Abstract

Pola  dermatoglifi (sidik jari) dapat digunakan sebagai penanda genetik DMT2. Analis  pola dermatoglifi secara kuantitatif dapat melalui beberapa parameter dermatoglifi antara lain: frekuensi pola sidik jari (arch, loop dan whorl),  jumlah sulur, indeks tipe pola (pattern type index) yang terdiri dari indeks Dankmeijer, indeks Furuhata,  indeks intensitas pola (pattern intensity index) dan Sudut atd. Sudut atd merupakan sudut yang terbentuk dengan menghubungkan titik triradius a, t dan d pada daerah telapak tangan.Tujuan penelitian menemukan hubungan karakteristik dermatoglifi (sudut atd) dengan diabetes melitus tipe-2 etnis Minangkabau.Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dengan 132 sampel terdiri dari 66 pasien dengan diabetes melitus tipe-2 dan 66 kontrol. Hasil penelitian tentang sudut atd pada DMT2 adalah 40,44± 3,34 dan  pada kontrol 40,42±3,96. Hasil uji-t dan ?=5% didapatkan nilai p=0,75. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang   signifikan rata-rata sudut atd pada diabetes melitus tipe-2 etnis Minangkabau.Kata kunci: sudut atd, dermataglifi dan DMT2

Abstract

The use of traditional medicinal plants is generally based on empirical experience; therefore, a scientific approach is needed to bring traditional medicine into the practice of medicine and formal health services. Tristania sumatrana Miq. is one of the traditional medicinal plants that are often used as contraceptives for women in the villages of Lembah Bawan and Kampung Dalam (West Sumatra). The extract of Tristania sumatrana Miq. can extend the estrus cycle of Mus musculus into eleven days. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of Tristania sumatrana Miq. extract to the fertility of female mice. The experiments were conducted with a randomized 5x2 group design. Five dosage groups: untreated control, placebo, treatment with doses 600, 900 and 1200 mg/kgbw and two treatment groups: 10 and 20 days. The fertility parameters studied were ovarian weight, number of primary, secondary, tertiary follicles. The results prove the extract of Tristania sumatrana Miq. causing a very significant decrease in ovarian weight (treatment of 900 mg/kg bb for 10 days), number of primary and secondary follicles (1200 mg / kg bb for 10 days), and tertiary (600 mg / kg bb for 20 days). The extract of Tristania sumatrana Miq. causing a decline in Mus musculus fertility.

Abstract

Chemical learning that is boring and unattractive makes students less interested in learning. For that developed multimedia learning by using software Swish Max 4. The purpose of this study was to develop multimedia learning using Swish Max 4 on radioactive and to know its impact on the learning experience of students at class XII IPA SMA N 8 Kota Jambi. This study is a development study that adapts the ADDIE model. Stage in the development research are analysis, design, development and evaluation. Instrument sheets used collecting data were questionnaire of student needs, media validation questionnaire,material validation questionnaire, teacher assessment questionnaire and students response questionnaire. The main result of this study is a multimedia learning on radioactive using Swish Max 4, that equipped with video and animation. This multimedia learning on radioactive is good based on validation results from media experts and material experts. From the results of product trials of chemistry teachers and students response at Class XII IPA SMA N 8 Jambi, this media can be used to help students in learning independently. Based on the results of study concluded that multimedia learning on radioactive using Swish Max 4 is good for use in learning and get student response to multimedia learning is very good with score 82,4%.

Abstract

This research aim to know how to develop chemical learning media using 3D Pageflip Profesional on salt hydrolysis material and know student response XI IPA SMAN 7 Kota Jambi to learning media developed. This study is development study that adapts the ADDIE development model. In this study conducted needs analysis,Design, development,implementation and evaluation. The results of research on the analysis stage obtained multimedia learning products are made using software 3D Pageflip Profesional. The product is validated by media experts and material experts before being tasted to students, media product are first shown to teacher, then just tasted the students. The results of field trials of 10 students obtained a very good 86,6% percentage. Based on the study can be concluded that the learning using 3D Pageflip Profesional on salt hydrolysis material developed both for use in learning and received a positive.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to create students? worksheet based on character values. This is an R & D research with model ADDIE instructional design model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The feasibility of worksheet was examined using a questionnaire. Based on the questionnaire results validity tested by the experts, the worksheet was declared to be valid and it is applicable to be used and tested, whereas the response of the teachers and students about the worksheet, it stated that the worksheet categorized as a very good one. Meanwhile the data of character development and students? skill on doing practical work that gained from the observation sheet. The results of the responses of teachers and students to worksheet in the criteria very good so it has good quality on student interest. While the results of the analysis of observation sheets scientific attitude and skills of students in conducting lab has a good criteria. Keyword: Based Worksheet, Chemistry, Senior High School.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan modul digital pembelajaran matematika berbasis pendekatan open ended untuk  meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Adapun langkah-langkahnya meliputi validasi kesenjangan kinerja,menetapkan tujuan, analisis peserta didik termasuk analisis konsep dan analisis tugas, analisis sumberdaya, membuat rencana kerja, desain produk, validasi ahli, uji coba perorangan, uji coba kelompok kecil, dan uji coba praktikalitas. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMK Taruna Indonesia Jambi Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Jenis data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket terbuka berupa lembar validasi, lembar penilaian guru, angket tanggapan dan angket tertutup berupa angket persepsi siswa, serta tes berpikir kreatif matematis berupa masalah open ended. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modul digital pembelajaran matematika berbasis pendekatan open ended dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa, hal ini berdasarkan hasil uji gain diperoleh skor 0.55 dengan kriteria peningkatan sedang

Abstract

Students? cognitive engagement in teaching and learning process is an important factor for successful learning. Improvement of students?cognitive engagement was investigated through a teaching and learning process using POE (predict-observe-explain) approach and self-developed interactive media. The objective of this study is to improve students? cognitive engagement in teaching and learning process at junior high school. The development of interactive multimedia uses Animate CC and Four D and its validation were explained. The self-developed interactive multimedia was used with POE approachin teaching and learning process at junior high school. This three steps predict-observe-explain approach is used and students higher order thinking and total participants showing higher order thinking characteritics were analysed. It was found that the self-developed interactive multimedia isto contribute to the students? active cognitive engagement.

Abstract

The purpose of this developmental research was to develop a scientific approach based science worksheet on the dynamic electrical material topic for ninth-grade junior high school students.  The worksheet were developed based on scientific approach. The stages include:  observing, asking questions, gathering information, processing information, and communicating. The development model used is the 4-D Model consists of 4 stages: define,  design, develop, and desimanate. The results of the validation, a small and large group trials indicated that the used of the scientific approach based science worksheet was appropriate for use. Abstract

Recently, Web-based chemistry teaching is becoming a need as support materials for enrichment in chemistry instruction with a variety of learning resources.  The web-based teaching enables both teachers and students to collaborate to explore a variety of learning resources and to address issues of stochiometry through discussion forums both online and offline. This study aims to develop web based learning via web centric course at the stoichiometry topic, taking into account of the learning modalities. The subjects of research were 24 students of Senior high school class XA SMA Negeri Titian Teras Jambi. The results show that the web based model incresase student interest to learn to 27.01%. The tendency of students' interest in utilizing web is positively correlated with the achievement of learning, with a correlation value of 0.62. Thus chemistry instructional through web based learning with regard to learning modalities is effective to enhance students' interests and comprehension of stoichiometry

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sikap mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah Pancasiladi FKIP Universitas Riau. Mata kuliah pancasila merupakan mata kuliah yang wajibdiambil oleh setiap mahasiswa dan merupakan bagian dari mata kuliah pengembangankepribadian namun demikian sikap mahasiswa kurang menerima mata kuliah pancasilayang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yakni; materi yang diberikan, dosen yang mengajar,dan lingkungan belajar, yang dapat menyebabkan mahasiswa kurang antusias untukbelajar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa FKIP Universitas Riau yang sudahmengambil mata kuliah Pancasila. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan angket,ditambah wawancara untuk memperkuat hasil angket. Setelah terkumpul data kemudiandikelompokan, selanjutnya dianalisa berdasarkan metode deskriftif kualitatif. Berdasarkanhasil analisis penelitian menunjukan bahwa 60% sikap mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliahPancasila adalah baik.
