Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi penerapan teknologi informasi di Pemerintah Kabupaten Sintang sebagai dasar merumuskan strategi yang paling tepat dipilih dalam menerapkan teknologi informasi guna mewujudkan electronic government. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa yang menjadi faktor internal terdiri atas: 1) sumber daya manusia, 2) sarana dan prasarana, 3) dana/anggaran, dan 4) budaya organisasi, yang masing-masing teridentifikasi sebagai kekuatan (strength) ataupun kelemahan (weakness). Sedangkan yang menjadi faktor eksternal terdiri : 1) kondisi ekonomi, 2) politik dan hukum, 3) sosial budaya, 4) demografi dan 5) perkembangan teknologi dan globalisasi, yang selanjutnya berpotensi menjadi peluang (opportunities) ataupun ancaman (threats). Hasil analisa SWOT terhadap lingkungan strategis dengan mempertimbangkan seluruh unsur kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang maupun ancaman yang dihadapi oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Sintang ditetapkan 7 (tujuh) strategi dalam penerapan teknologi informasi yaitu: 1) Pengembangan organisasi dan tata kerja, 2) Pembuatan aturan perundangan dan kebijakan, 3) Pengembangan SDM untuk menerapkan teknologi informasi, 4) Pembangunan infrastruktur dan akses jaringan komunikasi data yang memadai, 5) Pengembangan perangkat-perangkat lunak yang diperlukan, 6) Pemeliharaan dan perawatan perangkat lunak dan keras/jaringan, dan 7) Pengembangan dan koordinasi layanan informasi yang mampu mendukung terwujudnya masyarakat yang kompetitif serta dapat menarik minat investor ke Kabupaten Sintang.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang ditinjau dari motivasi belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran mind mapping lebih baik dari yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas delapan di MTs N Bangko. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Desain penelitian menggunakan faktorial 2x3. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas delapan di MTs N Bangko yang terdiri atas 188 siswa. Dengan menggunaka teknik random sampling diperoleh kelas sampel adalah siswa di kelas VIII B sebagai kelas eksperimen, dan kelas VIII E sebagai kelas control. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tes dalam bentuk essay dan angket menggunakan skala gutman. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan padahasil uji kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa di kelas sampel. Berdasarkan analisis, diperoleh bahwa data berdisibusi normal dan variannya homogen. Oleh karena itu hipotesis 1, 2, 3, dan 4 menggunakan uji independent sample t-test, dan hipotesis 5 menggunakan uji anova dua arah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: pertama, kemampuan komunikasi matematis yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran mind mapping lebih baik dari yang diajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Kedua, kemampuan komunikasi matematika pada siswa dengan motivasi belajar tinggi, sedang, dan rendah yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran mind mapping lebih baik dari yang diajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Kata Kunci: pembelajaran mind mapping, komunikasi matematis, motivasi belajar   Experimentation Mind Mapping Learning Model towards Mathematical Communication Ability in Terms of Learning Motivation of Students Grade VIII MTS Negeri Bangko   Abstrac This study is aimed   to describe the students ability of mathematical communication on terms of learning motivation on teaching with mind mapping learning model is better than conventional learning model on grade Eighth students of MTs N Bangko. The type of research is quantitative approach with experiment method. The research design is a 2x3 faktorial. The population of this research was the grade eights students of MTs N Bangko that included 188 students. By using random sampling technique, the selected sample is the students class VIII B as the exsperiment class and VIII E as the control class. Technique of collecting data with test on form esay and questionnaire using Guttman scale. Hypothesis testing is done on the test results of students' mathematical communication ability of the sample class. From the analysis result, is known that normal distribution data and homogeny variant. Therefore, the hypothesis 1 until 4 using independent sample t-test, and the hypothesis 5 using two-way anova. The results of the analysis of the data on sample class can be concluded that: the ability of mathematical communication taught with mind mapping learning model is better than conventional learning. And the ability of mathematical communication with high, medium, and low learning motivation taught with mind mapping learning model is better than conventional learning. Abstract

This researchis conducted to examine the determination of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan as a tax subject and object by the Directorate General of Taxes. DGT determines levies by the OJK on the financial sector related to tax objects. This can lead to double taxation problem depending on the remaining levies of the current year and the following year's budget must be submitted by the OJK to the Treasury. This study employs the state sovereignty theory to request that this stipulation is under statutory regulations. Case study is chosen as the research strategy to deepen the study of this determination phenomenon more deeply and can provide advice to OJK and the Directorate General of Taxes. The data were collected by interview method and document study. The result of this study found that the OJK as an entity has the function to conduct pure administrative tasks.Theresult of this translation shows that OJK?s levy is part of PNBP, thus it cannot be used using object tax

Abstract

Failure that occurs in mud pump one of which caused by the mud pump valve while the valve failure caused to three (3) components namely the valve complete, valve seat and valve spring. Such failure would cause mud pump unit can not be operated so as to interfere with the smooth operation of drilling. The research was focused on identifying the critical components of the valve and evaluate the cause of the valve failure with fault tree analysis method (FTA). Data that obtained from the company processed using calculations pareto chart and FTA method. Critical component is a valve 3 i.e valve complete. Valve failure caused corrosion, wear and failure rubber valve.Keywords: failure, valve, FTA

Abstract

Sonor system (direct seeding) was practiced by rice farmers in tidal land.  Labor was one of the limiting factors in the farming system in tidal land. Implementation of the system can save labor cost. The purpose of this study was to see the level of adaptation and productivity of some new varieties of the sonor system technology. The study was conducted in tidal land typology of potential acid sulphate in Mukti Jaya Village, Muara Telang Sub-District, Banyuasin District in 2011/2012 planting season. Varieties tested were new varieties, namely Inpari 4, Inpari 10, Inpari 11, Inpari 13, Mekongga and Ciherang as the control. The observations were conducted at 3 fields as replication. The study showed that all the new varieties tested indicated high adaptability to the sonor system and the production has approached potential results.  Varieties with the highest production were Inpari 10 and Inpari 13 of  8.35 t/ha and 8.19 t/ha respectively.

Abstract

The turn-milling test has three methods in the process of working are orthogonal, tangential, and co-axial. In this methods turn-milling test produces a varied surface roughness. To optimize the surface roughness in this method orthogonal turn-milling then the variation of testing is done at the rotation velocity of workpiece and feeding velocity. The testing process of turn-milling machining is performed on conventional lathe with the addition of a rotary tool. The purpose of this research is to get the optimum rotation velocity of workpiece and feeding velocity of the value of surface roughness and To know the effect of velocity rotation of workpiece and feeding velocity to surface roughness value. With increasing velocity rotation of workpiece and feeding velocity, velocity rotation of the workpiece increased will affect the surface roughness value. Based on the roughness class N, the 630 rpm rotation of workpiece parameters with feed rate of 0.060 mm is a good parameter in this study because it produces a roughness value of 1.489 μm lower than the other test.Keywords : Turn-milling, Round, Feeding, Roughness.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to find empirical evidence about presupposition that underpricing and underperformance phenimenons occurs on companies issued Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Indonesia. There are 36 companies that issued IPO during 1998-2000. After choosing then with purposive sampling method, there are 33 companies to be analyzed in this study. Results from one sample t-test show that in the short run, there are large positive mean excess return. This result is consistent with prior studies in numerous countries. In the long run, the perfomance is underperformed. Result from paired sample t-test show that there is a significant defference between short and long run stock performance in companies issued IPO.Key words: Initial Public Offering, Performance, Underpricing, Underperfomed

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce learning devices and LKS based on a realistic, valid and effective approach to realistic mathematics education. This learning tool is expected to be able to improve student learning activities and outcomes. This type of research is development research using a 4-D model consisting of 4 stages, namely 1) defining, 2) designing (design), 3) developing, and 4) disseminating (disseminate). The contextual mathematics learning tools developed are Student Worksheets (LKS) and Learning Implementation Plans (RPP). Validation is done by experts in mathematics education, basic education and language. The practicality of learning devices is investigated by observing the implementation of learning, filling the practical questionnaire by students, and conducting interviews with students and teachers. To see its effectiveness is done by observing the activities and student learning outcomes. The collected data was analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the learning tools of the realistic mathematics education approach (PMR) produced were valid in terms of their constructs and contents for Class VII of Merangin 14 Middle School. Contextual mathematics learning tools can be said to be practical in terms of the implementation of learning and effective on the activities and learning outcomes of students for class VII. Learning tools for realistic mathematics education approaches (PMR), have been tested and implemented. Based on the results of the trial and implementation it can be said that the learning tools approach to realistic mathematics education (PMR) are valid, practical and effective

Abstract

Dynamometer is a measurement instrument that functions to measure the cutting force on a lathe machine. The dynamometer is a measuring of tool that using of a strain gauge sensor of utilizing strain, which occur on the stalk strain as the reader, then it is converted into cutting force. The main purpose of this study is to produce a dynamometer with type four square stalks for cutting force measurement, dynamometer designed to be able tomeasure the axial force and tangential force. The design process consists of designing, manufacturing and calibration processes. The design step is started from material selection, dynamometer selection and dynamometer dimensional design. The dimensions from design is then drawn detail and analyzed stress. After design process is complete, then the process of making the mechanical components and electrical components dynamometer. Afterthat, the dynamometer is assembled for calibration process. The calibration process consists of hysteresis and repeatability errors. This research revealed the hysteresis for maximum tangential force of 1 milivolt and for maximum axial force of 2 milivolt. The repeatability error was 2 milivolt for the maximum tangential force and maximum axial force of 2 milivolt. Dimension of the dynamometer of type four square stalks was a length of 185mm and a diameter of 65 mm. The dynamometer can measure maximum force 500 N for axial and tangential force.Keyword : Dynamometer, Cutting Force, Strain Gauge, Calibration

Abstract

Tampan Village had several Joint Business Groups as known as KUBE. Two of them were KUBE Flower Creative and AlifDifa. This KUBE produces various of Malay snacks. The featured products from these KUBE were Bolu Kemojo and Bolu Ubi Pelangi. Some problems that were found from KUBE were: production capability was low due to manual work using simple equipment with own labor, limited capital and access, there was bad financial management, product packaging were simple and not attractive, and management of group organizations in the management of KUBE didn?t run yet. Some activities carried out: Socialization with mothers of KUBE members. From the beginning of two KUBE, 4 KUBE are now being gathered under the auspices of the Dapur AlifDifa. Dapur AlifDifa was built as a place for development and products of KUBE members. Successful activities include mentoring increased knowledge of human resources about the snack food industry, development of attractive logo, packaging designs, and professional business management. Assistance for improving the promotion media process and development in the website www.selerariau.com. With the effort of mentoring and training partners, the results of Bolu Kemojo and Bolu Ubi Pelangi production of partners began to be known, and the profit increased.
