Abstract

Abstract:One's leadership is usually influenced by intelligence and personality types that can be obtained through tests. The STIFIn test can describe an individual's intelligence directly as well as someone's personality types. Therefore, this study aims to identify the personality types possessed by structural officers (bureaucracy) at UIN Alauddin Makassar, the characteristics of each STIFIn personality type and the ratio of the number of male and female leaders. The research instrument used was in the form of STIFIn intelligence test. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that of the 20 respondents tested, 4 of the 5 STIFIn personialty types were identified namely Thinking, Intuiting, Feeling and Instinct, and none of them were Sensing type. They consisted of 17 men and 3 women. Moreover each type of intelligence and personality has different characteristics. Abstrak:Kepemimpinan seseorang biasanya dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan dan tipe kepribadian yang dapat diperoleh melalui tes. Tes STIFIn dapat memetakan kecerdasan individu secara langsung sekaligus menjadi tipe kepribadian sesorang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tipe-tipe kepribadian yang dimiliki oleh pejabat struktural di UIN Alauddin Makassar, karakteristik dari masing-masing tipe kepribadian STIFIn, serta rasio jumlah pemimpin laki-laki dan perempuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan, yakni dalam bentuk tes kecerdasan STIFIn. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 20 responden yang diuji, diidentifikasi menjadi 4 dari 5 jenis kepribadian STIFIn yaitu Thinking, Intuiting, Feeling dan Insting, dan tidak ada yang bertipe Sensing. Mereka terdiri dari 17 pria dan 3 wanita. Kemudian setiap jenis kecerdasan dan kepribadiaan memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda.

Abstract

Mathematics is one of the most important subjects, but it often becomes a scourge for most students. Lack of student motivation is an obstacle and also affects the learning outcomes in Mathematics. The SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) approach integrated with the verses of Al-Qur’an into mathematical material is an alternative method of learning. This article aims at describing students' motivation and learning outcomes in mathematics through that SAVI approach.  The approach used is a quasi-experiment with non-equivalent control group design. The study was conducted at MTs Madani Alauddin Gowa. The sample consisted of class VIII A, 32 people as the control class and class VIII B, 32 people as the experiment class. Data were analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the average students’ motivation increased 10% in the experimental class and in the control class increased by 3%; and the average student learning outcomes increased by 23% in the experimental class and in the control class increased by 7%. Thus, there are differences in learning motivation and student learning outcomes between classes that apply and those that do not apply the SAVI approach by integrating Qur'anic verses. In short, it effectively increases students' motivation and learning outcomes in mathematics so that it can become alternative learning methods.

Abstract

Abstract Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is an attitude very important in organizations of every individual, because it can indirectly help the success of the organization. One of factors that influences the emergence of OCB is job satisfaction. Several studies have shownthat age and gender affect the individual’s ability to realize the OCB in the workplace. This study aimed to determine the differences in organizational citizenship behavior based on gender, organizational citizenship behavior differences based on age, and the effect of jobsatisfaction on teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior. This study use quantitative study withan instrument of job satisfaction scale (Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale. The samples in this study are 32 teachers inMadrasah Aliyah Madani Alauddin Paopao Gowa in South Sulawesi.Data were analyzed using inferential statistical techniques: t-test analysis,one way ANOVA, and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there were no differences in organizationalcitizenship behavior based ongender, then there are no differences in organizational citizenship behavior based on age, and there is the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior.Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Job Satisfaction, Gender, Age. AbstrakOrganizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) merupakan sikap dalam organisasi yang sangat penting dimiliki setiap individu, karena secara tidak langsung dapat membantu kesuksesan organisasi. Salah satu yang dianggap mampu mempengaruhi munculnya OCB adalah kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usia dan jenis kelamin berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan individu mewujudkan OCB di tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan organizationalcitizenship behavior berdasarkan jenis kelamin, perbedaan organizational citizenship behavior berdasarkan usia, dan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior guru. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian kuantitatif denganmenggunakan instrumen skala kepuasan kerja (Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire) dan skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling yakni sebanyak 32 guru yang dilakukan di Madrasah AliyahMadani Alauddin Paopao Gowa Sulawesi Selatan..Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik inferensial yaitu analisis uji t, analisis variansi 1 jalan (one way anova), dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan organizational citizenship behavior berdasarkan jenis kelamin, kemudian tidak terdapat perbedaan organizational citizenship behavior berdasarkan usia, dan terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Kata kunci: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kepuasan Kerja, Jenis Kelamin, Usia.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah suatu jenis penelitian lapangan dengan tujuan adalah untuk mengetahui tentang kesulitan belajar siswa, faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya, dan cara mengatasi kesulitan belajar pada siswa Kelas III Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Madani Alauddin Pao-pao. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara/interview. Adapun sumber data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik, guru, dan orang tertentu yang dipertimbangkan akan memberikan data yang diperlukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa salah seorang peserta didik mengalami kesulitan belajar yang meliputi 3 hal yaitu sulit membaca (disleksia), sulit menulis (disgrafia), dan sulit menghitung (diskalkulia). Faktor yang menyebabkan hal ini adalah selain faktor internal (dari diri siswa itu sendiri yang tampak kurang minat dan kurang inteligen) serta faktor eksternal berupa faktor keluarga dan lingkungan di mana siswa tersebut bergaul. Cara mengatasi kesulitan belajar membaca yaitu mencoba untuk menyisihkan waktu setiap hari untuk membaca dengan penuh kesabaran; mengatasi kesulitan menulis dengan menggunakan teknologi untuk memberikan kesempatan pada anak mengerjakan pekerjaan sekolah tanpa harus bersusah payah menulis dengan tangannya; dan mengatasi kesulitan matematika dengan menawarkan beberapa bentuk penanganan matematika yang intensif. Abstract: This study is a field research which was aimed at finding out about the students learning difficulties, the factors contributing to the problem, and how to overcome the learning difficulties of the students in class III of MI Paopao Alauddin Madani. In this study, the researcher used the method of observation and interview. The source of the data taken in this study were students, teachers, and certain people who were considered can provide the necessary data. The results showed that one of the students had three learning difficulties, namely difficult to read (dyslexia), difficulty to write (dysgraphia), and difficult to calculate (dyscalculia). Factors that cause these difficulties were: internal factor include the less interest and less intelligent of the students; and the external factors include were family and environmental factors where the students engage. The way to overcome the difficulties to read is to by trying to set time each day to read with patience; to overcome the difficulties in writing can be solve by using technology to provide opportunities for children doing school work without the hassle of writing by hand; and to overcome the mathematical difficulties can be done by by offering some form of math intensive treatments.

Abstract

Abstrak: Ada  tiga  tujuan  penelitian  ini  yaitu  untuk  mengetahui  hubungan  antara  efikasi diri dengan perilaku organisasi, hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan perila- ku kerja organisasi dan peranan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator dalam hubung- an antara efikasi diri dengan perilku kerja organisasi. Ada tiga skala yang digu- nakan dalam penelitian ini, yakni skala perilaku kerja organisasi, skala efikasi diri guru,  dan  angket  kepuasan  Minnesta.  Penelitian  ini  dilaksanakan  di  11  sekolah agama  yang  berlokasi  di  bagian  Utara,  Timur,  Selatan,  Barat,  dan  Tengah provinsi  Sulawesi  Selatan.  Sampel  terdiri  dari  208  guru.  Hasil  penelitian  ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dan perilaku  kerja  organisasi.  Hasil  penelitian  ini  juga  menunjukkan  bahwa  ada hubungan  positif  dan  signifikan  antara  kepuasan  kerja  dengan  perilaku  kerja organisasi.  Ada  peranan  kepuasan  kerja  dalam  hubungan  antara  efikasi  diri dengan  perilaku  kerja  organisasi.  Hal  ini  berarti  bahwa  efikasi  diri  mempe- ngaruhi  perilaku  kerja  organisasi  guru  di  MAN  dimana  kepuasan  kerja  sebagai mediasi. Abstract : There are three objectives in this study namely to know the relationship between self efficacy and  organizational citizenship  behavior, relationship between  job satis- faction  and  organizational  citizenship  behavior),  and  the  role  of  job  satisfaction  as mediator in the relationship between self efficacy and organizational citizenship be- havior (OCB). There are three scales used in this research which are organizationnal citizenship  behavior  scale,  teacher  self  efficacy,  and  minnesta  satisfaction  ques- tionnaire. The study was conducted on 11 religious schools located in a portion of North, East, South, West, and the Middle of South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The popu- lation of the research was 208 people then are used as a sample. Result of study was resulted that a positive and significant relationship between self efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior. Then, there is a positive and significant relation- ship  between  job  satisfaction  and  organizational  citizenship  behavior.  There  is  the role of job satisfaction in the relationship between self efficacy and  organizational citizenship behavior. This means that self efficacy influences teachers organizational citizenship behavior in MAN by job satisfaction as a mediation.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang pengaruh kecemasan dan kesulitan belajar matematika terhadap hasil belajar matematika pada siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Watampone Kabupaten Bone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kecemasan belajar matematika pada siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Watampone Kabupaten Bone, untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kesulitan belajar matematika pada siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Watampone Kabupaten Bone, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh antara kecemasan dan kesulitan belajar matematika terhadap hasil belajar matematika pada siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Watampone Kabupaten Bone. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi yaitu korelasi sebab-akibat. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kecemasan belajar matematika, kesulitan belajar matematika dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan teknik analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kecemasan belajar matematika terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Watampone Kabupaten Bone, adanya pengaruh kesulitan belajar matematika terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Watampone Kabupaten Bone dan adanya pengaruh secara simultan kecemasan dan kesulitan belajar matematika terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Watampone Kabupaten Bone. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kecemasan dan kesulitan belajar matematika berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to discuss the influence of the leadership style of Madrasah heads and work motivation on the work discipline of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in the North Polongbangkeng District of Takalar District. This study aims to determine the effect of Madrasah head leadership and work motivation on the work discipline of Madrasah teachers. This study uses a type of descriptive and inferential quantitative research. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaire and documentation. The population in this study were 101 teachers, with a total sample of 30 teachers from 101 teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Manongkoki, Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Palleko, Madrasah Aliyah Tarbiyah Islamic Boarding School and Assalam Islamic Boarding School Madrasa in Polongbangkeng District North Takalar District. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the style of Madrasah head leadership has a significant effect on the work discipline of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Polongbangkeng District. This means that leadership styles must be effective in order to influence the work discipline of teachers. Work motivation towards work discipline of Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Polongbangkeng Subdistrict, if the discipline wants to be improved, the motivation of the teacher's work must also be increased. Together, leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on the work discipline of Madrasah Aliyah in Polongbangkeng District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on teacher performance at the Maros Regency Private Madrasah Aliyah. The type of research used was quantitative with the ex post facto method and data management techniques were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The instrument is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The sample in this study were 116 private Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Maros Regency whose research was conducted in December 2018 - February 2019. The results of the study revealed that the effect of motivation and job satisfaction had a significant effect on the performance of Private Madrasahs in Maros Regency. That is, work motivation must be increased so that it can affect teacher performance. If job satisfaction is increased, the motivation of teacher work must be increased. Together, motivation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on teacher performance in maros district.
