Abstract

Shallow groundwater in urban areas today is no longer fully utilized directly for domestic human needs. Some of the factors that cause, among others, due to pollution of springs by household waste, too much groundwater production resulting in the reduced amount of ground water. Finally the water function as a solvent and the neutralizer of the pollutant decreases as the water becomes less clear. By utilizing coconut shells as activated carbon mixed with silica sand, zeolite, and manganesee in this research can reduce turbidity, TDS and ground water PH so that the water produced can meet clean water standards according to PERMENKES/RI No.416/IX/1990. The objective of this study was to find an effective mixture composition to purify water using 5 different mixing compositions and it can be concluded in this study that coconut shells used as activated carbon amount to 35% of total media composition. So the most optimal composition to produce water with good quality of 35% active carbon, 25% silica sand, manganese 20%, 20% zeolite. In this composition also, Mangan (Mn) and Iron (Fe) have decreased and meet the quality standard of raw water quality as required by PERMENKES quality standard of Class B water quality.

Abstract

Geographically, Probolinggo region is located in north sea is directly adjacent to the Madura Strait , therefore the majority of the population and live near the beach activities or fishing ports. In the development of this port functions not only as a fishing port alone but also as a tourist. And also right next to the harbor there are two factories industry. This condition makes the harbor behind the increased traffic and require special attention. On the other hand the supply of and space to develop roads in the area behind the port is very limited and also the large financing. Hence the need for the above studies regarding the management in the area behind the fishing port. Based on the research and analysis of data, it can be concluded that there are existing road geometric intersection of four bersignal not that close to the port gate. This road has a width of ±5m for segment Village Mayangan direction, ± 10m for the segment towards the port, ±7m for the segment towards the city and ±10m for the segment direction Pilang Village. This road is two -lane roads and two-way. For existing traffic DS value obtained is 0.29 which means that the intersection of four levels of service B. For traffic coming 5 year DS value obtained was 0.42 , which means the intersection of four has a level of service C, which has the properties - properties that: The current stable but the speed and movement of vehicles controlled by traffic volume higher, medium traffic density because of internal obstacles to increased traffic,and the driver has to choose the speed limitations, moving lane or precede. It should be in the form of traffic management improvements: HV vehicles passing through the city should not be necessary that an alternative path towards Situbondo, Widening of existing roads, and short and long term is to regulate traffic in a way that complements existing traffic signs, complementary means of adequate lighting, should be considered for long-term use of direct current, and the intersection is recommended to be made signalized intersection.

Abstract

Panti Sosial Asuhan anak adalah suatu lembaga usaha kesejahteraan sosial yang mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk memberikan pelayanan kesejahteraan sosial pada anak telantar dengan melaksanakan penyantunan dan pengentasan anak telantar, memberikan pelayanan pengganti orang tua/wali anak dalam memenuhi kebutuhan fisik, mental dan sosial kepada anak asuh sehingga memperoleh kesempatan yang luas,tepat dan memadai bagi pengembangan kepribadianya sesuai dengan yang diharapkan sebagai bagian dari generasi penerus cita- cita bangsa dan sebagai insan yang akan turut serta aktif dalam bidang pembangunan nasional. Sebagai tempat perlindungan anak terlantar maka keamanan dalam panti asuhan perlu diperhatikan. Oleh karena itu pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tema keamanan pada panti asuhan ini dilakasanakan. Tujuan dari pada pengabdian ini diharapkan pengetahuan tentang keamanan panti tetap harus mendapat prioritas dari pemilik panti. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pemilih panti asuhan sangat antusias pada program pengabdian ini dan akan melaksanakan dan menerapkan system keamanan pada panti asuhan. Kata Kunci: panti asuhan, system keamanan, anak terlantar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai kepatuhan wajib pajak hotel, restoran dan hiburan diKabupaten Jepara. Tujuannya adalah menganalisis kesadaran wajib pajak dalammemediasi pengaruh pengetahuan pajak, kualitas pelayanan dan pemeriksaan pajakterhadap kepatuhan wajib pajakSample terpilih melalui purposive samplingsebanyak 91 responden meliputi 46 hotel, 34 restoran dan 11 hiburan di KabupatenJepara. Data diperoleh dengan membagikan kuesioner. Kuesioner yang kembalisebanyan 87 kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda denganmenggunakan Progarm SEM-PLS 4.0.Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan pajak, kualitas pelayanan, danpemeriksaan pajak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kesadaran wajib pajak.Kesadaran wajib pajak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajibpajak. Kesadaran wajib pajak memediasi hubungan pengaruh pengetahuan pajak,kualitas pelayanan, dan pemeriksaan pajak terhadap kepatuahan wajib pajak pengujian normalitas, penyimpangan asumsi klasik, uji fit data dan pengujianhipotesis serta koefisien determinasi

Abstract

The consumption of rice on the edge of the forest tends to increase unbalanced with production causing food insecurity. Efforts to strengthen the food security of forest-edge communities can be through diversification of non-rice food (corn, sweet potato, banana, cassava and arrowroot) and increased income of smallholder coffee farmers. The objectives of the research are to obtain a model of increasing the competitiveness of the people's coffee to strengthen the resilience and security of forest-edge communities. Research location in  Bondowoso District.. The results of the research show that: (1) The model of enhancing the competitiveness of coffee people can strengthen the resilience and security of marginalized communities by involving local institutions in Jember (Perhutani, Plantation Department, Industry Office, Coffee and Cocoa Research Center, Cooperative Service, and Higher Education) . (2) The strategy to strengthen the resilience and security of the food of marginalized forest communities can also through the diversification of non-rice food consumption. (3) Diversification of non-rice food consumption (66-77%) and rice (23-34%). (4) In general, the food security and security of forest-edge communities in the category is quite steady.

Abstract

Bendung Tyrol hakekatnya adalah bangunan untuk menyadap air sungai yang dibangunmelintang terhadap alur sungai, dimana penyadapan dilakukan dari atas mercu. Pemanfaatanbangunan utama tyrol untuk menghindari bahaya benturan angkutan sedimen batu gelundung.Benturan angkutan sedimen batu gelundung membawa dampak yang sangat serius terhadapbangunan bendung. Dikarenakan bendung tyrol ini merupakan bendung yang dibangun padasungai pegunungan yang memiliki aliran deras. Dalam perencanaan bendung ini menggunakanteknik kecerdasan buatan atau Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan (JST) dengan metodeBackpropagationyang menggunakan Software MATLAB dan Software Rapid Miner. Dengantujuan untuk mendapatkan nilai Mean Average Precentage Error (MAPE), nilai akurasi TrialError. Penerapan arsitektur JST dan perencanaan dimensi saluran pada mercu bendung

Abstract

Sedimentasi sungai yaitu proses pengendapan suatu material – material yang terangkut aliran air sungai dan dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya delta sungai, sedangkan sedimen merupakan batuan yang terbentuk karena proses pelapukan, erosi, transportasi, dan deposisi (pengerasan) yang terjadi pada suatu wilayah aliran sungai. Delta sungai yang terjadi karena proses sedimentasi tersebut dapat mengurangi jumlah debit air yang terbawa, sehingga kebutuhan irigasi di daerah hilir tidak bisa terpenuhi secara maksimal karena terhalang oleh penumpukan delta. Karakteristik sedimentasi di hilir terjadi perlahan dan berlangsung menerus selama suplai muatan sedimen yang tinggi terus berlangsung. Prediksi sedimentasi yang terjadi pada sungai dilakukan dengan memperhitungkan besar laju sedimentasi berdasarkan metode perhitungan analitik, namun untuk mempermudah dalam menggambarkan sedimentasi yang terjadi pada sungai  sampean  Bondowoso  dilakukan  metode  pemodelan  menggunakan  progam  aplikasi HEC-RAS. Progam HEC-RAS sendiri merupakan salah satu progam pemodelan analisis angkutan sedimen pada saluran maupun sungai.

Abstract

The Pakusari Jember TPA uses the Open Dumping system, so that this system will cause groundwater and environmental pollution, one of which is through leachate. The research was conducted using geoelectricity with the Mapping Resistivity method, with 3 passes and a length of 130 m each, with a resistance value between 0.393 - 8.44 Ώm which is thought to be a rock layer filled with leachate. The connection between paths 1, 2 and 3 produces a color image, it shows that the intersection that occurs at the point of intersection is thought to be that the rock layers are in the form of clay and sand with a red image and upload. The cutting line aims to determine the relationship between line 1 and other lines as well as the location around the study and to determine the direction of movement of leachate distribution. The distribution of leachate in TPA Pakusari Jember, there are 7 points indicating the presence of leachate from the color image
