Abstract

From research result used filterbank gabor algorithms, can give 96 (24 x 4) featurres from 24 sector with 4 filter. Gabor filter use 23 x 23 with orientation change 00, 450, 900, dan 1350. Each orientation angle change will be rotation gabor filter on to its. Make feature vector or FingerCode with Avarage Absolute Deviation (AAD) are average value from difference pixels number for each sector and centre value on sector. Error system on disjoint between FAR dan FRR with value 3,6% and threshold value 39. Then slope from GAR graphic value 400, this is proving that this system is running a good, cause slope recommendation value 450.

Abstract

Pada makalah ini diuraikan mengenai perancangan dan pengembangan antarmuka pengguna berdasarkan task analysis model, yaitu berdasarkan kategori spesifikasi pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh pengguna terhadap perangkat lunak .Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model lifecycle, yang meliputi tahapan pembentukan problem domain, task analysis yang direpresentasikan dengan struktur pohon yang selanjutnya dijabarkan menjadi urutan aksi penguna, dan task design yang meliputi task synthesis, task optimation, pengelompokan task, state transition dan perancangan dialog untuk setiap antarmuka pengguna.

Abstract

Dokumen Extensible Markup Language (XML) merupakan dokumen standar yang memiliki sifat menstrukturkan informasi, portable dan tidak tergantung pada satu platform tertentu, sehingga memberikan efisiensi dalam melakukan proses manipulasi informasi pada suatu dokumen. Pada makalah ini dibahas mengenai transformasi dokumen XML ke format dokumen lainnya dengan memanfaatkan Cocoon Framework, Parser dan sejumlah Prosesor XML Stylesheets Language (XSL) yang merupakan hasil open source project. Dokumen XML dibangkitkan melalui Generator, kemudian dokumen XML ditransformasikan ke dokumen lainnya melalui Transformer dengan menggunakan stylesheet untuk masing-masing format dokumen hasil transformasi. Dokumen XML dikumpulkan pada Aggregator dan selanjutnya dilakukan rendering terhadap dokumen XML melalui serializer untuk menghasilkan format dokumen lainnya, untuk dapat ditampilkan ke berbagai persentasi yang bervariasi.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang banyak terjadi pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) adalah mengenai ketersediaan produksi air bersih untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan secara baik. Permasalahan ini terjadi diantaranya diakibatkan dengan adanya peningkatan jumlah pelanggan yang mengakibatkan permintaan akan air bersih juga  meningkat, dan faktor kehilangan air, sehingga pendistribusian air tidak berjalan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah kajian sebagai pertimbangan untuk memberikan solusi mengenai prediksi produksi air bersih di PDAM. Studi kasus yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah PDAM Purwa Tirta Dharma Kabupaten Grobogan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan Backpropagation. Data PDAM yang digunakan adalah  meliputi data faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pada produksi air bersih, diantaranya jumlah pelanggan, jumlah air terjual, jumlah kehilangan air dan jumlah debit sumber air. Penelitian ini menggunakan data laporan bulanan 5 tahun terakhir (Januari 2011 s/d Desember 2015). Data yang digunakan dibagi menjadi 2, yaitu 70% untuk pelatihan dan 30% untuk pengujian. Jaringan terbaik diambil dari nilai Mean Square Error (MSE) pelatihan dan pengujian yang terkecil. Eksperimen yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan scenario dengan cara melakukan kombinasi antara hidden neuron dengan alpha. Hasil eksperimen yang telah dilakukan, maka diperoleh nilai MSE pelatihan rata-rata sebesar 0,009538, MSE pengujian rata-rata sebesar 0,050373, dan nilai akurasinya sebesar 95,93%.

Abstract

ABSTRAKS---Lebih dari satu dekade bahwa aplikasi EC dan EG telah memberikan dampak besar pada beberapa sektor, baik sektor swasta maupun masyarakat. Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) pada EC lebih berhasil dibandingkan dengan pemanfaatan TIK pada pemerintahan dalam hal ini EG. Keberhasilan EC  inilah  yang  akan  digunakan  oleh  pemerintahan  untuk  menerapkan  paradigm  EC  ke  dalam  EG,  dengan mengadopsi  konsep,  proses,  dan  teknologi  yang  diterapkan  pada  bisnis. Kajian  ini  dilakukan  secara  komperatif terhadap dua  fenomena EC dan EG. Pada makalah  ini dibahas  secara empiris mengenai karakteristik persamaan dan perbedaan antara EC dan EG, serta paradigma kekuatan dan kelemahan pada EC untuk diterapkan pada EG. Fenomena  antara  EC  dan  EG  memiliki  banyak  persamaan,  tetapi  pada  prinsipnya  meliliki  perbedaan  secara mendasar terkait mengenai peran bisnis dengan pemerintah.  Kata Kunci : E-Commerce, E-Government, Paradigma, Bisnis, dan Pemerintah

Abstract

The implementation of e-Government (e-Gov)The implementation of e-Government (e-Gov) to produce a form of relationship Government to Government (G2G). The main factor G2G about interoperability between national and local governments that have a development platform heterogeneity of e-Gov. Interoperability happens is done by creating a new architecture that has the function so that the E-Gov existing ones can communicate with each other. E-Gov Indonesia still developed separately between the central (national) and regional (province, district) or between agencies, so interoperability is happening yet fully able to walk properly. This Paper is focused on making application interoperability architecture of the E-Gov Indonesia as case studies in order to model the heterogeneous platform interoperability scheme. Architecture developed using the approach to Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) in the form of services layer to perform interoperability between heterogeneous platforms. Performance measurement is done by measuring the length of time the execution of the services contained on this architecture by using varying amounts of data.

Abstract

Meningitis vaccination service in Polyclinic of Class III Port Health Office (KKP) of Banda Aceh almost annually has increased the number of patients. There are several problems in the administration information system of meningitis vaccination that is currently running which officer is taking a long time to monitor the stock of vaccine and searching patient’s data that has been vaccinated. In the other hand, the data and information produced has yet incomplete, inaccurate and inconforn according within user system problems, Inaccurate timing for reporting and resulted to the inforrmation’s inconsistency. The purpose of this research is to produce an web-based information system of vaccine administration of meningitis at Polyclinic Class III Port Health Office of Banda Aceh.     The type of researchs used are qualitative and quantitative. This research design using one group pre and post test, system development using FAST method (Framework for the Application of System Techniques). Research subjects consisted of 8 respondents who work in Polyclinic Port Health Office Banda Aceh. The result of observation and interview is conducted by the method of content analysis and descriptive analysis by using the weighted average. Descriptively, the results of data analysis shows which overall weighted average value of quality information before the development of 1.91 system and after the development of 3.64 system with a difference of 1.73. The average calculation of time required to perform services to patients to be faster 4.9 minutes.     There is need support and commitment from the Class III Port Health Office Banda Aceh for implementing the administration information system of meningitis vaccination that has been developed optimally. Monitoring and evaluating users of the system should be performed periodically by Port Helath Office of Banda Aceh.

Abstract

 An optimation is a classical problem to use determine decision making. Traditionally to solve an optimation problem, it is needed a precission and long time. The improvement of this problem, needs simulation software development, less time relatively, and the result more than manually calculated, cause error probability to much. This research concern to make a simulation software based on Dijkstra Algorithm, as tool to give informations on the optimation decision making.

Abstract

GO-JEK is an information technology-based service consisting of 3 main services, namely GO-JEK, GO-LIFE, and GO-PAY. As time goes by, customer complaints arise about the lack of satisfaction with GO-JEK services. One measure of GO-JEK customer service satisfaction can be acknowledged by way of analyzing sentiments on the data of public opinion twett submitted on the twitter official account, @gojekindonesia. In this research, sentiment analysis was carried out using the Naïve Bayes Classifier learning algorithm. The number of data twitts used is 9987. The twit data is labeled according to the class which includes positive, negative and neutral classes. Then the next process is data preprocessing consisting of cleansing, tokenization, filtering, stemming, and stopword removal. The evaluation method using 10-fold cross validation with the results obtained is precision value of 80%, recall of 80%, f1-score of 80%, maximum accuracy of 82% and average accuracy of 79%.
