Abstract

Abstract : Based on secondary data published by the center of educational assessment national education department, we can consider for in topic in any exam test. Research was condocted to describe the factors that cause low mastery learns high school math exam, for math and science program school year 2009/2010 in Jember district of north and east. This result show collection methods used are questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The result show come from the cause of failness are insided or outside students, teachers do not understand the unfunction of teacher resource. Key Words : Qualitative descriptive study, the math exam SMA/MA IPA program academic year 2009/2010 in the district of Jember the north and east, teacher’s questionnaires, student’s questionnaires.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstrak - Sekolah adalah lembaga pendidikan yang bertujuan menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang dapat bersaing dalam dunia industri dan bisnis. Dalam menjalankan kegiatan sehari-harinya sekolah menggunakan sistem manual dalam penyampaian informasi untuk mengelola nilai dan pengolahan data nilai proses. Sehingga menghambat komunikasi dan kelancaran operasional manajemen sekolah yang mengakibatkan juga proses belajar mengajar. Proses mengajar dan belajar di sekolah harus dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga output yang diharapkan dari sekolah yang kompetensi siswa dapat diperoleh. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Sekolah Sistem Informasi Akademik yang telah dirancang untuk meningkatkan kualitas informasi yang dihasilkan dan meningkatkan kualitas penyampaian informasi kepada siswa dan orang tua atau wali. Sistem Informasi Akademik ini juga meningkatkan kinerja operasional sekolah dan memfasilitasi pemrosesan data nilai Kata Kunci : Sekolah, Sistem Informasi Akademik, Pengolahan Nilai  Abstract ? School is an educational institution that aims to produce human resources that can compete in the world of industry and business. In carrying out its daily activities the school uses a manual system in the delivery of information to manage value and process value data processing. Thus hindering the communication and smooth operation of school management that resulted also to the teaching and learning process. The process of teaching and learning in schools must be implemented well so that the expected output of the school that is student competence can be obtained. The result of this research is School of Academic Information System that has been designed to improve the quality of information produced and improve the quality of information delivery to students and parents or guardians.
