Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of servicescape and price to the satisfactionof visitors. This research was conducted at Museum Angkut Movie Star Studio Kota Wisata Batu. Samples ofthis study are 120 respondents, through purposive sampling method. Data collection was done throughobservation and questionnaires. Based on the analysis multiple linear regression research shown thatservicescape and prices simultaneous effect on satisfaction of visitors. Servicescape and prices partial effecton satisfaction of visitors. Servicescape predominantly affect the satisfaction of visitors.

Abstract

Penerapan sistem pencatatan kehadiran kerja karyawan secara elektronik yang menggunakan ‘electronic handkey’ ini, menarik peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian tentang penerapan sistem pencatatan kehadiran kerja karyawan secara elektronik tersebut dalam kaitannya dengan disiplin kerja karyawan. Dalam hal ini penelitian yang dilakukan  adalah  untuk  mengetahui  disiplin kerja  karyawan setelah diterapkannya sistem pencatatan kehadiran kerja karyawan secara elektronik melalui penggunaan ‘electronic handkey’ tersebut. Yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan efektivitas penggunaan ‘electronic handkey’ dengan disiplin kerja karyawan. Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan ‘electronic handkey’ dan penerapannya sudah berjalan efektif. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, maka analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi dan regresi linier sederhana sehingga dapat diketahui hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependennya dan juga seberapa jauh keeratan hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependennya tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan ‘electronic handkey’ efektif pada disiplin kerja karyawan kantor Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Pasuruan, penggunaan ‘electronic handkey’ memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan searah pada disiplin kerja karyawan kantor Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Pasuruan dan penggunaan ‘electronic handkey’ berpengaruh pada disiplin kerja karyawan kantor Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Pasuruan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional  yang terdiri dari perilaku tugas, perilaku hubungan, dan kematangan psikologis terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk menganalisis kepemimpinan situasional yang terdiri dari perilaku tugas, perilaku hubungan, dan kematangan psikologis, mana yang lebih berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Gudang Garam di Kediri, Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian eksplanasi yaitu penelitian yang berusaha menjelaskan bagaimana variabel-variabel yang diteliti akan menjelaskan obyek yang diteliti melalui data yang terkumpul. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik survai. Berdasarkan hasil analisis maka dapat disimpulkan dari ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel yang paling berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah kematangan psikologis karyawan

Abstract

This research aims is to know difference between real students learning of metabolism by using STAD type learning and TGT type learning model based on interest and character of students learning. To achieve this aim it will be implied STAD type learning model and TGT type learning model based on interest and character of student learning to student of SMA Negeri 1 Sentani, grade XI IPA (Science) consists of one hundred students are as objects of research. They are result metabolisme learning compared by using both STAD type and TGT type based on interest and character o students learning. This data result is metabolisme learning to be collected by using achievement test. While is about interest and being active of students learning gotten from interest questionnaire of using both STAD type and TGT type and students learning observation the the research data collection is analyzed by using Independent sample test and Technique Correlation Product Moment Person. This research shows: 1). Implementation of TGT type Learning model more objective to show the result of learning process than by using STAD type learning model. It is implied in both active class and inactive class. Based on the result of the analysis of value average TGT learning in the first test on active class X ̅ TGT = 76,04 > X ̅ STAD = 59,19. So did second test X ̅ TGT = 79,87 > X ̅ STAD = 66,50. As well as for the inactive class value average on the first test X ̅ TGT = 71,19 > X ̅ STAD = 54,25 and also the second test X ̅ TGT = 72,33 > X ̅ STAD = 63,93. 2). There is no correlation between learning interest with leaning result of student in both active class and inactive class. 3). There is no correlation between students learning being active with learning result in both active class and inactive class. Key words: STAD, TGT, Learning Result, Biology, Characteristic

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct effect between self efficacy on employee performance and the indirect effect of self efficacy on employee performance. , the data used are primary data from PT Taman Sengkaling UMM. The method used is descriptive quantitative, the number of respondents used was 73 respondents with a total statement of 31 statements. The analysis used is path analysis (path analysis). The results of the study use multiple regression analysis which shows direct self efficacy on employee performance and also indirectly on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study to determine the effect of location and credit procedures on credit decision making on customers of PT. BPR Kerta Arthamandiri Kepanjen city - Kabupaten. Malang. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all customers of PT. BPR Kerta Arthamandiri. The sample used from this study is that some customers of PT. BPR Kerta Arthamandiri. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the location variables and credit procedures simultaneously have a positive effect on credit decision-making for customers of PT. BPR Kerta Arthamandiri Kepanjen city - Kab. Poor. And partially credit procedures do not have a significant effect on credit decision making, while location has a significant effect on credit decision making on customers of PT. BPR Kerta Arthamandiri Kepanjen city - Malang District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and work stress on the performance of the state civil apparatus in the general section of the malang city secretariat, to determine the influence of the work environment on the performance of the state civil apparatus in the general section of the malang city regional secretariat, to determine the effect of work stress on the government employee the state in the general section of the Malang City secretariat. The variables used are the work environment and work stress as an independent variable and the performance of the state civil service as the dependent variable. The sample used was all state civil servants in the general section of the Malang City secretariat which amounted to 60 respondents, sampling using saturated sampling techniques. The data collection method used was a questionnaire (questionnaire). The analysis used includes the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and work stress variables affect the government employee in the general part of the Malang City secretariat, the work environment influences the government employee in the general part of the Malang city secretariat, and work stress affects the government employee in the general section of the Malang City Secretariat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of giving incentives and employee commitment to job satisfaction in UPT PP Environmental Service Bululawang. The population in this study amounted to all employees in UPT PP Department of the Environment of Bululawang, amounting to 40 people. Data analysis method used in this research is quantitative analysis. Analysis of the data used is the instrument test through validity and reliability, then the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis through the F test and t test. In accordance with the research and discussion conducted by researchers, several conclusions are obtained that (1) Providing Incentives (X1), and Employee Commitments (X2), simultaneously affect Job Satisfaction (Y) UPT PP DLH Bululawang. The magnitude of this simultaneous influence explains that the Employee Incentive and Commitment Commitment can explain or clarify Job Satisfaction at the UPT Bululawang Environmental Service. of 61.1% while the remainder while the remaining 38.9% is explained by other factors that influence job satisfaction of course beyond research variables; (2) the variable Giving Incentives (X1) partially has a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) indicated by t arithmetic> t table that is 2.338> 2.021 and sig value 0.022 <0.05 and (3) employee commitment (X2) partially as well the most significant effect on Job Satisfaction is indicated by t arithmetic> t table that is 2.722> 2.021 and sig value of 0.000 means that the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine 1) the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, 2) the effect of work commitment on employee job satisfaction, 3) the influence of organizational culture and work commitment on employee job satisfaction. This research at PT. AXA Financial Indonesia Malang branch. The population in this study were all employees, amounting to 40, the sampling technique was by sampling saturation (total sampling). Data collection by distributing questionnaires and interviews and measurement of statement scores using the Likert scale 1-5. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work commitment variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as evidenced from the results of the t test. And organizational culture and work commitment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as evidenced by the results of the F test.
