Performance is the responsibility of each individual to the job, helping to define performance expectations, seeking a framework for supervisors and workers communicate with each other. The goal is to adjust the performance of individual performance expectations with organizational goals. Correspondence between efforts to achieve individual goals with organizational goals will be able to achieve good performance

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the pattern of communication between nurses and elderly patients towards a healthy lifestyle through the NLP approach. It was a qualitative study using a case study method involving 6 nurses and 15 elderly patients active in Prolanis activities in Batu Ke'de village, Masalle subdistrict. The results of observations and interviews were then analysed using interactive analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman. Based on the results of observation and analysis, the study found that nurses could use the neurolinguistic programming method in communicating with the elderly which causes changes in the thinking and behaviour patterns of the elderly towards a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, the NLP method can be used by nurses as one method of communicating and influencing elderly patients by taking into account its four main pillars, which are the outcome, rapport, sensory acuity, and flexibility

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze impact of tourism object on employment absorption and local income in  Kaledupa District Wakatobi Regency. Data obtained from Wallacea Operation Office and Local Gowerment of Wakatobi Regency. The data consists: labor, tourists, tourism facilities, infrastructure and local income. Data analyzed through descriptive. The results showed that development Hoga of Island in Kaledupa Distric improve employment opportunity, increase in income of society and  contribute on Local Income. The  local goverment income experience  average rates of growth  about 2,07 percent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian pra-Eksperimen dengan desain One-Shoot Case Study yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar fisika pada peserta didik kelas VIIA SMP Aksara Bajeng pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2011/2012. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIIA SMP Aksara Bajeng yang terdiri dari 18 orang.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam empat kali pertemuan. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini diambil dari  data hasil belajar fisika yaitu penilaian aspek kognitif diberi tes pada pertemuan keempat, aspek afektif diberi angket tentang pernyataan untuk mengukur motivasi dan minat peserta didik serta aspek psikomotorik diperoleh dari pengamatan tentang aktivitas belajar setiap pertemuan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif.  Hasil analisis deskriptif hasil belajar fisika pada aspek kognitif menunjukkan bahwa jumlah peserta didik yang mengalami ketuntasan belajar adalah 18 orang (100%). Hasil analisis deskriptif hasil belajar fisika pada aspek afektif menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik berada pada kategori sangat baik dan baik. Hasil analisis deskriptif hasil belajar fisika pada aspek psikomotorik menunjukkan bahwa jumlah peserta didik yang mengalami ketuntasan belajar adalah 16 orang (88,89%). Dari hasil analisis di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui model pembelajaran berfikir induktif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas VIIA SMP Aksara Bajeng tahun ajaran 2011/2012.Kata kunci : Induktif, Pra Eksperimen, dan Hasil Belajar.This research was the research kind Pre- the Experiment with the design of One-Shoot Case Study that aimed at learning results studied physics of the class student VII A SMP Aksara Bajeng was inspected from te cognitive aspect, affective and psychomotor that was taught with the model teaching thought Induktive the Academic Year 2012/2013. The subject of the population in this research was all the class student of VII A SMP Aksara Bajeng totalling 18 participants educated. The data collection was in this research taken from the studyng results data of physics that is the assessment of the kognitive aspect was given by the test in the fourth meeting, the aspect afektive was given by the poll about the statement to measure the motivation and the interest of participants educated as well as the aspect psykomotor was received from observation about the studying activity of each meeting. The data that was gathered was analysed desciptively. Results of the descriptive analysis of studying results of physics in the cognitive aspect showed that the number of participants educated that experienced the studying completeness was 18 people (100%). Results of the descriptive analysis of studyng results of physics in the aspect afective showed that participants educative was in the category was very good and good. Results of the descriptive analysis of studying results of physics in the aspect psychomotor showed that the number of participants educated that experienced the studying completeness was 16 (88,89%). From results of the analysis above could be concluded that through the model teaching thought inductive could increase studying results of participants’s physics of educating the class VII A SMP Aksara Bajeng the Academic Year 2011/2012.Key word : inductive, Pra Eksperimen, and study results.

Abstract

Beginner voter behavior is a persons behavior in its choice are considered most suitable or most preferred. Based on this, researchers are encouraged to try to describe and explain the behavior of voters in the election of the president and vice president in 2014 in the village Sapaya Bungaya District of Gowa district. The purpose of this study to describe the behavior of voters in the Village Sapaya the Presidential election in 2014 and the determinant factors on the behavior of voters. The method used is a qualitative descriptive study using the basic snow ball. The informants are voters amounting to 8 people and village heads as well as the chairman sapaya 1 PPS 1. Beginner voter behavior data collected by means of in-depth interviews and documentation. There are three approaches used, namely the sociological approach, psychological approach, and the approach of rational choice and the determinant factor is political participation and political culture. The results showed the behavior of voters in the election of the president and vice president in 2014 in the village of Sapaya more to the psychological voter behavior because theyve been able to see and analyze the suitable candidate for the leader of their choice.  Perilaku pemilih pemula merupakan tingkah laku seseorang dalam menentukan pilihannya yang dianggap paling cocok atau paling disukai. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti terdorong untuk mencoba menggambarkan dan menjelaskan perilaku pemilih pemula dalam pemilihan presiden dan wakil presiden tahun 2014 di kelurahan Sapaya Kecamatan Bungaya kabupaten Gowa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan perilaku pemilih pemula di Kelurahan Sapaya pada pemilihan Presiden tahun 2014 dan faktor-faktor determinan pada perilaku pemilih pemula. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan dasar penelitian snow ball. Informan penelitian adalah pemilih pemula berjumlah 8 orang dan kepala kelurahan sapaya 1 orang serta ketua PPS 1 orang. Data perilaku pemilih pemula dikumpul dengan cara wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Ada tiga pendekatan yang digunakan, yaitu pendekatan sosiologis, pendekatan psikologis, dan pendekatan pilihan rasional dan faktor yang determinan yaitu partisipasi politik dan budaya politik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perilaku pemilih pemula pada pemilihan Presiden dan wakil presiden tahun 2014 di Kelurahan Sapaya lebih mengarah pada perilaku pemilih yang psikologis karena mereka sudah bisa melihat dan menganalisa calon pemimpin yang cocok untuk mereka pilih.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan sistem akuntansi keuangan pemerintah daerah, sedangkan variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem akuntansi keuangan pemerintah daerah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan atau staf yang berada dinas kehutanan kabupaten luwu kota belopa. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data angket (Kuisioner) yang disebar kepada responden atau karyawan di dinas kehutanan kabupaten luwu. dari total 25 kuisioner yang disebar, hanya 20 kuisioner dari responden yang kembali dan dapat diolah. Tekhnik pemilihan sampel yaitu non probability sampling. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis koefisien korelasi rank spearman pada taraf signifikan 5%. Program yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data menggunakan statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) Ver.19.00. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis korelasi rank spearman menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi rank spearman sebesar 0,506, nilai koefisien ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rs 0,506 memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sedang dimana hasil berada diantara 0,402,068 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan kata lain berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem akuntansi keuangan pemerintah daerah berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

dan pengaruh penerapan media (PLTA) terhadap keterampilan siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari lembar observasi keterampilan siswa, angket respon siswa terhadap media dan proses pembelajaran serta instrumen penilaian produk. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil analisis skor keterampilan eksperimen siswa mencapai nilai rata-rata 86,78. Rata-rata hasil keterampilan siswa termasuk kategori tinggi melebihi standar KKM yakni 75. Analisis data respon siswa terhadap media dan proses pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa 87,07 % dan 88,27 %  dari jumlah keseluruhan siswa memberi respon positif dan sangat positif dengan menyatakan senang dan sangat senang mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Hasil analisis data penilaian produk menunjukkan bahwa 100 % observer dan guru-guru memberi respon yang sangat positif dengan menyatakan sesuai dan sangat sesuai hasil produk dengan indikator-indikator yang ditetapkan. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa media, proses pembelajaran dan hasil produk sangat efektif karena berada pada penilaian > 80 %.

Abstract

Multiple linear regression said to be good if it statistic theassumptions such as: normality assumption, heteroskedastisity, an errordoes not undergo autocorrelation and not occour multicolinearity. On theassumption that problem often arise in the multiple linear regressionassumptions are not fulfilled multicolinearity. Multicollinearity is acondition in which the data of the observations of the independent variablesoccuror have a relationship that is likely to be high. This study aimed tocompare the appropriate method to over come multicollinearity betweenridge regression and principal component analysis. Comparison criteriaused both methods, the mean square error (MSE) and the coefficient ofdetermination (R2), from the data is the simulation with Microsoft Excelthen the analysis was performed, in order to obtain the data first using ridgeregression has a value of MSE of 0.02405 and R2 of 82.4%, while theprincipal component analysis MSE value of 14.14 and R2of 37.5% while thedata second using ridge regression MSE has a value of 0.00216 and R2 of96.9%, while the principal component analysis MSE values of 5.15 and R2 of69.5%. From these results it can be concluded that ridge regression methodis better used.
