Abstract

Seiring dengan transformasi ke era digital pada saat ini, transportasi online telah digemari di kalangan masyarakat. Dengan adanya transportasi online, masyarakat secara perlahan mulai meninggalkan transportasi konvensional dan beralih ke transportasi berbasis online. Salah satu transportasi online yang dikenal pada saat ini adalah GrabCar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan customer value terhadap kepuasan pelanggan transportasi online GrabCar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dan testing asumsi klasik. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan nilai signifikansi α= 5% (0,05). Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan temuan sebagai berikut: (1) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap customer value. (2) Harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap customer value. (3) Customer Value berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan transportasi online GrabCar. (4) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan transportasi online GrabCar. (5) Harga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan transportasi online GrabCar. (6) Kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan customer value berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan transportasi online GrabCar. Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, customer value, harga, kepuasan pelanggan, transportasi online.

Abstract

Expert System is designed to facilitate the public (patients) and the doctor or nurse in the decision to diagnose a cyst disease. And a patient can quickly and easily determine the type of illness suffered the cyst disease, as well as one of the alternatives in dealing with the type of disease and requires solutions to handle. The process of making these systems using Forward Chaining method for decision-making. Between system and user usesome questions in the form of a list of symptoms that have been there. The results of this system can facilitate in decision making doctor to diagnose the type of cyst disease suffered by the patient, causes, and treatment.

Abstract

The use of current website technology can be applied as a control and monitoring system, which is used to control electrical devices, so that the user can only control the PC or smartphone that has been connected to Wi-Fi or the Internet. In this case the control uses the Raspberry Pi Mini PC which has several advantages such as low power and is relatively easy when connected with a web server compared to a microcontroller. By utilizing the Raspberry Pi Mini PC as a web server, it can replace PC functions in general. The results in this study are the Electric Control System that has been made capable of controlling 4 AC voltage electronics as well as 4 relays with each relay capable of bearing a maximum load of 2200 watts using a power supply on the Raspberry Pi which has a minimum of 0.7 amperes and Control of electrical load can be done within a distance of 0 meters - 15 meters from the wireless router

Abstract

Community development is a process in empowering individuals and groups of people byproviding skills they need to bring positive changes within their own communities. Communitydevelopers should understand both how to work with individuals and to influence communitiesposition in terms of larger social institutions. Several problems encountered in BontosungguNeighborhood,Sub-district of Bontoparang, are lack of understanding on the importance ofmarketing of their products, lack of facilities or media to market the products made, no increase incommunity welfare, less creative work partners in marketing, the absence of Online BasedInformation System for marketing. The program focus on facilitating by counseling, simulationand training for the SMEs (Small to Medium-sized Enterprise) by creating prosperouscommunities who are able to market their products via online-based information system services inBontosunggu Neighborhood, Sub-district of Bontoparang, District of Parangloe, Gowa Regency.The outreach is to gain an online-based training module of entrepreneurship management inproduct marketing. Abstract

Pada tahap melakukan ekstraksi ciri (feature extraction) faktor yang sangat penting adalah kemampuan untuk mendeteksi keberadaan tepi di dalam citra. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggunakan konsep matematis untuk melakukan fungsi pendeteksian tepi. Uji coba yang dilakukan menggunakan matlab versi R2009a dengan menggunakan citra masukan berupa citra abu-abu (grayscale). Setiap citra diuji dengan menggunakan 3 cara yaitu menggunakan metode gradien citra, gradien Prewitt dan gradien Sobel. Cara kerja dari metode gradien terdiri dari gradien horizontal arah x menghasilkan tepi objek berupa garis vertikal dan diagonal dari citra input, gradien arah vertikal y menghasilkan tepi objek berupa garis horizontal dan diagonal dari citra input sedangkan total gradien merupakan gabungan dari gradien arah x dan gradien arah y sedangkan cara kerja dari untuk metode gradien Prewitt dan Sobel, pemilteran dilakukan secara parsial dengan arah yang berlawanan dengan arah fungsi turunan pertama, bila pemilteran dilakukan dalam arah y maka turunan pertama dari hasil pemilteran dilakukan dalam arah x. Pendeteksian tepi menggunakan gradien Prewitt dan Sobel merupakan hasil gabungan dari konvolusi gradien Prewitt/Sobel arah x dengan gradien Prewitt/Sobel arah y. Hasil uji coba dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa pendeteksian  tepi menggunakan gradien Sobel lebih tajam dibandingkan dengan gradien Prewitt dan gradien citra.

Abstract

Current technological developments spur the application of pattern recognition in various fields, such as the introduction of signature patterns, fingerprints, faces, and handwriting. Human handwriting has differences between one another and often handwriting is difficult to read or difficult to recognize and this can hamper daily activities, such as transaction activities that require handwriting. Even one of the biometric features of everyone is handwriting. One method that can be used to recognize handwriting patterns in the field of computer science is artificial neural networks (ANN) with the learning algorithm is backpropagation. Artificial neural networks are able to recognize something based on the past. This means that past data will be studied so as to be able to make decisions on new data. To recognize handwriting patterns using artificial neural networks, the characteristics of handwritten objects are extracted using an invariant moment. The results of training using artificial neural networks indicate that the correlation coefficient value is obtained on the number of hidden layer neurons by 30. The highest correlation coefficient value is 0.61382. The test results on the test data obtained an accuracy rate of 11.67% of the total test data.

Abstract

Many inhabitants of Indonesia, including individuals who have physical characteristics, thecharacters are different traits supplied by heredity and the formation of characteristics related tothe physical environment and social environment. Based on these factors, humans are classified asnormal people and those with special needs such as deaf. At Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri 02Makassar the sign language learning process still considered less effective because of the limitedteaching team. In the PKM-M activities, it aims to introduce the features that provide in AndroidbasedPEMBASIINDO consisting of video tutorials. The benefit of this activity is the teachingteam can carry out an effective learning process and the program can be useful as a learning mediathat can be used by the deaf and the general society. The Implementation method of these activitiescarried out at SLBN starts from observation, design activities, coordination with partner related tothe activities, socialization, and training PEMBASIINDO application. The results of theseactivities are related to increasing knowledge about Indonesian sign language by PEMBASIINDOapplication media, helping teachers to the learning process and students with hearing impairmentto communicating with their friends and the environment related to support the learning process.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan kebutuhan dasar setiap manusia untuk menjamin keberlangsungan hidupnya agar lebih bermartabat khususnya untuk Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) yang memiliki siswa yang mempunyai perbedaan dalam kempuan (difabel). Salah satu pendidikan yang menunjang perkembangan di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) adalah dengan berbasis Information and Communication Technology (ICT) seperti pembuatan website sekolah, media pembelajaran menggunakan multimedia. Pentingnya website bagi sekolah sebagai media untuk menyebarkan informasi tentang sekolah tersebut kepada masyarakat luas. Aplikasi website dapat diakses tanpa terbatas ruang dan waktu melalui media internet menggunakan perangkat digital sementara aplikasi multimedia dapat membuat proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih interaktif dan lebih efisien. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah telah menerapkan ICT pada sekolah SLB N 2 Makassar. Penerapan ICT pada SLB N 2 Makassar yaitu berupa website http://slbn2makassar.sch.id/ dan aplikasi berbasis Mobile Android dengan nama aplikasi UMIBISA. Hasil pengambilan data pengguna website dan aplikasi menunjukan bahwa penguna merasa tertarik dengan website dan aplikasi dan mereka mudah dalam menggunakan aplikasi dan website tersebut.
