#### Abstract

Mathematics is one of the most important subjects, but it often becomes a scourge for most students. Lack of student motivation is an obstacle and also affects the learning outcomes in Mathematics. The SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) approach integrated with the verses of Al-Qurâ€™an into mathematical material is an alternative method of learning. This article aims at describing students' motivation and learning outcomes in mathematics through that SAVI approach.Â  The approach used is a quasi-experiment with non-equivalent control group design. The study was conducted at MTs Madani Alauddin Gowa. The sample consisted of class VIII A, 32 people as the control class and class VIII B, 32 people as the experiment class. Data were analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the average studentsâ€™ motivation increased 10% in the experimental class and in the control class increased by 3%; and the average student learning outcomes increased by 23% in the experimental class and in the control class increased by 7%. Thus, there are differences in learning motivation and student learning outcomes between classes that apply and those that do not apply the SAVI approach by integrating Qur'anic verses. In short, it effectively increases students' motivation and learning outcomes in mathematics so that it can become alternative learning methods.

#### Abstract

AbstractÂ Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is an attitude very important in organizations of every individual, because it can indirectly help the success of the organization. One ofÂ factors that influences the emergence of OCB is job satisfaction. Several studies have shownthat age and gender affect the individualâs ability to realize the OCB in the workplace. ThisÂ study aimed to determine the differences in organizational citizenship behavior based onÂ gender, organizational citizenship behavior differences based on age, and the effect of jobsatisfaction on teachersâ organizational citizenship behavior. This study use quantitativeÂ study withan instrument of job satisfaction scale (Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire)Â and Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale. The samples in this study are 32 teachers inMadrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin Paopao Gowa in South Sulawesi.Data were analyzedÂ using inferential statistical techniques: t-test analysis,one way ANOVA, and simple linearÂ regression analysis. The results showed that there were no differences in organizationalcitizenship behavior based ongender, then there are no differences in organizationalÂ citizenship behavior based on age, and there is the effect of job satisfaction on organizationalÂ citizenship behavior.Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Job Satisfaction, Gender, Age.Â AbstrakOrganizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) merupakan sikap dalam organisasi yangÂ sangat penting dimiliki setiap individu, karena secara tidak langsung dapat membantuÂ kesuksesan organisasi. Salah satu yang dianggap mampu mempengaruhi munculnya OCBÂ adalah kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usia dan jenis kelamin berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan individu mewujudkan OCB di tempatÂ kerja. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan organizationalcitizenship behavior berdasarkan jenis kelamin, perbedaan organizational citizenshipÂ behavior berdasarkan usia, dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizationalÂ citizenship behavior guru. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian kuantitatif denganmenggunakan instrumen skala kepuasan kerja (Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire)Â dan skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian iniÂ menggunakan total sampling yakni sebanyak 32 guru yang dilakukan di Madrasah AliyahMadani Alauddin Paopao Gowa Sulawesi Selatan..Data dianalisis dengan menggunakanÂ teknik statistik inferensial yaitu analisis uji t, analisis variansi 1 jalan (one way anova),Â dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan organizational citizenship behavior berdasarkan jenis kelamin, kemudian tidakÂ terdapat perbedaan organizational citizenship behavior berdasarkan usia, dan terdapatÂ pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.Â Kata kunci: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kepuasan Kerja, Jenis Kelamin, Usia.

#### Abstract

Abstrak: Ada Â tiga Â tujuan Â penelitian Â ini Â yaitu Â untuk Â mengetahui Â hubungan Â antara Â efikasi diri dengan perilaku organisasi, hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan perila- ku kerja organisasi dan peranan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator dalam hubung- an antara efikasi diri dengan perilku kerja organisasi. Ada tiga skala yang digu- nakan dalam penelitian ini, yakni skala perilaku kerja organisasi, skala efikasi diri guru, Â dan Â angket Â kepuasan Â Minnesta. Â Penelitian Â ini Â dilaksanakan Â di Â 11 Â sekolah agama Â yang Â berlokasi Â di Â bagian Â Utara, Â Timur, Â Selatan, Â Barat, Â dan Â Tengah provinsi Â Sulawesi Â Selatan. Â Sampel Â terdiri Â dari Â 208 Â guru. Â Hasil Â penelitian Â ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dan perilaku Â kerja Â organisasi. Â Hasil Â penelitian Â ini Â juga Â menunjukkan Â bahwa Â ada hubungan Â positif Â dan Â signifikan Â antara Â kepuasan Â kerja Â dengan Â perilaku Â kerja organisasi. Â Ada Â peranan Â kepuasan Â kerja Â dalam Â hubungan Â antara Â efikasi Â diri dengan Â perilaku Â kerja Â organisasi. Â Hal Â ini Â berarti Â bahwa Â efikasi Â diri Â mempe- ngaruhi Â perilaku Â kerja Â organisasi Â guru Â di Â MAN Â dimana Â kepuasan Â kerja Â sebagai mediasi.Â Abstract : There are three objectives in this study namely to know the relationship between self efficacy and Â organizational citizenship Â behavior, relationship between Â job satis- faction Â and Â organizational Â citizenship Â behavior), Â and Â the Â role Â of Â job Â satisfaction Â as mediator in the relationship between self efficacy and organizational citizenship be- havior (OCB). There are three scales used in this research which are organizationnal citizenship Â behavior Â scale, Â teacher Â self Â efficacy, Â and Â minnesta Â satisfaction Â ques- tionnaire. The study was conducted on 11 religious schools located in a portion of North, East, South, West, and the Middle of South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The popu- lation of the research was 208 people then are used as a sample. Result of study was resulted that a positive and significant relationship between self efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior. Then, there is a positive and significant relation- ship Â between Â job Â satisfaction Â and Â organizational Â citizenship Â behavior. Â There Â is Â the role of job satisfaction in the relationship between self efficacy and Â organizational citizenship behavior. This means that self efficacy influences teachers organizational citizenship behavior in MAN by job satisfaction as a mediation.Â
