Abstract

Ikan nila sebagai salah satu komoditas ikan yang potensial dibudidayakan di perairan air tawar. Namun, produktivitas ikan nila di Aceh masih kurang yang disebabkan karena karena keterbasan tambak air tawar. Oleh karena itu dilakukan upaya pembudiayaan ikan nila secara aquaponik dengan menggunakan medium dan filter dari arang aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh medim dan filter dari arang aktif pada sistem akuaponik terhadap pertumbuhan dan keberlangsungan hidup ikan nila.  Rancangan yang digunakan RAL yang terdiri dari 5 ulangan dan 5 perlakuan. Analisis data menggunakan ANOVA yang dilanjutkan dengan DMRT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan medium dan filter dari sistem aquaponik terhadap pertumbuhan dan keberlangsungan hidup ikan dengan ketebalan arang aktif 6 cm (P4). Semakin tebal arang aktif yang digunakan sebagai medium dan filter pada sistem aquaponik maka rerata pertumbuhan dan keberlangsungan hidup meningkat.

Abstract

Bullying merupakan salah satu bentuk kekerasan yang dilakukan secara berulang oleh seseorang atau sekelompok orang yang lebih kuat dengan tujuan untuk menyakiti dan akan menimbulkan dampak bagi korban maupun pelaku. Guru sebagai tenaga pendidik yang berinteraksi langsung dengan siswa memiliki peranan penting, yaitu dalam upaya pencegahan yang didasari oleh pengetahuan guru terhadap bullying itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri tentang bullying di Kota Pekanbaru dengan desain penelitian deskriptif dan metode survei. Sampel penelitian adalah 154 orang responden yang diambil berdasarkan kriteria inklusi menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi karakteristik responden dan tingkat pengetahuan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan guru SMPN tentang bullying di Kota Pekanbaru pada umumnya adalah baik (76%-100%), yaitu sebanyak 121 responden (78,6%). Guru diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dengan berpartisipasi aktif dalam sosialisasi atau seminar terkait isu terbaru bullying di sekolah

Abstract

Masalah yang akan diteliti yaitu bagaimanakah jenis dan fungsi afiks pembentuk verba dalam bahasa Bugis Dialek Luwu.Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan afiks pembentuk verba dalam bahasa Bugis Dialek Luwu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif- kualitatif. jenis penelitian ini termaksud penelitian lapangan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa data lisan. penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen bantu, yakni alat perekam untuk merekam percakapan informan. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis data, atau yang disebut metode etnografi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan teknik rekam dan teknik catat. Dalam menganalisis data penelitian digunakan pendekatan struktural. penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teknik top down. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, afiks pembentuk verba dalam bahasa Bugis dialek Luwu terdapat prefiks ma-, mas-, mak-, mat-, mal-, man- mang-, mappa-, dan si-, infiks ar-, sufiks i- dan konfiks pa….i-, mak….i- dan pa….ki-.

Abstract

The study aims to test the influence of the work environment a physical (X) and work satisfaction (Z) againts turnover intention (Y) employees in PT.Andhika Lintas Samudra Banjarmasin.Samples taken as much as 123 employees remain chosen in a probability sampling. Collecting data using the questionnaire while data analysis using the PLS (Partial Least Square) by using the smartPLS.Test result prove work environment a physical influental significant work against satisfaction employee, satisfaction influental significant turnover intention to work and work environment a physical influential significant againts turnover intention employees.  Key words: Work environment a physical, Satisfaction work and Turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how much influence Transformational Leadership, Kompensi and Financial Compensation Against Employee Motivation and Performance. Each organization is always in need of employees to run its operations. Given the organizations employees is an important asset, so many things that need to be associated with an increased performance. The good performance is one of the objectives of the organization in achieving high productivity. Thus achieving a good performance can not be separated from human resource quality is also good. As with any other organization, PT Telkom Branch of Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan Witel Office requires qualified human resources in order to support, to realize the vision and mission of the organizations goals. The conclusion of this study are: the performance of employees of PT Telkom Branch of Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan Witel Grha Office. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Competencies, Financial Compensation, Employee Motivation and Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the partial whether (1) Transformational Leadership Style significant effect on employee performance, (2) discipline Job significant effect on employee performance, (3) Cultural Organization significant effect on employee performance (4) and test and analyze together (simultaneously) whether Transformational leadership, Discipline Work and Organizational Culture influence on employee performance at the Post Office Palangkaraya in Central Kalimantan.The study population were employees of the Post Office of Palangkaraya in Central Kalimantan numbered as many as 34 people and also became samples taken by sampling saturated. Methods This study uses a quantitative approach. This study uses data analysis techniques Regression. Validity and reliability test using SPSS 21.0 softwere assistance.The results showed that: (1) The test result is known that there is no significant influence of Transformational Leadership Style (X1) on employee performance (Y) partially, by 0.042. (2) The test result is known that there are significant effect Work Discipline (X2) the Employee Performance (Y) partially, by 0.279. (3) The test result is known that there are significant effect Cultural Organization (X3) on employee performance (Y) partially, by 0.634. (4) From the test results it is known that there is no significant influence Transformational Leadership Style (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Cultural Organization (X3) on employee performance (Y) simultaneously, 0.776. (5) Interpretation of the results of this testing is the constant of 10.225 Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disorder that specifically involves the metabolism of carbohydrates (glucose) in the body, also causes disorders of fat and protein metabolism. The benefits of kersen (Muntingia calabura L.) which are well known, among others, overcome DM. This study was conducted to determine the hypoglycemic activity of ethanol extract of M. calabura leaves in reducing blood sugar levels and effective dose of reducing blood glucose in mice (Mus musculus) induced by alloxan 130 mg/kg BW. Distribution of experimental animals, group I was given a glibenclamide suspension 0.13 mg/kg BW as (positive control), groups II, III and IV were given ethanol extract of M. calabura leaves at a dose of 50, 100 and 150 mg/kg BW and the group V is given a 1% NaCMC suspension (negative control). Giving extracts carried out for 7 days. The results showed blood sugar levels before treatment, after induction, and after treatment, respectively, group I (81.00; 141.00; and 94.75 mg/dL), group II (79.00; 138.50; and 50.00 mg/dL), group III (102.50; 119.25; and 77.75 mg/dL), group IV (88.25; 146.00; and 61.00 mg/dL), and group V (108.00; 131.25; and 114.75 mg/dL). Based on the results of the study showed a decrease in blood sugar levels at all doses of ethanol extract of M. calabura leaves which has the potential as a diabetes drug.

Skripsi, Business Administration Study Program. Advisor: Nurul WahyuniThis study aims to determine and test significant influence in partial Quality Products to Purchase Decision on Zoya, for determine and test the effect of significant influence in partial Price of the Purchase Decision on Zoya and to identify and test significant influence variables simultaneously Product Quality and Price Decision to Purchase on Zoya.The research method used is a quantitative approach to the type of research explanatory research. Samples taken as many as 85 usingnon-probability sampling, collecting data using questionnaires, while data analysis using Multiple Regression Analysis with SPSS version 23.The results of the testing to prove it partially Products (X1) of the Decision Purchase (Y) by 92%, price (X2) of the Decision Purchase (Y) amounted to 58.2% and is simultaneously Quality Products (X1) and Price (X2) to decision Purchase (Y) amounted to 87.6% while the rest of 12.4 % is influenced by variables other were not investigated
