Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat media artikel pendidikan dengan informasi dari hasil penelitian isolasi bakteri resistensi merkuri di daerah bekas PETI Kulor, Singkawang Timur pada sub materi pencemaran lingkungan kelas X SMA. Artikel pendidikan disusun secara sistematis dengan format yang terdiri dari standar kompetensi, kompetensi dasar, indikator pembelajaran, tujuan pembelajaran, judul, isi dan evaluasi instrumen lembar validasi media menggunakan empat aspek dan sebelas kriteria. Empat aspek penelitian meliputi format, isi, bahasa dan efektivitas. Instrumen lembar validasi media digunakan setelah dievaluasi kelayakannya oleh dua orang dosen dan dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai instrumen penilaian media artikel. Evaluasi artikel pendidikan dilakukan oleh satu orang dosen pendidikan biologi FKIP Untan, satu dosen biologi MIPA Untan dan 3 orang guru mitra. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa artikel pendidikan dinyatakan valid dengan nilai rata-rata 3,22 sehingga layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.   Kata kunci: Bakteri, resistensi merkuri, artikel pendidikan.   Abstract: This research aimed to create education articles, using the information from the research of bacteria mercury resistance isolation in ex-gold mining area of Kulor, East Singkawang on sub material of the environment pollution at class X high school. Article was arranged systematically with a format consisting of standard of competence, basic competence, learning indicator, the purpose of learning, the title, the content and evaluation. An instrument of media validation was used after evaluated its feasibility by two lecturers and was stated valid to be used as instrument to evaluate the article . Article evaluation was carried out by one lecturer from biology education FKIP Untan, one lecturer from biology MIPA, and three teacher from school partner. The evaluation showed that articles was categorized valid  with the average of score 3,22 so that fit to use as a  learning medium.   Key words: Bacteria, mercury resistance, educational articles

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan belajar siswa dan faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa pada sub materi invertebrata. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan bentuk studi kasus. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X MIPA 2 di MAN 2 Pontianak yang berjumlah 39 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes diagnostik yang berjumlah 40 soal dan angket yang dilengkapi dengan wawancara guna mengetahui faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa pada sub materi invertebrata. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persentase kesulitan belajar siswa pada sub materi invertebrata sebesar 58,89% yang berada pada kriteria kesulitan cukup tinggi. Faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar siswa pada sub materi invertebrata terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu faktor internal yang meliputiaspekintelegensi (56,40%) dan faktor eksternal yang meliputi aspek keluarga (59,61%), aspek guru (57,04%), dan aspek sekolah (46,16%). Kata kunci: Kesulitan belajar, sub materi invertebrata, faktor penyebab Abstract: This research aims at describing the students? learning difficulties and several factors that cause the difficulties in learning invertebrates sub-materials. This research is a descriptive qualitative research in the form of case study. The subject of this research is 39 students of Grade-10 of MIPA2 in MAN 2 in Pontianak. The research instruments are a diagnostic test of 40 questions and a questionnaire sustained with interviews to determine the factors that cause students? learning difficulties on sub material of invertebrates. The results showed that the percentage of students? learning difficulties in the sub-material of invertebrates reached 58.89%, which is ?quite high? in learning difficulties. There are two factors that cause these learning difficulties: internal factor, which is intellegence aspect (56.40%) and external factors, including the aspects of family (59.61%), teachers (57.04 %), and school (46.16%). Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to create learning media such asmodulefrom the inventory of macroscopic mushrooms which later validated to determine the feasibility of media moduleas a in material of fungi at 10th Grade Senior High School based on results from macroscopic mushrooms inventory and to determine the types of makrofungi which were available in Gunung Rayap Kecamatan Kembayan Kabupaten Sanggau. The research was quantitative descriptive in format. Samples were taken using purposive sampling with cruising method. The results of the research found as many as 53 types of fungi from 2 divisions (Basidiomycota and Ascomycota) and 26 families. Validation module was  done by 2 lecturer FKIP Untan and 3 high school teachers around in Gunung Rayap Kecamatan Kembayan.  Based on validator assessment, media module was declared valid with  the value of each Content Validity Ratio (CVR) and CVI  vaules are valued 0,96 in number, so it could be used as learning media for mushrooms study. Keywords: Inventory,  Macroscopic Mushrooms, Module

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian dinamika populasi bakteri pelarut fosfat bertujuan untuk mengetahui waktu terbentuknya fosfat dalam proses pengomposan sampah coklat dan sampah hijau. Proses dan hasil pengomposan dijadikan media pembelajaran flipchart dan dilakukan uji validasi oleh 5 (lima) orang validator kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan jumlah rata-rata skor seluruh aspek. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan pembuatan kompos secara aerobik dan perhitungan bakteri menggunakan metode plate count. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dinamika populasi bakteri mulai terbentuk dihari ke-5 (4.102 unit koloni/gram kompos), maksimum dihari ke-19 (8,5.101 unit koloni/gram kompos), mulai menurun pada hari ke-21 (7,75.101 unit koloni/gram kompos) dan terus menurun hingga hari ke-41 (9.101 unit koloni/gr kompos). Ditemukan 4 isolat bakteri yaitu basil-gram negatif, coccus-gram negatif, basil-gram positif, dan basil-gram negatif. Berdasarkan penilaian dari validator, flipchart dari hasil penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam kategori valid (3,5) atau layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada submateri daur ulang limbah di kelas X SMA. Kata kunci: Bakteri pelarut fosfat, pengomposan sampah, flipchart.   Abstract: Bacterial population dynamics study aims to determine the solvent phosphate formation time in the process of composting bins brown and green waste. Composting process and the results used as a medium of learning flipchart and validation test by 5 (five) people validator then analyzed based on the number average score of all aspects. This research is a form of experimentation with aerobic composting and bacterial count using plate count method. The results showed the dynamics of bacteria begin to form on the day fifth (4.102 colony units/gram), the maximum on the day to nineteen (8,5.101colony units/gram), began to decline on day twenty-one (7,75.101 colony units/gram), and continued to decline until the day of the forty-one (9.101 colony units/gram). Found four bacterial isolates gram-negative bacilli, gram-negative cocci, gram-positive bacilli, and gram-negative bacilli. Based on the assessment of the validator, flipchart of the results of this study are included in the category of valid or feasible to use as a medium of learning in sub-material recycling of waste in class X SMA. Abstract

AbstractThis reseach aims to know the feasibility of pop-up book media variety of macroscopic fungi in Hutan Lindung Gunung Naning, as a learning media on biodiversity material in X SMA. This reseach consist of two step. First step is making of pop-up book media and second step is validation of pop-up book media. This reseach was quantitative with descriptive method. Pop-up book media validated by five validators, two lecture pg biology Education FKIP Untan, and there teachers of biology X SMA. One teacher from SMA/MA Negeri 1 Nanga Taman, one teacher from SMA/MA Negeri 1 Sekadau Hulu, and one teacher from SMA/MA Negeri 1 Nanga Mahap. Instrument for validation pop-up book media using validation sheet comprise of ten criteria, with analysis data using Content Validity Ratio (CVR) dan Content Validity Indeks (CVI). Based on data analysis of the validation result, pop-up book media is valid with the value of each Content Validity Ratio (CVR) from ten criteria is 1,00 with Content Validity Indeks (CVI) value is 1,00, so pop-up book media fit to use as learning media on biodiversity material.Keywords: Pop-up book Media, Feasibility, Material Biodiversity

Abstract

 AbstractThis research aims to know the video tutorials the feasibility for maked  nata de corn on material role of biotechnology in class XII senior high school. The form of research used is quantitative with descriptive methods. First is making of video tutorial and the second is validation of the media. Data collecting tool used is the question form validation of the worthiness of video tutorials. Validation of the feasibility of the media carried out by 6 people validator. Video tutorials are categorized invalid based on the results of validation by 3 people media expert of 3.57 and 3 people expert material amounted to 3.70. Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil belajar siswa  yang diajar dengan model Discovery Learning dan Inkuiri pada materi ekosistem di kelas X IPA MAN 1 Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian menggunakan Quasi Eksperimental Design dengan rancangan penelitian menggunakan Nonequivalent control group design. KelasIPA 3 (Discovery Learning) dan kelas X IPA 2 (Inkuiri) sebagai sampel,dengan teknik Intact Group sebagai pengambilan sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan tes pilihan ganda yang berjumlah 20 butir. Berdasakan skor rata-rata hasil belajar dan persentase ketuntasan siswa yang diajar menggunakan model Inkuiri sebesar 17,11 dan 93,75% lebih tinggi dibandingkan menggunakan model Discovery Learning sebesar 13,34 dan 54,29% pada materi ekosistem di kelas X. Untuk melihat perbandingan hasil belajar siswa dapat ditunjukan dari hasil uji U Mann-Whitney dimana hasil perhitungan diperoleh Zhitung < Ztabel (-5,23 < -1,96), artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan model Inkuiridan model Discovery Learning. Kata kunci: Discovery Learning, Inkuiri, dan Hasil Belajar Abstract: This research aims to compare the student learning outcomes taught with the Discovery learning model and Inquiry in the lesson on ecosystem in the tenth grade of natural science class (IPA) MAN 1 Pontianak. The research used a quasi experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The IPA class 3 ( Discovery Learning) and IPA class 2 (Inquiry)  as a sample, with techniquesIntact Group as sampling. The instrument used was the multiple choice test with 20 items in total. The average score of learning outcomes and the percentage of students? mastery taught using the Inquiry model were 17,11 and 93,75% respectively, which were higher than using Discovery Learning model scoring 13,34 and 54,29% in the ecosystem material in the tenth grade class. The comparison between student learning outcomes can be seen from the results of the U Mann-Whitney test where Zcount<Ztable (-5,23 < -1,96), meaning that there were no significant differences between the learning outcomes of students taught using the Inquiry model and the Discovery Learning model.Keywords : Discovery Learning, Inquiry and Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif Group Investigation (GI) berbantuan flash card terhadap hasil belajar pada materi jamur di kelas X SMA N 1 Rasau Jaya. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasy Exsperimental Design dengan rancangan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas XD (kelas eksperimen) dan kelas XB (kelas kontrol) yang diambil berdasarkan standar deviasi yang hampir sama. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes pilihan ganda berjumlah 30 soal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata skor post-test kelas eksperimen (23,15) lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol (21,16). Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan uji U-Mann Whitney diperoleh Zhit (-2,98) < Ztab (-1,96) menunjukan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan perhitungan Effect Size diperoleh nilai 0,8 yang berarti memberikan kontribusi sebesar 32,38% terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaraan GI berbantuan flash card berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: Group Investigation, Flash card, Hasil belajar Abstract: This research was purposed to know the influence of cooperative learning model of Group Investigation (GI) aided flash cards for learning outcomes on fungi material in class X SMA N 1 Rasau Jaya. The shape of the research is used  Quasy  Exsperimental Design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample research  consisted of two classes, namely class XD (experimental class) and class XB (control class).  That was taken based on the standard deviation that is almost the same. The research instrument used was a multiple choice test included 30 questions. The results of research showed the average post-test score experimental class (23.15) is higher than the control class (21.16).  Based on data analysis using the  U-Mann Whitney test was obtained Ztest (-2.98) < Ztab (-1.96) showed that there is a difference between learning outcomes of experimental class and control class . Based on the calculation of Effect Size, obtained value of 0.8 which means contributed 32.38% of the student learning outcomes. Thus concluded that cooperative learning model of Group Investigation (GI) aided flash card influence on student learning outcomes. Keywords: Group Investigation, Flash card, Learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada sub materi peranan virus di kelas X SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimental Design) dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design.Sampel penelitian adalah kelas XA(kelas kontrol) yang berjumlah 31 siswa dan kelas XB (kelas eksperimen) yang berjumlah 32 siswa.Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan intact group.Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda yang berjumlah 20 butir. Dari hasil analisis data, diperoleh skor rata-rata hasil posttest siswa pada kelas eksperimen adalah 17,75, sedangkan skor rata-rata hasil posttest kelas kontrol adalah 15,64. Berdasarkan analisis uji U Mann Whitney menunjukan bahwa Zhitung ?  Ztabel (-3,78 ? -1,96) disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan Project Based Learning (PjBL) dengan yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Berdasarkan nilai Effect size diketahui Project Based Learning (PjBL) memberikan kontribusi sebesar 27,34% terhadap hasil belajar. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Project Based Learning (PjBL) on students? learning outcomes for sub material the role of viruses in class X of SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent control group. The sample was XA class (control class) which consists of 31 students and class XB (experimental class) which consists of 32 students, while the sampling wasintact group. The instrument used was a multiple choice test which consist of 20 items. From the analysis of the data, obtained an average score of posttest results of students in the experimental class which was 17.75, while the average score of posttest in control group was 15.64. Based on the analysis of U Mann Whitneytest showed that Zcount ? Ztable (-3.78 ? -1.96) that it can be concluded that there is a difference in students? outcomes whom were taught by using Project Based Learning (PjBL) with those whom were taught by using conventional teaching. For effect size is 0,75, the category when effect size at convertation is medium. Based on the value of Effect size, it is known that Project Based Learning (PjBL) contributed 27.34% on the learning outcomes. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan multimedia interaktif sebagai implementasi dari penelitian inventarisasi jamur makroskopis dan mengetahui jenis-jenis jamur makroskopis yang terdapat di Kawasan Hutan Lindung Gunung Selindung. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian tersebut kemudian diimplementasikan dalam bentuk multimedia interaktif. Berdasarkan penilaian validator ahli materi dan media, multimedia interaktif termasuk ke dalam kategori valid dengan nilai CVR=1 dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Kata kunci : Multimedia interaktif, inventarisasi jamur makroskopis, Hutan Lindung Gunung Selindung  Abstract: This research aims to know the feasibility of interactive multimedia as implementation of macroscopic fungi inventory research and know the types of macroscopic fungi that are present in the Mount Forest Protected Areas Selindung. The form of this research is quantitative descriptive methods. Research results are then implemented in the form of interactive multimedia. Based on the expert assessment material and media validator, interactive multimedia included in valid categories with the CVR value = 1 and suitable to be used as a learning media.
