Abstract

Kerusakan jalan lebih sering dihubungkan dengan beban kendaraan yang melintas,namun  dalam  fakta  di  lapangan  kerusakan  jalan  dapat  disebabkan  oleh  banyak  hal diantaranya adalah banjir dan genangan pada badan jalan.Secara umum badan jalan yang lebih sering mengalami banjir atau lebih sering tergenang akan mengakibatkan jalan tersebut rentan dan lebih cepat mengalami kerusakan dari umur rencananya dibandingkan jalan yang jarang atau tidak sering terendam banjir atau genangan air hujan.Konstruksi jalan seringkali dibangun tanpa dilengkapi dengan  bangunan pelengkap jalan seperti saluran samping, pematah arus, gorong-gorong atau culvert dan sebagainya. Kondisi seperti ini seringkali ditunjang dengan kondisi medan jalan yang berada di daerah cekungan   atau lembah sehingga posisi pembuangan air hujan yang melimpas pada badan jalan tidak dapat dialirkan.Ruas  jalan  yang  menghubungkan  daerah  Margasari  dengan  Sungai  Payang  yang berada di Kecamatan Loa Kulu merupakan ruas jalan yang melintasi daerah perbukitan dengan cekungan-cekungan atau lembah-lembah yang berpotensi menjadikan badan jalan rentan terendam banjir dan genangan pada saat hujan terjadi. Selain itu pada ruas ini juga terdapat beberapa anak sungai kecil yang pada saat kemarau tidak terlihat debitnya, namun pada saat musim hujan maka air akan melimpas dan menggenangi permukaan badan jalan bahkan pada beberapa titik di ruas ini akan mengalami banjir setempat.Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perhitungan drainase, Dalam perencanaan gorong- gorong atau culvert, kemiringan memanjang (S) yang disarankan adalah 0,5% sampai 2% dengan pertimbangan faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya pengedapandan erosi di inlet dan outlet gorong-gorong.Apabila bangunan transisi dibuat dari tanah, maka kecepatan aliran yang diijinkan di dalam culvert adalah 1 m/detik, dengkan apabila dipilih bangunan transisi dari pasangan batu atau beton, maka kecepatan aliran yang diijinkan di dalam culvert adalah 1,5 m/detik

Abstract

The Abstract The research aims to determine the role of debt variable, corporate size and growth to the high financial performance of a company with the basis of signaling hypothesis.  Analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The unit of analysis is automotive companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2012-2016. The results of the classical assumption test indicate that this research is free of multicollinear, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. The results indicate that debt results in negative direction and not significant, corporate size has a negative direction and not significant and company growth has a negative direction and significant. The three results are not in accordance with the hypothesis proposed in the study.  The present research has limitation that variables  used can only explain 14.4% and the rest are explained by other variables beyond this study.

Abstract

The Influence of Fertilizer Technologies on Soil Quality, Rice Growth and Biomass Production of Ciherang Vareity Cultivated in Newly Developed Lowland Rice Fields of Kleseleon, Malaka District. JLSO 8(1):1-10.Highly weathered and potential acid sulphate soils are granted for newly developed lowland rice. They have many short comings including low in major elements and Fe and Mn in toxic levels. Study on soil fertility, rice growth and biomass productions of Ciherang variety planted in newly developed lowland rice was conducted in Kleseleon Village, Malaka District in 2014. The aim of study was to know the effect of technologies on soil fertility properties, rice growth and biomass productions.The experiment was started in February 2014 and harvested in June 2014. Five promising treatments were studied including: Farmers Practices, Package A : NPK recommended rate + 3 tons compost, Package B : NPK recommended rate + 2 tons compost + Bio fertilizer, Package C: ¾ recommended rate + 3 tons compost + Bio fertilizer and Package D: NPK recommended rate + 2 tons compost + Bio fertilizer, in which N, P and K were split two times: 50 % given at planting time and 50 % at 21 DAP. Two kilo gram composite soils from five points and ring samples of 0-20 cm in depth were taken in February 2014 for analyzing chemical, physical and biological parameters, before soil ploughing. The results indicated that the soil quality of newly developed low land rice fields in Kleseleon was low. These technologies increased the soil fertility including soil pH, soil organic C, available P and K extracted with HCl 25 %. In addition, the best technology was observed in package B (NPK Recommendation rate + 2 tons organic fertilizer + Bio fertilizer/SMART, in which N and K fertilizer were applied 3 times: 50 % at planting, 25 % at 21 HST and 25% before flowering) for tillers number and rice biomass productions. The yield reached 5.88 ± 0.29 and 4.84 ± 0.47 tons ha-1 season-1 for rice grains and rice straw, respectively.

Abstract

The need for data from the e-ID card is important, especially as a complement to otherinformation on a computer application system. To retrieve the data from Indonesian ID card to be inserted into the computer application system, it can be done by taking images using such a camera or a scanner, because there is no tool that can be used to retrieve digital data stored on the card. In this way, the image is stored, and can not be used to perform further processing such as data search. OCR is used to convert image data into text, and then the text will be mapped into the database. Image pre-processing done by bileveling, RLSA, and then perform image recognition using template matching.

Abstract

A Geoelectricity survey using Schlumberger configuration has been conducted in area X of Muara Muntai district, Kutai Kertanegara dictric East Borneo using Schlumberger configuration to probe the existence of coal. Modeling using matching curve to describe subsurface in X area base on 11 points sounding from field data acquisition The result indicates that the coal is within the depth of 60m-70m with a thickness of 1m-2m. Whereas the value of coal resistivity is in the reach 90 ?m-120 ?m. It can be then concluded that area X is not prospecting to exploitation.   Keyword: Schlumberger configuration, coal, resistivity

Abstract

Selain korban jiwa, rumah dan infrastruktur lainnya, gempa bumi yang terjadi di DIY dan sebagian wilayah Jawa Tengah pada 27 Mei 2006 memberikan dampak negatif terhadap sektor pertanian khususnya sub sektor peternakan. Hal ini secara tidak langsung akan berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas dan kualitas ternak yang dipeliharanya. Hal ini karena selama 2 sampai 3 minggu pasca gempa petani masih sibuk dengan bersih-bersih rumah serta urusan logistik. Kondisi ini juga berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan sapi potong model kelompok yang sudah berjalan dengan baik menjadi terlantar. Lokasi penelitian merupakan korban berat karena gempa yaitu Kecamatan Jetis Kabupaten Bantul. Di lokasi inilah telah diterapkan introduksi teknologi Padi-Ternak dengan menggunakan ternak potong jenis Siemental dan Limousin. Metodologi pendekatan adalah mengestimasi kelayakan finansial saat fase Pra pemulihan (1 sampai 2 bulan); fase Pemulihan (3 sampai 6 Bulan) dan fase Rekonstruksi (1 sampai 2 tahun) pasca gempa berdasarkan pada data dan hasil analisis sebelum gempa terjadi. Metode penelitian secara Quick Assessment (QA) di wilayah gempa dan dilakukan wawancara terbuka secara partisipatif pada 10 responden dari 30 anggota kelompok ternak yang mengintroduksikan teknologi SIPT. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kelayakan usaha sebelum gempa, usaha ternak sapi potong layak dengan indikator nilai B/C>1,0,  Net Present Value (NPV) positif dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR) aktual>IRR estimate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) pada fase Pra Pemulihan secara finansial usaha ternak sapi potong mengalami kerugian dengan indikator nilai Net B/C<1,0 ; IRR<IRR estimate (12%) dan nilai NPV negatif, (2) pada fase Pemulihan dan fase Rekonstruksi usaha ternak sapi potong sudah mulai pulih dan memberikan keuntungan dengan indikator nilai Net B/C>1,0; NPV positif dan IRR aktual>IRR estimate, namun pada (3) fase Rekonstruksi usaha sapi potong ini mengalami keuntungan dengan indikator nilai Net B/C>1,0; NPV positif dan IRR aktual>IRR estimate. Kata kunci : sapi potong, integrasi padi-ternak, kelayakan, pasca gempa

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of Merapi eruption on the  value  of the  environment  at  Merapi  TNGM  region.Research  carried  out  around the area oh Mount Merapi adjacent to protect forest area TNGM, covering 13 villages namely  Kepuharjo, Glagaharjo Hargobinangun  sub district,  Cangkringan and Pakem Sleman  District,  Balerante, Tegalmulyo and Sideredjo, Kemalang  sub district,  Klaten District,  Mranggen,  Paten,  Mangunsoko  and  Krinjing  Villages,  Dukun  sub  district,Magelang  District  and  Tlogolele,  Jrakah  and  Samiran  Villages,  Selo  Sub  District, Boyolali  District. The samples used were 220 farmers using simple random sampling method. Studied the impact of  Merapi eruption was the eruption in 2006 and most of the  2010  eruption.  Environmental  economic  analysis  by  the  method  of  Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) were used. The results showed that the eruption of  Merapi significantly  effected  on  based  use  value  and  existence  value.  Direct  use  value  (dry trees  to  firewood,  grasses  and  water  consumption  value)  before  and  after  eruption was 5.935 billions and billions 5.457 IDR per year whereas existence value (willining to pay  andwilliningnes to accept  value) was 223.90 millions and millions 230.16 IDRper year. The indirect use value (biodiversity, conservation and carbon storage value) on  1.51  billions  IDR  per  year.  Based  on  the  total  economic  value  (TotalEconomic Value) of protected forest TNGM, a decline of 0.93 %, TEV values before and after eruption was 7.67 billions and billions 7.20 IDR per year.

Abstract

A research to mapping of saline groundwater spreading at deep aquifer in SEMARANG Awash  area, exactly at 49 zone, coordinate X(422000-445000), Y(9222100-9232000) is carry out. Electrical conductivity used in this research as approximation to saline value of groundwater. Then, the isoconductivity contour map made based on that?s conductivity value using surfer 7 to see the mapping of saline groundwater spreading. After that, a hydrochemistry analyze method resemble to Trilinier Piper diagram and Chlorida-Carbonat Ratio (R) used to analyze caused factor of saline from groundwater. Base on the groundwater saline grade clasification from PAHIAA, Jakarta, the groundwater at deep aquifer of Semarang bawah area come in insipid that spread out almost in all Semarang bawah area and insipid-saltish groundwater clasification that just found in two area, are central Pedurungan (Tlogosari) and Tugu Muda direct to Pemuda street area. Base on Trilinier Piper diagram and Chlorida-Carbonat Ratio (R) analyze,  the saline of groundwater at deep aquifer in  Semarang Awash area is the effect from the sea water intrusio, except in central Semarang area the salted of groundwater it?s not caused by the sea water intrution, may be couse by dilution of salt mineral which imbedded in the groundwater..

Abstract

Poverty is a very interesting topic to be discussed. The success of government is measured on whether or not those government reduce poverty on his region. Poverty itself is the responsibility of government both central government or municipal gpvernment. In order to reduce poverty, municipal government may use the budget in terms of direct and indirect spending. This research tries to look depper in the city which has been efficient or not efficient in the use of direct spending and indirect spending. By using Data Envelopment Analysis, it is found that only 7 of 37 cities that have been efficient in the use of direct and indirect spending to reduce poverty in their area. ?Key Words; Poverty, Data Envelopment Analysis, Efficient, Indirect Spending, Direct Spending
