Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan analisis jalur menujukkan bahwa variabel materi pelatihan (X1) mempunyai pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kompetensi karyawan (Y1) dengan nilai koefisien path sebesar 0,253 dan pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 0,0934. Variabel metode pelatihan (X2) mempunyai pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kompetensi karyawan (Y1) dengan nilai koefisien path sebesar 0,382. Variabel materi pelatihan (X1) mempunyai pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y2) dengan nilai koefisien path sebesar 0,369. Sementara variabel kompetensi (Y1) berpengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y2) dengan nilai koefisien path sebesar 0,388.   Kata kunci : Materi Pelatihan, Metode Pelatihan, Kompetensi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) menjelaskan pengaruh secara simultan Gaya Kepemimpinan Direktif, Gaya Kepemimpinan Suportif dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Partisipatif terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan, (2) menjelaskan pengaruh secara parsial Gaya Kepemimpinan Direktif, Suportif dan Partisipatif terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan, (3) menjelaskan variabel mana diantara Gaya Kepemimpinan Direktif, Suportif dan Partisipatif yang paling berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan. Studi ini dilakukan pada karyawan Radar Malang PT. Intermedia Pers. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu explanatory research, alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden dengan sampel sebanyak 32 karyawan dan daftar wawancara yang ditujukan kepada pimpinan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisisi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS v 16 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, Gaya Kepemimpinan Direktif, Gaya Kepemimpinan Suportif  dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Partisipatif berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan pengaruh secara parsial dari masing-masing variabel bebas  terhadap variabel tetap yang dibuktikan dengan untuk variabel gaya kepemimpinan direktif  bahwa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap varibel motivasi kerja karyawan. Untuk variabel gaya kepemimpinan suportif memiliki hasil berpengaruh signifikan terhadap varibel motivasi kerja karyawan. Untuk variabel gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap varibel motivasi kerja karyawan. Sedangkan untuk variabel bebas yang paling dominan diantara variabel bebas lainnya terhadap variabel tetap adalah variabel gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif. Kontribusi dari variabel-variabel bebas yang disertakan dalam persamaan regresi terhadap variabel tetap, adalah sebesar  80,9 %, sedangkan 19,1 % lainnya disumbangkan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak dimasukkan ke dalam persamaan ini. The results indicated that of individual connectedness, a medium level of Individual Integration, but Individual Diversity were low were correlated with craftsmen’s activity in promotion, product determining, placement, and pricing.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial antara variabel kebutuhan eksistensi (X1), kebutuhan berinteraksi (X2), dan kebutuhan pertumbuhan (X3) terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kebutuhan eksistensi (X1), kebutuhan berinteraksi (X2), dan kebutuhan pertumbuhan (X3) secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). Diketahui juga nilai R adjusted yaitu sebesar 0,516 hal ini menunjukan bahwa kontribusi variabel bebas motivasi yang terdiri dari kebutuhan eksistensi, kebutuhan berinteraksi dan kebutuhan pertumbuhan adalah sebesar 51,6% terhadap variabel terikat kinerja karyawan sedangkan sisanya 48,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lain yang tidak dibahas di dalam penelitian ini. Secara parsial yang dapat dilihat dari uji t menunjukan bahwa kebutuhan eksistensi (X1) mempunyai hubungan yang searah dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Variabel kebutuhan berinteraksi (X2) juga mempunyai hubungan yang searah dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Variabel kebutuhan pertumbuhan (X3) juga mempunyai hubungan yang searah dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).

Abstract

This study purposed to describes the effect of occupational safety and health program on job satisfaction, explain the influence of occupational safety and health on employee performance, and explain the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. This study applied a quantitative approach with explanatory research. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The population in this research were 672 employees compartment operation I and II PT Pupuk Kaltim. Samples are taken  87 respondents with simple random sampling. This research using descriptive and path analysis. Based on the results of analysis indicate that occupational safety and health program improved employee performance through fulfill job satisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian penjelasan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 672 karyawan kompartemen operasi I dan II PT Pupuk Kaltim. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 87 responden dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Abstract

Fishermen living around the Lovina Beach Tourism Area had other productive activities besides catching fishes. The fishermen living in coastal villages of Lovina offered services such as guides for tourists who were interested in diving, snorkeling, and watching dolphin?s attraction in their habitat. The objectives of this research were to portray the fishermen?s behavior in managing the tourism services and to determine the variables correlated to the fishermen behavior and the tourist satisfaction. The research showed that the fishermen?s competencies in managing the tourism related activities need improvement, especially in the management of coastal resources and services. Furthermore, all of the fishermen? variables, whether internal or external, were positively and significantly correlated with their coastal tourism management behavior and the tourists satisfaction. It was recommended that along with the purposes of promoting tourism and the fishermen quality of life, learning programs that were developed based upon the fishermen?s problems and needs were required. The programs could include hospitality training, eco-tourism, and tourism management. Additionally, coordination amongst the fishermen groups, local government, non government organization, and private sector involved in these activities was needed to improve the performance of the tourism service.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of ability and organizational climate and organizational innovative behaviour towards citizenship behavior. Free variables in the peneltian this is the abilty of the variable (X 1) and organizational climate variables (X2) while the variable is bound in this research are innovative behaviour (Y1), organizational citizenship behavior (Y2). The five hypotheses formulated related research objectives. This research uses a quantitative approach to data and research is a kind of eksplanatori. Data collection is done using questionnaires, from 26 questionnaires presented and everything back.? To test the hypothesis testing done path analysis using Least Square SmartPartial. Before the test is done hypothesis testing test validity and reliability. The results of this research show that abilty influential significantly to organizational citizenship behavior in addition to this ability also has significantly to innovative behavior. While it was found that the Organization's influential climate not significantly to innovative behavior and also organizational citizenship behavior. As for innovative behaviour also has not significantly to organizational citizenship behavior.?

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap variabel Motivasi Kerja, menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh variabel Karakteristik Individu terhadap variabel Motivasi Kerja pada Perusahaan Umum Jasa Tirta I Malang, menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh langsung variabel Motivasi Kerja terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan, menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan dan menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh langsung variabel Karakteristik Individu terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian explanatory. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan organik (karyawan tetap) Perusahaan Umum Jasa Tirta I Malang. sebanyak 481 karyawan. Sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 83 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Analisis statistik deskriptif digunakan untuk memberikan deskripsi mengenai variabel bebas dan variabel terikat dengan menggunakan tabel distribusi frekwensi, sedangkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat digunakan analisis statistik inferensial yakni analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Motivasi, Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Karakteristik Individu berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. ? ABSTRACT The purpose of research is to analyze and explain the effect of transformational leadership style variable to variable work motivation, analyze and explain the influence of individual characteristics variables on work motivation variables on Jasa Tirta I Public Corporation Malang, analyze and explain the direct influence of the variable variable Work Motivation Employee Performance, analyze and explain the variable effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance variables and analyze and explain the direct effect of individual characteristics variables to variable Employee Performance. Types of research used in this study is the kind of explanatory research. The study population was all organic employees (permanent employees) Jasa Tirta I Public Corporation Malang. as many as 481 employees. Sample set were 83 respondents. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and documentation. The analysis uses descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis. Descriptive statistical analysis is used to provide a description of the independent variables and the dependent variable using frequency distribution tables, whereas to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable used inferential statistical analysis of the multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing results indicate that the transformational leadership style significantly influence motivation, individual characteristics significantly influence work motivation, work motivation significantly influence employee performance, transformational leadership style significantly influence employee performance and individual characteristics significantly influence employee performance. ?
