Abstract

Aqua is a brand of bottled mineral water. The factors predicted affecting consumer loyalty are brand image and product quality. This study aims to examine the influence of brand image, product quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty of Aqua drinking water in the community who are living in Puri Anjasmoro Residential. Type of research is explanatory research. Sampling technique used purposive sampling, which is sampling techniques used based on purpose and specific considerations. The sample size is 97 respondents. Data were analyzed using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression, Path Analysis. The results of this research prove partially brand image and product quality influence to customer satisfaction. Brand image and product quality simultaneously influence to customer satisfaction. Brand image, product quality, customer satisfaction influence to customer loyalty. Brand image and product quality influence to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is the influence of brand image on customer loyalty directly by 35,8%. Influence of product quality to customer loyalty directly by 38%. Influence customer satisfaction with customer loyalty directly by 18,1%. Influence of brand image, product quality and customer satisfaction with customer loyalty simultaneously at 66,4%. Influence of other variables outside the model of customer loyalty for 33,6%. The influence of brand image to the satisfaction of 29,3%. Influence the quality of the product to the satisfaction of 44,7%. Influence of brand image and product quality simultaneously to the satisfaction of 47%. Influence of other variables outside the model of customer loyalty for 53%. Research suggest the producer Aqua should maintain and enhance the brand image and product quality to increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability on firm value through dividend policy as intervening variable. The population in this study were 133 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of Corporate Financial Statements that have been published through the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The total sample that meets the criteria in this research is 17 manufacturing companies. The results showed that partially profitability has a positive and significant influence on firm value. Profitability has a positive and significant influence on dividend policy. Furthermore, dividend policy also has a positive and significant impact on company value. In stimulant, profitability variable and dividend policy have significant effect to firm value. Based on the sobel test, it is known that the dividend policy variable as the intervening variable can mediate the relationship between profitability variable and firm value.

Abstract

Business competition more stringent demand of a bank to improve its performance in order to attract investor. Investors before sinking their capital requires information about the performance of companies. The ratio of financial analysis such as CAR, LDR, NPL, ROA, NIM and BOPO an alternative to test whether reduce its financial can be used to perform a prediction against the provision of credits the future. The ratio CAR, LDR, NPL, ROA, NIM and BOPO devired from internal condition bank concerned. When the factors in a state of healthy and the bank can be achieved. The problem in this research is the existence of dissent from the results of previous researches. The purpose of this research is to analyze influence CAR, LDR, NPL, ROA and BOPO to Credit Loan on PD. BPR BKK Pati City period 2007 ? 2012.The data used is data secondary quarter from the financial report published by the PD. BPR BKK Pati City. The technique of the sample is purposive of sampling. Techniques that we use is linear regression analysis.Based on the linear regression worship of idols this research concludes that capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposit ratio and the operational cost operational income influential positive and significantly to the provision of credit. Meanwhile, non performing loan and return on assets negative effects and significantly to the provision of credit while net interest margin negative effects and insignificant against the provision of credit. Simultaneously there is significant influence between CAR, LDR, NPL, ROA, NIM and BOPO to Credit Loan with a coefficient determination of 0,960.Suggestion that can be conveyed based on the result analysis indicated that the management of the bank NPL ratio and ROA, it is necessary to pay close attention to because both the ratio of the bank financial is variable the most dominant and consistent in effecting a decrease in credit loan. While factors that affects the increase in credit loan is CAR, LDR, BOPO. This can be used as guidelines either by the company management, in the management of the company and by investors in determining an investment strategy.

Abstract

The role of workers union is affected by several factors, such as good leadership and a strong support from its members. This study aims to identify and explain the effect of leadership and members support on the role of workers union in the Workers union of PT. PLN Persero Area Tegal. This type of research is explanatory research. Techniques of data collection using interviews, questionnaires and observation. The conclusion from this study is that there is effect between leadership and members support on the role of workers unions in Workers union of PT. PLN Persero Area Tegal. Based on the conclusion that the union need to improve human resources, especially the increase in knowledge about the business organization for leaders to be better and there needs to be agreement in appreciation and attention to the work of union members to be comfortable so that workers union can obtain strong members support to improve the role of workers union.

Abstract

Employee's performance is not optimal due to several factors, including compensation, motivation and organizational culture. PT. Nasmoco Pemuda is an enterprise engaged in commerce or services. In its development, the volume of sales from year to year has been fluctuating and declining employee performance. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the influence of compensation, motivation and organizational culture on employee performance. Type of research is explanatory research. The hypothesis is that the compensation (X1), motivation (X2), organizational culture (X3) have a significant impact on employee performance (Y). The conclusion of this study is compensation, motivation, and organizational culture at PT. Nasmoco Pemuda classified as good. The test results show that compensation, motivation, and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The technical and fundamental analysis is the solution by the investor to predict the stock price. Especially, this research discusses about the fundamental analysis by appraising the companies performance which is depicted on the companies financial report with ratio as tool to analyze the financial report. By using the financial ratio, it can be predicted by the investor about the companies condition, so that it would be a basis for the investors for choosing the companies that have a higher return level than the loss risks. The aim of this research are to test the influences of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) toward stock?s Return. The sampel in this research is the 13 companies that are listed on the sub-sectored stock in metal during the period of 2013-2017. Data analysis use the linier regression analysis with run SPSS 21.0. The result from this research shows that Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) have significant effect on the stock?s return. The independent variable simultaneously have significant effect on the stock?s return. As suggestion, the company should identified the assets that have a potential to support the companies procedure, optimize the modal?s usage, and optimize the debt management.

Abstract

Raw material inventory control system to determine and ensure the availability of supplies of raw materials in quantity, quality and timely manner. The problem in this study is the procurement of raw material inventory of tobacco at PR. Gambang Sutra Kudus still have excess. This is related to the frequency of purchase of raw materials and quantity of raw material purchase, so as to result in waste of working capital that is embedded in the supply of raw materials and the cost of raw materials ordering and storage costs of raw materials. The purpose of this research was to determine how the level of efficiency in the procurement of raw material inventory between EOQ method compared to the company policies of the PR. Gambang Sutra Kudus.The type of research is descriptive analytical research. Data analysis begins with a comparative analysis of the quantity of raw materials, total inventory cost of raw materials and the cost of raw materials between company policies of PR. Gambang Sutra Kudus with EOQ method. Based on the research result shows that by using the EOQ method can be more efficient when compared to the company policies of the PR. Gambang Sutra Kudus, quantity and frequency of purchase raw materials are less but still account for safety stock and reorder point, so that the production process is not disrupted. Beside that, the cost of purchase, ordering cost and holding cost are lower, so as to create efficiencies in the total inventory cost.  PR. Gambang Sutra Kudus in conducting the procurement of raw material inventory should use the EOQ method for the company to obtain a higher level of efficiency, as well as take into account the safety stock and reorder point in order to avoid excess inventory of raw materials.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Bank is an institution that serves as a financial intermediary. Banks accept deposits from the public money and then distribute it back in the form of loans. This research was conducted to examine the effect of Third Party Funds (TPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Return on Assets (ROA) and the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) toward Credit Volume at The Government Banks (study Empyrical of Indonesia Government Banks in the period 2006-2011). The data used in this study is a secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia?s  libraries. The analysis technique using linear regression, while hypothesis testing using t - test and test - F at a significance level of 5%. The classical assumptions test used in this study include normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation test. Based on the research, it can be conclude that the third party funds and return on assets have a positive and significant impact on the volume of lending. Meanwhile, capital adequacy ratio, non performing loans and loan to deposit ratio are negative and not significant effect on the volume of lending. Simoultaneously there is a significant effect between third party funds, capital adequacy ratio, non performing loan, return on assets and loan to deposit ratio to the volume of loans.

Abstract

PT. Sinar Nusa Indonesia (SNI) is an Indonesian company using multilevel marketing techniques, that sells a variety of products, primarily in the health and home care market. A company using marketing mix strategy (product, price, place and promotion) to increase purchasing decision, but can?t reached the sales target. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing mix to purchase decision of PT. SNI product. This type of research used to be an explanation (explanatory research). The research is determined by using a purposive random sampling with sample 100 respondents. Analysis technique using linier regression analysis. From analysis can be concluded as follows : a) There is a positive and significant influence of the product to the purchasing decision, b) There is a positive and significant influence of the price to the purchasing decision, c) There is a positive and significant influence of the place to the purchasing decision, d) There is a positive and significant influence of the promotion to the purchasing decision, e) There is a significant influence of the marketing mix to the purchasing decision. Simultaneously, marketing mix influence purchasing decision with contribution 49,1 %.The conclution of this research is marketing mix influence purchase decision MLM product of PT. SNI. Suggestion posed for this research is necessary to the product?s quality and variation by making innovation of new product in order not to bore customer. A company might increase efficiency to reach a better price of the product. Make any creative promotion by adding reward is also needed to increase customer purchase decision.

Abstract

The development of consumer necessaries cause the growth of transportation bussiness in Indonesia. PT KAI as the one of transportation service company offer Argo Muria excecutive train that serve Semarang ? Jakarta route.The aim of this research is to know the effect of the psychological factors that consist of motivation, learning, and attitude to the purchasing decision of Argo Muria customers with 100 respondents as sample. Sampling was purposive sampling technique. The type of this research is explanatory research with primary data collection through questionnaires. Analysis techniques used linier regression with SPSS version 15. The research conclude that simultaneously learning and attitudes have significant effect to the purchasing decisions. Partially, the influence of motivation on purchasing decisions is 21,8%, learning to the buying decision is 31,5%, and the attitude towards purchasing decisions is 33,5%. Simultaneously the influence of motivation, learning, and attitudes towards purchasing decision is 45,3%Researchers suggest to PT. KAI especially Argo Muria train to maintain the excellent services and improve the timeliness of trains arriving at the destination and train cleanliness.
