Abstract

Level Measurement of household welfare require multidimensional measurement. Based on the consideration of population specification and the distribution of population residence location, this research is determined by using multistage random sampling technique. The analysis tools usedis Lisrel 8.30 to get the CFA. This study aims to determine indicators of household welfare in physical and psychological aspects. The indicators that were analyzed are physical factors, safety factor, affection, appreciation and self-actualization. The results of this study indicated that the measurement factors sourced from physical well-being consistently can be used as a measurement of household welfare level. The measurementcan be used in aspects of production factors, income level, housing conditions, home facilities, health conditions, rice adequacy, protein adequacy,water adequacy, availability of transportation facilities. While the non-physical factors which can also be used as a measurement of welfare are a sense of security in preference to public order, anxiety and fear, the role of the head of the household in maintaining the household. A sense of affection is related to the affection of the household, mutual trust, belonging, and hospitality. Meanwhile, the reward factor does not qualify to be a measurement. Self-actualization can be in the form of participation and caring for others, obedience in paying zakat, and sedeqah. Keywords: Household Welfare, Love, actualitation, assets phisik

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan internet dan perkembangan teknologi gadget yang cukup pesat telah merevolusi proses jual beli akhir-akhir ini. Dikarenakan kondisi jalan yang semakin macet, dan kesibukan orang-orang dalam bekerja sehingga fenomena jual beli melalui toko online menjadi semakin marak. Melihat paradigma tersebut,  maka kemampuan membuat toko online akan menjadi nilai tambah bagi setiap orang yang ingin memulai usaha tapi belum bisa memiliki toko secara fisik. Disamping itu, kemampuan membuat toko online itu dapat menjadi modal untuk ditawarkan kepada pemilik toko fisik agar bisa juga memanfaatkan toko online untuk meningkatkan pangsa pasar mereka. Permasalahan yang terdapat di SMK Pasundan adalah siswa nya belum memiliki keterampilan dalam pembuatan toko online,  sehingga Universitas Esa Unggul melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat memberikan Penyuluhan Teknologi Informasi, Internet dan Pelatihan Aplikasi Komputer untuk Perkantoran bagi guru-guru dan siswa-siswi SMK Pasundan Tangerang. Agar para siswa SMK Pasundan Tangerang yang terdiri  dari jurusan Teknologi Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) serta jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran (Adm-Bis) ini dapat memiliki keterampilan dalam pembuatan toko online, maka materi pelatihan yang diberikan adalah tentang pembuatan toko online dengan aplikasi OpenCart. Dengan diadakannya pelatihan ini, para siswa-siswi SMK Pasundan Tangerang memiliki antusias yang cukup tinggi dengan pelatihan ini memiliki keterampilan dan wawasan dalam pembuatan toko online serta memiliki minat untuk mulai berwirausaha. Lebih jauh para siswa-siswi SMK Pasundan ini bisa menjual keterampilannya kepada orang-orang yang ingin memulai usaha secara online. Kemampuan yang diperoleh oleh siswa SMK Pasundan Tangerang ini dirasakan sangat bermanfaat dan mereka sangat berharap untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut. Hasil dari pelatihan pembuatan toko online ini masih dalam bentuk prototyping dan masih perlu tindak lanjut pengembangan pelatihan agar ditindaklanjuti dengan pelatihan tambahan dari sisi marketing dan pengetahuan produk. Kata Kunci : e-Commerce,toko online,OpenCart.

Abstract

Analyzing household’s investment behavior in remote environments is attractively conducted as a scientific effort to tackle the problem of poverty in the long term. The population of study was households located in remote areas in Pasaman Regency, district of South Mapattunggul. It is about 1,991 heads of household. The sample is 307  households which are formulated by using Slovin formula. This study uses multiple regression analysis and qualitative analysis on mixed method perspective. Investment behavior in traditional farming households in the District of South Mapattunggul is influenced by consumer behavior, knowledge, hope the old days, learning, price, and level of education. Partially, learning process and life expectation do not affect the investment behavior. Knowledge of pricing information has a negative correlation with the investment. It means that the higher the price, or the risks they run, the lower investments. This is in line with the general logic that the higher the risk, the less people are willing to enter into an investment.   Society is mainly prioritizing daily consumption as the main priority use of their revenue when the prices are high.Community learning process does not consistently affect the investment behavior including expectations of the old days.  It is caused by lower educational facilities and low level of households expectations in improving their old days lives.

Abstract

Basic education is education that underlies secondary education. Shaped elementary education elementary school (SD) and High School (SMP) and secondary education is a continuation of primary education, secondary education consists of general and vocational education. Shaped secondary education schools (SMA) and Vocational High School (SMK). Higher education is an education after secondary education includes educational programs diploma, bachelors, masters, specialist, and doctoral organized by the college. " Does the application of machine learning methods of demonstration of interest in Prime Mover Boat class X in SMK 1 Silk can be improved ..? "  Implementation of Class Action Research conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Sutera . This research was motivated by the location of the school affordable. This study is a Class Action Research with a total time of study 2 months from the month from September to October in Odd Semester Academic Year 201 5 stars / 201 6 . This study was planned to consist of two cycles, which aims to improve the activity and learning outcomes Prime Mover Engineering Ship class X SMK 1 Sutera in the second semester of the academic year 2015-2016. Subject of research is all class X SMK Negeri 1 Sutera s 27 people in the first semester of the academic year 201 5 stars / 201 6 . Source Data in the study were students of class X SMK 1 Sutera . As for how to capture data that is done in this study are as follows. Data on students learning activities implemented actions taken when using the observation sheet. In the charging process observation sheets, all indicators of activity was observed contained therein. The observed circumstances are activities in the learning process. Data on study results taken from tests of learning outcomes at each end of the cycle consists of six items about. Motor 2 TAK; Each piston-step process is required 2x, 1x crankshaft rotation while the piston between two steps, just one step affords effort. In size and the same rotation, the motor 2 TAK can produce more power than the motor 4 TAK. The piston and cylinder wall temperature is rather high. Easy to administer and sound quiet bike. Construction is simple because it does not require the intake valve / exhaust. Filling / flushing and incomplete combustion. Rinse pump usage, add gear motor becomes expensive. Used if required a great power and a simple construction.

Abstract

The aims of this research was to reveal (1) the difference between economy learning outcomes of the students who were taught by using discussion method withMind Mapping media and those who were taught by using convensional discussion method, (2) the difference economy learning outcomes reviewed by students’ prior knowledge, (3) the interaction between discussiona methodwith mind mapping media and prior knowledge toward economy students learning outcomes. This research is a quasi-experimental study. The population in this study were all students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Pua school year of 2014/2015. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique, elected class X4 (control class) and class X7 (experimental class). Early knowledge of data collection techniques done by giving a test at the beginning of learning  while learning outcome data obtained from the results of the test at the end of learning data analysis technique is descriptive analysis, inductive and hypothesis testing using t-test analysis and Anova Two-Way. The result of data analysis showed that: (1) students who are taught by discussion method with  Mind Mapping media had significantly higher results than students taught through the convensional discussion method with Sig. = 0.025 less than the value of α = 0.05 (Sig. < α), (2) learning outcomes the high prior knowledge of students had significantly higher compared to students who had low prior knowledge with Sig. = 0.000, less than the value of α = 0.05 (Sig. < α) and, (3) there was not interaction between discussionmethodwith Mind Mapping media and prior knowledge toward students learning outcomes. with Sig. = 0.618 higher than the value of α = 0.05 (Sig.> α). Based on these results it is suggested to economics teachers to use discussion method with Mind Mapping media to improve student learning outcomes. Abstract

This research had some purposes  that were to analize : ( 1) the influence of students perception about of school environmentand learning motivation toward the students’ learning activities  (2) the influence of students peception about of school environment, learning motivation and students’ learning activities toward the students learning result. This research was quantitative with using  survey. The population of this research was all of the students of accounting skill program at grade  X, XI and XII of SMK bussines management in solok city in the academic year 2014/2015. There were416 students. The technique used in this research was proportionate random sampling which was 204 students.The data analysis was path analysis. Table f and t was as hypothesis. Data analyzed shown  are :(1) students peception about of school environmentand learning motivationsignificance influenced toward  the students’ learning activities (2) students perception about of school environment,learning motivation and students’ learning activities significance influenced toward  the students’ learning activities. Directly significance is higher from indirectly significance. Based on the results it is suggested to the school to pay more attention to the school environment either physical or non-physical . For the teacher is perhaps to give reward to achievement students to increase the learning motivation of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of (1) intrnship to the skills of students (2) to the effect of intrnship and the skills of students to the students' self efficacy (3) to the effect of intrnship, the skills of students, and self efficacy to the work readiness students of SMK N Busines and Management Padang. This research is descriptive associative. The study population was all students in class XII SMK N Business and Management Padang in the academic year 2013/2014, totaling 130 people have followed the industry practice (intrnship), with the sampling technique was propotional random sampling. The technique of data analysis was descriptive analysis, classical assumtion test, test for normality and homogenety, path analysis, and hypotesis testing using the F test and t test. The results showed that (1) there was a significant influance on the intrnship to the skills of students (2)there was a significant influance on the the effect of intrnship and the skills of students to the students' self efficacy (3) there was a significant influance on the the effect of intrnship, the skills of students, and self efficacy to the work readiness students of SMK N Busines and Management Padang. Based on the above results it can be students of SMK N Busines and Managemen become better prepared to  the work readiness.   Kata Kunci : Intrnship, The Skills Of Students, Self Efficacy And Work Readiness

Abstract

The Economic learning results obtained of the first grade students in SMAN 1 X Koto Diatas was still low. This was occurred because of teacher-centered method in the teaching and learning process and also students’ negative attitude about this subject. One of the efforts that can be done to solve this problem is by using cooperative learning model type Think Pair and Share. The study aimed at findings (1) The Effects of Cooperative Learning Model Type Think, Pair and Share (TPS) toward students’ Economic learning results, (2) The Effects of Students’ Attitudes about Economic Subject toward students’ learning results, (3) The interaction between the Learning Model and Students’ Attitudes on Economic Lesson toward Economics Learning results. The type of this research is a Quasi-experiment and the population was the students of grade X IS of SMA Negeri 1 X Koto Diatas. The sampling technique was purposive sampling which grade X IS1 as the experimental class and grade X IS2 as the control class. The type of data consisted of primary data and secondary data, while the data analysis was descriptive and inductive analysis by using two-ways of ANOVA. The results of the study are (1) the students who are taught by Think Pair and Share models had significantly higher learning outcomes than them whom are taught by conventional models, (2) the students who have positive attitudes about Economic subject had significantly higher learning outcomes than them whom have negative attitudes about this subject and (3) There is no interaction between the learning model with the students' attitudes on this subject toward the students’ learning outcomes. Abstract

Constitution Number 14 Year 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers define that teachers have a position as professionals. Professional teachers should be able to ransfer the knowledge to the students and have ability to develop themselves through scientific papers. This study aims to analyze the ability of teachers in writing scientific papers. The population of the research is the economic teacher in Pasaman Barat Regency. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to 24 samples. The results of the research show that rhe teachers have low experience in writing and publishing of scientific paper. The result shows that the teachers need tutor in writing and in publication, shown by a very high TCR value of 89.17%.
