pengetahuan siswa dan tidak adainteraksi antara model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan model pembelajaran inkuiri bebas termodifikasi dengan kreativitas terhadap nilai sikap dan nilai keterampilan siswa; (5) tidak ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan model pembelajaran inkuiri bebas termodifikasi dengan sikap ilmiah terhadap nilai pengetahuan, nilai sikap, dan nilai keterampilan  siswa; (6) tidak ada interaksi antara kreativitas dan sikap ilmiah terhadap nilai pengetahuan, nilai sikap, dan nilai keterampilan siswa; (7) tidak ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan model pembelajaran inkuiri bebas termodifikasi, kreativitas, dan sikap ilmiah terhadap nilai pengetahuan, nilai sikap, dan nilai keterampilan siswa.

Abstract

This research aim to examine and analyze effect of e-service quality, information quality and ease of use to e-loyalty with e-satisfaction as Intervening variables (Studies on B2C e-commerce Lazada Indonesia customer). This research did through the distribution of questionnaires to 115 Lazada Indonesia customer in Semarang with random sampling method. This research used software SPSS Statistic 22. The technique of data testing in this research includes validity test, reliability test, the classical assumption test, path analysis that is development of multiple linear regression and sobel test to examine mediation effect from independent variabel to dependent variabel.The result of this research indicates that: e-service quality has positive effect and significant to e-satisfaction, information quality has positive effect and significant to e-satisfaction, ease of use has positive effect and significant to e-satisfaction, e-service quality has positive effect and significant to e-loyalty, information  quality has positive effect and significant to e-loyalty, ease of use has positive effect but not significant to e-loyalty, and e-satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty. The sobel test shows that e-satisfaction can mediate the effect of e-service quality, information quality, ease of use to e-loyalty

Abstract

This study was motivated by competition and business threats that occur in the automotiveindustry in particular on products Honda Mobilio. The decline in the value of the index in Table Honda car sales indicate there is a problem in product purchasing decisions Honda Mobilio. This study aims to analyze and examine the elements that comprise the purchase decision of the product quality, brand awareness, and the price of the product purchase decisions Honda Mobilio.Research data retrieval is done through questionnaires to 100 respondents Honda Mobilio car users in the city of Semarang is obtained using the technique accidental sampling and purposive sampling. Then the analysis of data obtained both qualitatively and quantitatively. Qualitative analysis is the interpretation of the data obtained in the field and analysis of open answers given by the respondents, whereas quantitative analysis include: validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing via t test and F test, and coefficient of determination(R2).Data - data that has met the validity, reliability, and classical assumption, processed with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) for Windows 15, resulting in a regression equation as follows:          Y = 0,240 X1 + 0,589 X2 + 0,376 X3Where hypothesis testing using t test showed that the three independent variables, namely  the  quality  of  the  product  (X1), brand  awareness  (X2),  and  the  price  (X3) significant positive effect on the purchase decision (Y).

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effects that arise from the service quality and website quality on customer satisfaction, and trust, its influence on repurchase intention from Blibli.com. Variables used in this study is service quality and website quality  as an independent variable, and customer satisfaction and trust as an intervening variable lastly, the repurchase intention as the dependent variable. The sample in this study were 171 respondents from the consumer of Blibli.com.The method used is non- probability purposive sampling by distributing e-questionnaires to the respondents (customer). In this study developed a theoretical model to propose six hypotheses to be tested using analysis tools Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through a program AMOS 24.0. Based on the research of data processing SEM for full model has met the criteria of goodness of fit as follows, the value of chi-square = 134,089; probability = 0,076; RMSEA = 0,034; CMIN/DF = 1,197; GFI = 0,915; TLI = 0,983; CFI = 0,986; and a marginal criteria which is AGFI = 0,883. With the result, it can be said that this model is feasible to be used. The results showed that the repurchasse intention can be improved by increasing website quality that affect the trust  as a determinant of success to increase repurchase intention.

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to: (1) identify the potentials of fish resources in  Klaten regency which can be developed as the economic generator of the community; (2) analyze the provision of fish products to support food security and safety for the surroundng region; (3) analyze the process of managing fish to perform food safety and security; 4) analyze the supporting factors of  fish resources management in Klaten to develop the community economy; 5) analyze the constraints of managing fish resources in Klaten to develop the community economy; 6) analyze the policy and programs of the local Government of Klaten in developing the potenstials of fish resources; particularly fish cultivation; and (7) formulize an appropriate method to manage fish resources to improve the community economy and support food security and safety. This research applied descriptive approach and was qualitative in nature. Data were collected using several methods including site observation, in-depth interview, focus group discussion, document study, and super impose. Sampling technique used in this research were purposive sampling and snowball. Data were analyzed using (1) Human Resources Analysis (2) Policy Analysis (3) Interactive Analysis. Research results include: (1) method to manage fish resources to improve the community economy and support the food security and safety; 2) recommendation in the form of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) related to the method to manage fish resources to improve the community economy and support the food security and safety; and 3) handouts concerning method to manage fish resources to improve the community economy and support the food security and safety.

Abstract

The decline of soil organic matter in the low of soil productivity. To increase soil of productivity and returns back bearing capacity of the plant, then the business can be done for example by encouraging re-use of organic fertilizers. The study titled “Engineering super organic fertilizer formula in vegetable cultivation on spinach (Amaranthus sp) aims to a). getting a super-organic fertilizer formula, the most good, b). knowing the influence of various super organic fertilizer formula on growth and yield of vegetable Amaranthus sp. The experiment was conducted from April to November 2010. Five kinds of super-organic fertilizer, which is an engineering formula fertilizer that s made from a mixture of manure, sawdust, dolomite, rock phosphate, molasses and starch in the form of granules, making it easier in applying and provide with the same dose. As ground control does not super plus organic fertilizer. Research using Randomized Complete Block Design (RAKL) single factor. The observed variables are observed 1. Independent variables: a. Without organic fertilizer and b. The use of super-organic fertilizer formula 2. Dependent variables include soil chemical properties (properties which are used as a determinant of soil fertility), which consist of: soil pH, soil organic matter content (organic C), cation exchange capacity (KPK), Burnout base (KB), and P is available, and growth spinach plants. The results showed that: super organic fertilizer formula is best P5G2 (mixture of manure, rock phosphate and dolomite with starch adhesive), proved its influence on growth and yield of spinach, either on plant fresh weight, dry weight, root volume and uptake of N gave the highest yield compared with other treatments.

Abstract

The background of this research is the accumulation of passengers at ticket counter atdeparture station that indicates a lack of interest in using online reservation ticketservice. This research aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the influenceof the four variables of quality electronic services are efficiency (X1), fulfillment (X2),system availability (X3), dan privacy (X4) to customer satisfaction users onlinereservation ticket of PT Kereta Api Indonesia Daop 4 Semarang.Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Thepopulation in this study was the passengers that uses the online reservation ticket in thePT Kereta Api Indonesia Daop 4 Semarang. The amount of sampels are 100 respondensand the sampling method is purposive sampling. The data was collected usingquestionnaires.The t test result show that only variables efficiency, fulfillment, and system availabilityhave a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction .while privacy variable notpositive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The multiple linier regressionresult show that efficiency variable are independent variables that most influence on thecustomer satisfaction.Keywords: quality of service, efficiency, fulfillment, system availability, privacy, customersatisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT Distribution activities (place) are one main problem that a company has to face, beside of price, promotion and product (4p), so the market (society) can accept the product. Company must place its product on the right place, and it means: The nearer the product to the market, the easier the consumer to find and consume it. For that reason, the company must keep a good relationship with the distribution channels because of their role as an intermediary between companies to its customers in all area. We cannot imagine, how difficult a company would be if the company must distribute its product directly by itself in all places. The major concentration of the company to produce good product will be disturbed because its interest was divided between production and distribution. To keep this relationship, the company must aware to see its distributor as a partner (mutual advantage) so that they will find it convenience to distribute the company product. This research adopted result of previous research which have done by Boyle et al., (1995) where he found out that Bureaucracy and Support from company are convenience factors, it means: it has influence in increasing distributors performance. On the other hand, Intervention from company is an inconvenience factor and has negatif impact to distributor performance. The technique of the analysis is using Structural Equation Model (SEM) that is used to examine 3 (three) hypothesis that has been developed. The numbers of sample taken in this research are 100 respondents. The result of the examination shows the positif impact between Bureaucracy and Support toward Distribution Performance and the negatif impact of Intervention toward Distribution Performance.
