Abstract

This study isintend to developscientific approach-basedinteractive multimedia on hydrocarbon dan petroleum materials for 11th grade students in SMA N 4 Kota Jambi and to know valuation from validator and teacher, and student respons to the developed interactive multimedia. This study is aresearch development which adapt development framework of ADDIE that consists of Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate phases. Study instruments that used were interview sheets and questionnaire. The results of this study show that valuation from validator (design learning experts, media experts and subject matter experts) and teacher toscientific approach-based interactive multimedia product was valid and worth to trial.

Abstract

[Development of E-LKPD with Scientific Approach of Electrolyte and Non-Electrolyte Solutions] Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang pengembangan e-LKPD berpendekatan saintifik pada materi larutan elektrolit dan non elektrolit kimia SMA. Penelitian ini meliputi pengembangan e-LKPD dan respon siswa serta penilaian guru terhadap e-LKPD tersebut. Pengembangan e-LKPD menggunakan  desain 4-D yang meliputi 4 tahap pengembangan yaitu Define, Design, Development, dan Desseminate. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memvalidasi berupa validasi materi dan validasi media serta angket respon siswa dan angket penilaian guru. Berdasarkan hasil respon siswa pada uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh persentasi skor sebesar 81,7% dan melihat data tabel kriteria penilaian kualifikasi produk, maka produk yang dikembangkan oleh pengembang dapat dikategorikan sangat baik. Sedangkan pada uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh persentasi skor sebesar 82,3% yang mengidentifikasikan produk yang dikembangkan termasuk kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of cooperative learning model Think Pair Share type (TPS) and its effect on students critical thinking ability on acid and alkaline materials in class XI IPA SMA Islam Al-Falah Kota Jambi. The design used in this study is Mix Method which is a learning design that focuses on the collection and analysis of data and combine quantitative data and qualitative data. The sampling technique used is simple purposive sampling because it is based on certain considerations in the sampling and the determination of the sample with the specific purpose obtained in class XI IPA 2 as the experimental class. Instrument research in the form of observation sheet ekslaksanaan model Think Pair Share (TPS) by teachers and students and observation sheet of students' critical thinking ability. The implementation of Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model by teachers is categorized as good with average percentage 76,52% and student 77,30%, and student's critical thinking ability equal to 75% with good category. The result of linear regression test using product moment obtained r = 0,631 with relation level on strong category, significance value 0,000 <0,05 which means there is significant correlation. Then t test with t count> t table (4,459> 2,042) and significance value (Sig.) 0,00<0,05. It can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the implementation of Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model on students' critical thinking ability in acidic and alkaline materials in class XI SMAIslam Al-Falah Kota Jambi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of PBL model and its effect on students' critical thinking ability on the material of electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution. The design used in this study is One Shot Case Study is to observe teachers and students at each meeting. The sampling technique used is simple purposive sampling. Instrument of research in the form of observation sheet of PBL model implementation by teacher or student and observation sheet of students' critical thinking ability. The implementation of PBL learning model by teachers is categorized very well with the average percentage of 87.96% and students 84.59%, and students' critical thinking ability of 79% with good category. The result of linear regression test using product moment obtained r =0,723 with relation level on strong category, significance value 0,000 <0,05 meaning there is significant correlation. Then t test with tcount> ttable (10,152>2,032) and significance value (Sig.) 0,00 <0,05. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the implementation of PBL on students' critical thinking ability on the material of electrolyte and nonelectrolyte solution in class X MIA MAN Model Jambi.

Abstract

This research is a learning media product created using 3D Pageflip Professional. This study is a development study adapting the ADDIE development model. There are 5 main stages in this research consists of the stage of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The validation of the product was carried out by a team of media experts and a team of material experts, media experts obtained a score of 66 (very good) and material experts obtained a score of 67 (very good), teacher responses obtained 96% percentage (very positive) and student responses class VII SMPN 5 Jambi city obtained 87% percentage (very positive).
