Abstract

An experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of protein levelin diet on feed eficiency and growth rate of Snakehead (Channa striata). Fivediet with different level of protein, diet P25(25% protein); P30 (30% protein); P35(35% protein); P40 (40% protein); and P45 (45% protein) were applied in thisexperiment. Ten fishes with initial body weight range 0.7 ? 1.0 gram were rearedin each aquarium (water volume 10 L). Fishes were fed three time a day, atsatiation. Fish reared for 30 days.The result showed that growth rate and feedefficiency of fish fed diet 25% protein level (P25) were0.28 g and 2.46%, diet30% protein (P30) were 0.71 g and 9.86%, diet 35% (P35%) were 0.84 g and14.18%, diet 40% protein were 1.17 g and 16.97%, or diet 45% protein (P45)were 1.00 g and 9.58%. Based on BNT test showed that diet 40% protein levelwas higher growth rate and feed efficiency of fish than others diet. While survivalrate of fish fed diet 25% protein level was 50%, diet 30% protein was 46.67%,diet 35% protein was 76.67%, diet 40% protein was 63.33%, or diet 45% proteinwas 100%. Based on analysis of varians, had no significant different on survivalrate.Water quality of rearing media were temperature range was 26 ? 29oC, pHwas 6.7 ? 7.2, dissolved oxygen was 1.46 ? 4.16 mg.L-1, and ammonia was 0.014- 0.182 mg.L-1.Keywords : Protein level in diet, feed efficiency, growth rate, Channa striata

Sasanti & Yulisman. 2012. Growth and Persistence of Snakehead Fry Treated with Feed from Snail Flour. JLSO 1(2):158-162. An experiment was conducted to observe the effects of feed from snail flour on the growth and survival rate of snakehead fish (Channa striata)fry. There were three treatments, each had three replications, stocked with 20 fry. The three diets treatments were artificial feed A with 35% snail flour, artificial feed B with 40% snail flour and artificial feed C with 45% snail flour. Snail flour was made from Pomacea sp. Survival and growth rate of fry were not significantly different among the three different treatments.

Abstract

Perairan Karimunjawa merupakan bagian dari perairan Laut Jawa dengan potensi kekayaan hayati maupun non hayati yang cukup tinggi. Informasi terkini tentang karakteristik kimia perairan di perairan Kepulauan Karimum masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji kembali tentang karakteristik dan pola sebaran zat hara (Nitrat dan Fosfat), dan Oksigen Terlarut di Perairan Kepulauan Karimunjawa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan april 2009 dengan menggunakan KR. Baruna Jaya VIII meliputi 13 stasiun pengamatan. Pengambilan sampel air dengan menggunakan Rossete sampler yang dilengkapi dengan botol Niskin pada lapisan permukaan dan dekat lapisan dasar. Kandungan nitrat dan fosfat dianalisis dengan menggunakan metoda Spektrofotometri pada panjang gelombang masingmasing 543 nm dan 885 nm. Kandungan oksigen terlarut diukur dengan menggunakan metode titrasi Winkler. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kandungan nitrat, fosfat dan oksigen terlarut Perairan Karimunjawa masih tergolong normal dan baik untuk kehidupan biota laut. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa kandungan nitrat di lapisan permukaan dengan dasar adalah berbeda sangat nyata. Kandungan fosfat, pH dan oksigen terlarut tidak berbeda nyata antara lapisan permukaan dengan lapisan dasar. Tinggi rendahnya kandungan nitrat, fosfat, dan oksigen terlarut di perairan ini dipengaruhi oleh masukan dari daratan, aktifitas plankton dan biota laut, serta pergerakan massa air.

Abstract

Perkembangan  teknologi  informasi  dalam  dunia  pendidikan  yang  semakin  meluas,  terutama Pendidikan  Tinggi  (PT). Sekolah  Tinggi  Ilmu  Kesehatan  (STIKes)  Hang  Tuah  Pekanbaru  merupakan salah  satu lembaga  pendidikan  tinggi yang menerapkan  sistem  informasi akademik dalam  kegiatan akademik. Penerapan sistem informasi akademik berjalan lancar, meskipun masih ada kekurangan dari sistem  informasi  akademik,  salah  satunya belum  tersedianya  form  dan  reaport  informasi  pendaftaran ujian sidang  laporan akhir  seperti Karya Ilmiah Magister/Tesis, Skripsi, dan Karya Tulis Ilmiah bagi mahasiswa  STIKes  Hang  Tuah  Pekanbaru  yang  sedang  menyusun  laporan  akhir,  sehingga  diperlukan pengembangan  sistem  informasi. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  meningkatkan  pelayanan  akademik  kepada mahasiswa, efektivitas dokumentasi form pendaftaran ujian sidang laporan, serta menyediakan informasi data alumni secara lengkap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall yang merupakan bagian pengembangan  sistem  SDLC (Systems  Development Life  Cycle). Bahasa  pemrograman  yang digunakan  PHP  dan  MySQL  sebagai  basis  data. Hasil  penelitian  dan  pengembangan  sistem  informasi pendaftaran  ujian  sidang  laporan  akhir ini bisa  meningkatkan  pelayanan  akademik  kepada  mahasiswa terutama dalam dokumentasi form pendaftaran lebih efektif dan informasi yang diperoleh terhadap data mahasiswa yang telah ujian sidang akhir lebih cepat dan  akuraKata kunci : Pengembangan Sistem, Informasi, Akademik, Laporan Akhir Mahasiswa

Abstract

Warisan et al, 2019.The Content of Lysine and Growth of Snakehead Fish (Channa striata) Fed by Different Feed. pp. 384-393. Essential amino acids are amino acids that cannot be synthesized by the body so that they require outside intake. One of the essential amino acids in snakehead fish is lysine. Lysine plays a role in the process of antibody formation, blood circulation and growth. The feed given to snakehead fish that is cultivated also determines the content of snakehead lysine. The purpose of this study was to determine the content of lysine and the growth of snakehead fish fed differently. The study was conducted from May to July 2018 at Laboratorium Kolam Percobaan, Faculty of Agriculture and Laboratorium Bioproses, Faculty of Engineering of Sriwijaya University. The study was designed using a completely randomized design with three treatments, each repeated four times. The Treatments are the different types of feed given, P1 fish were given commercial feed with 32% protein; P2 fish is given commercial feed with 32% protein and 3.5% black cumin added; P3 fish are fed with fresh water and sea water fish flesh in a ratio of 1: 1. Fish cultured is carried out for 30 days in hapa in a concrete pond. Density of fish is 2 fish per liter. Fish are fed at satiation with a frequency of three times a day. The snakehead fish treated with freshwater and marine trash fish produced the highest increase in lysine content, which was 0.060 mg / ml while P1 was 0.024 mg / ml and P2 0.031 mg / ml. The absolute growth of snakehead fish in each treatment was P1 1.34 cm; P2 1.24 cm; P3 is 1.93 cm and absolute weight growth is P1 2.31 g; P2 2.17 g; P3 3.58 g. The results showed that different types of feed were not significantly affected the levels of snakehead fish lysine but significantly affected the growth of snakehead fish.

Abstract

Saputra et al, 2019. Effect of Different Types of Feed on Albumin Content and Survival of Snakehead Fish (Channa striata). pp. 394-401. Albumin plays an important role in maintaining plasma osmotic pressure and helps host recovery process due to a disease caused by a lack of blood protein. The availability of blood protein in sufficient quantities can help maintain fish health performance. Healthy fish produce high survival values. This study was conducted to determine the effect of different types of feed given to survival and albumin levels of snakehead fish. The treatment given in the form of P1 snakehead fish was given commercial pellets with 32% protein, P2 snakehead fish was given commercial pellets with 32% protein plus 3.5% black cumin and P3 snakehead fish was fed in the form of fresh water and sea water trash paste in comparison 1: 1. Fish are kept in hapa in concrete ponds for 30 days. Feeding is carried out three times a day at satiation. Fish maintenance was carried out at the Laboratorium Kolam Percobaan Faculty of Agriculture while measuring albumin levels was carried out at the Laboratorium Bioproses Faculty of Engineering, Srwijaya University. The study lasted from May to July 2018. The results of measurements of albumin levels of snakehead fish were found to produce P3 treatment with the highest average addition of albumin levels of 0.025 mg / ml, while the average addition of the lowest albumin levels was found in fish fed P1 treatment (0.015 mg / ml). The snakehead fish treated with P2 had an average addition of albumin of 0.019 mg / ml. The highest survival rate was found in fish in P3 which was 80%. The snakehead fish in treatment P1 and P2 have average survival values of 72.5% and 73.75%, respectively. The results showed that differences in feed did not significantly affect albumin levels and has significantly affect fish survival rate.

Abstract

The goldfish is a ornamental fish that it has color of variations from red, yellow, white, orange, black and silver . The study aims to determine the effect from the addition carrot flour the feed to improve the color of the goldfish. This research was conducted on October - November 2018 at Laboraturium Kolam Percobaan, Aquaculture Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture Sriwijaya University. Design the study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consist four treatments with three replications namely (T0) without carrot flour, (T1) 5% carrot flour in feed, (T2) 10% carrot flour in feed, (T3) 15% carrot flour in the feed. Parameters observed improving of goldfish, weight of fish, feed consumption, survival rate and water quality (temperature, pH and DO). The result showed of the study obtained a total comparison of the differences in color of goldfish was 8.15 (T0), 24.23 (T1), 22.92 (T2) and 18.75  (T3). Weight was T0 (0,87 cm - 0,85 g), T1 (0,99 cm - 1.04 g), T2 (0,89 cm - 0,63) and T3 (0,99 cm - 0,54 g). Feed consumption was T0 (9,25), T1 (9,94), T2 (12,00) and T3 (11,77). Survival rate was T0 (93,33%), T1 (100,00%), T2 (100,00%) and T3 (100,00%).  Water  quality during maintenance were temperature 25.0 ? 35.8 0C, pH 6.5 ? 8.9, DO 4.09 ? 6.30 mg/L.

Abstract

Cinema Kreatif Design Pekanbaru is a business entity in the field of camera rental services and photo studio equipment. The existing rental system is not yet effective, even though it already uses computers in processing data, but only uses Microsoft office applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and companies experience obstacles in managing and processing data that is increasingly increasing. Errors in recording camera data and photo studio equipment that are rented and returned. This study aims to help companies provide information to customers or tenants about the specifications of cameras and photo studio equipment that they want to rent online by building a camera rental application and web-based photo studio equipment at the Cinema Kreatif Design Pekanbaru. The method used in making the application is the waterfall method, and the data collection techniques used by researchers are observation, interviews and literature. As a tool of analysis and design used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). The programming language used is PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL database. The results of the study can be concluded that with the application of camera rental and photo studio equipment, it is expected to help employees of Cinema Kreatif Design Pekanbaru in managing tool data, customer data, member data, rentals, returns and can reduce errors in the process of recording data and reduce errors in manufacturing report.

Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kualitas guru yang mengajar di depan kelas dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran, Seorang guru yang professional dituntut untuk mampu mengelola proses pembelajaran, penguasaan materi, penggunaan metode dan alat peraga yang tepat serta memotivasi  siswa untuk belajar sehingga dapat tercipta  kondisi belajar yang efektif efesien.  Rendahnya pemahaman siswa pada konsep listrik dinamis terlihat dari ketidakmampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan tes awal. Adapun hasil tes awal ini diikuti oleh sebanyak 31 orang siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 5 Darul Makmur Nagan Raya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Konsep Listrik dinamis pada siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 5 Darul Makmur, Nagan Raya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Data dalam penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan hasil tes, observasi, Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas  XI SMA Negeri 5 Darul   Makmur Nagan Raya yang berjumlah 31 orang siswa dengan berbagai tingkat kemampuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif model jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar konsep listrik dinamis.  Hal ini terbukti dengan meningkatnya jumlah siswa yang tuntas dalam belajar yaitu dari 0% sebelum pembelajaran berlangsung, menjadi 55 % pada siklus I, dan 93.54 % pada siklus II. Sedangkan perolehan nilai rata-rata yaitu 29   pada pra siklus menjadi 73  pada siklus I dan 84  pada siklus  II. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif model jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar konsep listrik dinamis pada siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 5 Darul Makmur.

Abstract

ini terletak di tepi pantai, bagian barat nagari ini dihiasi oleh 9 pulau pulau kecil yakni Pulau Panjang, Pulau Telur, Pulau Pangkal, Pulau Tamiang, Pulau Harimau, Pulau Pigago, Pulau Unggeh, Pulau Terbakar, dan Pulau Ikan. Sumber daya alam yang dimiliki oleh Kenagarian Air Bangis sangat besardalam hubungannya dengan Undang Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2014 terutama dengan pasal 23 ayat 2 huruf f. Sumber daya hayati meliputi ikan, terumbu karang, padang lamun, mangrove dan biota laut lain; sumber daya nonhayati meliputi pasir, air laut, mineral dasar laut. Sumber daya buatan meliputiinfrastruktur laut yang terkait dengan kelautan dan perikanan, dan jasa-jasa lingkungan berupa keindahan alam. Sumber daya tersebut sebagian telah dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat Air Bangis dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Sumber daya Pesisir dan Pulau pulau kecil yang paling banyak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat Kenagarian Air Bangis adalah sumber daya hayati yang ada kaitannya dengan ikan.
