Abstract

Design measurement instrument is not easy. Because that instrument to measure something, it is mean that used as reference, so in designing the used reference is as good as possible. Measuring electric power can be done in many ways, measure voltage, current, and power factor then cross that is the one way. This electric power equipment for measure electronic equipment and electrics equipment. Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) determines the capability of this Digital Measurement Instrument. ADC0804LCN is product of National Semiconductor, one of ADC can be used. ADC0804LCN is 8bit resolution ADC with serial control. Maximum clock is 640 KHz determining data transfer rate. Microcontroller is used to control ADC0804LCN.

Abstract

This paper focuses on the process of designing and implementation of fast multiplier chipusing Trachtenberg method that is usually used for fast arithmetic computation in learningcalculation. By combining fast Trachtenberg method and fast hardware implementation insilicon chip, the faster multiplier will be produced. The performance of multiplier is essentialpart in determining the performance of digital signal processing system. In the era of digitalsystem nowadays, it needs the faster signal processing system due to the massive data to beprocessed especially in the real time system. The process of chip design initiates withdesigning all modules needed to build the fast multiplier chip. After all the modules workproperly by simulated verification, all the modules will be combined together to create thefast multiplier chip. There are two Trachtenberg methods, they are direct method and twofinger method. In this paper, Trachtenberg Two Finger method is used for designing of fastmultiplier on the EPF10K30ETC144-1 target device in AHDL (Altera Hardware DescriptionLanguage) code. Based on the results of the verification process, Trachtenberg two fingermethod fast multiplier can work properly in 27.47 MHz maximum speed using 76 % of thetarget device.Keywords: Design, implementation, fast, multiplier, Trachtenberg, chip, Two Finger metho

Abstract

ABSTRAKUpaya Hukum Kasasi adalah salah satu tindakan Mahkamah Agung RI sebagaipengawas tertinggi atas Putusan-Putusan Pengadilan lain, tetapi tidak berartimerupakan pemeriksaan tingkat ketiga. Hal ini karena perkara dalam tingkat Kasasidiperiksa kembali seperti yang dilakukan Judex Facti,  tetapi hanya diperiksa masalahhukum/penerapan hukumnya. Penulis dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuiapakah alasan pemohon kasasi dan ratio decidendi yaitu pertimbangan HakimMahkamah Agung terhadap putusan kasasi telah sesuai dengan peraturan dalamKUHAP.Kesimpulan atau konklusi bahwa alasan kasasi tentang locus delicti berkaitandengan yurisdiksi relatif Pengadilan Negeri tersebut merupakan kompetensiJudexFacti, bukan kompetensi JudexJuris karena bukan alasan materiel kasasi, dalamkasasi yang diperiksa hanya mengenai masalah hukum atau penerapanhukumnya.Sehingga tidak sesuai dengan alasan kasasi yang dibenarkan menurutUndang-Undang.Oleh karena itu, permohonan kasasi ditolak oleh Majelis HakimMahkamah permohonan kasasi tidak sesuai ketentuan Pasal 253 ayat(1) KUHAP,sehingga apa yang menjadi pertimbangan hakim dalam putusan telah sesuai denganUndang-Undang. ABSTRACTRemedies Cassation is one of the Supreme Court acts as a watchdog over the highestDecisions of other courts , but by no means is a third -level examination . This isbecause the level of Final Appeal in the case re-examined as did Judexfacti , but onlyexamined the legal issues / application of the law . The author in this study aims todetermine whether the applicants appeal and the reasons that the ratio decidendi of theSupreme Court judgment the decision in accordance with the regulations in the Code ofCriminal Procedure .Inference or conclusion that the locus delicti grounds of appeal relating to thejurisdiction of the District Court is the relative competence factiJudex , not competenceJudexJuris because the material is not the reason the appeal , the appeal is examinedonly on the issue of law or the rule of law . So it is not in accordance with the groundsof appeal is justified under the Act . Therefore, the appeal was rejected by the judges ofthe Supreme Court in appeal alasaan defendant is not in accordance with Article 253paragraph ( 1 ) Criminal Procedure Code , so that what is taken into consideration inthe decision of the judge in accordance with the Act.Keywords : appeal , relative competence , locus delicti

Abstract

Sometimes to fill a tire with a air pump were made us tired. Not even to fill it up but we must check it up the tire pressure. The process of air pressure filling and control device for car tire automatically using microcontroller is the way of solution to every people to check up the tire easily. The systems can be measure maximum pressure until 50 psi then the system can be check for every change of voltage level to prove there is any leakage of tire. This system can help us more better to know our tire condition easily.

Most people don?t know their ideal weights. For this reason, it needs the system which can measure the weight, height and can calculate ideal weight of people automatically. This paper discusses the designing and implementation of weight and height measurement to help the people know their ideal weight.

Abstract

Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan RI (Kemnaker) adalah Lembaga pemerintahan yang mempunyai fungsi sebagai Membina, mengendalikan dan pengawasan di bidang ketenagakerjaan dan memberikan pelatihan bagi calon pekerja agar memiliki keahlian khusus sesuai dengan permintaan para pencari tenaga kerja dan memberikan kesempatan kerja secara luas. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan lowongan informasi pada Kemnaker diantaranya, proses penyajian informasi lowongan pekerjaan yang memerlukan waktu 2-3 hari. kemudian di informasikan melalui papan informasi yang disediakan oleh kemnaker sehingga banyak sekali keluhan dari pencari kerja khususnya untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang lowongan pekerjaan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka diusulkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan informasi lowongan pekerjaan tersebut. Dalam hal ini adalah membuat sistem informasi lowongan kerja berbasis android untuk dapat menemukan karir/pekerjaan dengan memfasilitasi perusahaan/ institusi/industri penyedia lapangan kerja. Berdasarkan uji coba yang telah dilakukan, sistem informasi ini membantu pihak Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan RI dalam memberikan informasi lowongan pekerjaan melalui android. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan pendekatan pemrograman berbasis android. Sistem ini juga bermanfaat bagi perusahaan dan pencari kerja dalam memperoleh, menyampaikan dan menginformasikan lowongan pekerjaan yang ada.

Abstract

A food and beverage booth owner who sells alongside the road, has difficulty when opening and closing the booth also when the rain comes suddenly - suddenly the owner has difficulty protecting electronic equipment from rainwater which can cause a short circuit, because the process is still done manually. To overcome this problem, a system with a microcontroller circuit using Arduino Uno and a DC motor can be made that can open and close the booth with a push button command that can facilitate the process which is still done manually and with a rain sensor circuit that can detect rain as an order to close the front of the booth to protect electronic equipment from rainwater. This system is implemented in an intelligent booth prototype to test whether the algorithm made can overcome the problems experienced by the booth owner.
