Cooperatives are institutions that are expected to become pillars or pillars of the nationaleconomy and as an institution of the people's economic movement, where members are themain force possessed by cooperatives. Cooperatives have many advantages when comparedto corporations or other business entities, including being able to create economies of scalebecause cooperatives can produce more output with lower average costs and are able tocompete because cooperatives can create bargaining positions. Being a member of acooperative will be very beneficial if seen from the advantages possessed by the cooperative.In addition to the considerable potential of cooperatives, cooperatives also face challenges intheir development. The challenges for cooperatives are increasingly supported because todaywe are in the Industrial 4.0 era. The cause of the many challenges faced by cooperatives isbecause of the lifestyle changes of millennials that are so fast and uncertain (disruptive), dueto the rapid development of information technology, robotic, artificial intelligence,transportation, and communication. Survey conducted by researchers with 86 respondentswith an age range of 18-30 years, showed that the millennial generation considerscooperatives still relevant for now, which is 82.4% of 86 respondents stated cooperatives arestill relevant. This indicates that cooperatives are still very potential to be developed in thecurrent millennial era but rebranding is needed so that cooperatives can be accepted bymillennials. The rebranding can be carried out by making various innovations, one of whichis the Millennial Cooperative (Mi-Co) being a cooperative concept that is in accordance withthe principles, values, and identity of cooperatives in their operations as well as in accordancewith millennial characteristics.

This study aimed to determine the relationship between: (1) Principals leadership with the quality of teaching, (2) the school culture with the quality of learning, (3) Learning resources with the quality of learning, (4) the school culture, principals leadership and learning resources together with quality of learning.  This is a quantitative research. The method used ex post facto. Collecting data use questionnaires and data analysis. Based on the study, it concluded that: (1) Principals leadership was positively and significantly related to the quality of teacher learning at 5.34, (2) school culture positively and significantly related to the quality of teacher learning at 5.34, (3) Learning resources were positively related and significantly to the quality of learning for teachers 7,37 and (4) Leadership principals, school culture and learning resources were related positively and significantly with the quality of teaching large double correlation values obtained 0.058.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara: (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kualitas pengajaran, (2) budaya sekolah dengan kualitas pembelajaran, (3) sumber belajar dengan kualitas pembelajaran, (4) budaya sekolah, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan sumber belajar bersama-sama dengan kualitas pembelajaran. Ini adalah Penelitian Kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan ex post facto. Mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data. Berdasarkan penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) kepala sekolah Kepemimpinan positif dan signifikan terkait dengan kualitas guru belajar di 5,34; (2) budaya sekolah positif dan signifikan terkait dengan kualitas guru belajar di 5,34; (3) sumber belajar yang positif terkait dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran bagi guru dan 7,37; (4) kepala sekolah Kepemimpinan, budaya sekolah dan sumber belajar yang terkait positif dan signifikan dengan kualitas pengajaran besar nilai korelasi ganda diperoleh 0.058.Kata kunci: budaya sekolah, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, mutu pembelajaran, sumber belajar.

Arrowroot able to be alternative food because it has high enough carbohydrate content. The increase of productivity of arrowroot can be reached by using plant spacing and fertilization. This study aims to determine the effect of plant spacing and fertilization, also their interaction on growth and yield of arrowroot (Maranta arundinacea L.). This research was held from March to November 2016 in the experimental land, Faculty of Agriculture, Sebelas Maret University. This research arranged in Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) consisted of 2 factors; dosage of N,P,K fertilizer (with 3 levels) and plant spacing (with 2 levels). Each treatment was repeated 4 times. The data obtained analyzed with analysis of variance and followed with Duncan Multiple Range Test at 5% level if any significant influences. The results showed that the interaction between plant spacing of 30x40 cm and urea, Sp36 and KCl 300Kg-1ha significantly increased the number of tillers and diameter of arrowroot respectively. The use of plant spacing 30x40 cm tends to increase growth and better yield. The use of 300 Kg-1ha Urea, SP36 and KCl fertilizer significantly increased plant height, while 150 Kg/ha urea, SP36 and KCl fertilizer significantly increased the number of tuber crops.
