Abstract

The success of teaching learning process can't be separated from teachers' preparation. For example, to reach the aim of mathematics lesson, we need collaboration from all aspects,it is popular with the term so called cooperative learning. By cooperative learning, students can do a lot of activities, to access information from various sources. Unfortunately daily test result shows that some students' score are under the minimum criteria Due to that condition, the writer wants to do class action experiments, by using cooperative learning method type TGT, in order to increase learning result from 1st semester of mathematics subject, in this case is Algebra, for The students of Grade 7 D , in Junior high school 1 Bancak .( The amount the students is 28). As a result, based on two cycles Type TGT, the learning activities can increase 78%, next, the test average's result is 76,7 %, furthermore 82% from total amount of the students in grade 7D, can reach minimum criteria.

Abstract

This study aimed to described and analyzed: (1) Curriculum and Learning Management; (2) Learners Management; (3) Teachers and EducationPersonnel Management; (4) Infrastructures Management; (5)  Financing Management; (6) PublicRelations Management; (7) Culture and Environment in SDN 1 Under Gisting. The research method used descriptive qualitative approach that is based on the theory of phenomenology. Research data were collected by interview, documentation, and observation. Results of this research were: 1) Curriculum and Learning Management in First State Elementary SchoolSub-Gisting implemented using management functions POAC. 2) Learners Managementis already running well. 3) Teachers and EducationPersonnel Management has been carried out either by the management function. 4) Infrastructures Management is still not in accordance with the management. 5) Financing Management managed accountability and transparency. 6) PublicRelations Management contained in the committees role has been going well. 7) Culture and Environment Management in line with expectations.Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis:(1)  Manajemen kurikulum dan pembelajaran; (2) Manajemen peserta didik; (3) Manajemen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan; (4) manajemen sarana prasarana; (5) Manajemen pembiayaan; (6) Manajemenhumas; (7) Manajemen budaya dan lingkungan di SDN 1 Gisting Bawah. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang didasari teori fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi.Hasil penelitian iniantara lain: 1) Manajemen kurikulum dan pembelajaran di SD N1 Gisting Bawah dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan fungsi manajemen POAC. 2) Manajemen peserta didik sudah berjalan dengan baik. 3) Manajemen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan sudah dilaksanakan baik berdasarkan fungsi manajemen. 4) Manajemen Sarana prasarana masih belum sesuai  dengan pengelolaan. 5) Manajemen Pembiayaan dikelola secara  akuntabilitas dan transparan. 6) Manajemen humas yang diwadahi dalam peran komite sudah berjalan dengan baik. 7) Manajemen budaya dan lingkungan berjalan sesuai dengan harapan.Kata kunci: implementasi, manajemen pendidikan, sekolah dasar
