Abstract

The development of web-based economic evaluation is aimed at facilitating the real situation in the field. The actual situation is the existence of technology that has been owned by students as a whole as smartphones and computers. This study aims to provide an effective media for assessment of learning. This study was conducted at Sambas Secondary School 1. This research and development, ie, examines without testing where the purpose of this development research is to find potential. Abstract

Rice is the main commodity for most agricultural communities in Indonesia and is still main food ingredient needed by around 90% of Indonesian population. Rice production in South Sulawesi varies greatly between 3 to 7 tons per hectare of dry un-husked rice in normal season conditions. Condition of food crops in Bone District is supported by paddy fields in several districts. Bone District is area with the largest rice production in South Sulawesi. The use of biological fertilizers needs to be developed in an effort to reduce the use of synthetic chemicals. Application of biological fertilizer becomes an excellent complement, because in addition to increasing soil fertility it also spurs plant growth. Application of Mikrobat biofertilizers is carried out on rice plantations located in Bulu Allaporenge Village, Bengo Sub-District, Bone District. Process of giving Mikrobat fertilizer is carried out 15-20 DAPs (days after planting). Treatment of Mikrobat biofertilizers at a dose of 1 liter per hectare at a ratio of 1: 100. The results of application of Mikrobat biofertilizer technology have a significant effect on plant height, panicle length, number of grain per panicle and weight of 1000 grains. While variable number of tillers and percentage of empty grains had no significant effect. The response of farmers is very high to apply biofertilizer technology on rice plantations because farmers immediately see the appearance of good plant growth compared to controls (without the application of microbial fertilizer).

Abstract

Cassava leaves are abundant green leaves and affordable. This research uses cassava leaves of sleedlings type with white, pink stalk with light green leaf colour made into flour to be processed food products. The purpose of this research was to analyze the physical properties and chemical content of brownies steamed by the addition of cassava leaf flour based on a mineral test (Ca, P, Fe), water content, ash content, protein content, fat content, carbohydrate and crude fibre content. A panellist assessment of brownies steamed based on organoleptic test results and determining the formulation of good brownies cake products from the ratio of wheat flour and cassava flour used. This research was designed using Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with three replications such as  A0 (100% wheat flour: 0 (control)), A1 (85% wheat flour: 15% cassava flour), A2 (70% wheat flour: 30% cassava flour) and A3 (55% wheat flour: 45% cassava flour). The parameters observed were proximate tests which included (water content, ash content, protein content, fat content, carbohydrate content), mineral tests (Ca, P, Fe), crude fibrecontent, organoleptic test. The best treatment was A3 which has water content 20,83%, ash content 2,88%, protein content 9,48%, fat content 23,68%, carbohydrate 42,13% and fiber content 1,12%, content mineral calcium 12.56 g / kg, phosphorus 2.06 g / kg, iron 61.06 ppm. The result of the panellist's assessment of the level of preference to steamed brownies was A0 with the average value of organoleptic score is texture 4.08 (like), colour 4,1 (like), taste 4.04 (like), and flavour 4 (like)

Abstract

Ice cream is one of dairy products in the form of semi-frozen. This research utilizes terung belanda (Solanum betaceum Cav.) to increase the nutritional value of ice cream products. The purpose of this research was to get the best formulation between the addition of puree terung belanda (Solanum betaceum Cav.) with addition of sugar on ice cream making, knowing the physical characteristics (overrun and melting time) as well as chemical characteristics (fat content, protein content, fiber content, total acids and anthocyanins) ice cream, and determine the acceptability of ice cream through the sensory properties (color, aroma, flavor and texture). This study used the method Completely Randomized Design (RAL) descriptively quantitative with 3 replicates with 35% puree terung belanda + 15% sugar + 50% additional ingredients (A1), 30% puree terung belanda + 20% sugar + 50% additional ingredients (A2), and 25% puree terung belanda + 25% sugar + 50% additional ingredients (A3). The results show that the best formulation based on sensory properties is treatment of addition of 30% puree terung belanda + 20% sugar + 50% additional ingredients. Based on the results of statistical analysis showed that the addition of terung belanda (Solanum betaceum Cav.) on ice cream making a real effect on the level of 5% against the value of overrun, melting time, fiber content, anthocyanin levels, and total acid, but no significant effect on the increase of protein content and fat content.

Abstract

Ikan Malaja hanya banyak dikonsumsi orang dewasa sehingga perlu upaya agar anak-anak dapat mengonsumsinya di masyarakat palopo. Kerupuk adalah camilan yang dapat dimakan disetiap waktu sehingga jika dijadikan kerupuk ikan yang memiliki kandungan gizi yang bermanfaat. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui uji organoleptik dan proksimat dari kerupuk ikan malaja. Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan rancangan acak lengkap faktor tunggal dengan 5 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan menjadi 15 unit percobaan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar air krupuk kemplang adalah mulai 1,50?5,12%. Kadar air tertinggi didapatkan pada perlakuan kontrol. Kadar protein tertinggi dihasilkan dari perlakuan A4. Persentase kadar abuyang tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan A4 dan terendah pada perlakuan A1. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa skor aroma yang paling tinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan A1 yakni 3,27. Nilai Skor warna tertinggi diperoleh dari perlakuan A0 (kontrol). Nilai skor rasa tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan A2 dan A3. Penambahan ikan malaja sebesar 15% dan 25% sangat disukai oleh panelis. Disimpulkan bahwa kandungan tertinggi pada uji proksimat berdasarkan kelompok perlakuan yaitu karbohidrat pada perlakuan, lemak pada perlakuan, protein pada perlakuan A4. Uji organoleptik dengan perlakuan terbaik pada pembuatan krupuk ikan malaja adalah perlakuan A2.

Abstract

Abstrak Berdasarkan paradigma baru  kawasan pedesaan bukan lagi sebagai kawasan yang harus didominasi oleh pertanian. Di wilayah pedesaan telah terjadi perubahan mendasar di semua bidang sebagai bentuk respons terhadap perubahan sosial, ekonomi, lingkungan dan politik. Jika dikatikan dengan konsep “The Four Is And Singnitificance Of Time” menurut Geoffrey Dudley and Jerremy Richardson dapat disimpulkan bahwa:  Dinamika kebijakan pada level pemerintahan desa akan selalu berubah sesuai dengan kepentingan politik yang ada serta mengikuti perkembangan zaman sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat desa. Abstract

Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mempelajari pertambahan bobot badan, konsumsi bahan kering dan efisiensi penggunaan ransum kambing lokal betina yang diberi isi rumen sapi  yang difermentasi dengan Phanerochaete chrysosporium, telah dilaksanakan di kandang kelompok peternak di Kelurahan Lasoani Kecamatan Palu Timur Kotamadya Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan 12 ekor ternak kambing lokal betina dengan kisaran bobot badan 10-16 kg dan kisaran umur antara 8 bulan sampai 1 tahun. Ternak percobaan tersebut ditempatkan ke dalam kandang individu berlantai papan dengan ukuran setiap petak adalah 75 x 75 cm. Masing-masing kandang tersebut dilengkapi dengan bak pakan yang terbuat dari kayu serta ember sebagai tempat air minum. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan digunakan uji t. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa pertambahan bobot badanm konsumsi ransum dan efisiensi penggunaan ransum kambing lokal betina yang diberi ransum mengandung isi rumen fermentasi Phanerochaete chrysosporium lebih baik dibanding yang diberi ransum dengan kandungan isi rumen tanpa fermentasi.Kata kunci: pertumbuhan, kambing betina, fermentasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Pre-Eksperimen Design yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran keterampilan proses sains peserta kelas XII IPA I SMA Negeri 2 Takalar sebelum mendapatkan pelatihan Pembuatan Lampu Darurat Sederhana, untuk menggali keterampilan proses sains peserta didik kelas XII IPA I SMA Negeri 2 Takalar setelah mendapatkan pelatihan Pembuatan Lampu Darurat Sederhana dan menemukan perbedaan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik kelas XII IPA I SMA Negeri 2 Takalar sebelum  dan setelah mendapatkan pelatihan Pembuatan Lampu Darurat Sederhana. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purpossive  sampling. Hasil penelitian digunakan uji t pada data nilai posttest (nilai akhir). Namun sebelumnya terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian sampel, yaitu dengan melakukan uji normalitas. Pada pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t tersebut diperoleh dan dari tabel distribusi Lhitung = 0,144 dan dari tabel distrbusi diperoleh Ltabel = 0,161 dengan α = 0.05 dan dk = 30 - 1 = 29. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Lhitung(0,144) <Ltabel(0,161). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik kelas XII IPA 1 SMA Negeri 2 Takalar setelah pelatihan pembuatan lampu darurat sederhana Kata Kunci: Direct Instruction, Sepak Bola Verbal, keaktifan, hasil belajar.Kata kunci : Keterampilan Proses Sains dan Pembuatan Lampu Darurat Sederhana
