Abstract

Iron sand is the one of mineral mining products that produced by Cianjur District. Products are marketed from mining is generally still a raw material,it is an impact on the company’s profits that not optimal and lower government revenues.Mining activities have also resulted in damage to the roads by trucks that transporting iron ore.Based on the analysis by matrix, the internal-external (IE) factor on the SWOT analysis is known that iron sand mining activities in Cianjur is in cell 5. It means that iron sand mining activities in Cianjur required strategic of growth or stability. With AHP analysis, the researcher obtained alternative strategies iron sand mining in Cianjur. Construction of the smelter enterprises become the main alternative to increase government revenue, mining bussiness profit and welfare of miners. Transportation of goods by sea became the main alternative to preserve the environment and infrastructure.

Abstract

Mathematical comprehension ability is a very important initial ability possessed by students in the learning process of mathematics, especially in understanding mathematics. One important goal in learning mathematics is that the material taught to students is not as memorization, but with understanding students can understand the concept of mathematical material. Mathematical understanding is one of the goals of every material delivered by the teacher, because the teacher is the student's guide to achieving the expected concept. Therefore, it is very important to develop and improve the ability of students' mathematical understanding in the process of learning mathematics. This study aims to examine the enhancement of the ability of mathematical understanding between students who obtain learning with a contextual approach and students who obtain conventional learning. This research is an experimental study using a pre-test post-test control group design. The population in this study were students of class VIII MTsN 4 Pidie, Aceh in the 2018/2019 school year. Through purposive sampling, two classes were chosen in parallel, namely class VIII1 as the experimental class and VIII2 as the control class. The instrument used to collect research data is a mathematical comprehension ability test. The statistical test used is the t-test to analyze the data for increasing the ability of mathematical understanding. The results of the study showed that the improvement of students' mathematical comprehension ability who obtained contextual approach learning was better than students who received conventional learning.

Abstract

Abstrak.Parasit malaria (Plasmodium Sp) adalah parasit golongan Protozoa yang hidup obligat intrasel. Parasit ini menimbulkan penyakit malaria pada manusia melalui perantara nyamuk betina Anopheles Sp. Pada siklus hidupnya, sejumlah besar merozoit yang bebas akan menginvasi sel eritrosit host. Proses invasi ini berlangsung melalui 4 tahap yaitu attachment atau perlekatan merozoit pada permukaan eritrosit, reorientasi dengan cara berputar untuk mencari tempat yang tepat dalam memasuki sel eritrosit, lalu mengarahkan rhoptry ke permukaan eritrosit, junction dan kemudian melakukan invaginasi untuk masuk ke dalam eritrosit, diakhiri dengan sealing atau menutup kembali eritrosit.Merozoit di dalam eritrosit hidup di lingkungan yang terpisah dari suplai nutrisi sirkulasi darah, sementara parasit memerlukan nutrisi untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya.Akhirnya parasit mengembangkan suatu mekanisme baru yaitu endositosis untuk mendapatkan nutrisi dari sitosol sel eritrosit host yang sebahagian besar adalah hemoglobin.Hemoglobin tersebut harus didegradasi terlebih dahulu menjadi heme dan globin agar dapat digunakan sebagai sumber asam amino bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan parasit. Proses degradasi hemoglobin ini menimbulkan konsekuensi yang merugikan bagi parasit karena akan membebaskan heme yang bersifat toksik, namun parasit mampu mengatasinya dengan mengembangkan beberapa cara mendetoksifikasi heme toksik menjadi pigmen hemozoin yang bersifat non toksik bagi parasit. Kata kunci : Hemoglobin, degradasi hemoglobin, detoksifikasi heme. Abstract.  Malaria parasite (Plasmodium Sp) is an obligate intracellular parasit. This parasite causes malaria in humans through vector Anopheles Sp. In its life cycle, large amounts of free merozoites will invade host erythrocytes. This invasion process takes place through 4 stages, attachmentof merozoites on the surface of erythrocytes, reorientation by rotating to find the right place in entering erythrocyte cells, then directing rhoptry to surface of erythrocytes, junction and then invaginating to enter into erythrocytes, ending with sealing or closing back the erythrocytes. Merozoites in erythrocytes live in an environment separate from the supply of blood circulating nutrients, while parasites require nutrients for their growth and development. Finally the parasite develops a new mechanism called endocytosis to obtain nutrients from host erythrocytes cytosolwhich is largely are hemoglobin. The hemoglobin must first be degraded into heme and globin to be used as a source of amino acids for growth and development of parasites. This hemoglobin degradation process has an adverse consequence for the parasite because it will liberate the toxic heme, but the parasite is able to overcome it by developing some way to detoxify the toxic heme into a non-toxic crystal hemozoin. Keywords : Hemoglobin, hemoglobin degradation, heme detocxification

Abstract

The research  included classroom action research that was conducted on 2018 the purpose of research was to improve learning achievement and positive attitudes of the seventh E grade students at thirteen Bontoa junior high school in science learning. This classroom action research was conducted at thirteen Bontoa junior high school in seventh E grade in the first semester on 2018/2019 academic year. The research consisted of two cycles, the first cycles consisted of two actions and the second cycles also consisted of two action. The procedure carried out in research cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. For getting data used observation sheets and the results test scores  in each cycle. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. The result showed the application of talking stick learning model to improve positive attitudes and learning achievement of the main science of kalor subject in VII.E grade students of 13 Bontoa Junior High Scholl in Maros District.Keywords: Talking Stick Learning Model, Positive Attitude, Learning AchievementPenelitian ini termasuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan pada tahun 2018. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk  meningkatkan prestasi belajar dan sikap positif siswa kelas VII.E pada SMP Negeri 13 Bontoa  dalam pembelajaran IPA. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 13 Bontoa  pada siswa kelas VII.E semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus. Siklus pertama terdiri dari dua tindakan dan siklus kedua juga terdiri dari dua tindakan. Prosedur yang dilaksanakan pada setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Untuk mendapatkan data digunakan lembar observasi dan hasil nilai tes pada setiap siklus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran talking stick dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar dan sikap positif siswa kelas VII.E SMP Negeri 13 Bontoa  dalam pembelajaran IPA khususnya materi tentang Kalor.Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Talking Stick, Sikap Positif, Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

This research has purposes to know and evaluate SABMN in assets management and Internal Control System to State's properties in public sector, especially job units in order to understand and to implement the Regulation No.1 year 2004 about State's Property Management, which states that in financial management in State Ministry or other governmental agencies, it is known the terms of budget usage and the authority of budger user on one hand and property usage and the authority of property user on the other hand. It also evaluates Financial Minister's decision No. 18/KMK.018/1999 to give property code number and location code to State's properties and justify the budget usage and State's properties user. Budget usage and the authority of budger user have to implement the Regulation of Financial Minister No.059/PMK.06/2005 about Accounting System and Financial report of central Government. The methodologies used in this research are literature and field study at District Police Department of West Kalimantan by using research instruments such as, interview guidelines, obervation guidelines, documentation, questionare. The data technique analysis is done through three processes: (1) Reducing data by summarizing or gathering potential data to answer the questions stated in the research. (2) Presenting data by organizing data in form of qualified information to enable the researcher to take a conclusion from the information obtained, (3) Concluding which means interpretating by finding something new. (Haberman & Miles, 1994:12). Based on the research result of SABMN at District Police Department of West Kalimantan. the writer can conclude that (1) Most of the price of State's properties which is stated in Property inventory Card (KIB) is based on the estimation so that the exact price of the properties is unknown. (2) The date when the properties received is also not stated properly, (3) In obtaining stock account value and other Stales properties accounts, the stock classification mapping to the stock estimatation in Standard Estimation Chart is not implemented because it is not applied yet in District Police Department of West Kalimantan, (4) Bensatker and all employees who are in charge of handling SABMN do not have deep understanding about it. (5) The output of SABMN is not complete yet because there are documents or reports which are not presented, like inventory stock book, because there is no program that can be used to input inventory stock so that inventory stock book is not made in SABMN.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, yang terdiri beberapa aspek perlakuan dan pengamatan utama yaitu peningkatan kemampuan siswa menulis permulaan dengan menggunakan metode SAS. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Tondo Kecamatan Bungku Barat Kabupaten Morowali, melibatkan 18 orang siswa terdiri atas 5 orang laki-laki dan 13 orang perempuan yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian  ini  menggunakan desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yang terdiri  atas dua siklus. Dimana setiap siklus dilaksanakan dua kali pertemuan di kelas dan setiap siklus terdiri empat  tahap  yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tindakan siklus I diperoleh daya serap klasikal 50,00% dana ketuntasan belajar klasikal 33,33%. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan dengan perolehan daya serap klasikal 78,88% sedangkan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 100%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode SAS dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa menulis permulaan di kelas I SDN Tondo. Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between accountability pressure, audit judgment performance, and effort in the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia central (BPK RI Central). The samples of the study were auditors that work in the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia central office in Jakarta. There were 285 questionnaires that were handed out, but only 198 questionnaires were handed in. There were only 90 data that can be analyzed. The data were analyzed using analysis technic of SEM program Warp PLS 4.0. The result of the study shows that the accountability pressure has positive and significant influence toward effort; effort has positive and significant influence toward audit judgment performance; and accountability pressure has positive and significant influence toward audit judgment performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh lingkungan belajar, interaksi teman sebaya, dan iklim kelas terhadap kesiapan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pengantar Kearsipan kelas X APdi SMK Teuku Umar Semarang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Teuku Umar Semarang yang berjumlah 63 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakuan dengan angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis dengan SPSS dan analisis deskriptif presentase. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan Y = -27,643 + 0,332 + 0,386 + e. Hasil uji sumultan F sebesar 37,664 dengan signifikansi 0,000 maka ada pengaruh antara masing-masing variable X terhadap Y. Hasil uji parsial diperoleh hitung dari masing-masing variable sebesar 4,243; 4,227; dan 4,928 dengan signifikansi variabel X1 0,000 X2 0,000 X3 0,000. Masing-masing signifikansi variable <0,05 maka ada pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara lingkungan belajar, interaksi teman sebaya, dan iklim kelas terhadap kesiapan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pengantar Kearsipan kelas X AP di SMK Teuku Umar Semarang. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of learning environment, peer interaction, and classroom climate to students learning readiness on the Introduction Archives class X AP in SMK Teuku Umar Semarang. The population of this research is all students of class X of SMK Teuku Umar Semarang Office Administration, which is 63 students. Data collection is done with interviews, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique using classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test with SPSS and descriptive analysis of percentage. The results showed Y = -27.643 + 0.332X_1 + 0.386X_2 + 0.380X_3 + e. Result of simultaneous test of F count equal to 37,664 with significance 0,000 then there is influence between each variable X to Y. Partial test result obtained t count from each variable equal to 4,243; 4,227; and 4,928 with significance of variable X1 0,000 X2 0,000 X3 0,000. Each significance of the variable <0.05 then there is a mutual influence between the learning environment, peer interaction, and classroom climate to students learning readiness on the Introductory Course X AP Classroom at SMK Teuku Umar Semarang.

Abstract

It is a pre-experiment study. The study used two classes, the first class was the treatment class using E-lena learning system and the second class was the control class without using E-lena learning system. The subject of this study was students of Office Administration of Economics Education Department, Economics Faculty, Semarang State University. The data were collected by test, and then analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The result of this study showed that using E-lena learning system could improve students’ self awareness in learning, but unfortunately the system still had some problems related to the application.

Abstract

Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata keaktifan siswa kelas X AP 1 tergolong rendah yaitu hanya sebesar 52 %. Siswa di kelas tersebut cenderung pasif hanya beberapa siswa yang bertanya dan mengemukakan pendapat pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas, maka rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran 1 SMK Hidayah Semarang yang terdiri dari 18 siswa. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukkan rata-rata keaktifan siswa sebesar  62,4% dalam kategori cukup aktif, rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 74,20 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 67%. Untuk hasil penelitian siklus II menunjukkan rata-rata keaktifan siswa sebesar 72% dalam kategori tinggi, rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 79,62 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 72%. Untuk hasil penelitian siklus III menunjukkan rata-rata keaktifan siswa sebesar 78,88% dalam kategori tinggi, rata-rata hasil belajar sebesar 84,375 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 78%.Based on the initial observation, the data showed that the average students’ activeness of 10th grade students of Office Administration1 was less active, it was only 52%. Students were passive on the learning process because only several students who gave question and delivered arguments during the teaching learning proccess. Based on the background above, the questions of research were; 1) Did the implementations of Probing Prompting learning model improve students’ activeness? 2) The subject of this research was10th grade students of Office Administration I in SMK Hidayah Semarang, they were 18 students.. The data were collected by observation, documentation, and examination. The data were analyzed by classroom action research analysis and linear regression analysis.The result of cycle I showed that the average of students’ activeness was 62.4% which categorized on active enough, the average scor eof study result was 74.20 with classical completeness was 67%. The result of cycle II showed that the average of students’ activeness was 72% which categorized on highly active, the average score of learning result was 79,62 with classical completeness was 72%. The cycle III as the last cycle showed that the average of students’ activeness was 78.88% which categorized on highly active, the average of study result was 84.37 with classical completeness was 78%.
