Abstract

ANALISIS KEBIJAKAN PENDIDIKAN INKLUSI: STUDI KASUS DI SEKOLAH DASAR JAMBIAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mendiskripsikan jenis kebijakan dan program pendidikan yang dibuat oleh pemerintah khususnya tentang kebijakan pendidikan inklusi terkait dengan kurikulum pendidikan inklusi, rekrutmen guru pembimbing khusus (GPK), dan sarana prasarana di sekolah dengan kebijakan pendidikan inklusi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan delapan informan, observasi di lima kelas, dan dokumentasi di SD Negeri 131/IV Jambi yang menjadi tempat penelitian ini. Data wawancara dianalisis dengan menggunakan ?within case and cross-case analysis? antarinforman. Data observasi dicatat dan disajikan sesuai dengan tema hasil wawancara dan data dokumen digunakan sebagai pembanding data wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjabarkan tentang tidak ada persiapan penerimaan murid baru dan kurangnya perhatian pemerintah atas dukungan sarana prasarana. Penyajian data juga termasuk tantangan yang dihadapi dalam penerapan pendidikan inklusi di Provinsi Jambi. Saran dan masukan berupa peran aktif pihak sekolah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi, melakukan perekrutan guru yang baik, dan bagi pemerintah untuk mendukung sarana dan prasarana pendidikan.AbstractThis study was aimed at exploring and describing the types of education policies and programs developed by the government, especially on inclusive education policies related to inclusion-education curriculum, special mentor recruitment, and infrastructure facilities in the schools which implemented inclusive education policies. The study used a qualitative approach with a case-study method. The data were collected through interviews with 8 informants, 5 classroom observations, and documentation at the State Elementary School 131/ IV Jambi. The interview data were analyzed using within-case and cross-case analyses among informants. The observational data were recorded and presented in accordance with the theme of the interview results and documentation data was used as the comparison. The results show that there is no new student admission preparation, and the lack of government attention on infrastructure supports. The presentation of data also includes the challenges faced in implementing inclusive education in Jambi. The suggestion for school parties in the implementation of inclusive education is by conducting teacher recruitment and for the government to support educational facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aimed to determine the implementation of classroom management, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the students? learning outcomes. This research used qualitative method which focused on interviewing the principal and teachers. The data were analyzed through classifying the data, coding and theme creation, then presenting the results. The finding of this study indicated that classroom management had impact on students? learning outcomes. There were also some supporting factors, such as coordination and motivation from the school and parents who had big part in encouraging the improvement of the students? learning outcomes. However, there were inhibiting factors, such as learning environment which was not conducive.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan implementasi manajemen kelas, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang berfokus pada wawancara kepala sekolah dan guru. Data dianalisis melalui pengklasifikasian data, pengkodean dan pembuatan tema, kemudian menyajikan hasilnya. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kelas berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Terdapat juga beberapa faktor pendukung, seperti koordinasi dan motivasi dari sekolah dan orang tua yang berperan besar dalam mendorong peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Namun, ada beberapa faktor penghambat, seperti lingkungan belajar yang tidak kondusif.

Abstract

The purpose of this research: (1) To know the description of job rotation, job satisfaction and employee performance at the Jambi Provincial Transportation Department. (2) To know the effect of job rotation on employee performance at the Jambi Provincial Transportation Department. (3) To know the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Department of Transportation of Jambi Province. (4) To know the influence between job rotation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Department of Transportation of Jambi Province.The method of this research is descriptive and quantitative and using regresion method. The population in the study were the employees of the Jambi Provincial Transportation Department. Technique of sampling research using of stratified sampling. The total sample in this study was 123 respondents.The result of the research shows that the average level of the respondent's answer for job rotation (X1) is 74.46% and the average level of the respondent answer for job satisfaction variable (X2) is 68.52, it shows highest average respondent There is in position variable rotation (X1). The magnitude of the effect of rotation variables on the performance of employees at the Department of Transportation Jambi Province is amounted to 2,427. The amount of influence of job satisfaction on employee performance variables at the Jambi Provincial Transportation Department is 4.452. Based on the analysis that together into two independent variables of job rotation and job satisfaction have a significant effect amounted to 2.201 (X1) dan 3.308(X2) on the performance of employees at the Transportation Agency of Jambi Province. Abstract

The qualitative study with the case study approach was employed to explore and describe what kind of policies and programs of women's education made by the leaders of As'ad Foundation in Jambi City with a single sex education (SSE) learning model, especially on the implementation of curriculum policy and the provision of women educational facilities. Data were collected through interviews and documents. Participants in this study involved a leader of Pesantren and three teachers from different field of studies. Interview data were analyzed using ?within case and cross-case analyses? among participants. The findings showed that there were three major themes related to analysis of the educational policy of single sex educational (SSE) model in one of Pesantren As'ad in Jambi Seberang City including (1) the women?s educational policy for single sex education (SSE) model in Pesantren As'ad, (2) the women?s educational curriculum policy for single sex education (SSE) model in Pesantren As'ad, and (3) the women?s educational facility policy for single sex education (SSE) model in Pesantren As'ad.
