Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih banyaknya siswa yang menganggap sulit pembelajaran menulis naskah drama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memaparkan ada atau tidaknya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan menulis naskah drama siswa kelas eksperimen dan kelas pembanding. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Pembahasan menulis naskah drama dalam penelitian ini diambil dari Waluyo, Hasanuddin, Sambodja dan Endraswara, pembahasan media diambil dari Sadiman, Fathurrohman dan Sutikno, pembahasan mengenai media berita peristiwa diambil dari Chaer, Anshori dan Kurniawan. Media berita peristiwa terbukti efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran menulis naskah drama. Kata kunci : menulis naskah drama, media berita peristiwa, eksperimen, pretest-posttest control group design

Abstract

Abstract – Technical Implementation Unit for Mine’s Technology Assessment Jampang Kulon - LIPI, organizationally under and responsible to the Head of Geotechnology Research Center, Deputy of Earth Sciences, Indonesian Institute of Sciences. To support research and development activities, administration and cooperation is in need of Internet-based information systems. Quality of Service (QoS) is defined as a measure of how well the network and is an attempt to define the characteristics and nature of the service. In an Internet Protocol (IP), IP QoS refers to the performance of the -Package IP packets passing through one or more networks. QoS is designed to help end users become more productive by ensuring that end users get reliable performance of network-based applications. QoS refers to the ability of a network to provide better service at a specific network traffic through different technologies. Computer network performance can vary due to several problems, such as problems of bandwidth, latency and jitter, which can make the effect is large enough for many applications. Features Quality of Service (QoS) can make the bandwidth, latency and jitter are predictable and matched to the needs of applications that are used in the existing network. Keywords – Quality of Service, Internet Protocol, Bandwith, latency, jitter

Abstract

The research of cookies of bamboo shoots was as functional food carried out to increase the utilization of bamboo shoots that were very potential in West Kalimantan as functional food. The bamboo soot cookies was made from dry processing of luxuriant bamboo shoots to mamboo shoots flour, and the production of bamboo shoots cookies. Results of analysis showed luxuriant bamboo shoots contained thewater 94.4 %, ash 0.28 %, protein 1.6 % fat 4.78%, carbohydrate 0.637 %, rough fibre 2.03%, vitamin C 0,003 %, phosphor 0.120 %, calcium 114 mg/kg, and sodium 27,4 mg/kg. Dry bamboo shoots were produced through the process bleaching with the solution to salt 3% and produced bamboo shoots flour with results efficiency 6,25 % and had the content of the level of water 5,66%, the level of ash 6,44 %, protein 20.9 %, fat 3.64 %, the carbohydrate 17.9 %, rough fibre 3.97%, and vitamin C 0.0021 %. Best bamboo shoots cookies that is to the C treatment variable that was produced from the mixture of bamboo shoots flour: wheat flour: maize flour = 20:60:20. Results of the analysis were based on the standard of the quality of the biscuit (SNI-0-2973-1992) showed that the product that was produced contained the water 4,14%, ash 3.22%, protein 8.95%, fat 16.5%, carbohydrate 37,01%, rough fibre 0.379%, calorie 332,34 cal, and the Executive Board’s metal < 0,040 mg/kg, Cu 1,92 mg/kg, Hg<0,004 mg/kg, as well as Zn 27,1 mg/kg. Bamboo shoots cookies that were produced were categorised as functional food that could help the process of the digestion so as to be estimated could reduce the risk of colon cancer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi aktivitas letupan respirasi leukosit dalam darah ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus) menggunakan uji nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) sebagai tolak ukur produksi radikal oksigen (reactive oxygen species / ROS). Penelitian dirancang dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Ikan diaklimatisasi selama dua minggu, kemudian diberi perlakuan pakan yang ditambah probiotik dalam kurun waktu yang sama, dengan ikan tanpa perlakuan sebagai kontrol. Aktivitas letupan respirasi tertinggi ditunjukkan oleh perlakuan B (12 x 108 CFU/mL). Berdasarkan hasil uji tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ikan nila yang diberi perlakuan probiotik melalui pakan efektif meningkatkan laju aktivitas imunogenik letupan respirasi.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the type of epiphytic microfungi in shrimp and sea crab with the assumption that the member of the crustacean phylum is the minihost. This research was conducted by in vitro using direct planting technique and 3 replications. The isolation began with the sample’s observation for 24 hours then the process of inoculation was continued and each representative colony was separated into single isolates. The results of the study obtained two microfungi’s types in epidermis tissue of Penaeus sp, and Portunus sp, namedly Fusarium sp. and Candida sp. Both types were opportunistic pathogens that can turn invasive and cause infection (immunocompromised) in the host and other organisms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis endoparasit dan prevalensi yang menginvasi ikan bawal bintang (Tracinhotus blochii). Penelitian ini dilakukan secara in vitro. Prosedur penelitian meliputi metode sampling ikan sebanyak 5% secara acak pada 3 lokasi budidaya, kemudian melakukan purifikasi endoparasit dengan teknik isolasi. Proses identifikasi endoparasit dilakukan secara manual mengacu pada buku manual identifikasi oleh Kabata (1985) dan Rigby (1998). Penelitian ini berhasil mendapatkan satu jenis endoparasit dengan genus Camallanus pada organ usus dengan nilai prevalensi 4,4%.
