Abstract

The reseach was intended to discover the contribution the managerial of capability and stlye of leadership on teacher of kinerja. The research uses a quantitative method with sampling probability sampling technique with a sample of 33 people in Junior High School districts North of Kotabumi districts North of Lampung. The results showed a contribution of between managerial ability and leadership style of principals on teacher performance. This means that the ability of managerial and leadership styles have a significant contribution to the performance of teachers either partially or tested together.

Abstract

The development of education is increasingly in need of management system that good.For the development of education in need of people who was really experts in their fields. Profession is essentially a job that requires knowledge and skills that are highly qualified to serve or serves the public interest to achieve human well-being, especially in the field of education. This research generally aims to collect information on efforts to improve teacher profesionalisme of Qur'an hadith lesson in MTs GUPPI district Sumberejo Kab.Tanggamus.This study was conducted on 38 students MTs GUPPI Sumberejo (34%) as a sample of the student population as much as 117 which consists of class VII, VIII, and IX class and subject teachers of the Qur'an and hadith. Data were collected by observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaires, while data analysis using chi square statistic.Based on the analysis of data obtained count value X is greater than X tables, both at 1% significance level or at the level of significance of 5%. Thus Ho is rejected, which means there is the influence of professionalism of teachers on learning achievement quran hadith students.To determine the independent variables (Professional Teacher) and dependent variable (Achievement Qur'an Hadith Students) koefisienkontingensi then calculated using the formula (KK) or C, from the calculations, the price of C = 0.514 and compared Cmax = 0,816. When seen in the table there is a contingency coefficient values between 0.290 to 0.578, it can be concluded that there is a fairly close relationship between the two variables.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to improve creativity and student learning outcomes on learning Sociology class X SMA Yasmida Ambarawa. In general, this research seeks to improve the creativity and learning outcomes of students by using AIR learning model with Review Strategy.This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects of this study are the students of grade X SMA Yasmida Ambarawa which amounted to 26 people. The object of this research is the implementation of Sociology learning by using AIR learning model with Review Strategy. Classroom Action Research is done in 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 2 meetings.The results showed that there is an increase of creativity and Activity of students by applying AIR model learning with Review Strategy. Student creativity is seen from all indicator of creativity and Student Activity is improving. In the first cycle of creativity of 60.66%, in the second cycle of 79.96%, while the student's activity also increased from 70% to 85%. Creativity can be seen from the ability to generate many ideas, the ability to propose a variety of solutions to problems, the ability to find answers, tend to give more answers, respond to questions posed, have many questions, and be able to describe things in detail. Student activity is seen from observing, asking, trying, reasoning, tasting, and creating. Students can listen, think, share in groups, and review the material with pleasure so as to provide opportunities for students to hone their own ability, responsibility, and self-belief.

Abstract

The role of the planting program of Islamic education in public and private schools is still very minimal. Planting of Islamic education as there are only in environment of school that religion based. But in junior high school 11Maret Sumber Agung, whose status as private schools were able to bring the exclusive through the study religious invitation program. This Program able to increase attitude or morality of the students as well as the activities of worship student in school environment.The purpose of this study was to determine the role of religious invitation program on the attitudes or moral and religious practices of students in the school. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study showed an increase in students' attitudes and moral and religious practices in school as many as 25% from 52.5% to be 77.5%.

Abstract

This study begins with the condition of the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum thematic learning for grade 1 and 4 teachers in SD N 1 Gisting Permai, SD N 2 Gisting Permai and SD N 1 Gisting Atas who just implemented one semester is still not optimal and found various obstacles. This study aims to improve teacher performance in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning through clinical technical academic supervision and find out the magnitude of teacher performance improvement in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning after academic supervision activities with clinical techniques in SD Gisting Subdistrict even semester 2017/2018 academic year.This research method refers to the procedure of action research (action research) carried out in three cycles for six meetings each cycle with the steps of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting.The results of the academic supervision actions with clinical techniques for 3 cycles on the performance of the teacher in preparing RPP the final value of RPP in the first cycle averaged 77.8; cycle II averaged 81.8 and cycle III averaged 85.7 with a cumulative increase of 7.9 and the implementation of 2013 curriculum curriculum thematic class 1 and 4 teachers the final value of the first cycle averaged 77.2, cycle II on average 85.7 and cycle III averaged 90.7 with a cumulative increase of 13.5. Thus it was concluded that the increase in teacher performance in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning after akaedical supervision with clinical technique in the elementary school of Gisting Subdistrict in the semester of 2017/2018 school year and the magnitude of teacher performance improvement in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning after academic supervision with clinical techniques at the Elementary School Even semester Gisting for the 2017/2018 school year, namely the performance of teachers in compiling thematic RPPs cycles I, II, III experienced a cumulative increase of 7.9 and teacher performance in thematic learning had a cumulative increase of 13.5.Keywords: Clinical supervision, RPP, thematic learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of management of boarding boarding the culture of reading al-Qur'an in boarding school nurul huda pringsewu. This research is a quantitative research by taking sample of 24 santri daughter of second grade B madrasah diniyah nurul huda.Data collection method in this research is using observation method, questionnaire and documentation. In this study used two variables, namely management of boarding board as a dependent variable (X) and the culture of reading the Qur'an free variable (Y). Analysis of research instruments include validity and reliability test. The data analysis used is linear analysis.The results of this study indicate that management of boarding school in boarding school nurul huda pringsewu is in a strong category with a value of .716 and the culture of reading the Qur'an is in a strong category with indigo .747. result of linear analysis, management of boarding board to culture of reading al-Qur'an show that value of signification coefficient 0,787 with alpha value 0,05. This means there is a significant influence between management of boarding boarding to the culture of reading al-Qur'an in boarding school nurul huda pringsewu academic year 2016/2017.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the implementation of Human Resource Management in SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan District Pesawaran. To know the successful implementation of Human Resource Management related to the development of teacher professionalism and discipline in order to improve the quality of education in SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan. This research is a qualitative field research with data collection techniques that are: observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis in this research is descriptive analysis technique.In implementing Human Resource Management, steps taken by SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan begins with planning everything that will be done in improving the quality of education, such as with the recruitment and selection of educators and education, then planning is organized according to the needs of the school. The next step is the implementation of a predetermined plan and guidance then supervision and evaluation is the final step in implementing Human Resource Management related to teacher professional development and discipline in order to improve the quality of education.Implementation of Human Resource Management in an effort to improve the quality of education in SMK Pelita Gedong Tataan Gedong Tataan District Pesawaran Regency has been quite successful in improving the quality of education. This is indicated by the passing rate of students who reach one hundred percent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan penerimaan siswa baru, pelaksanaan Pendataan kemajuan belajar, pengelolaan bimbingan dan pembinaan disiplin siswa serta pelaksanaan monitoring di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Falah Gunung Kasih.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tahap analisis datanya adalah reduksi data, display data serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi (Conclusion and verification).Pelaksanaan manajemen kesiswaan di Madrasah Aliya AL Falah Gunung Kasih sudah mengikuti konsep-konsep manajemen kesiswaan, hal ini bisa dilihat langsung dalam pelaksanaan dari penerimaan siswa baru, pendataan kemajuan belajar siswa, bimbingan dan pembinaan disiplin siswa serta monitoring sudah diterapkan oleh komponen madrasah. Terdapat faktor penghambat pelaksanaan manajemen kesiswaan antara lain : (a) Pengelolaan kesiswaan kurang maksimal, sumber daya manusia khususnya tenaga administrasi pelaksana manajemen kesiswaan, (b) tidak ada komando yang jelas dari kepala madrasah (c) Kurang menyerap dan mendengarkan laporan masyarakat, (d) Monitoring hanya dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dibantu wakil kepala dan guru BK sedangkan masyarakat tidak dilibatkan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the headmaster of the SMK Yasmida Ambarawa foster and control the employee for the advancement of teachers and the school, including the pedagogical side and the professionalism of the teacher-led. SMK Yasmida Ambarawa is a private school in sub urban region with the varied of human resource and entry 8 major categories of school-based pilot vocational national level. This is a challenge and a great effort for a headmaster with the reality high enthusiasts to reach thousands students, is a good managerial proof applied by headmaster. This is the one interesting researcher for reviewing more about skills in vocational headmaster of SMK Yasmida Ambarawa.Headmaster of SMK Yasmida Ambarawa have done menagerial through of process; a) preparation of work plan of the school, either half or annual, preparing curriculum simultaneously divide tasks to all teachers and employees along with the letter of assignment and schedule. b) leads the coordination and meeting, providing quick and direct information, conduct periodic guidance for teachers and employees. C) improve the welfare of teachers with loads attention honorarium based tasks, perform evaluations comprehensive and rewards for teachers its achievement.
