Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai bagaimana pengaruh sistem penggajian terhadap kinerja karyawan Natrabu Minang Restoran Bali. Metode penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu teknik untuk menentukan sampel penelitian dengan beberapa pertimbangan tertentu yang bertujuan agar data yang diperoleh nantinya bisa lebih representatif, artinya sampel data yang diambil sebanyak 35 responden dari 39 karyawan. Hal ini dikarenakan empat karyawan lainnya tidak memenuhi kriteria dalam penelitian penulis. Adapun kriteria pemilihan sampel terbagi menjadi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial (Sem-PLS). Metode ini dikenal sebagai pendekatan partial least square (Sem-PLS) yang merupakan metode SEM berbasis varian. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Sistem Penggajian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan karyawan, terlihat dari nilai t-hitung (12,512) > t-tabel (1,96) dan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Sistem Penggajian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, terlihat dari nilai t-hitung (5,911) > t-tabel (1,96) nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Sistem Penggajian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, terlihat dari nilai t-hitung (8,158) > t-tabel (1,96) nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Saran yang bisa diberikan penulis adalah perusahaan dapat memprioritaskan sistem penggajian dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan, dimana terkhususkan pada dimensi sentralisasi-desentralisasi, karena ini memiliki nilai tertinggi diantara dimensi sistem penggajian yang lainnya.

Abstract

The Socio-economic and Environmental Impacts of the Robusta Coffee Processedby the Tugu Sari Village-Owned Enterprise ?BUMDes?, Pajahan Village,Pupuan District, Tabanan RegencyThe Tugu Sari Village-Owned Enterprise ?Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes)? is aRobusta coffee processing enterprise run by the village. It was established to support theVillage?s Original Income ?Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD)?, improve the local people?sprosperity, serve the local people, improve the management of the village?s assets, andmaximize and sustain the potential which the village, as the one where Robusta coffee isproduced, has. This current study was intended to identify the impact of the existence ofthe Tugu Sari BUMDes, Pajahan Village, based on the sustainable development system.Three impacts were explored in the current study. They are the social, economic andenvironmental impacts. The social and environmental impacts on the existence of theBUMDes were measured through the local people?s perception, and the economicimpact was measured based on the score obtained using the Keynesian economicimpact. The result of the study shows that the local people?s perception of the socialimpact of the BUMDes was good. The economic impact was that the existence of theBUMDes could contribute to the local people?s economy based on the score obtainedthrough the Keynesian multiplier effect, namely 1.35. The local people?s perception wasnot good environmentally, as the noise produced by the coffee processing machinedisturbed the learning process at Elementary School 2 Pajahan. Therefore, it issuggested that the coffee processing machine should be relocated, so it would notdisturb the learning process at Elementary School 2 Pajahan.

Abstract

Self-Reliance of Farmers in Managing Vegetable Farming in Denpasar City The development of urban agriculture has many challenges such as the difficulty ofobtaining production inputs, the difficulty of obtaining credit, the limited ofresources, the limited time, and the agricultural sector which is not a priority sector.Difficulties in farming in urban areas can be minimized with the self-sufficiency ofeach farmer. The purpose of the study was to investigate how the performance ofvegetable farming management and how the level of self-sufficiency of vegetablefarmers in Denpasar, as well as what factors influence the self-sufficiency ofvegetable farmers in the city of Denpasar in terms of capital, production andmarketing that are categorized in three classes of measurement i.e. less selfsufficiency,moderate self-sufficiency or full self-sufficiency analyzed by qualitativedescriptive method. The results showed that vegetables farming conducted byfarmers in the city of Denpasar was still classified as a traditional that rely on habits.The self-sufficiency seen from the aspects of capital, production and marketing canbe categorized as medium category. Factors that affect the self-sufficiency in thecapital aspect was age. The self-sufficiency in the aspects of production wasinfluenced by the source of information, and the self-sufficiency in the marketingaspect was influenced by the partnership relationship. Based on the results of theresearch, it is recommended to increase the extension to increase knowledge offarmers related to vegetable agribusiness.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Marketing Mix of Organic Fertilizer in a Stock Farmer Group of Nandini Asri at Kelating Village, Sub-district of Kerambitan Tabanan Marketing is a most important thing to be carried out by a company in its effort to create the market in order to get an opportunity to obtain the optimal profit and maintain the survival of the business. Any business in any field needs a support of marketing concept in the form of marketing mix covering product, price, promotion and place. In order to get the marketing objective, then those four elements should support each other. The aim of this research is to find out the marketing mix of organic fertilizer carried out by Stock Farmer Group of Nandini Asri in Tabanan and the constraints they are facing in applying the marketing mix. Marketing mix carried out by Stock Farmer Group of Nandini Asri is to produce three type of products which are planting media, decomposer (JMG) and organic fertilizer, to determine the selling price using cost pricing method, and to conduct the promotion using personal selling method, whereas for distribution channel used there are two channels. The main constraint faced in marketing mix is in the process of producing bio organic fertilizer and planting media in the rainy season which have a little obstacle in the drying process. Marketing mix which being carried out is preferable that stock farmer group to utilize more of existing technology. Key words: marketing, marketing mix, distribution channel, organic fertilizer.

Abstract

Profile of Small Industries Tofu and Tempeh ?Makmur Jaya? in The District West Of Denpasar, The City Of DenpasarThis study aimed to determine the profile of industrial businesses of tofu and tempeh (Makmur Jaya), which included the availability of raw and auxiliary materials, production systems, production processes, types and quantities of production, costs of production, revenue, and marketing channels of small industries in the District of West Denpasar, Denpasar City. The data collected in this study were primary and secondary data, and method of collecting data.Profile of small industries of tofu and tempeh is a general overview of a business, in this case is the business of tofu and tempeh. The source of capital used by Makmur Jaya in producing tofu and tempeh was its own capital for business sustainability. The average amount of soybean raw materials required by Makmur Jaya in one production process for the manufacture of tofu and tempeh, namely, a total of 1.75 quintals per day to produce tofu and tempeh. Of which 75 kg of soybeans were used for making tofu, while the remaining100 kg for making tempeh. The average cost of production facilities issued by Makmur Jaya for producing tofu and tempeh for one time production process was an average of Rp. 59,762,083 per month. Makmur Jaya generally marketed their products to markets. The revenue generated by Makmur Jaya industrial business of tofu and tempeh was Rp 39,237,917 per month.

Abstract

Farmer?s Willingness to Pay to the Implementation of Rice Farming Insurance(Case Study of Subak Cepik Tajen Village, District of Penebel Tabanan Regency) Asuransi Usaha Tani Padi (AUTP) is one of program by Indonesia Government toprotect the farmers if there is a risk happen and causes the farmer loss their resultsduring paddy farming. Subak Cepik is one of subak join AUTP since 2015 and havingthe most claims in Bali Province. The purpose of this research is to find out aboutwillingness to pay by the farmers or we can understanding it as farmer?s ability to paypremiums AUTP and to know the constraints that occurs in the implementation ofAUTP for the Subak Cepik farmers and PT Jasindo. This research is using descriptivequantitative and descriptive qualitative method and used 40 sample of farmers. Thedata analyzed using Contingent Valuation Method (CVM). The result of this researchshows that farmer?s willingness to pay is Rp 30,853/ha/planting season. The amount issmaller than the current premium of Rp 36,000/ha/planting season.. Besides, thisresearch also shows obstacles in the implementation of AUTP for farmers that is fromthe process of socialization AUTP, premium payment process and claims fund that isstill lack for farming needs and constraints from the PT Jasindo including the processof socialization and registration process of AUTP participants. Subak Cepik farmersstill want government subsidies and want to improve the service of AUTP. Result fromthis research suggest there is a need to synergize PT Jasindo and the farmers need forsynergy. Then, the government also expected to set the AUTP premium in accordancewith the capability of farmers.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Consumers? Perception toward Organic and Inorganic Rice at Satvika Boga Shop in Sanur Denpasar The objective of this research is to know the consumers? perception level toward organic and inorganic rice and to know the consumers? perception differences toward organic and inorganic rice. The research is descriptive by nature. Primary data was obtained from direct observation in the field and interview using questionnaire, meanwhile secondary data was obtained from the agencies/institutions. Previously the data that was obtained from the respondents was analyzed beforehand using validity and reliability tests. In this research using qualitative descriptive analysis method with Likert scale, descriptive statistic analysis, and nonparametric differentiation test analysis with Wilcoxon method. Respondents? perception toward organic and inorganic rice equally included in good category with different score achievement, that is 81,86% for organic rice and 71,55% for inorganic rice. There is an obvious difference of respondents? perception between organic and inorganic rice. It is can be seen from the statistic analysis result which shows Z value at -4,799 with the Asymp. Sig at 0,000 . The shop owner is expected to be always able to maintain the quality of organic rice, the government should provide the subsidy for organic rice and the farmers need the assistances from the related agencies (agricultural instructors) in the case of pesticide usage reduction and chemical fertilizer and consumers should be more careful to select the appropriate rice either from the hygienic and quality aspects. Abstract

Identification of Factors Affecting Asparagus Farmer?s Income (Case On Kelompok Tani Mertanadi at Pelaga Village, Badung Regency)Asparagus is one of the horticultural products that has high sales value. MertanadiVegetables Farmer group is a group of farmers who produce asparagus in Bali. Thepurpose of this study was to determine the factors of production that have an impacton farmer?s income. Data collection for this study was conducted from May to June2016 with accidental sampling method. PLS path modeling is used to analyze theinfluence of production factors on income. Results showed some of the factors ofproduction such as chicken manure, cow manure, NPK fertilizer, and urea fertilizerhas effect on revenue. All factors of production are reflected through latent variablesfertilizers and chemicals, with t-statistics value of 5.625 at 5% significance level andalso with f2 value of 0.552 in the model. Other factors of production used as anindicator obtained did not have a significant effect on revenue. Suggestion can begiven based on this research to farmers is to optimize the use of fertilizers and drugsin the production process by taking into account the costs required. Government isexpected to support the farmers with price support policies. Further research isexpected to do research with indicators relating to cost with more indicators and alarger sample.

Abstract

Socio-Economic Impact Partnership KUD Tani Makmur with PT. NestleIndonesia (Case Study in Kandang Tepus Village, Senduro Sub-District, Lumajang Regency)One form of relationship between subsystems in the agribusiness system is the relationship between dairy farmers, dairy cow cooperatives, and the Milk ProcessingIndustry (IPS). One of the dairy cow milk cooperatives in partnership with IPS is theKUD Tani Makmur in Kandang Tepus Village, Senduro District, Lumajang Regency.KUD Tani Makmur in running his dairy cow business in partnership with PT. NestleIndonesia.The partnership between KUD Tani Makmur and Nestle is contractual, inwhich this partnership impacts socially and economically for cooperatives. The purposeof this study was to determine the social and economic impacts of KUD Tani Makmurbecause they partnered with Nestle.The research method used for social impact isqualitative. Whereas for economic impacts quantitative analysis and trend analysis areused. The results of the analysis show that there is a change in knowledge, attitudes, andactions of cooperative employees and members. This change is positive. In addition,there are changes in positive social values and norms and institutions. The economicimpact obtained is also positive, the cooperative has increased income, the number of members of the cooperative, the development of physical cooperatives. The SHUobtained by cooperatives in the 2013-2016 period fluctuated, which in 2015 experienceda decline. This extension is due to the lack of proper implementation of cooperativestrategies in dealing with competitors. The positive impact of social and economicneeds to be maintained, while to overcome competitors need to know the weaknessesand strengths of competitors so as not to implement a strategy that is inappropriate.

Abstract

AbstractAnalysis of Structure, Conduct, and Market Performance chili in Bayung Gede Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency.The research was done in Bayung Gede Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency. The study aims to determine the structure, conduct, and market performance. Data used is the qualitative and quantitative data. The results showed there are three types of marketing channels. Total of marketing agencies consisting of one person collector traders at once merchants inter-city and inter-island traders, and two retailers. Duopoly market structure shaped. Pricing is determined by the standard operational procedures (SOP) prices based on farmer?s recommendation. Market performance is measured by the analysis of marketing margin, the farmer's share, and marketing efficiency. At the first marketing channel marketing margin is IDR 3,000 with the farmer's share of 86.96% and 3.38% marketing efficiency, the second marketing channel marketing margin is IDR 5,000 with the farmer's share of 80% and 7.15% marketing efficiency, the third marketing channel marketing margin is IDR 15,000 with the farmer's share of 57.14% and 8.32% marketing efficiency.
