The main element in determining the success or failure of an organization in carrying out various activities to achieve the objectives of various organizational goals is human resources. The success of an activity in an organization is determined by how humans manage it. Basically the goal of each organization is to achieve success in improving employee performance. The population of employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada General Hospital in 2019 was 94 people. Samples taken with census technical as many as 94 people. Conclusions of the research results: (1) The hypothesis states: "There is a significant effect of employee retention on the job satisfaction of the Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital employees' work" proven true; (2) The hypothesis which states: "there is a significant effect of work loyalty on job satisfaction of employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital" tested for its validity; (3) The hypothesis which states: "there is a significant effect of employee retention on the performance of employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital" tested for its validity; (4) The hypothesis that states: "there is a significant effect of work loyalty on the performance of the employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital" has been verified; (5) The hypothesis that states: "there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on the performance of the employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital" has been verified; (6) The hypothesis which states: "job satisfaction mediates the effect of employee retention on the performance of employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital" has been verified; (7) The hypothesis which states: "job satisfaction mediates the effect of work loyalty on the performance of employees of Mitra Keluarga Husada Hospital" is verified.

ABSTRACT With increasing competition in the business world, requires companies increase product sales policies, which need to offer product sales on credit in addition to product sales in cash. With a sales volume of credit sales are expected to increase by leaps and bounds, so the profit is also increasing. Accounts receivable arising as a credit sale occurs, and simultaneously it also costs incurred in the management of accounts receivable include: the cost of investment in accounts receivable, cash discount, the cost of bad debts and so on. Receivables must be managed efficiently, because it involves the profits and costs incurred because of the receivables. The policy should be managed optimally receivables which means that every element of the policy should consider the benefits of accounts receivable and sacrifice. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the significance of the effect (1) leadership on employee performance, (2) communication on the performance of employees, 3) motivation on employee performance, (4), communication on the performance of employees who moderated by motivation, (5) communication on employee performance moderated by motivation. Location of research in the Department of Culture and Tourism of Surakarta. The research population is all employees amounting to 86 people with a census technique. The analysis technique uses test validity, test reliability classical assumption test, linear regression, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination and absolute difference test. The results showed that leadership had a significant influence on the performance of employees, communication has a significant influence on employee performance, motivation has a significant influence on employee performance, motivation moderated the effect of leadership on employee performance, motivation moderated the effect of communication on the performance of employees in the Department of Culture and Tourism Surakarta. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to know significant effect of the variable location of the market, value-added products to increase market share and revenue market traders Ngarsopuro Solo, after structuring the market. Market research sites in the sample Ngarsopuro Solo with 50 respondents, the sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling. Data collection using questionnaire and analysis of the data using linear regression, t test, F test, Coefficient of Determination Test. These results indicate there is significant market location variables, value-added products, and the market share of the revenue increase market traders Ngarsopuro Solo. ABSTRACT This research aimed to analyze the influence of consumer perceptions, price perception and perceived risk to private label brands in the retail company Carrefour in Solo. After a review of the previous literature and research, hypothesis are made that consumer perception, price perception and perceived risk influence to private label product brands significantly, and price perception variable is a dominant variable affecting of private label brands product. Primary data obtained from questionnaires to 100 respondents using purposive sampling techniques, and performed analyzes with SPSS. Analysis multiple linear regression, F-test, t-test, and the coefficient determination, with the result: Consumer Perceptions (X1), Price Perception (X2), and the Perceived Risk (X3) significantly influencing to private label brands, and price perception variable is a dominant variable on the success of private label brands. It means the data obtained supports the hypothesis. Research found that the quality of the product is perceived by consumers, they believe that private label brands with low prices image have quality that is comparable to the national brands, consumers are not ashamed and do not have to bear the risk of purchasing the products. This study aims to analyze (1) the direct effect of compensation and work motivation on job satisfaction, (2) the direct influence between compensation and work motivation and job satisfaction on performance, (3) the indirect effect of work performance and motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction. The population in this study were all KSP Mekar Surya Karanganyar employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaire instruments through testing validity and reliability. Regression requirements test using classical assumption test while hypothesis testing uses alanalysis path, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that (1) compensation and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a value of p value of each < 0.05. (2) Compensation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on performance with the value of p value of each < 0.05, but motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance because the p value is 0.109 > 0.05. (3) job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance.
